其次，关于“有条理”，是指在表述不同数据的时候能够按照两两数据间适当关系进行有序的罗列。比如说：简单的分数或者倍数关系，两个数据间的联动关系等。
因为在图表类作文中，我们应该把考官当做一个蒙着眼的听众，考生需要通过语言向考官描述整张图表的信息。这就需要考生客观准确的还原信息，同时以有条理的表述清晰的罗列有迹可循数据。
