关于全体人员参加军训

通知

为了提高公司各部门团队合作意识。由公司团支部组织每年11月份全体人员集体进行军训活动。经研究决定，将定于从11月24日至30日每日早一个小时军事训练（大雨天顺延）。具体工作安排如下：

军训通知

现代职业学部2011级全体学生：

根据《高等学校学生军事训练教学大纲》的规定：“高等学校的学生在就学期间必须接受基本军事训练。” 其目的是：通过军训，让学生接受国防教育，激发爱国热情，增强国防观念和组织纪律性，掌握基本的军事知识和技能。军训是加强学生爱国爱军爱校爱班教育的重要举措，也是培养良好班风学风校风的重要手段。

一、训练时间和内容

集中训练时间为10天（自6月25日－7月4日）。训练内容主要是中国人民解放军内务、纪律、队列条令、国防安全教育及公共能力培养。

二、集合时间地点

校本部：6月25日上午9：00集合地点：本部校区广场

北护校区：6月25日上午8：00集合地点：

北卫校区：6月25日上午8：30集合地点：

要求：按班级所指定的车号集合好队伍后乘车，由各班干部配合班主任组织好上车。为保证工作的有序性和避免交通阻塞，请学生自带行李前往学校集合参加军训，各位家长免送。

三、注意事项

1、全体11级学生必须按规定参加军训，严格遵守军训纪律，任何人不得无故旷课或不参加军训。因身体原因不能正常参加训练者，必须提前办理请假手续，程序为：凭县以上医院医生检查证明，由个人提出书面申请及家长签字、班主任签字、学生科审核，院领导审批。对于情况属实者，采取跟随连队见习的办法来代替训练活动，并须严格遵守军训作息时间。

2、学生要严格履行请假制度，如确因生病或有事需请假者，1天以内须经班主任和教官分别批准；1天以上3天以内须经总带队老师和教官批准。对无故不参加军训者将给予通报批评或纪律处分；

3、训练时间必须统一穿军训服装，学校不允许学生穿无袖、袒胸露背的服装。训练时间不许接打手机。

4、讲纪律、讲团结、讲文明、讲风格。参训学生要严格要求自己，听从指挥，吃苦耐劳，爱护公物，讲究卫生。严格遵守安全规定，防止各种事故的发生，对违纪者将严肃处理。

5、自备餐具（餐盒、水杯等）、卧具（床单、被罩、枕巾等）、洗漱用品（脸盆、毛巾、肥皂、牙具、拖鞋等）、换洗衣服、运动鞋、防晒用品、常备药品，贵重物品（电脑、饰品等）不许带，可带少量的现金。

6、学生军训期间，恕不接待家长探望。

7、一切行动听指挥，严格遵守基地纪律，认真执行基地作息时间。

8、在基地内不得吸烟、吃零食、打牌、大声喧哗、乱丢垃圾；不得携带贵重物品，否则后果自负。

10、在军训环节中违反纪律或军训基地规章制度，不听劝告者，根据《学生手册》规定，给予警告以上，记过以下处分；情节严重者将给予留校察看直至开除学籍的处分。
