humor and confident, but I can’t solve this problems.At college, I find have a truth friend is pretty hard, not because I don’t truth, but is no people can understand me as what I expect, I feel something can not express by language, only understand may mean the opinion.On the other hand, make a boyfriend or girlfriend is very common, it can see anywhere not like high school you have to hide to avoid catch by my head teachers, they can do what they like do, like kiss and hug.My roommates always chat with me, when she also can be loved by a boy.This topic is very similar in dormitory.Now I feel we are adult, have the power to love, it is normal.But it is common the two people who fall in love at college can not get marry at the end.When they graduate from college, they will break up.They are many reasons like they may not work at same city or the both parents didn’t agree.For me, I am serious with the love, I think the love once begin and not end.I didn’t love people because I was alone.I will love the person who is honest to me and not lie to me.In college, the scores are not important as high school, it is not including the papers scores, and also it includes the capability do anything.If you study for a month, you will pass.But pass not mean you have control the course.Sometime I may work as a volunteer to take part in Social public welfare projects, take 培养综合能力,提升职业素质

————大学英语教学改革之我见

在学校领导的倡导和大力的支持下，我们外语教研室以《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》和《教育部关于推进高等职业教育改革创新引领职业教育科学发展的若干意见》为指导方针，围绕大学英语教学进行了一系列的改革尝试——注重培养综合能力，强调提升职业素质。努力培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的高端技能型专门人才。改革实施以来，取得了很大成效。在此，我结合我的教学实践和大家分享一下我的感受。1 做好了基础英语对医学英语的铺垫

目前大部分医学院校强调大学英语应用能力考试和四、六级考试,几乎所有的教学活动都围绕考试进行，本是为专业英语打基础的基础英语并没有发挥自身的作用。针对这一情况，我们采取分层教学的方法：实施基础英语+医学英语会话+专业医学英语的教学模式。医学英语会话主要提高学生英语在实践中的应用能力，同时介绍一些常用的医学词汇和词根。为了兼顾学生对考试的需要，同时配备听力、阅读等基础英语教材。通过一年的学习，学生对医学英语有了一定的了解，掌握了一些专业的英语词汇，在进入专业英语学习后，不至于感到无所适从。提高了教师的医学英语教学水平

我们外语教研室的教师改革前主要从事基础英语的教学，因此担心在讲解医学英语过程中，由于专业知识的欠缺，可能会常常停留在强调单词的应用，句型的分析和文本大意的掌握上，在知识上达不到自由拓展，在教学过程中比较被动。提出教学改革后，全体教师开展了医学英语大“补课”活动。从医学词汇、临床会话到医学英语的专业知识各个方面提升了自我。同时在教学实践中也进一步培养自身的医学英语素养。多种教学方法相结合在医学英语教学中我们采用了多种教学方法相结合，多角度、多侧面的训练学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力，激发学生学习兴趣，提高学生的英语应用能力。如教师可以利用直观教学法，充分利用多媒体教学设备，在课堂上综合利用与授课文本有关的录像，使学生的听觉、视觉、动觉器官都参加活动，容易引起和保持学生的学习兴趣。

4编写了难易适中的教材

经过基础英语阶段的学习，学生的词汇量大约在4000-4500 左右。考虑学生的实际水平和接受能力，教研室编写了医学英语教材。这些教材在教学实践中体现了很高的实用性。5 实施了合理多元化的测评方法

医学英语应注重学生实际应用能力的测试，以促进医学英语的学习。为了强调医学英语的实用性，医学英语测评分为两个部分：一部分为平时成绩，另一部分期末考试成绩。平时成绩通过多种方式来体现，主要考察学生的实际应用能力；期末考试成绩主要考察学生对专业词汇的掌握、构词法的应用及常用句型的掌握。在学生开始学习医学英语之前，我们就把测评方法告知了学生，让他们认识到英语实际应用能力的重要性，从一开始就认识到学习的目标和意义，增强他们对医学英语学习的兴趣。

由此不难看出，我校大学英语教学改革为医学院校的大学英语教学理念和整个教学体系带来了很大的变化，对提高学生英语综合应用能力起到了很好的促进作用。也对进一步深化我校教学改革具有较好的借鉴作用。教学改革不但有效地提高了学生的英语综合应用能力和学习能力，同时还促进了教师教学管理及技术运用水平的改进，也促进了教师研究能力的提高。以上就是我对我校大学英语教学改革的一点感受。

大学感受时间飞逝，转眼我已是大学生了。从做着大学梦的高中生成为真的大学生；从激动、好奇到

平静、熟悉……我们经历，体验，感受。从中我们成长了，懂得了许多。大学不再是梦寐以

求的理想，而是眼前的点点滴滴，一幅色彩缤纷的画面。从踏进校门的激动自豪，我已感受

到自己将不再是一个浅陋无知的少年，而应成为一个有责任感的当代大学生。梦想中的大学

是美好的，好似世外桃源。当真正的大学展显在我们的面前时，我们却有点失望，有点束手

无策的感觉。穿梭再在校园中的林荫道上，两边枝条茂密的垂柳树，还有不远处的喷泉，让人感受到南方园林的味道。宁静、清幽扑面而来，时而伴随一两声鸟鸣。车到了迎新点，热情的学长学姐就领着我们这群新生，办理各种手续，时不时讲些大学生活的经验。面对他

们，我感到非常的亲切。也许不久，我们也将像他们一样，将我们的这种亲切，传授给下届的新生。拿着宿舍的钥匙，打开门后，眼前的一切已让我惊讶、眼睛呆一会儿。十个人的宿舍…！安排好床位，及衣物，就有想出去逛逛的冲动。

大学，是青年走向社会的平台，是成就人生梦想的摇篮，而在这关键的四年里，每位

大学生要做的，恐怕就是要为实现自己的理想奠定坚实的文化基础，积累一定的知识，完成从学校到社会的转型。而这四年怎么过，完完全全掌握在自己的手中.然而，现在有些大学生迈入大学门槛后，很容易被大学表面的安逸生活所迷惑，四年

过后，轻飘飘地走进社会，得不到认可，又会埋怨社会对自己不公。当然，绝大多数大学生

珍惜时光，努力学习，勇于实践，最终顺利地踏入社会，并在自己的工作岗位上大展宏图。

在这人生重要的四年中不留遗憾，靠自己的奋斗成就自己的梦想，这样的人，最令我佩服，令人羡慕。

大学生活有时或许是寂寞的，但正是这种寂寞，才能让人对自己的灵魂进行拷问。想

想曾经获得过什么，失去了什么，又在追求什么，反复咀嚼过去，展望未来，才能让自己的心灵得到彻底洗涤，不至于每天忙忙碌碌却又一无所获。寂寞的时候，正是人赤裸裸面对自

己的时候，也是感受生命真谛的时候。

一个人应该实实在在地生活，才能让自己的梦想拥有一寸落脚的沙土，才能给生命的轨迹留下几笔浓厚的色彩。此时的感觉，才是最真的。大学时光还要继续，未来的道路阳

光与风雨兼程，也许远方尽是坎坷路，也许要孤孤单单走一程。无论怎样，我们依然要有自

己的目标，自己的方向，因为我们期待着苦尽甘来，我们憧憬着雨后的彩虹，所以我们要好

我的大学这半年

现在进入大学已有半年多。这半年是我长到这么大改变最多的半年。我发觉在潜移默化中我长大了许多，变得更加成熟。

大学是我曾经的梦想的梦寐以求的地方。当我真正进入大学，成为一名大学生时，感觉像进入了一个美丽的梦境。它的生活是丰富多彩的，也是无与伦比的。与高中相比有许许多多的不同。在读大学以前，可以说还是小孩。因为以前的生活是有依靠的，是不完全独立的，而现在的生活却是相对独立的。不管什么事情都必须自己去处理，其中所有的责任由自己承担。

人生如梦，每一个人几乎都活在自己的梦想中，没有了梦，生命的精华将会枯竭，犹如死尸般没了乐趣。现在我们正值青春年华，与许多人没有什么不同，曾经怀揣着对大学的渴望与憧憬，为此我们历经十年的寒窗苦读，最终进入吉大这个名牌大学。在大学的这半年才知道梦想与现实有落差。

最开始进入大学时非常的新奇，甚至忘记了如何学习。大学里的生活方式让我丧失了目标，我曾一度茫然失措，不知道路将通向哪里。我的心态也发生了巨大的变化，由自信转为茫然。回头想想竟然不知道这半年干了什么以及为何会这样。直到大学的第一次考试也就是期末考试，才发现原来大学远不像我想象的那么简单。那试题我有好多不会的地方，全然没有以前学习的那种自信。这次考试仿佛是给正迷茫的我当头泼下一盆冷水，让我终于认识到自己的不足。也正是因为这次打击让我重新认识了自己。

在寒假，我认真的反思了我这半年的学习生活。我意识到会不适应大学生活的原因是大学与高中截然不同的生活和学习方式。在高中平时有很多的考试，每次都会看到自己是否进步，这样学习有了压力也就有了动力。高中学习任务重，但人却过得很充实，很有自信。并且生活上有父母和老师的关心，有什么事情可以向他们请教，所以很轻松。但是在大学平时根本没有考试，很难检测自己学习的成果，久而久之便失去了学习的兴趣和动力。另外大学的生活丰富多彩，我们自由分配的时间很多，加之在生活中有很多的诱惑，这样便很有可能荒废了自己的学业。

我觉得要过好大学生活，让大学真正的成为我们步入社会的起点有以下几点值得我们注意。人们都说大学是我们步入社会前的准备工作，这话一点不假。我们读大学就必须要明白我们学的是什么？为什么学？以及我们该如何学？我们的核心竞争力是什么？我们凭什么在社会有较好的发展？我们的目标是什么？

经过寒假的反思，首先我们进入大学学的是知识，然而更重要的是要学习方法。我们只有培养出了良好的思维方式，才能真正做到与时俱进。其次勤奋必不可少，我们只有孜孜不倦的学习，汲取知识提升自己的竞争力才可以比其他人更加出众。

我们还应该积极的参加各种社会活动来提高自己的社会经验。在大学我们不仅仅需要好的成绩更需要出众的处理事务的能力。因此我们应该在保证学习成绩好的同时其他方面的能力也相应增强。由此看来大学不应该比高中轻松，恰恰相反要更加刻苦才能适应大学的生活。而我刚进入大学却不这么认为，那时有的仅是新奇。我带着以前的老观念认为高中既然如此辛苦那么大学肯定无比的轻松。这种观念让我几乎荒废了这半年。

另外大学更加开放，在大学人际交往面要比以前大很多。大学以前我们认识的人基本仅限于本班的同学。而到了大学全院的人一起上课有更多的机会认识更多的人。而我的人际交往面比以前要宽了许多。这也意味着大学是一个更加开放的环境，人也会变得更加开放。而在这种开放的环境中人会更具有创新能力。但是在另一方面没有了约束就更加需要自我的约束力。这与以前的生活很不一样，开始还有点不适应。

现在说说对大学环境的感受吧。当我走进吉大的时候第一感觉是有好多的树，环境很

好。我走进寝室那情景让我记忆犹新。寝室只有两张书桌和两张上下铺的床。那简朴的风

格让我难忘，第一次体会到了理想与现实的差距。刚来学校人生地不熟，感到很恐惧也很

孤单进而转化为迷茫。随着在学校时间的推移渐渐对周围的环境和人熟悉起来，慢慢的也

逐渐融入大学这个环境。渐渐的我发现在这与高中相比增加了许多对的情侣，并且随处可

见。我开始认为这大学学风也不咋地，但经过学习我发现图书馆，教室中都有许多的人在安静的自习。这我才明白这便是大学开放的一个方面。

现在我已经适应了大学的生活并为自己订立了一个切实可行的计划。我相信你不管现
