大家上午好！我非常荣幸有机会参加中美互联网论坛，并代表中国互联网企业讲话。

互联网是人类20世纪最伟大的发明之一，中美两国同为世界两大互联网强国，呈现出“紧密相连、互为依存”的关系。

早在20xx年时我就曾有过思考移动互联网的重要意义。当时3G网络将要普及的消息炒得很热，可是后来牌照迟迟发不下来。我想：3G到底用来干嘛的?如果带宽提速，到底会对哪个产业带来最为重大的影响?

分析互联网主要用户群体，大致可以分为专业工作者和普通老百姓。对于后者而言，手机会比电脑更方便，移动互联网对于后者的意义就更为重大。我们不能因为先有了电脑，就觉得电脑好，大家有没有想过，当初我们初学电脑时，要记住那么多键盘位置，是多么痛苦的事情。

当时我对移动互联网还完全不理解，就通过各种渠道在市场上打听，（雷军说：只要想飞，猪也能飞起来）谁在做移动互联网。那时，做移动互联网的公司都还很小，不少公司都只有几名员工。我找的第一家做移动互联网的公司是3G门户，但最终张向东选择了IDG，于是我投资了当时同样位处行业前列的深圳乐讯。我的观点是，不管你干啥，你做不做移动互联网，你做，我就投。

移动互联网的三主力

投了乐讯之后我逐渐理解，使用移动互联网的主力人群包括三个：学生、军人和打工族。因为这三类人群没有电脑，上不了网，只要手机能上网，再难也会用。在乐讯之后，我投资了第二个移动互联网项目——UCWEB，当时我只是UCWEB的'用户，是YY的李学凌向我推荐的。虽然UCWEB的用户体量还不大，只有几万人，但我相信在带宽不足的情况下，UCWEB这类导航类应用会显得特别重要。

20xx年，苹果公司发布第一代iPhone，对于移动互联网来说是一件里程碑式的事件。我一口气在国外买了30多台iPhone，不仅自己用，还赠送给身边的朋友。为了体验iPhone，我们克服了各种困难。比如，第一代iPhone不支持中文，我们就把所有的联系人都改成拼音，发短信也用拼音。体验之后我的感受是：虽然iPhone有许多问题，但依然是个划时代作品，因为它已经在用一部分电脑的思维做手机。20xx年底，我开始做一个大胆的尝试：尽量不用电脑，只用手机，甚至出差也不带电脑。

那时我也已经基本确定了一个理念：手机会替代电脑，成为大众最常用的计算机终端。当年的全球移动互联网大会上，我在主题发言中表达了这个观点，讲完以后有很多人骂我天真。但到了20xx年情况就不一样了。先是孙正义也发表了类似观点，后来IBM的PC发明人马克·迪恩也表达了“PC时代即将结束，PC终将被手机取代”的观点。

手机将是世界的中心

现在手机的重要性当然毋庸置疑了。但我还坚持另一个观点——未来手机会是这个世界的中心。

我认为，假如你只用手机的话，就会发现所有的环节都需要重新思考、重新构造。当我开始做小米之后，对智能手机的理解发生了一些变化。我觉得其实不是手机替代了电脑，而是手机变成了电脑。最初，我也是PC时代的软硬件分离的思维，想能不能做一个MIUI系统，跑在大部分手机上，所以我们就开始做了MIUI，当MIUI成功了以后我开始思考做硬件，也就是小米手机，软硬件结合之后，我们再把云服务整合在MIUI里。

整合在智能手机领域具有非常重要的战略意义。三星整合的包括芯片、生产制造、核心元器件，这些是产业链的前端，而小米是整合了产业链的后端，包括设计、品牌、市场、销售、软件、服务。整合的意义在于，降低渠道成本，增加用户黏性。所以我们不惜做云服务，当用户发现存在这里的几千张照片，搬走是个累活、很辛苦的话，黏性就产生了。

互联网手机模式

过去三年我所做的事情，其实就是把互联网的基因注入手机行业，我们管这个叫互联网手机模式，说出来挺简单的。第一，就是通过互联网的形式，做一个好用易用的MIUI系统。第二，做一款高品质、高效能的手机，然后通过互联网的形式零售，把价格控制在同类产品一半不到的价格，来完成这个商业闭环。PC时代的思路是软硬件分离，但智能手机时代，你不仅仅要有能力做软件，也要有能力做硬件，还要有能力通过互联网、电商的方式形成营销、市场和渠道的全闭环。

几周前，我和一些移动互联网圈的朋友交流这个话题，他们持有相反的看法，他们认为，十年之后，手机作为入口的重要性会下降。我并不同意这个观点，如果放在十年这个时间段，手机肯定不会消失，而且是最核心的东西。

手机的移动互联网比起PC互联网其实有很多特色。第一，它实时联网;第二，它可以感知声音、照片和视频。比如大家都说输入难，你很快发现米聊具有直接语音对讲机功能，后来又增加了视频对讲机，聊天比从前更方便。起初，手机输入是个大问题，但是摇一摇方式的发明，也使得手机上的输入变得更灵活了。

对于手机而言，最大的问题是显示，于是我就想到做小米盒子，要把电视屏变成显示器，这也是我做小米盒子的初衷。想象一下，以后我们的办公室里可能没有白板了，我们办公室桌上放两个大显示器，全是60寸的大彩电，把手机一搁，所有设备都自动连上了。我可以通过这个屏幕播放我的PPT，当我开始讲解时，既有声音，也有视频同步。现在有些功能实际我们已经做到了，但中间还有些环节需要理顺。我相信，未来手机会是电视机的摇控器，而电视机是手机的显示器。

移动互联网的机会可能比大家想象得多太多了。因为它是移动的，所以跟生活越来越接近，关键看你做出来的东西是否适合手机使用。很多人把移动互联网应用理解成入口，我觉得关键是要解决用户需求。如果你打车，你一等半小时，你需不需要一个打车软件，通过网络把司机连起来;如果你需要一个订餐，你需不需要一个应用囊括周围所有的订餐电话。

比如说大众点评网，在PC时代远没有移动时代火。我们过去出去吃顿饭，还搞个电脑查一查，但如果你现在打不到车，再回家用电脑搞一下，这完全不靠谱吧?所以，移动互联网带来了大量与现实生活更接近的服务和应用。因此，我觉得移动互联网可以衔接到每个东西里面去，当你觉得现在用手机解决问题不方便的地方都是商业机会。

发现问题一直是我解决问题的动力。比如当时我发现手机QQ不好用，它还是一个从PC上直接移植过来的产品，交互界面虽然变了，但不适合手机使用，我们内部成立了一个小组叫做小米通，开始研究移动互联网时代手机如何做IM。我说，其实手机就是个大号的QQ啊，信息就是短信嘛，VOIP就是电话嘛，其实手机就是IM。后来，我们参考了国外很多idea，整合起来就成了米聊。虽然腾讯有优势，最后它赢了，但我当初的一整套思考逻辑是这么来的。

现在，也有很多人很悲观，觉得移动互联网没有什么商业模式，我觉得这有点杞人忧天，互联网多少年才有商业模式?今天有任何一个人怀疑互联网的商业模式吗? 移动互联网找到模式只是时间早晚的问题，不要着急。等电子商务、游戏、广告业务等相关产业链发展起来，广告商认可移动广告的价值，移动互联网生态就活跃了。互联网的核心商业模式，说到底就是两件事情：第一个是游戏，第二个是广告。在这一点上，移动互联网并没有大的改变，只要手机上的游戏兴起，它就有钱去转动，所有的商业模式都迎刃而解了。而广告，因为手机屏幕比较小，需要考虑展示效果，如果把展示效果问题解决了，我相信广告也会大幅度兴起。

互联网思维领航传统媒体

人们一直在试图寻找一个概念，解释清楚“互联网技术”和“传统媒介技术”之间的差异。在传统媒体与互联网的关系上，出现过两种思维：第一种是用“传统媒体思维”办互联网，把互联网视为传统媒体的延伸和补充；第二种是用“互联网思维”改造传统媒体，在互联网框架下重新寻找传统媒体的社会价值。从“传统媒体思维”到“互联网思维”，这是传统媒体在生存危机上做出的前瞻性变革探索。

首先是组织机构变革，从“内容为王”到“网络为王”。传统媒体的运作思维是“内容为王”，其生存逻辑是建立在大众媒介技术上的。大众媒介技术的渠道稀缺性和传播单向性，使得大众媒体成为社会信息流动的神经中枢，媒体代表政府、企业和公众行使传播权。互联网技术的出现，严重冲击了传统媒体的生存逻辑。互联网技术有三个特征：第一是传播渠道不再稀缺，“自媒体”被广泛应用，传统媒体的代表性被削弱；第二是内容不再稀缺，无限丰富的信息稀释了传统媒体的价值；第三是传播的双向性，使得用户更倾向于双向对话，而不是单向传播。因此，“内容为王”的逻辑受到挑战，这也是“报业危机”“电视危机”产生的技术根源。媒体需要打破“内容为王”思维的拘囿，用“互联网思维”思考互联网的价值。从互联网技术变迁来看，互联网的价值在每个阶段有不同体现，包括“内

容为王”、“平台为王”、“关系为王”、“数据为王”、“智慧为王”等不同内涵，“内容为王”只是互联网商业化的一次成功尝试，并不能代表互联网的全部价值，媒体融合的本质是互联网兼容传统媒体，而不能再简单地把互联网视为传统媒体价值的延伸。

其次是传播体系变革，从行政体系到公众体系。传统媒体对现实空间有着严重的依赖性，距离、交通、地形、民族、宗教语言等空间性因素严格限定了传统媒体的空间布局。虽然从纸质媒体到电子媒体，传统媒体一直在尝试打破现实空间限制，但是收效甚微。传统媒体所形成的传播体系深受行政体系的影响，形成了“分立化”的传播体系：内宣与外宣分立、不同部门之间分立、不同层级之间分立。互联网技术创造了前所未有的虚拟空间，打破了现实空间对传统媒体的限制，传统媒体时期所形成的“分立化”的传播体系受到严峻挑战。在互联网上，全球一体化正在成为现实，互联网技术正在不断摧毁国家、民族、种族、阶层、宗教等之间的界限，甚至是语言障碍也正在不断被技术打破。因此，传播体系的构建，应该突破行政体系的限制，以公众需求为出发点，重新塑造“一体化”的传播体系。

最后是管理体制变革，从“办媒体”到“管媒体”。在互联网上，各类社会主体都获得了均等的话语权，各种利益诉求层出不穷，都试图占据网络舆论的主导地位。在这种舆

论格局下，传统媒体的话语权被削弱，政府“办媒体”的思路也亟须转变，应该积极鼓励各级政府和部门通过互联网上的官方网站、官方博客、政务微博、公共账号等“自媒体”，直接与公众沟通，变“宣传思维”为“对话思维”和“服务思维”。互联网技术的出现，正在动摇传统媒体的生存基础，造成了传统媒体集体性的行业危机。它所引发的传统媒体变革，不同于以往的渐进式变革，而是爆发式变革。用“互联网思维”改革传统媒体的组织结构、传播体系和管理体系，抢占技术发展先机，成为传统媒体变革不容置疑的一个重要方向。
