生活中的种种苦难总是不请自来;一起小小的**不经意间可能掀起轩然大波;一次小小的误会恍然间可能化为干戈;一个小小的挫折蓦然间可能变为生命的休止符生活总是漫不经心时，给你引来无数纷扰。何以至此？常常闭目苦思，终不得其解。
生活中有苦恼，但更多的，是快乐。和同学唇枪舌剑，争个面红耳赤，待到有空谷足音时，便心悦诚服，粲然一笑;与老师谈天论地，指点江山，激扬文字，快乐尽在不言中;与知己足膝长谈，畅所欲言，释放快乐，静静聆听，分享快乐。兴之所止，烦恼统统无影无踪。慢慢地，懂得了：生活中的种种痛苦并不可怕。他就像屹立在你面前的阴影，你走近了，他就没有了;你逃跑了，他就紧追不舍与其逃避，不如勇敢面对。
慢慢地，明白了：当你用一颗平常心去看待生活时，你就会发现，其实快乐就在你脚下，俯拾即得，但他永远不会泉涌而出，需要你不断追寻。
走过迷茫，也走过憧憬;有过哭泣，也有过欢笑;尝过苦涩，也尝过甜蜜。正是这一苦一乐，才构成了生活。
大学生活是短暂的，在这过去的短短的一年里，我懂得了，明白了。在以后的生活中，我不求每天都快乐，但求每天都充实;我不求每天都有收获，但求每天都有付出。我将珍惜生活中的每一寸光阴，每一分喜悦以及每一滴眼泪。

大学活动也是一个展现自己的平台！校运会上的激烈竞争，使得辉煌的记录被一次次的打破！你看，赛场上的拼搏，观看者的呐喊，加油稿的宣读使得赛场上的气氛更加的活跃，只有亲身感受的人才能真正体会其中的喜悦！还有学校或系里举办的知识竞赛、诗歌朗诵、书法展览都在为我们提供展现自己的平台！当然每个人都有不同的生活圈，性格也有差异，文化也存在差异！因此参加活动与否也因之而定！有的人对于任何有益的`活动都积极参加，而有些人对于任何活动都不感兴趣，甚至感到厌烦！这是把自己孤立起来，也是把自己往绝路上逼！正因为这样有许多人都沉迷于网络游戏之中，整天对着电脑，甚至有的为了玩游戏而逃课！久而久之，既荒废了学业，也把青春白白浪费，读完大学后什么也没有学到！因此，为了避免以上现象的发生，我们应该要自己控制自己，提高自己的自控力，更应该积极去参加各项有益的活动，从而推销自己，进而提高自己的交际能力！
大学中还有许多改善自己命运的机会，这里有知识渊博的图书馆，考取证书的大课堂，锻炼自己的大舞台！图书馆有各时各国各类有名的书籍，俗话说的好书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉，书中的知识是学不完也是学不尽的！面对这么多的书，我们应该剔除糟粕，取其精华！大学证书是我们走进工作门槛的通行证，也是打开社会大门不可缺少的钥匙，更是证明自己才能的途径之一！

但是，随之而来的疑问是：它的学历文凭国家承认吗？虽然学习文化知识是首位的，但现实告诉我，文凭也是相当重要的。
带着这些问题，我来到了电大朝阳分校，接待我的老师和蔼可亲，认真耐心地解释各种问题，打消我的种种顾虑，加之我看到该校老师们良好的精神面貌，整洁的校园及正规的办学程序时，我毫不犹豫地办理了入学手续。
今秋我选择了朝阳电大09秋公共卫生事业管理（本）专业的学习，计划用二年半的时间修完全部课程，力争取得电大开放式教育公共卫生事业管理本科毕业证书，既然选择了电大的学习生活，它就与普通的面授课程不同，电大的学习不是把学习者局限于教室的环境里学习，因此你可以有自己的学习风格，可以按自己的进度学习，也可以选择合适的时间和地点学习。虽然学习的时间自由了，但是对自己的约束力要严格起来。虽然远程学习具有极大的灵活性，但自己仍然需要时刻明白自己是独立的、自我为主的学习者。正式来到学校后，我对电大有了进一步的了解：
1、远程开放教育是随着现代信息技术的发展而产生的一种新型教育形式，它是一种不仅仅只是在课堂上，更重要的是采用多种媒体及信息技术对学生进行教育的教学形式。其效果并非没有只在课堂上授予知识的传统教育好，甚至在有些方面更优于传统教育；其次电大不是民办学院而是国家教育部直属高等学校，其学历国家是给予承认的，这使我更有信心进行学习。
2、电大的教育更为重要的是给学生提供大量的服务。例如提供各种学习信息、学习方法、学习资料，如果学生在学习中遇到困难时可在网上随时向辅导老师进行询问并得到答案。使得学习可以得心应手。在现阶段社会上各方面对电脑的要求比较普遍。因在电大教学中要经常运用电脑进行学习，故还可以锻炼学生掌握网上知识，这都是比较好的。
3、电大的教学一般是宽进严出，学生必须经过严格的考试，并且考试通过后才能够毕业，这使我们的学历更有权威性，更为我们以后的发展奠定了基础。
4、通过学习指南使我更加认识到现在的学习，不能像以前一样只靠老师的讲解。应加强自我的学习能力，并做好学习计划，将工作与学习的时间安排好，才能提高学习效果。
5、在平时的学习进程中开放教育主要是培养学生的学习能力及学习方法，为我们在以后的学习道路上提供了方便。
所以制定周密而有弹性的学习计划是保证学习成功的重要因素。

大学入学心得体会3转眼之间我的大学生涯就已经进行了一个月，大学的种种幻想都被打破了。本来在高中的时候老师经常会用诸如：大学非常轻松；大学非常快乐，可以干自己想干的事情，看自己喜欢看的书，甚至可以任意的去挥霍自己来之不易的青春。但是，我深刻地感受到这只不过是高中老师在高考之前给我们的类似于“望梅止渴”的激励而已，真正到了这个时候，我才发现，一切原来都没有那么简单。
大学确实是一个比较开放和自由的地方，但是这儿的“开放，自由。”仅仅局限于我们对于自己时间的支配上。每周的课程都不多，一般一天只用上大半天的课，但是这也就意味着老师就要将自己的课程压缩在非常短的时间内教授完成。我们的课程安排的相当不科学，经常都是几节课连堂上一门课。到最后都听得昏昏沉沉的，完全不知道老师在说些什么。最可怕的是老师说的重点内容往往只说一遍，从来不会重复。所以自学就成了占据我大部分时间的一个必修课！
说完学习，来说说室友吧！虽然说室友们都来自五湖四海，但是他们都还不错，但是对于学习似乎都不太重视（可能是他们的高中时代太压抑了，到大学来释放吧！上课的时候几乎都是不听课的，作业也喜欢抄袭别人的。这一点我觉得真的非常不可取。我是从一个实行宽松教育的高中：芜湖一中走过来的学生，所以我深知，在开学阶段如果没有抓紧的话就会陷入一种被动的学习境地，这样不断下去就会形成一种恶性循环，对于我们未来的学习生活是相当不利的！所以为了一个北航梦，我决定不在乎别人对我的种种评价，好好学习，争取在四年之后可以实现我的目标（北航计算机学院）！
在学校也开展了多种多样的活动，有一个叫做大学生创业协会的部门吸引了我。因为我是一个计算机迷，高中的非常多时间都砸在研究计算机安装、检修等方面了！所以我选择了这个协会，并且通过了两轮面试，成功地进入了协会。我们的协会主打的是计算机维修，所以在这里我可以学到计算软件之外的硬件知识！所以我为我高中时候逝去的时间稍稍感到了一点儿欣慰！在未来的生涯中，我会尽我最大的努力，好好学习，不断进步的！
