个人英语四级备考学习总结
折戟沉沙铁为消，自将磨洗认前朝。”每次大学英语四级考试，许多考生总会在这场“无硝烟的战斗”中饱受煎熬。他们总会存在这样一个问题，四级考试为什么这么难，什么原因导致自己总是通不过四级考试，又该如何提高英语成绩。特别是对于很多英语基础差的同学而言，英语四级的通过更是难上加难。针对这个问题，我结合自己的学习备考，来谈谈我自己过四级的经验。虽说我的四级成绩不高，但我相信有些经验还是值得大家借鉴的。
我们大家都知道英语四级的题型基本固定为写作、快速阅读、听力、基本阅读、选词填空、完型填空和汉译英。就我个人而言，我认为写作、听力和阅读(快速阅读和基础阅读)是重点，因此对于这三部分的得分多少，将直接决定着其我们考试分数的高低。下面我就来依次解析一下：
一：写作
（一）基本情况
在我备考之前，我的写作水平基本停留在高一的水平，有时候拿过一个作文题目就不知道从何下手，不知如何提笔。再就是写作没有明确的思路，按照简单的汉语逻辑写作，句式单一，没有文采。英语四级考试要求考生在30分钟内写出120字的文章，而我经常在30分钟时间内完成不了作文。经过不断的训练后，在考试时自己并没再像以前一样害怕写作，在规定的时间内很快完成了作文。
（二）过程和做法
在备考阶段，针对写作，我有意的选择了20篇写的比较好的四级范文（包括各个方面话题，比如环境污染，校园考证热，校园恋爱行为等等）。将这些文章进行仔细研究，分析其句式、用词、搭配等等，然后将这些文章背下来，做到脱口而出。然后自己再选择十个话题进行练习写作，并不断的修改，反复与四级范文进行对比，知道自己满意为止，最后将这些文章也记下。
（三）经验和体会
1、英语写作的体材主要有议论文、应用文、图表文等。针对不同的体裁，写作思路是不一样的，因此我们要首先弄清楚各种文体的写作思路。
2、英语文章段落结构一般有三部分构成：主题句+扩展句+结尾句。主题句就是英语文章段落的中心思想句。我们都知道英语文章一般喜欢开门见山，所以主题句一般位于英语文章段落的句首。其他句子都要围绕它而展开。扩展句就是为主题句起解释说明或论证的句子。通常我们写扩展句所采用的方法是举例子、列数据等。结尾句就是总结句，英语写作也类似于汉语写作，最后再把自己本段落的写作目的陈述一下。
3、最后就是要注意遣词造句的问题。我们在写作的过程中，想出一个基本词汇来之后，需要将它再提升一下，达到用词难度的要求，同时还要结合语境的要求选用。我们在平时写作时不太擅长用词组，而最习惯的就是想到汉语，然后对应汉语思维写出英语句子，这种写作只能是单词的罗列组合，谈不上什么技巧文采可言。如果我们能够在选用单词的基础上，进一步想到与之同义的词组，那么文章就会显得与众不同，更具有英语的味道。此外，如果能力允许，在作文中运用一些修辞将会为作文增色不少。
二：听力
（一）基本情况
对于听力，之前的我还算是有一点基础，但是应付四级的听力还是比较吃力。尤其是有一些不熟悉的单词和句式比较复杂的句子在听力中更是难以听出来，加强英语听力的训练也是我备考中不可缺少的一部分。经过一段时间的听力训练，在四级考试时，感觉听力并不是那么难了，也就是因为听力，才让我取得了一个不错的四级成绩。
（二）过程和做法
我每天拿出半小时，将历年真题中的听力拿出来反反复复的听，直到自己都能很清楚的听出为止，然后讲那些听力原文读熟、弄透，不认识的单词全部记下。除此之外，还选择一些其他的听力材料进行泛听，扩大听力的量，找到听英语的感觉。
（三）经验和体会
1、在自己训练听力时，最好选用历年真题的，因为它的难度、语调、语速等都是最适合的。
2、在做题时，试卷发下来后应快速的将试题浏览一遍，根据问题联想一下原文可能会是讲的什么内容，这样可以大大提高对听力原文的理解。没听懂的就应该放弃，千万不要听下一题时还想着上一题，这样会引起连锁反应，导致后面的题也听不清楚。
3、要相信自己的第一感觉，不要随便改动开始的答案。
三：阅读
(一)基本情况
备考前自己的阅读水平很差，基本上只有百分之五六十的正确率。阅读文章中很多单词不认识，看不懂文章，对作者的基本观点都不能把握，并 且做题速度很慢。在经过一段时间的训练后，阅读成绩有了大幅的提高，四级成绩达到了比较满意的分数。
（二）过程和做法
阅读训练中，我也是以历年真题为主，反复做历年真题，将真题研究透彻。分析文章中的长难句，理解出题者的考查意图。将文章中不认识的单 词全部查出然后记下，并分析常见单词的用法。最后将一些好文章读书，甚至背诵下来。
（三）经验和体会
1、在备考阅读的过程中，要以精读为主，泛读为辅。精读时要在语境中体会单词、词组的用法，然后分析句子结构，句式安排，句子与句子之 间的衔接关系并尝试翻译一些句子。泛读时应该涉猎各种类型的文章，可以先从自己熟悉话题，自己感兴趣的话题开始。泛读时主要体会文章的主要意
思，不要总是局限在个别词或者词组的层面上。
2、还要提高阅读的速度，并熟悉英语国家的政治、经济、文化等方面的知识，这对于理解语义本身一定大有裨益。
英语学习是一个积累的过程，需要我们的不断努力。因此，我们制定好计划后要长期坚持，相信我们最终能够取得好成绩。
在上一次的英语四级考试中，虽然通过考试且成绩还可以，但是我发现作文方面还有很多地方没有做好，句式结构还是把握的不够。英语成绩总体来说还与一些成绩很好的同学存在一些差距。在接下来的时间里，我们还要面对英语六级考试的问题，我想以上总结的经验对六级考试也是有用的。我将按照上面所说，不断的努力学习英语，积极备考英语六级，在下一次的六级考试中一次通过，并取得更好的成绩。

第三篇：英语四级总结
给准备四级机考（听说六级机考试点马上要开始了）的师弟师妹一点建议：
1.机考好像是势在必行，调整好心态，没想象中的难。笔试没考过，说不定机考就过了，两个成绩都有效，好像是取两者中高分成绩作为你的四级成绩，所以如果有机会，尽量试着考考机考。再者，也可为以后要参加的各种机考积累一些经验；
2.平时学着用英文发发E-mail, 或用英文网上聊聊天。或平时多练习英文录入，这样可以提高四级机考中的考试速度，也不至于自己紧张；
3.平时到英文网站浏览一些文章，慢慢习惯网上英文阅读，对以后的各种机考很有帮助；
4.去专业的英语听力网站练习英语听力，本人的经验是多进行英文听写练习，听写训练有点枯燥，有时感觉让人崩溃，但听写练习多了，考试中的听力和听写应该不在话下；
5.多听些跟读训练，如跟读新概念英语文章等，然后多做复述等，把所有听到的故事改成第一人称试着复述就很好，这样提高句子跟读能力；
6.写作的准备还是要练习一些传统的论说文，脑海中积累一些常用议论文句型或写作黄金模版，除此之外，还建议大家经常试着练习描述型的段落，如对一幅图画的描述，对一个小广告或小故事视频的描述；
7.多去B B C,C N N,CCVV9等网站看看英语视频节目，了解一下英语视频的特点，熟悉一些热点题材，多积累一些时事新闻或热点话题讨论的专题节目知识；
