尊敬的各位老师，同学们 大家早上好！

公元2008年5月12日下午2点28分，注定将永远铭记在中国人民的心中。四川汶川的地震震惊了中国，震惊了世界。一幕幕震撼人心的画面让我们至今心绪难平，感慨万千。面对无数的生命被埋在废墟中，失去孩子的父母们对着废墟呼唤，撕心裂肺的声音响彻夜空。山悲水泣天垂泪，星黯云淡地含愁。举国哀悼，国旗第一次为百姓而垂降，汽笛第一次为故去的生灵而哀鸣。

同学们，下午2点28分，汶川地震到来之时，正是学校上课的时间，有近几十所中小学校在强大的地震面前瞬间倒塌、摧毁，许多学生和老师失去了生命。2009年3月2日，国家减灾委、民政部发布消息，经国务院批准，自2009年起，每年5月12日为全国“防灾减灾日”。5月7日至13日为“防灾减灾日”宣传周。本周就是5.12地震十周年纪念日，今年防灾减灾宣传主题是：“防灾减灾，从我做起。”面对地震我们该怎么做呢？

1．如果正在上课，地震来了，同学们一定在要在老师的指挥下，迅速抱头，闭眼，赶快躲在自己的课桌下面。

2．第一次震感过后，大概也就是在几十秒钟，仍然在老师的指挥下迅速、有序的，抱头，撤离教室，在楼道里不要惊慌，不要喊叫，不要拥挤，避免踩伤，摔伤，冲出教学楼，冲向操场。

3．如果正在操场上上体育课，可原地不动，蹲下或趴下，双手护着头部，注意避开高大建筑物。

4．应该强调的是千万不要跳楼！不要到窗台边上去！也不要到走廊的护栏边上去，应该迅速撤离教室、教学楼。

老师们，同学们，虽然我们现在无法避免地震的发生，但我们可以通过掌握预防和减少地震灾害的知识本领使损失降至最低。让我们加强防灾减灾知识学习，共建平安和谐校园！

一方有难八方支援

北京时间2013年4月20日在四川省雅安市芦山县发生了7.0级地震。能量相当于400颗广岛原子弹，把无数阳光下鲜活的生命永远地带入黑暗世界。

谈震色变。但我们不能向它低头，在这重压之下，将检验我们炎黄子孙的坚强风骨；在危难之时，将显示我们华夏民族血浓于水的亲密团结。我们应该不分地域、不分民族，关注灾情，表达爱心。为此，作为中华学子的我们倡议：积极为灾区群众，伸出热情的双手，献出我们的爱心，众人拾柴火焰高，能力不分大小，捐赠不分多少，善举不分先后，再小的力量也是一种支持。我们一定要昂起头颅，挺起胸膛，众志成城，抗震救灾，帮助灾区同胞重建家园助力。

灾情就是命令，灾区就是战场。灾难临头，抗灾之急如火如荼，每个人都责无旁贷，有钱出钱，有力出力。惟有如此，我们才会少些哀痛，少些惨烈，多些温情，多些温暖。灾难中，我们更应该坚强，灾难中，我们更应该给彼此鼓励!为逝者安息，为生者祝福！

我们坚信“灾难无情人有情。一方有难，八方支援。为灾区送去来自我们的问候，和力所能及的经济捐助。雅安震定，华夏同心。让世界看到坚强的中国!团结的中国!

受汶川地震影响，四川省德阳市东汽中学教学楼坍塌。在地震发生的一瞬间，该校教导主任谭千秋双 臂 张开趴在课桌上，身下死死地护着4个学生，4个学生都获救了，谭老师却不幸遇难。

他只是一位平凡普通的老师，却用自己的双臂护住了四条年轻的生命。然而，上帝在让她得到那些学生的同时，把她的爱人带走了。她痛哭的表情，撕扯的动作，都在说着人间最简单也是最重要的那个词：爱。是 啊，为了学生的安危，他献出一份老师的关爱；而面对早已在世界那一方的丈夫时，她又是撕心裂肺的痛爱。

“一方有难，八方支援”，是中华民族的传统美德。
