在学校里的时候，就常听我们的老师介绍朱永新教授，给我留下了深刻的印象，但一直没有机会拜读他的著作。这次，我县组织了读书活动，有幸让我欣赏了《新教育之梦》这本书。

在这本书里，朱永新以澎湃的激情将教育的本质诠释的淋漓尽致，并对教育的未来、教育的理想进行了美好的憧憬。这本书的引言中用了英国盲人教育大臣戴维的故事——他不断追寻理想，最终实现了自己儿时的梦想。这个故事告诉我们：谁在保持梦想，谁就能梦想成真；谁能不懈地追寻理想，谁就能不断地实现理想。那怎样的教师才是理想的教师呢？一番翻阅后，我认识到一个理想的教师，首先应该具备这几点，即“诗心”、“信心”、“爱心”、“有心”、“虚心”、“责任心”和“恒心”。

一个理想的教师应该有“诗心”。朱教授在书中写到“理想的教师，应该是一个胸怀理想，充满激情和诗意的教师”。作为一名教师，一名跟多梦的童年朝夕相伴的孩子王更需要有摘星的梦想和激情澎湃的诗心。写诗是要灵感、悟性和冲动的，真正的教育家也应具备这样的品格，永远憧憬明天。朱教授在文中写道：“当生活没有梦时，生命的意义也就完结了，教育就没有了意义。”特别象我们刚踏上工作岗位的新老师来说更是应该对自己的每一天有个规划，对自己的未来制定一个目标，这样才能拥有朱永新所说的“诗意般的生活”。

一个理想的教师应该有“信心”。但是，有很多教师却过低地估计了自己的优点，看不到自己巨大的潜力，看到的只是自己年复一年的平

庸。于是，曾经一度满怀激情投身教育的“天之骄子”慢慢就泯灭了热情，心甘情愿地生活在别人的阴影之中。谈到自信这个话题，不禁又想到了我自己。我在平时的工作中，如：公开课上，经常缺乏自信，担心自己的教态是否得体，活动环节能否顺利进行等等。朱教授说：“取得成功有两个重要的前提：一个是追求成功，一个是相信自己能够成功。”人来到世上并不知道他会成为什么样的人，只有去撞击每一个可能成功的暗点，才能擦出成功的火花。

一个理想的教师应该有“爱心”。要做有爱心的教师，首先，要爱教育这个职业。教育中有很多乐趣，我们每天都面对着的是一些个性迥异的孩子，他们都是一个个前程不可限量的个体。一分耕耘会带给我们多少倍的回报。其次，要爱孩子。首先要相信每个孩子，发现每个孩子身上的潜能；其次要民主，师生平等。爱心是教育的一个很重要的前提，只有在爱的基础上，教师才会投入他的全部力量，把他的青春、智慧，无怨无悔地献给孩子和教育事业。

serves a ceremonial function.In the political role,the chief executive “manages the national business,”and makes the hard political decisions that need to be made.In this context the chief executive can be seen to be chief of the executivebranch of government, the ultimate decision makers,the owner of the desk where “the buck stops.”
