2010年是灾难频繁的一年，我们云南省遭受了百年不遇的严峻旱灾，连续10个多月滴水未降，人蓄饮水受到了极大的威胁。10个月不下雨，大地彻底变了模样。原先生机勃勃的大地，现在就得凄凉一片。山上的树一棵棵死去，就连坚韧完强的竹子都死了不少。因为干旱，还发生许多起森林火灾，造成了严重的经济损失，大大小小的水库、池塘都干涸了，许多山区半山区的人饮水相当困难，有些地方饮水要靠人背马驮，需要到五六公里以外的地方去取水。我的家乡罗免也遭受了旱灾，虽说不怎么严重，但也旱得不轻，我们这里盛产的杨梅、甜杏由于喝不到水，比前几年减产了一半左右，农民伯伯们辛辛苦苦种下去的玉米、麦子都干死了，即使没死，生长速度非常慢，收成少得可怜，农民伯伯们心痛不已，只能望天长叹。由于没有水，许多水力发电站无法正常发电，于是就经常停电，我在电视上也看到其它地方的灾情，一位年近七旬满头白发的老奶奶一大早就跟着村民去很远的地方取水，她瘦弱的身躯在冷风中微微颤抖，我看了非常心痛，当电视台的记者询问老人时，老人难过地说：“今年天气不好，我们每天都要到很远的地方去取水，取来的水才能基本维持一家人一天的饮水需求。”记者还从其他村民口中了解到：由于缺水，村民们都把自家的猪、牛等大牲畜卖了。记者还问村民们洗漱后的水用来干什么？村民们说：“我们早上洗脸的水留着晚上洗脚，洗过脚的水积攒下来挑去浇树。”
但是，大难无情人有情，政府对我们非常关心，派了许多官兵来帮我们渡过难关，他们帮我们 打井、拉水，必要时还打降雨弹，他们虽然帮村民们打井、拉水，但从不要村民的一丝一毫，这种无私的精神不是非常可贵吗？
作为小学生的我们，要节约每一滴水，并且要呼吁社会各界的人们，你们一定要节约用水，千万不要让地球上的最后一滴水成为人的眼泪。

抗旱节水倡议书
2009年9月至今，我市和全省、全州一样遭遇了有气象记录以来60年不遇的特大旱情。截止2010年2月20日，全市受灾人口达47856人，因旱造成饮水困难45719人；全市农作物受灾面积60630亩，其中成灾37635亩，成灾面积中绝收率达16.5%。预计全市因干旱造成经济损失超过1678万元。目前全市旱情急剧发展，干旱影响程度正迅速扩大，抗旱形势异常严峻。为此我们向全校师生发出倡议：
一、树立节约用水光荣、浪费用水可耻的价值观念，牢固树立惜水、节水意识。
二、爱水、惜水、节水，从现在做起，从我做起，从小事做起，提倡刷牙用口杯，洗脸用脸盆接水，洗浴少用一盆水，平时少用一滴水。
三、养成计划用水、节约用水、重复用水的良好习惯，带油腻的碗、盆等厨具先用纸巾擦拭一遍，然后再用热水冲洗；坚持做到不开无人水；改冲洗式淘米为盆式淘米，将淘米水用来泡洗蔬菜瓜果，可有效降解蔬菜瓜果中残留的农药；少量衣物提倡手洗，或者集聚在一起进行机洗；备一只水回收桶，收集洗衣服等产生的废水，用来拖地等，洗手、洗菜、洗碗水用盆接着，用来冲厕所，坚持一水多用。
四、希望我校每一个学生做节约用水的示范者、推动者。

“抗旱节水”活动策划书
活动主办方：云南经贸外事职业学院经济管理系
一、活动背景：
烈日炙烤！水库见底！河水断流！水井干涸！良田变焦土！云南备受干旱的煎熬！连日来，记者行走于云南的多个山村、水库、农田，实地采访这场干旱给当地生产生活带来的影响。连续3年的特大干旱，已造成云南631.83万人受灾，已有242.76万人、155.45万头大牲畜出现不同程度饮水困难；全省直接经济损失23.42亿元，其中农业损失22.19亿元。在罗平县阿岗镇的法郎村，记者看到村子的一个大池塘已经接近干枯，位于池塘中间不到3平方米的水面也变成了墨绿色，各种颜色的塑料袋漂浮在水面上。保供水、保民生成为云南各级政府当下的头等大事。据悉，目前云南省已有195万人（次）投入抗旱救灾，投入2590眼机电井、2124处泵站、8.89万台（套）抗旱机动设备，临时解决了315.4万人、155万头大牲畜饮水困难，临时浇灌农田296万亩。
作为当代大学生，我们在学习书本知识的同时还应该关心社会，关注民生。为此我们筹划并组织此次活动，呼吁体师生加强全节水意识，共同节约用水。
二、活动目的：
1、通过我们的宣传，让全校同学了解到节水的重要性，树立节约用水的观念和意识。
2、让同学们了解自己平时用水时容易忽视的一些生活陋习。
3、让同学们了解更多关于节水的知识。
4、通过为期一周的宣传和倡导，使同学们逐渐养成节约用水的好习惯，形成节约用水的良好校园风气。
三、活动主题：
以“节俭光荣 浪费可耻 节约用水 从我做起”为主题，通过校园倡议书、宣传海报、校园广播等形式，呼吁全院师生节约用水。
四、活动对象: 云南经贸外事职业学院全体师生
五、活动时间:2012年3月11日—2012年3月15日
六、活动地点:
1、图书馆旁边小广场。
2、云南经贸外事职业学院经济管理系各班级教室。
3、学院明博、明志教学楼。七.活动流程:
1、宣传部在宣传之前制作节约用宣水的传海报。
2、宣传部成员负责在男、女生各宿舍楼下和食堂张贴倡议书。
3、系学生会各部各派3名成员在教学楼的洗手间的水龙头后的墙上以及经济管理系各班教室贴以“节约用水”为主题的宣传语。
4、贴宣传小纸条的部员要检查水龙头是否有漏水等情况，并报学院总务处，请专业人员进行必要维修。
5、在校园图书馆旁边小广场开展节约用水签名活动，呼吁同学们节约用水。
6、与校内广播站协商，广播校园节约用水倡议书以及节约用水小常识。

1、成立活动领导小组，负责协调活动的整体进程并处理活动突发事件。领导小组成员为：高翠（组长）、李谷宝（副组长）、李建安、孟树萍。
2、每位成员必须服从领导，提前做好准备，熟悉相关内容，在活动中要文明、热情的服务，不得与同学发生冲突，时时刻刻注
意维护经管系学生会的良好形象。
3、参加各项活动的同学必须准时到达工作岗位，不能参加活动的同学至少提前一天向领导小组提出申请。
4、活动若遇突发情况无法继续时，在征求领导小组同意后活动可以暂时中断或者提前终止。
