我们的春天到了

先说我们的新起点。我们这支队伍里，有临近退休年龄，腿部受伤，仍旧坚守在教学一线，充满爱心，深受孩子们喜爱的年长的孙美月老师；有数年如一日，坚持在教学实践中进行科研，硕果累累的刘佩亮教师；有潜心试题研究，教学成绩名列前茅，两次押中中考作文题的徐郁葱老师；也有才来**两年却成绩突出，进步飞速的小蔡瑞老师。今年，我们中英组队伍注入了大量新鲜血液。屡屡获教学大奖的程曙辉老师，人靓课更靓的刘海丽老师，初中高中都教过的金苗苗老师，以及口语特别优美的江霞老师。中英组的队伍更加充实了。我们的这支队伍中，担任班主任的多达9人。整个队伍里充满了和谐互助，共同进步的氛围。这样的一支队伍，我可以说它迎来了新的起点吗？

再说说我们的新目标。我们的目标是，**特色高效英语课堂。大家是否曾以为，中英组老师们的公开课与常态课是两种截然不同的风格呢？在科研上取得的成果与实际课堂没有联系呢？其实，不是这样。除了关注学生目前要学得好，我们更关注他们以后要学得巧。不仅现在爱上英语，以后更能用自己所学的英语去影响他人。为了做到这些，我们经常在教研会议时候交流高效教学方法和活泼的教学形式，力求做到两者的有机结合。我们常常相互提醒，尽量在课堂上多说英语指令，尽量给孩子们更多的说英语的机会。每一个中英组的老师都以创造一个轻松而高效的，幸福的英语课堂为己任。在理论上武装自己，在实践中完善自己。这样的一支队伍，大家说，它难道没有一个全新的目标吗？

最后说说我们的新发展。可以说，如今的中英组，已经迎来了发展的全新契机。在学校的大力支持下，我们充实了队伍，充满的奋进的力量，制定了新的目标。回顾**年中考，**英语均分再次考进了**市前10名。七八九三个年级的老师个个斗志昂扬，渴望在自己的岗位上做出成绩，为学生们，为中英组，为**的发展，贡献自己的力量。新学期伊始，教研组长已经制定了详细的师徒结对计划，班主任相互学习计划，年轻教师交流计划等等。**-2015新学年，中英组已经整装待发。对于可能会出现的困难，我们不会畏惧，我们会迎难而上！

半年的共同学习，使我半喜半忧，喜的是，我们六年级的学生都很聪明，接受能力强，学习起来显得很轻松，让我觉得忧虑的是：部分孩子对英语不太重视。(包括与个别家长的交流中，发现有家长也未重视)可能这里也包含许多家长觉得英语不太好辅导，你说语文数学吧，还懂点，这英语吧，还真是不好不懂装懂，所以导致相当一部分的孩子英语基础打得很不牢，个别的孩子甚至拼读、书写、背诵等学习英语的好习惯还没有很好的养成，需要从头开始。但是，孩子们上课时的专注同时也让我感到欣喜。认真的孩子一定能把英语学好!

目前的形势决定了英语学科的重要性，请各位家长务必重视英语这一学科，你们思想上重视了，无形中也给孩子以熏陶，重视与不重视肯定是完全不同的，在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识，但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢?英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。

我的要求是：

1.每次一回家就告知家长哪几项英语作业并逐项完成。如有必要，您可以打我电话证实。

2.一律用铅笔完成笔头作业，不懂的题目或非独立完成的题目打上记号，上学就问老师或同学。

3.每天都要抽至少20分钟以上的时间读、背英语(特别是拼读英语)。

4.家长请翻阅孩子的书、默写本和订正本，并签字，督促您的孩子必须多听磁带多读书，这是关键。

下面，主要说说大家帮助孩子养成哪些良好的学习习惯：

1.勤于思考、敢于攻关的习惯。

2、在规定时间内学习的习惯。

3、力戒拖延和磨蹭

“名模”(名磨=出了名的磨蹭)的恶果：不仅会白白浪费了时光，养成做事心不在焉的坏习惯，还会造成思维迟钝，注意紧张度降低，影响智力发展，使学业落后，形成拖沓的作风，学习、工作都没有效率。

4、养成不懂就问的好习惯。

5、养成复习旧课和预习新课的习惯。

6、养成做完作业细心检查的习惯。

7、养成良好的休息习惯
