在第一句里提到一个你和雇主都认识的人的名字。

这是求职信理想的开头方法,因为这让你迅速从一大堆和雇主毫无关系的应聘者中脱颖而出。

如果可以的话,讲一个故事。

这对我们大部分人来说很困难,但如果你可以把你对这份工作的渴望和你的人生经历或故事联系起来的话,就这么做。

在开篇简单总结你的职业生涯。

用一两个句子描述你的工作经历。

用例子来说明你的资历。

用具体的业绩来说明你会如何给公司带来提升。

在结尾处说明雇主可以在何时怎样同你联系。

在最后一句告诉收信人何时期待收到你的回音。

不用简单地从职位描述里复制粘贴。

如果你是申请一份公开发布的职位,记住职位要求,但不要逐字引用。

礼多人不怪

哪怕你的求职信是电子邮件的形式,也要让行文有条理,除非你的收件人已经和你很熟,你只是模仿她的非正式文体。

第四篇:写好求职信的要素

一.说明为什么应聘

对此,要列举用人单位的优点及引人之处,要表达自己对加盟到该单位的渴望和对该单位真诚的关心,你对单位历史、现状、未来的认识或对领导的关心将赢得单位对你的好感。但要得体、中肯,不可采用过分吹捧和有意讨好的言词,以免对方讨厌,反而不利求职。

二.要说清你希望承担什么工作

这里应说明你应聘的专业与岗位,但无须过于具体,太具体了容易缩小求职范围或与用人单位对不上口径。行文中要有一定的回旋余地,以便使相类似的工作也有中选的可能。

三.要说明自己的条件、能力

表达对胜任工作的信心,这可以列举自己的专长和曾经获得过的成绩、荣誉等,表明应聘的必备条件,增强对方的信任感。

第五篇:求职信的十大要素

要牢记这是一封推销自己的信件,你应该尽量突出自己的优点与长处,并且表示对这份工作很感兴趣,而不是奉上一份个人自传。

②到题:

内容精简到题,段落分明,不宜超过一张纸。若雇主收到你那长达三四页的,只会觉得你缺乏决断能力。

③简明:

文字运用简明、直接,多用短句少用长句。一味贩卖艰涩字句,只会惹人反感。

④正确:

留意文法的正确,切勿写错字。一封满是错字的,难以对写信人委以重任。

⑤专业:

格式整齐干净,除非雇主列明要求手写,否则以打字为佳,强调专业风格--Businesslike,笔者曾收过一封以单行字手写的,无论写得怎样出色,也会予人马虎草率、没有诚意之感,当然不作考虑。

⑥ 风格:

这是一封有关你的信件,最好能具备个人的风格,但并不表示要哗众取宠、夸张大胆,而应该就不同的申请职位而度身撰写求职信,配合个人的特色,不可只抄别人的东西草草了事。

⑦ 用语:

大量使用Action Verbs,和directed,persuaded,coordinated等,以加强整封信的气势与感染力。

⑧ 准备:

最好事前细心阅读招聘广告列出的雇主要求,逐项针对性地撰写,另外,你所申请的公司是属于什么类型?提供什么服务或产品?申请职位的主要工作是什么?你也应事先搜集资料。

⑨提示:

使用普通大小(A4)的纯白色信纸。

注意纸张质料、打字质素与字款的运用。

行距不可太疏或太密。

保留副本以作翻查。

⑩ 检查:

撰写完毕后,应反复检查,确保无误,才正式寄出。

因为一些微小的错误,也会予未来雇主一个不够全面及不细心的坏印象,就算连日期、标点符号也要检查清楚,要记着你的求职信,便是你的求职代表。

撰写求职信时应针对雇主的立场出发,尽量写上雇主有兴趣知道的资料。

大多数招聘官一般都相信,如果一个求职者连一份求职信与履历表也写不好的话,很难期望他在工作上会有杰出表现。
