讲合规 促经营

——开展“内控和案防制度执行年”活动心得体会

无论多么完美的内控制度,如果得不到有效的执行,也只能是聋子的耳朵——一种摆设而已。合规经营是银行稳健运行的内在要求,也是防范金融案件的基本前提,是每一个员工必须履行的职责,同时也是保障自己切身利益的有力武器。通过开展“内控和案防制度执行年”活动,使我对合规有了更加深刻的认识:合规操作涉及银行各条线、各部门,覆盖银行业务的每一个环节,商业银行必须将合规意识渗透到每一名员工,使其明确合规经营意义重大。

首先,合规经营是防范商业银行操作风险的需要。合规经营是规范操作行为,遏制违规违纪问题和防范案件发生,全面防范风险,提升经营管理水平的需要。因为合规 与银行的成本控制、风险控制、资本回报等银行经营的核心要素具有正相关的关系,能为银行创造价值,而且有效的合规经营能将合规风险消除于无形。

其次,合规经营是完善商业银行制度体系的需要。银行赖以生存的质量效益源于依法合规经营,源于产生质量和效益的每一个环节,源于每一个岗位的每一位员工。所以银行的发展一定要以合法、合规经营为前提,这样才能从源头上预防风险。

再次,合规经营是落实科学发展观,实现发展目标的重要保证。因为合规经营就是为业务保驾护航的,是为了更好地促进业务发展服务的。在发展、开拓业务和同业竞争中,只有紧紧遵循合规经营的理念,提高管理的质量,才能保证银行的经久不衰。

那么,怎样才能使合规经营深入人心,促进银行的健康发展?我认为,惟有做到“五个到位”:

一 要道德教育到位。“思考方式决定行为和成就。”必须让合规的观念和意识渗透到全行员工的血液中,渗透到每个岗位、每个业务操作环节中,营造“重操守、讲合 规、促案防”的良好氛围,促使所有员工在开展经营管理工作时能够遵循法律、规则和标准。一是强化法纪意识。积极开展法制教育,增强员工的防范意识、法律意 识;用现实的案例教育身边的人,使员工将法纪规范熔铸在自己思想中。二是强化奉献意识。引导员工加强自身修养,学会心理调控,不盲目与人攀比,防微杜渐,面对各种诱惑保持高度的警觉性;正确处理好群体与个体、个体与社会、个体与个体利益得失的矛盾。三是强化自觉意识。引导员工树立正确的人生观和价值观,自 觉地运用各种社会规范指导和检点自己的行为,使自己循规蹈矩。四是强化集体意识。引导每个员工珍爱集体荣誉,关心集体的共同利益、共同目标、共同荣誉,增 强集体观念。

二 要执行能力到位。根据自身的改革和发展的形势,制定尽可能详尽的业务规章制度和操作流程,建立以提高执行力为目标的制度体系。一是加大制度的执行力度,引 导员工增强利用制度自我保护意识,由“要我执行制度”转变为“我要执行制度”,做到有章必循,违章必究,形成制度制约。二是不断创新操作流程和管理制度,对实践证明仍然行之有效的管理办法,必须坚持,制定合规经营程序以及合规手册、员工行为准则等合规指南,为员工恰当执行法律、规则和准则提供指导。三是培 养员工良好习惯,坚持按照操作规程处理每一笔业务,把习惯性的合规操作工作嵌入各项业务活动之中,让合规的习惯动作成为习惯的合规操作。四是正确处理好合 规经营与业务发展的辨证关系,只有合规经营,业务才能更好更快地发展,在合规的基础上创新,在创新的平台上达到更高质量和更有效益的合规。

三 要合规操作到位。“合规操作,从我做起”。合规不是一日之功,违规却可能是一念之差。一是管好自己。自尊自爱是员工自我培养自立能力、防腐拒变能力和风险 防范能力的基础,员工要从保护自己、保护家人的立场,切实提高自身防微杜渐的能力。二是监督别人。不轻易相信别人,留心观察身边人,善于及时提出对异常业 务处理的疑问,对自己经手的复核和授权业务警惕性负责并追问到底。三是坚持流程。流程制是解决合规经营、防范资金风险的最有效方法,实践证明,人制代替流 程制往往隐藏着较大的道德风险隐患,流程制的监督保障更能够为稳健经营提供强有力的督查制约。四是建立有效沟通的平台。通过共同谈心、单独谈心等方式了解 员工的工作、学习、生活及家庭情况,倾听员工的心声,在基层网点与员工家庭间建立良好的沟通平台,让双方都知道员工八小时内外的动态,及时帮助有困难的员 工解决问题,解开心扉,让大家学习专心、工作舒心、生活开心。

四 要监督管理到位。完善业务发展与合理管理并重的绩效考核办法,建立风险防范的监督机制。一是将合规经营落实情况考核纳入业绩考核指标体系,并作为衡量各单 位工作绩效的指标之一,使其和领导业绩、员工收入紧密挂钩。二是建立奖罚并重的专项考核激励机制。对合规工作做得好或对举报、抵制违规有贡献者给予保护、表扬或奖励;对履行工作职责中仅有微小偏差或偶然失误、且未造成不良后果的,予以免责或从轻处理;对存在或隐瞒违规问题、造成不良后果者,要按照规定给予 处罚,追究责任。三是建立沟通制度。制度不是放在案头的装饰品,它需要管理人员经常地向员工宣讲,不厌其烦地沟通、解释、提醒,制度才能得以执行。四是建 立合理化建议制度。通过开展“合理化建议活动”,充分发挥员工的智慧,重视他们的意见,给他们发现问题、提出解决问题的机会,引导他们提出改善业务操作、防范风险的合理化建议,凡是自己提出来且受到重视并在实践中得以运用的建议,员工自然会铭记在心,自觉执行。

五 要榜样作用到位。“榜样的力量是无穷的”。正面典型是旗帜,可以启迪心灵,引路导航;反面典型是警钟,可以敲山震虎,以之为鉴。一是领导干部要率先垂范,身体力行,给下属员工做出合规操作的良好示范。合规从高层做起,从每一个单位的一把手做起,口头上要时时宣讲合规,行为上要时刻体现合规,给广大员工做出合规经营的良好示范,只有各级管理人员提高 认识,高度重视,才能保证合规经营各项工作落实到位,合规经营才能在银行经营中发挥作用。二是案件警示教育是有力震慑犯罪潜在行为的最有效手段,通过透视 发生的各类案例,抓住典型,经常性地开展典型案例警示教育活动,特别是强调案例的量刑给家庭带来的危害和处理人的力度,达到警钟常鸣、防患未然的目的。

总之,我们每名员工都要把“诚信、正直、守法、合规”的理念牢记,将“合规人人有责,合规创造价值”的经营理念根植于心,争做遵规守纪的交行人,为实现交通银行持续稳健经营、快速发展的既定目标贡献力量!

我的家乡在顺德大良,那里有一座美丽的公园,叫顺峰山公园。顺峰山公园处处都很美,不信,我就一一介绍给你听。

一进顺峰山公园,一条条绿色的长廊就映入我的眼帘。这一条条绿色长廊就像一位位小姐,在欢迎我们的到来。

接下来是一座一座绣满花纹的桥,有的刻着龙王下海,有的刻着双龙戏珠,还有的刻着龙凤飞舞……真是应有尽有啊!

过了桥,紧接着又是一道美丽的风景线——又高又大的牌坊。这座牌坊长88米,高38。5米,重3000万吨!是亚洲最大的牌坊!它不仅壮观,而且很美观。整座牌坊全部是用黑里透红的黑青麻石建成,它的顶部还铺满黄色的瓦片。牌坊正面秀丽的写着“顺峰山公园”,背面还有顺风揽胜几个大字,它左右两边的门板上雕刻着龙凤图案,真是美丽极了,不愧是亚洲第一牌坊呀!

过了牌坊,迎面而来的是一潭微波荡漾的湖水,湖水清澈见底。清早,湖水在一束束阳光下闪出点点金光。而傍晚,湖水又反射出一道道美丽的彩霞,真引人注目。

湖水四周有一条小道,小道旁有苍翠欲滴的老树和一片一片、一群一群的花草。就像一幅画,一幅五彩缤纷,充满我对家乡热情的画!

一进去顺峰山公园门口,抬头一看,那是一座高大雄伟的牌坊,据说是亚洲的第一大牌坊。牌坊上面刻着“顺峰山公园”五个金烫的大字,弯弯的石拱门就像三个大月牙,照耀着这个家喻户晓的公园。定睛一看,上面还雕刻着一条条龙,栩栩如生。

继续往前走,展现在我们面前的是一片宽阔的青云湖。湖水清澈见底,清得能看见湖水里快活又可爱的小鱼们,还有“横行霸道”的螃蟹。夏天到来的时候,青云湖里荷花粉的如霞,白的似雪,红的如火,真漂亮啊!

沿着石板路,绕过青云湖,来到湿地公园。那里百花齐放,绿树成荫,鸟语花香,真像小花和小草们的天地啊!可爱的小花朵们在高兴地很太阳公公打招呼呢,绿油油的小草在哈哈大笑,小鸟们在树上叽叽喳喳地叫着,好像说:“早上好啊,小动物们。”

一到顺峰山公园,壮观的石牌坊立刻显现在我们眼前,高大的石牌坊上刻着一条条威武的龙,仿佛飞在青云端。石牌坊像一扇扇“魔法门”带我们进入风景如画的顺峰山公园。

我们穿过“魔法门”,来到了荷花池。池里的荷花漂亮极了!一朵朵荷花像一张张小床,里面的莲子像一个个可爱的宝宝乖乖地睡在“小床”里。荷花的颜色也很漂亮!上面尖尖的地方是深红的,渐渐往下看就变成了粉白色。荷叶绿油油的,像一把把小伞。偶尔还有几只小蜻蜓悠闲地立在荷叶上,让我想起了那首诗:“小荷才露尖尖角,早有蜻蜓立上头。”池里还有可爱的小鸭子,小鸭子用翅膀拍打着水面,看样子,玩得很开心呢!

春天,小河叮咚,树木发芽,小草从地下冒出来,野花开放,开得可灿烂呢!柳树在湖边垂下许多柳条,小鸟在枝头唱歌,可真动听!

夏天,树木长得郁郁葱葱,草地上不时有一朵两朵小花,散发着清香,在荷花池边,我隐隐约约闻到一阵清香,荷花已经开了不少,荷叶挨挨挤挤,像一个大圆盘。白荷花在这些大圆盘之间冒出来。有的荷花已经全盛开了,有的荷花才展开两三片花瓣儿,有的还是花骨朵,看起来饱胀得要马上破裂。

秋天,正是菊花盛开的季节,人们常说菊花是“花之君子者也”。顺峰山公园里放满了一盆盆菊花。秋天也是落叶的季节,其它树木的叶子都落到了地上,只有松树、柏树的叶子还没落下,一直呈现深绿色。

顺德,是美丽的,因为有一颗璀璨的明珠守护着这里。这颗明珠人人皆知——顺峰山公园,今天,我又来到了我朝思暮想的梦幻仙境!

清晨,顺峰山这位少女慢慢苏醒了,还有一些模糊,因为周围起着薄薄的雾,像一张轻纱,盖上了少女的脸。我陶醉在花海里,小露珠也来凑热闹,停留在花瓣上看着我们,真可爱!

踏进了湿地公园,这里的天比别处更可爱,空气是那么清新,天空是那么明朗,天上的风筝给这里增添了几分色彩,在天底下,一碧千里,而并不茫茫。四面都有小丘,平地是绿的,小丘也是绿的。人们一会儿上了小丘,一会儿又下来,走到哪儿都像给无边的绿毯绣了五彩的大花。

一直走,就到了花海,那的花十分漂亮,五彩斑澜,五光十色。那些花瓣线条是那样柔美,就像只用彩色渲染,而不用墨线勾勒的中国画那样,到处五彩缤纷,轻轻流入云际,仿佛置身在幻想的境界里。

光阴似箭,游玩的时间总是过得特别快,又到了返程回家的时候,我经过威武霸气的牌坊,终究舍不得,扭头一看,一阵风吹来,花儿向我点了点头,挥了挥手,它在跟我告别呢。最终,我还是在牌坊的注视下,一步三回头地离开了……

今天下午,天气晴朗,万里无云,妈妈带我来到了顺峰山公园的一角。虽说只是一角,但这里的风景却实在是令人惊叹!

刚进公园。首先映入眼帘的是一棵棵宫粉紫荆花树和黄花风铃木争奇斗艳。只见一朵朵宫粉紫荆花就像一只只蝴蝶,有白的、粉的两种颜色,开满枝头,一陈风吹过,带落了几片或白或粉的宫粉紫荆花瓣,犹如一个个仙女在风中翩翩起舞,美不胜收。而一旁,一道黄色花海悄然绽放,这些可爱的小花,花冠呈漏斗形,五裂,似风铃状,它就是难得一见的黄花风铃木。独特小巧的花朵似风铃,彷如演奏着悦耳的音乐。地上,一些被风吹落的黄花风铃木堆在一起,组成了一张纯天然的黄色地毯,和一棵棵盛开着黄色花朵的黄花风铃木树配在一起,显得别有一番风情。

深入园中,一株诺大的木棉树耸立着,一朵朵红彤彤的花朵挂满枝头,在天空中形成了一片红艳的花海,而一旁,一株株三角梅也是引人注目,路灯状的梅红色小花苞在一片绿草丛中绽放,带着一种别样的美……这些美丽的景色给顺峰山公园带来了勃勃生机。

顺峰山公园位于广东佛山顺德大良新旧城区之间,在宝林路的那边,旁边就是宝林寺,顺峰山公园是一个旅游的胜地。

有一天,我坐车去了顺峰山公园,到了那里,一看,哇,有一座山,这上不是很高,但是很美丽、壮观。有一个高大的牌坊,这座高大的牌坊很雄伟,它宽88M,总高度是38M,整整一座牌坊总重量为1。4万吨,一座牌坊正反的两面拱门之间有16条用大理石掉城的龙形柱子,有的两条互相缠绕的飞龙,嘴里吐出美丽的水花;有的刻着双龙戏珠(就是两条龙在玩一颗珠子)……图案精美又壮观一条柱子的重量就达到25吨,16条柱子就有400吨,它们全部在门楼顶上用镙丝棱紧倒挂下来。真是有巧夺天工的气势,怪不得是中国第一、世界之最的牌坊,今天一见真是名不虚传啊!

牌坊的前面是一个空地,可以给小朋友们玩,有的在打羽毛球,有的在打乒乓球,有的在踢足球,有的在做操……他们一个个都笑了,可以见到他们玩得有多开心啊!

在空地里向前走,是一个巨大的人工湖,只巨大的人工湖里的水清澈见底,没有垃圾在里面,这人工湖里还有小鱼在里面快活的游来游去,还有一些船供游客使用,想说这大自然的美景。

在牌坊的右边,一大片草地,你里你可以野餐、乘凉。那可是一个多么美好的享受啊!

草地的旁边有个长廊,因为这里贴着许多美术、摄影比赛的优秀作品,一路走低还会看见有假山之类的建筑物,在这个公园里面,就像走进皇宫一样。

再向前走有一个凉亭和一个莲花池,走累了还可以乘凉和看一下莲花。

在牌坊左边,有一个孔子庙,来这儿游玩的人都会给孔子上上香。

孔子庙旁边有一个青云塔,他共有7层,从远处看,真像之大毛笔!

今天的天气格外晴朗,一大清早,妈妈就带着我和弟弟到大良顺峰山公园游玩。

不一会儿,我们就到了顺峰山公园。啊!多么美丽的公园啊!首先映入眼帘的是雄伟壮观的大牌坊,牌坊建筑非常精巧,它是亚洲雄伟的建筑物之一。穿过牌坊,就是一个大湖,碧绿的湖水在阳光的照射下闪闪发光。湖里有很多游客在划船,湖边上有不少行人在散步,小孩们在骑自行车,玩游戏,非常热闹。我坐在湖边放眼望去,只见顺峰山顶绿树成荫,树林深处历史悠久的古塔高高耸立着,她与雄伟的牌坊互相映照,整个公园变得更迷人、更有气派。真使人有一种入诗入画的感觉。

多么美丽的公园啊!怪不得到此游览的人都连连称赞,我们一边游览一边玩耍,直到十一点多才依依不舍地离开。

顺峰山公园在顺德的东面,那里山清水秀,风光秀丽,古色古色,山水环绕,风景优美,鸟语花香,是一个美丽又著名的地方。

一走进门,向左走,你会看到五座长长的石桥,它叫“五行桥”,五行桥像五条又长又大的巨龙。石桥下面是一条长长的人工湖,人工湖旁边有一棵棵高大的柳树,犹如一个个长发公主,在向游客展示自己漂亮的头发。柳树上,有的小鸟在叽叽喳喳的唱歌,有的小鸟在柳树上玩耍,还有的小鸟在草地上抓虫子吃,真是热闹极了!

继续向前走,你会看见一片湖泊,那是青云湖。湖水清澈见底,在阳光的照射下湖水波光粼粼。青云湖的鱼儿数不胜数,有的小鱼在湖水里玩耍,有的小鱼在水里打架,还有的在找食物,真是热闹极了!

我们又在玩激流勇进,我坐在第一个,两个哥哥分别按身高坐二、三两位,来到下坡冲刺时,我马上带上了帽子,可是还是被水冲成个“落汤鸡”被在场的观众给笑话了,连两个哥哥也说我人品好,为他们挡水,我哈哈的笑了起来。

最后,我们来到了儿童乐园,里面有咖啡杯、碰碰车、旋转木马、龙车等项目。我坐了一次龙车,我们先买好票,然后坐在车子上,系好安全带,只见“龙”活了,飞也似地向下冲去,但在回到起点的时候,“龙”变慢了,也不知道是累了,还是怕伤到人,但我玩得很开心。

一路上,我好奇地问这问那,就像一个话匣子,一刻不停地说着话。来到砰砰有奖激射台,我有些胆怯地拿起一把电子枪,紧张地射击起来。第一局我就败下阵来,累得精疲力竭,手心冒汗的我就像散了架。可我还是咬咬牙,这时旁边的阿姨耐心地教导我:“用眼睛把枪上的瞄准柱对牢,再指导向要射靶的红色中心点,就能打下靶。”我试了试,嘿!还真灵,打中了34个,最后我乐滋滋地领着奖品,哼着小调,跑了出去。

再往前走几步就是烟雨湖,一滴滴雨落在湖上,溅起一圈圈涟漪,水纹往外扩散,水滴跃出水面,好似小精灵般跳跃,形成在水中怒放的白莲花。烟雨湖真大啊,大得一眼望不到边;烟雨湖真绿啊,绿得像一块巨大的翡翠;烟雨湖真干净啊,净得碧绿中没有一丝杂色,水面上没有丝毫的垃圾。

沿着湖边一直往前走,有一个小园子,园里有几棵枝叶茂密的参天大树,拔地而起,直插云霄。这几棵树不但高耸,而且粗壮极了,好几个小朋友张开双臂才能勉强地围起来。树上的枝丫重重叠叠,一簇堆一簇,一堆挤一堆。树上的叶子真绿啊,在春雨的洗礼下焕然一新,绿得油光发亮,是那么的清晰可见,叫人看了真舒服。

春雨中的九峰公园真是五彩的、连绵不断的画卷。我爱家乡的九峰公园。

今天,我和妈妈爸爸一起去黄岩九峰公园玩。我高兴的不得了,6点还未到,我就起来了。还马上让爸爸妈妈快起来。吃过早餐,我们急忙走去车站。真幸运一到车站,就有公交车。我马上上车。到了,黄岩九峰路。走到桥边,我看见许多在桥底洗衣服。我猜是因为这个水太清澈见底的原故吧。我们继续往前。一大堆好吃。

有:羊肉串、臭豆腐、炸酱面、竹筒饭、麻滋……走进九峰公园,我看有许多人拿桶。我问妈妈:“他们干什么啊?”妈妈说:“这里的山水很好,所以他们拿桶带水回家。”我也想勺水回家,可是我没有装水的任何一样东西呀,我只能放弃这个想法了。之后我们来公园里的游乐园。我去玩了“飞椅”,我坐上椅子绑上安全带。椅子,慢慢往上升了。一开始转的时候,我不害怕因为转的慢。正当我正在想会不会转的飞快,突然转的飞快。这时我转的这么快会不会甩下去呢?如果,真把我甩下去会出人命的。玩完了飞椅,我玩游览山洞。

我一开始玩的时候,我觉得这个非常无聊。后来我改变了我的想法。原来,是个鬼屋啊。我坐着小列车在山洞探险。我开进了山洞。突然一个鬼雕塑跳了出来吓死我了。接着冒出来许多鬼雕塑。还有的鬼雕塑张开大嘴巴准备咬住游人。最恐怖有一个鬼雕塑悬在半空中,好像随时准备抓游人的头。之后,我们准备回家了。可是我的肚子突然饿了。我看着这么多美食,好想把他们通通消灭掉。我马上吃起美食有许多、数不胜数。吃完美食后,我就回家了。

“终于到了”。随着我和表姐的一阵欢呼,美丽的九峰公园映入我们的眼帘。我和表姐就想一只只欢快的小鸟飞出了“鸟笼”。我们想要躲避两位妈妈的视线,跑得飞快。我们转过头去,看不见她们了,我停下来了。表姐气喘吁吁的问我:“她们会不会找不到我们呢?”我自信地回答:“不可能。”

不知不觉,我们就来到了儿童乐园。妈妈提醒我们,只能挑三样玩。于是,我们就选择了自己喜欢的三样。我们是第一批顾客。我们先玩飓风飞椅。哦们各自选了一个座位,刚坐稳,机器就启动了。在转动的一瞬间,我们还聊了几句话,还发疯似的尖叫了几声。突然,我的椅子有点儿倾斜,吓得我胆战心惊,一动也不敢动,生怕稍不留神就会掉下去。飞椅越转越快,越转越高,我都不敢睁眼看了。飞椅开始降落了,最后慢慢着陆。我快速下了飞椅,立刻感到头晕目眩的,好像天空都转了起来。刺激的飓风飞椅结束了,我们就选择了比较舒心的太空漫步。刚坐上去,我的怀里就像揣着一只小兔,“嘭嘭嘭”跳个不停。要知道这可是在半空中的呀!开始了,我看着表姐掌控着方向盘,我心里忐忑不安的,想:万一表姐一失手,我们就完蛋了。可是不一会儿就到了。表姐跟我说起一路上的美景,真可惜自己没有留心去观赏。最后,我们去玩了碰碰车。

今天上午,我们玩得可真愉快!

九峰公园_500字14

星期六晚上,我们决定去九峰公园玩,因为我特别想念六年级毕业生王瑛瑛了,便决定约她一起去九峰公园玩。

终于,我们在门口等到了她,我们手拉手一起进公园。公园里可热闹了!真是人山人海,有的在跳舞,看那些跳舞的人不分男女老少,他们随着音乐在那舞蹈,心情十分愉快,看着他们这么欢快,我也想上去扭一扭了。有的人在滑冰她们的脚一摆一摆的,就可以快速向前行驶,看上去十分威风,我看着,也十分想学。还有一些人在散步,打羽毛球呢!

我们继续向前走,就可以看到清澈见底的龙珠湖,在灯光的照耀下,龙珠湖波光粼粼,再加上金碧辉煌的楼层和人影,美丽极了。我看着这美丽的景色,都陶醉在其中。

突然,我们看到有一些人在围这房子转圈圈,于是,我们也准备一起去逛逛,我们走了进去,映入眼帘的是一幢幢古老的大楼和树木,那密密的枝叶,正好成为了人们乘凉的好地方。在一片空地上,我们看见了一些老公公和老婆婆在打太极,他们听着舒缓的音乐,在那慢慢地做动作,我们也跟着学了一点呢!

走过游乐场,我们到了运动器材那做了健身运动。这里有很多人在打羽毛球呢,那一个个羽毛球在空中划过一道道美丽的弧线,漂亮无比。

玩着玩着,不知不觉到了八点半,我们依依不舍地告别了九峰的美景与王瑛瑛,回家了。

九峰公园,坐落在城关九峰路东面,背后靠着一座大山叫方山,正面对着整个城市.当你走到公园门口,远远就看见了一对雄伟的狮子,蹲在那里守卫着公园,就听到小溪流水哗哗的声音.一直往前走,两排二米多高四季常青的桂花树挺立着,像解放军战士一样.如果你九月份来到这里,就会享受到满树金色的桂花散发出一陈陈清香.再向右走,过通道展现你眼前的是公园最美的龙珠湖.春天到了,湖边的柳树发芽了,柳树上垂下来无数像绿丝带一样的柳条.桃树,梨树,你不让我,我不让你,争着开出了粉红色的桃花和雪白的梨花,上千上百只蜜蜂在美丽的花朵下面嗡嗡地闹着.大小的蝴蝶飞来飞去.到了夏天,阳光投射在龙珠湖的湖面上,反射着叠叠波光,湖中的荷叶像一个个碧绿的大圆盘,挨挨挤挤,粉红色的荷花从大圆盘中冒出来,亭亭玉立,像一个个美丽的仙女.湖水里的小金鱼在自由自在地游来游去,可爱的小青蛙在荷叶上跳来跳去,还呱呱地叫个不停.我们坐在龙珠湖的长廊中,向东望去,就看见有一座拱形的小桥,桥两边栏杆上雕刻着精美的图案,有高贵淡雅的菊花,出污泥而不染的荷花,有两条喷着水花的龙,有的像两条相互缠绕的龙,前爪相互抵着,各自回首遥望,还有刻着双龙戏珠.在这里我们还能听到动听的歌声,声声入耳.再向南看去,有一个很大的儿童乐园.那里可真热闹,到处都能听到儿童们喜悦的笑声.如果你有兴趣,爬到公园背后的山上,你就能看到整个家乡.我觉得家乡的九峰公园美极了.
