大家好!很高兴能有机会参加这次演讲大会，我演讲的题目是《学生在我心中》。老师们，同学们，在我的心目中，学校无小事，学生的利益高于一切。

作为一名教师，做好本职工作是我追求的最高目标。四年前的9月，学校因英语教师调出，决定让我由毕业班语文改教初二英语。我有很大顾虑，因为我的英语水平不高，恐怕教不好我的学生。但从学校工作的大局出发，为了一个个求知若渴的学生，我愉快地接受了学校的安排。老师们，同学们，毕业后十多年，我一直没教过英语，困难可想而知，我边学边教，那段时间，我常常学习到夜里十一点钟，用最短的时间系统复习了初中英语知识，虚心向老教师学习，很快适应了英语科的教学。我当时只有一个想法，决不能让一个学生因为我的原因而掉队。事实证明，我做到了。为了上好一节课，我自费购买了好几本英语资料和辅导书，反复查阅、学习，记笔记、做练习题，精心构思教案，直到满意为止。为了教会学生一个知识点，我挖空心思设计教法、学法和练习题，使学生更容易掌握所学的内容。今年的9月，因我校语文教师缺额，我服从学校的安排又由英语改教初三语文。虽说我学的是中文专业，但毕竟已荒疏了四年。四年，转了一个圈，我又回到了原地，一切从头再来。面对陌生的教材，面对熟悉的学生，我有很大的压力，但我相信我的学生是最棒的，我会竭尽全力教好你们，亲爱的同学们!愿我们合作愉快!

参加工作十一年来，我干了九年班主任。班主任工作千头万绪，需要耗费大量的心血。有时为了帮助学生解除思想上的困惑，我苦口婆心、想方设法地开导、劝说，甚至多次家访，直到解除学生思想上的疙瘩，我才放下心来。去年我班上有一个学生，经常迟到，旷课，逃课上网。在课堂上也不遵守纪律，根本不服从管理。我知道，“冰冻三尺非一日之寒”，这样的学生，积习难改，如果找不到突破口，任何说教都无济于事。于是决定先找他谈话，为了避免在办公室他有所顾忌，我把谈话地点安排在校园的林阴道上。没等我开口，他就头一仰，眼一斜，一副轻蔑的样子。我没有在意他的态度，心平气和地问他：“你家住哪里?家里几口人?生活怎样?在学校有什么困难吗?我能否帮助你?”他看我态度很和蔼，一一作答，还对我说了他的一些想法：“老师，不瞒你说，还从来没有老师这样和我谈过话。我故意做坏事，搞恶作剧，上网聊天打游戏，老师不让做什么，我偏做什么，我就是要引起老师的注意。反正我是一个坏学生，我是坏蛋我怕谁?”我不动声色地问：“那么，你认为自己是一个坏学生了?”他惊奇得瞪大眼睛：“我还不够坏?”我轻描淡写的问：“你杀过人，还是放过火?“没有。”“那么，你被公安局抓过?”“没——有。”“那你怎称得上是坏学生?哪一个学生不会犯点小错误呢?男孩子调皮一点儿算什么呢?”他一下子还真的没转过弯来。因为他已经习惯了被人看作坏学生，自己也认为自己就是坏学生了。我说：“只要你能改正自己的缺点，你一定会是一个好学生。”这次谈话之后，他变了：上学从不迟到，上课表现得非常好。偶尔管不住自己，我便及时用眼神制止，告诉他：老师在看着你呢!经过一个阶段的努力，他上课能够坐得住了，认真听讲，积极回答问题了，学习成绩也直线上升，还担任了小组长，成为老师的得力助手，同学们也开始喜欢他了。“5.12”汶川地震后，为地震灾区捐款，他带头捐了20元。

大家早上好，非常荣幸我能代表学校来参加这次演讲比赛。这是我人生当中的第一次演讲，讲的不好请见谅。我演讲的题目是《学生在我心中》。子在川上曰：“逝者如斯夫，不舍昼夜”。时间是一条不舍昼夜的河流，蓦然回首，我居然已经在教师岗位上工作了4年，毕业时，同学之间依依不舍的岁月恍如就在昨日，没想到离开校园生活已经四年了。毕业四年，当了四年的班主任，当了四年的语文老师，当了四年一年级语文老师，一年级班主任。在这短短的四年里，我总认为我是一个妈妈，学生就是我的孩子。或许年复一年的一年级，总会有那么一次，两次让我心里产生倦意。但随之我总能马上努力的调整心态，因为我知道交在我手上的是一个个鲜活的生命，他们不允许我怠慢。爱生如子，多美好的一个词语。乡下的学校里，由于留守儿童越来越多，所以寄宿在本校的孩子日渐增多。我们班里就有一半多的孩子住在学校里，想想看，七八岁的孩子本应该躺在父母亲的怀抱里撒娇，可是他们却要用自己细小的手臂来打理自己的生活。作为教师的我们，看着这些连一个饭盒都打不开的孩子竟然要自己照顾自己的生活起居，心里总是酸酸的。我们能给什么，我想，我们能给的就是自己的爱。由于特殊原因，我也住在学校里。这让我有更多的机会参与到这些孩子的生活当中去。晚上睡觉之前，我会一间间宿舍看过去，特别的是冬天的晚上，看着嗖嗖发抖的孩子总是那么的让人心疼，我就会耐心的帮这些孩子铺床，把他们严严实实的裹在被子里，不让一点冷风打扰他们的美梦。早上去看看哪些孩子还不会穿衣穿裤绑鞋带叠被子，能帮的都去帮一把。对他们都是满满的心疼，怜惜，感觉他们都是我手里长不大的孩子。一个月过去了，慢慢的发现我能帮的越来越少，因为这些小不点都在长大。我很自信他们以后不管在什么环境下都能照顾好自己了。马克思有句名言：“用爱来交换爱。”教师对学生真挚的爱，会激起学生对教师的亲切感，信任感，从而在拉进师生间的心灵距离，促进师生间的情感交流,更促进学生的健康成长。四年了，我带过最大的孩子现在也才四年级。由于家庭的原因，一些孩子转学了。以前偶尔听到一些老师在谈论孩子越小越没良心，一不教他们，马上把老师忘光光。但是最让我欣慰的却是，这些小不点转学了竟然也不忘记我，每年的教师节都会用爸爸妈妈的手机给我发几条祝福短信，或者汇报汇报在新学校的情况，得了一张奖状，当了组长了都会第一时间里来和我分享。只言片语足让我甜上一年。

记得今年放暑假前夕，一位家长前来了解孩子一学期的情况。我们聊了很久，也问我下学期是不是继续带这个班。这个问题我还真难回答，我也不知道第五年是不是还让我去教一年级。当家长明白了我的意思后，告诉了我一件事。她的孩子在我们班里也算一位活泼可爱调皮捣蛋的孩子，前不久这位妈妈整理孩子房间的时候，无意间看到了一本笔记本，好奇心促使妈妈打开了它。里面写着这样几句话：“观音菩萨，我很喜欢我的何老师，她对我们很好，你一定要保佑我们的何老师永远健康漂亮，长命百岁，希望永远能教我们。”而且不会写的字都用拼音代替着。当时我听到这些话的时候，笑开了。这孩子是多么的单纯，用自己质朴的话语来表达自己的喜爱。我更开心的是我的孩子竟然那么爱我，虽然有迷信成分，但是却让我终身难忘。这让我更坚信爱是相互的，我付出了自己的爱，得到的却是无数孩子纯真的爱。师爱是师德的灵魂。陶行知先生指出：真教育是心心相印的活动，惟独从心里发出来的，才能打到心的深处。因而我要继续走在这条爱的道路上，用自己全部的爱去爱每一个学生，与学生同甘共苦，让他们懂的世界充满爱。让爱的种子在他们的心生长，开花，结果和传承。篇二：学生在我心中演讲稿 学生在我心中演讲稿

作为一名教师，做好本职工作是我追求的最高目标。四年前的9月，学校因英语教师调出，决定让我由毕业班语文改教初二英语。我有很大顾虑，因为我的英语水平不高，恐怕教不好我的学生。但从学校工作的大局出发，为了一个个求知若渴的学生，我愉快地接受了学校的安排。老师们，同学们，毕业后十多年，我一直没教过英语，困难可想而知，我边学边教，那段时间，我常常学习到夜里十一点钟，用最短的时间系统复习了初中英语知识，虚心向老教师学习，很快适应了英语科的教学。我当时只有一个想法，决不能让一个学生因为我的原因而掉队。事实证明，我做到了。为了上好一节课，我自费购买了好几本英语资料和辅导书，反复查阅、学习，记笔记、做练习题，精心构思教案，直到满意为止。为了教会学生一个知识点，我挖空心思设计教法、学法和练习题，使学生更容易掌握所学的内容。今年的9月，因我校语文教师缺额，我服从学校的安排又由英语改教初三语文。虽说我学的是中文专业，但毕竟已荒疏了四年。四年，转了一个圈，我又回到了原地，一切从头再来。面对陌生的教材，面对熟悉的学生，我有很大的压力，但我相信我的学生是最棒的，我会竭尽全力教好你们，亲爱的同学们！愿我们合作愉快！

作为一名教师，我时时处处关爱学生，为他们撑起一片晴空。因为在我心中，学生是第一位的。有时学生生病了，只要我知道，总是尽力帮助他们。一杯水，几片药，几句关切的话语都能给学生带来极大的安慰。有一位学生在作文中动情地写道：“老师，是您点燃了我心灵深处那盏灯火，让我有了学习的动力；是您的爱为我导航，让我有了人生的目标，是您的谆谆教导让我明白不经历风雨不能见彩虹的道理。老师，彩虹的美丽是因为它的色彩斑斓，您的美丽是因为您博大无私的爱心。老师，您辛苦了，谢谢您！”学生的作文使我深受感动，我只做了一个教师应该做的，而学生却给予了这么高的评价。有一年春天，天气比较特殊，时冷时热，我发现有两个学生冷得直打哆嗦，就把我的毛衣拿给她们穿，他们说什么也不穿，我再三劝说她们才穿上了。一个学生发高烧，我带她到我家给她量体温，量了好一会儿，该读数了我才发现，她竟然把体温计夹在了衣服的外面，这怎么行呢？原来她长到十四、五岁从来没有量过体温。就要上课了，我只好用手试了试她的额头，给她服了退烧药。还有一次我陪一个生病的学生去医院检查，挂号、查体、化验、做b超，耽误了半天功夫，还为她垫付了药费。中午我不得不牺牲午休时间为下午的作文课加班。为了学生再苦再累我也毫不在意，只要尽到了一个教师的职责，只要对得起学生，对得起自己的良心，我便心满意足了。我喜欢学生，也渐渐喜欢上了教师这个职业。小时候，很崇拜做老师的，觉得他们什么都知道，特别了不起。长大后，自己做了老师，开始只是觉得是一份谋生的工作，和学生相处的时间长了，我发现自己爱上了这一职业。一支粉笔，一块黑板，一根教鞭，三尺讲台，这如此狭小的天地竟是那样的宽广辽阔。把知识传授给学生，帮助他们解除生活、学习、思想上的烦恼，帮助他们放飞理想，我从中收获了友谊，收获了祝福，也收获了自己的点滴成就。我曾获得了安丘市初中语文教学新秀业务称号，安丘市优秀教师荣誉称号。我所撰写的案例《宽容，撑起爱的晴空》入选《安丘市快乐校园建设成果集粹》一书。《爱心，沟通师生感情的桥梁》发表在《当代教育导刊》上。指导的多篇学生作文发表在《中学生作文》上。谢谢大家！篇三：学生在我心中演讲稿

作为十几年的班主任工作，我时时处处关爱学生，为他们撑起一片晴空。因为在我心中，学生是第一位的。有时学生生病了，只要我知道，总是尽力帮助他们。一杯热水，几片药，几句关切的话语都能给学生带来极大的安慰。春节电话中一声：“老师我想你，我叫马青你还记得我吗？”说实话我真想不起来了，但我说记得，记得。她现在上高一。她给我提几年前一些事。五年级时她和同学闹矛盾说什么也不上学了，我多次到她家做工作，她又重新回到学校，和闹矛盾的同学成了好朋友。六年级上学期，还有一次冬天，她生病发烧特别厉害。当时刚下了雪路上特别滑我用自行车我推着她好几次差点摔倒，有一里多的路，走了近30分钟才到达诊所。她说她看来我推着很艰难。她好几次要下车，我看她脸色不好看，我没让她下车。我看到她发烧非常冷。我就自己外套脱下来给她穿上。她说：“当时看到我的手和脸冻得通红。当时我非常想说：老师，您辛苦了，谢谢您！”但由于那时我还小我什么也没说。到现在每当下雪看到有人推着孩子，就仿佛看到你推着我一样。她电话中说道：“老师，是您点燃了我心灵深处那盏灯火，让我有了学习的动力；是您的爱为我导航，让我有了人生的目标，是您的不厌其烦教导让我明白不经历风雨不能见彩虹的道理。老师，您辛苦了，谢谢您！”学生的这番话使我深受感动，我只做了一个教师应该做的，而学生却给予了这么高的评价。

我喜欢学生，也渐渐喜欢上了教师这个职业。小时候，很崇拜做老师的，觉得他们什么都知道，特别了不起。长大后，自己做了老师，开始只是觉得是一份谋生的工作，和学生相处的时间长了，我发现自己爱上了这一职业。一支粉笔，一块黑板，一根教鞭，三尺讲台，这如此狭小的天地竟是那样的宽广辽阔。把知识传授给学生，帮助他们解除生活、学习、思想上的烦恼，帮助他们放飞理想，我从中收获了友谊，收获了祝福，也收获了自己的点滴成就。

现在好像人人都觉得，小学教师的生活不要太轻松，既有双休，又带寒暑假,不就是孩子大王吗 其实，这些人根本就没有能了解现代教师的工作特点，教师在工作中花费的时间和精力比其他人不知要多多少。比起一些人“朝九晚五”的生活，说教师的生活朝五晚九一点也不为过。但是，想想教室里一双双渴求的眼睛，想想还没有批改完的作业，我们怎能忘情于享受，为了上好第二天的课，我们只能夜以继日，更加努力的备课，翻遍各种资料，反复的研究教案，使自己准备的更充分，使学生理解起来更容易。

在孩子们身上，我倾注了自己的关怀与爱护：下课了，陪孩子们聊聊天、说说话，一起活动;孩子生病了，帮他们倒水冲药，时不时去关注下。也许我做得还不够，但每当我看到孩子们天真、灿烂的笑容时;看到他们为取得进步而欢呼雀跃时，我的心里总是甜滋滋。

记得莎士比亚曾经说过：“生命短促，只有美德能让他传播到遥远的后世。”我们无法延伸生命的长度，但我坚信，只要我们对教育痴心不改，对学生播撒爱的雨露，就一定能拓展我们生命的宽度!老师们，让我们为了心中共同的梦想，用无私的爱谱写幸福的人生吧!谢谢大家！
