experience they gain may help them understand the knowledge they acquire in class.On the other hand, if they know how they are going to use the knowledge, they will make more effort to master it better.On the other hand, traveling, as another real life experience, can enrich knowledge and enlarge horizons.Students can obtain what they can not learn out of textbooks in class.Though in college, students do have time to travel, yet the holidays that can be used for travel are more often than not too short for long distance trips.One year will be enough for most to travel extensively.This experience will bring them endless topics to socialize with people.What is more, both practice can help students improve their independence, enhance their problem-solving abilities and communicative skills, all of which are indispensable for a successful college life.However, problems also exist.Students may lose their interest for study and become money-oriented ending up quitting school completely.Moreover, they may be

influenced by social evils and go astray, for they are not mature enough to distinguish good from bad, right from wrong.In addition, traveling is very costly, which adds financial burden to families.There can always be unexpected difficulties and dangers in one’s journey that students might not be able to deal with.Besides, working or traveling for one year might be too long.Being away from school for too long may damage their academic performance in the future.Study needs to be a constant process.In summary, there are both benefits and harms.Students or parents need to balance all these positive and negative aspects and make their own decision.

望着台历上的日期，红色的“9月”二字格外耀眼，恍然，方觉时光匆匆，不经意间我来到公司已经将近一年零半了。翻看着电脑里的照片与文字，回忆这交织着挫折、感悟、收获与成长的一年半，心中感慨万千。客观地说，这一年多确实很累、压力也大，但我也在不停地成长，不断地充实。在这已然成为回忆的一年半时间里，在这期间积累的一砖一瓦中，真实地经历除了直接的获得了专业知识、提高了专业技能外，更多的是从项目实践中得到的足以让我受益终生的成长与感悟。

去年的4月，正是万物复苏，绿草萌芽之季，我走出了校园，走入了公司。于我来言，我是十分幸运的，一如所学的专业，如愿被分配到了安全质量部，2014年4月，我来到了xxxx项目部，同年7月，转战至xxxx项目部。我就是这样扬起了理想的风帆，开启了梦想的航程……

我自认不是项目部中最聪明、最优秀的，技术也谈不上最牛，但我从未有过妄自菲薄。但我通过踏踏实实的学习，勤勤恳恳的付出，点点滴滴的经历，在不断犯错，不断成长中得到了些许真真切切的感悟：

（一）心态平，态度谦

进入职场要摆正自我的心态。首先要放低姿态，要明白我们无非是多上了几年学，然并卵，且不说你大学真正学了多少。进入职场后就要不耻“下”问，趁年轻，放低姿态，多问多看，别不好意思，没人会笑话你，等有了些年纪的时候肯能就真的张不开嘴问了；其次，态度谦逊待人，可能我们被公司定位就是现场的管理层，但要明白，那只是公司给一个的职位，其实我们懂的不多，说话做事前态度要谦虚，记得换位思考，对下切不可盛气凌人，对上不可持“才”傲物；再有就是，不要干着干着就认为学不到啥了，那不是学不到啥，是我们根本没去用心，没想学。进入职场要学得东西多了，可能这阶段技术学的少点，我们可以学学领导的管理技巧；要是领导看不见，也可以看看行业规范、规章；哪怕是在现场看看工人干活，只要用心，我们会发现收获很多。所以说不是你学不到都东西，是我们只知抱怨，却放弃了学习的机会。

（二）团队和，互协作

初入职场，在团队里的成长是最直接、最快速的。当来到团队一刻，我们必将荣辱与共，你不是一个人在“战斗”。首先要找准自己在团队中的定位，以整个团队整体目标为参考，合理的安排好自己的工作，最大的发挥自己的作用；再就是需要学会团结，和睦相处。一个团队的基础是团结，学会与人谦逊，为人着想，与伙伴们和睦相处，才能使得团队心往一处想，劲往一处使，让团队发挥出最大限度的能量；最后要懂得合作、学会合作。合作的意义在于互补，而不是苛刻地要求对方须与自己保持各种一致，大家互利互助，团结协作。

（三）多干活，多收获

我看过这么两句话“人呐，只要你勤奋，你的目标都能达到”，“要眼睛里有活儿，自己要主动找到能做的事情”，话好像挺粗，但是道理很正。我们都有惰性，可能不喜欢多干活，为啥？我们想到的只是我们失去了什么——精力、时间、休息。但换个角度想这事儿，多干些活我们得到了什么。多干一点活儿，我们自己增长了见识，积累了经验，同事感到了你为他分担，很舒心，领导看你挺能干，很肯定，相较我们花费的那一点点时间、精力，多划算。

我们xxxx项目部人很少，一直就那么五六个人，但麻雀虽小，五脏俱全，我们也有预算、综合、安全、质检、施工、通讯等等一系列的活儿，人少咋整，每个人多干几样呗。大飞把资料、报表和办公室的活儿都包了，我和徐哥就天天跑现场，没事还得写几篇稿件，胡哥天天跑业主，谈业务，每天忙得晕头转向。但是没有人有怨言，累是累点，可能也忙活了点，但却很打心眼里的充实。我就觉得自己学会好多样的东西，涨了不少见识，捎带着还能减肥，何乐而不为呢。

（四）学知识，不间断

进入职场后知识的也是必不可少的，公司还是更需要有专业技术的人才。但我们刚毕业，怀揣着“一身本事”来到公司，会“惊喜”的发现，我们学的好像用到的不多，我们大体上还是不懂得，会有迷茫，有失落，但别放弃，去学习那些书本以外的知识，工作的经验，沟通的技巧，处理事情的方法等等都是我们在学校很难学到的知识。再有，你现在的理论知识真的硬了吗？即使现在可以了，你及时更新了吗？建筑行业的高速发展，导致在学校学到的那点知识差不多每年25%的都过时了，也就是说5年后你学到的东西基本都过时了，所以只是要不断地补充和更新。

我刚来到xx的时候就深有感触。大学期间我的专业课水平还是比较好的，自信满满的我感觉我这小知识水平应付项目工作还不是小菜一碟，但当我来到xx项目，傻眼了，这都是啥造型啊？用的都是啥材料啊？这玩意怎么施工啊？由于这博物馆的特殊性质，大量使用了新材料，新工艺，别说是我，就是有多年施工经验的项目经理也没见过啊！咋整，学吧。大家一起查资料，问专家，把这些新的知识体系通通更新到脑子里，我们要时刻追赶着知识前进的脚步。

（五）懂规矩，讲规则

国有国法，家有家规，企业也有自己的制度。既然进入公司，就要按照公司的规矩办事，既然来到项目，就要遵守行业的规范标准和项目制度，这是身为一名职业人的底线和原则。虽然有时工作要讲方法，有些时候要学会变通，但是最基本的原则一定要坚守，这是行业的底线，也是企业的根本。个人的激情可以使得工作效率大大提高，但是个人的行为一定要靠规矩约束。

（六）结语

在过去的一年半里，我只是对项目工作有了一点初步的了解与认知，也只是刚刚适应这个工作岗位罢了。回望来路，迷惘过，犯错过，却不曾放弃过，后悔过。前面的道路还很长，也许前路荆棘遍布，也许未来困难重重，但我始终相信：“青年之字典，无“困难”之字，青年之口头，无“障碍”之语。”因此，作为青年，在常怀感恩之心的基础上，我必须勤于学习，用知识理论武装自己，打造用青春服务企业发展的深厚根基；必须善于创造，以敢于挑战的勇气鼓舞自己，积极投身青春创新的广阔战场；必须甘于奉献，把知识和行动统一起来，用青春与努力积极为xxxx的璀璨流芳献上微薄的力量！
