A low carbon life can be of great use for us . Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the environmental impact of carbon dioxide. But what should we do for it ?

In my view , First of all, as students, we should go to school on foot instead of driving a car. Cars not only let out carbon dioxide but also waste energy. Second ,we had best not use plastic bags which can bring about the white pollution. We should use the environmentally-friendly bags. Third, it's of great use to plant trees. Trees can absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Now we can from our own, to promote low-carbon living.

From now on we started operations! I believe that only we do thus can we have a better living environment.

And we must not use one-off chopsticks, otherwise, our trees will soon be cut down by people. And we must protect the water and soil, so we can kind of many trees and flowers. Plants and trees is to protect the earth, we should protect the plants and trees.

Firstly, don't waste any electricity and water. Remember to turn off the lights and water taps unless we use them. Secondly, we had better take the subways or bus to work, so as to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. Thirdly, we should use cloth bags for shopping instead of plastic bags, and use recyclable bowls and chopsticks instead of disposable ones, for it can not only save resources, but also reduce pollution. What's more, it is of great significance to plant more trees, since trees can balance the carbon dioxide emissions.

In a word, if we live a low-carbon life from now on, we will have a better environment and more resources left for our descendants.

Presently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. The concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. It is such a significant project that I can't wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.

On the first place, a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. On no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. Meanwhile, just walk, jump, cycle or run. Use our legs and enjoy the fun.

On the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. No one can stand the “white pollution”. So, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.

Finally, one thing that we should keep in mind: every big thing es from the subtle. Therefore, as students, we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbook and so on.

All in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. Just set our mind to these: no-car day, no plastic bags, and no waste. Let's do it now.

我是五年四班的xxx，今天给大家演讲的题目是《我的环保节日》。相信大家都知道地球是迄今为止人类所知道的宇宙中唯一可以承载人类生命的星球。人类在了球上生活已有几百万年的历史。在这漫长的岁月中，人类就是依靠地球上的资源（空气、水分、阳光）生存、繁衍、发展的，所以，地球是人类的'母亲。

人类在漫长的发展道路上，无论是履行自然还是发展经济，都创造了辉煌的业绩。但是与此同时，因为不合理的开发和利用自然资源，不注意环境保护工作，造成了全球性的生态破坏和环境污染。现在全球每年有600万公顷的土地沦为沙漠，万公顷森林在消失，我国素以水草丰美著称的全国重点牧区呼伦贝尔草原和锡林郭勒草原就是一个例子：呼伦贝尔草原和锡林郭勒草原退化面积分别达23%和41%，鄂尔多斯草原的退化最为严重，面积达68%以上。以往沙尘暴基本上是从阿拉善盟和巴彦淖尔盟的沙漠地带发起，今年却东移到乌兰察布盟和锡林郭勒盟，向世人拉响了最令人担忧的生态警报：美丽的锡林郭勒草原也已严重沙化。内蒙古乃至世界上最为典型的草甸草原东乌珠穆沁旗，草场退化面积已占全旗可利用草场的66%以上。以荒漠草原为代表的阿拉善盟和伊克昭盟，草原退化、沙化之势更为严峻。由于臭氧层被破坏，温室效应在加剧，使用权地球气温不断升高，南极冰冠开始溶化，海洋平面将不断升高，世界上许多沿海城市、岛屿和大量土地，将被海水吞没。这一系列环境问题，不仅影响着经济的发展和社会的进步，甚至威胁着人类的生存，所以爱护环境，已成为全人类共同关心的问题。

六月上旬，联合国在巴西首都召开了世界环境与发展大会。175个国家和15000名代表，其中包括131位国家元首或政府首脑都参加了会议，可见，保护环境已成为全人类的共同呼声！

同学们，保护环境十分重要。如果在发展经济的过程中不注意环境保护，就要受到大自然的报复。不仅损害我们这一代，还要遗害子孙万代！我国正在以经济建设为中心建设有中国特色的社会主义。在实现现代化的过程中，党和政府十分重视环保工作，把保护环境列为一项基本国策。对环保工作就有100多项法规，保护环境正成为我国人民的自觉行动。

同学们，我们是地球的小主人，我们每个人从小就要有环境保护意识。保护环境是我们大家义不容辞的责任。我们要从现在做起，从身边做起，从小事做起：爱护花草树木，爱护鸟类和其他小动物等等。我提议每周周六都是环境日，让我们从自己做起，把家里、学校里的环境搞好。我相信通过我们的努力，一定能使祖国的天更蓝，地更绿，水更清。我的演讲到此结束，但环境保护的工作是不会结束的，谢谢大家！

今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《低碳节能，从我做起》。

当你从电视里看到祖国的北疆面临严重的冰冻雪灾时，当你听到我国西南部分地区遭遇百年不遇的大旱时，当你抬头发现天空不再那么湛蓝时，当你抱怨天气为何如此炎热时，有没有意识到：这一切都是我们人类一手造成的？多年，随着工业化进程的深入，大量温室气体，主要是二氧化碳的排出，导致全球气温升高、气候变幻无常、生存环境日益恶化，严重威胁着人类的健康与生命。

20xx年12月，被称为“拯救地球最后机会”的联合国气候变化大会在哥本哈根召开，一场“低碳革命”在全球悄然兴起，“节能减排”、“低碳生活”开始逐渐成为人们的共识。为普及气候变化知识，宣传低碳发展理念，鼓励公众参与，控制温室气体排放。

“低碳”指的是生活中所耗用的能量要尽力减少，减低碳，特别是二氧化碳的排放量，从而减少对大气的污染，减缓生态恶化。可是，在我们周围，不注意节能减排的生活方式却是比比皆是：大量使用一次性餐具或塑料袋，随处乱扔垃圾，不随手关闭电器的电，夏天将空调的温度调得很低，即使很近的路途也要开私家车出行……这些行为看似平常，却无时无刻不影响着我们的生存环境。地球只有一个，为了保护我们赖以生存的'家园，减少二氧化碳排放，选择“低碳生活”是我们每个人应尽的责任。

那么，该如何贯彻“低碳生活”理念呢？联合国环境规划署曾对个人“低碳生活方式”提出了几项小建议，如：把在跑步机上4分钟的锻炼改为到附近公园慢跑，可以减少将近1000克的碳排放量；不用洗衣机甩干衣服，让衣服自然晾干，可以减少200克的碳排放量；休息时关闭电脑及显示器，可以将二氧化碳排放量减少1/。有调查显示，少搭乘1次电梯，能减少218克的碳排放量；少开冷气1小时，能减少621克的碳排放量；少看电视1小时，能减少96克的碳排放量；少开车1公里，能减少220克的碳排放量。可见，践行“低碳节能”对于我们说是举手之劳。

“低碳生活”的核心内容是低污染、低消耗、低排放和多节约。具体而言有十个准则，即：拒绝塑料袋、巧用废旧品、远离一次性、提倡水循环、出行少开车、用电节约化、办公无纸化、购物需谨慎、植物常点缀、争做志愿者。希望我们每个同学都能树立健康生活、绿色生活理念，学习节能减排知识，选择低碳生活方式，努力使自己成为“低碳一族”。

今天我要演讲的主题是“保护环境”！生活在科技发达的21世纪，每个人都知道保护环境的重要性。虽然每个人都知道要保护环境，但是很少有人能真正做到“保护环境，人人有责”！当我们看到臭气熏天的小河，一片光秃秃的树桩，弥漫着沙尘暴的城市时，我们是否有所悔悟？虽然这些现象还没有出现，但是我想：人类如果在这样肆意妄为下去，必将自食其果！

水是生命之源，万物生存都需要水，人类也不例外，如果没有水，人类将濒临灭绝。古人以为水是上天恩赐的，取之不尽，用之不竭，其实并非如此，全球的淡水资源只有35.5亿立方米，在这有限的淡水资源中仅有0.34%的水可以应用。这么珍贵的水资源，人类不仅没有好好节约，反而大面积的浪费。我听到过这么一则新闻：有一些不法商家为了方便把本该自己能处理好的污水大量排入河道，污染了原本干干净净的河水。生活中，这样的事情不断地在发生：酒店的'工人把要洗的菜放到水池中，拧开水龙头，便转身离去，任凭那自来水“哗哗”地流。过了好长一段时间他才回来，把菜拿走，临走时竟没关水龙头！大量的生活用水流入排水管道，造成了极大的浪费。有些居民为图方便，在小河中洗衣服、洗碗、洗拖把，久而久之，小河里飘满了垃圾和油渍。

我们要节约用水，绝不能让我们后悔的眼泪成为世界上的最后一滴水！地球陆地的四分之一是森林，丰富的森林能给我们提供新鲜的空气和充足的水资源，但是，有这么一个报告：再过一百年森林将彻底消失。也许我们活不到那时，但我们不得不考虑我们的子子孙孙。想象一下森林消失的那一刻，世界上各种生物都灭绝啦，地球上死气沉沉，那多可怕！

也许你会想：森林消失管我什么事，它消失不会影响我们。不！森林肩负着重大责任。他能控制水土流失并防止自然灾害。如果森林消失，各种自然灾害就会接二连三地向我们袭来。就算我们在灾难中没死，自然灾害也会毁了我们的家园！保护环境不止是我所说的这些，我们要从生活中做起，我们要从小事做起，从你我做起！
