到了未来，人们住的房屋可不是现在这个样子的，它是一颗种子，而且这种房子还能抗击十级地震，那样，地震来了就不用害怕，只要待在家里，就不会发生危险。
也许有人会问：“种子怎么能当房子住人呢？”其实，你只要把种子往地上一扔，一转眼时间，它就会变成一套房子，里面不仅有客厅、餐厅、卧室，而且连厨房、卫生间都一样不少。也许还有人会问：“那这样的种子房屋会不会很贵，人们会不会买不起呢？”不会，种子房屋是根据人们的需要而生产的。那要是碰到有些贪心的人不就让他们有机可乘了吗？也不可能，种子房屋有自动检测功能，它规定每个人只能够拥有一套房屋，如果被种子发现已经有房屋了，你还想要第二套房屋的话，不但第二套房屋不会长出来，而且第一套房屋也会消失。
每个人都有一套房屋，土地会不会不够用呢？未来的房屋可以长在空中、地下和地上，所以不会占用很多空间。那长在空中的房屋会不会跟飞机相撞呢？当然不会，种子房屋它能自动扫描，一旦发现飞机来了，它就会自动避开。

现在的房子虽然各式各样，但是不能移动，很不方便。未来的房子不是用砖和瓦砌成的，而是用轻便的泡沫塑料筑成，可以随意移动。
如果你想出去旅游，你也可以把它缩小在口袋里，到需要的地方，只要你一按按钮，或者说“房子、房子快变大让我使用。”它就会变大，自动而成。然后你就可以住下，这样就不用费心找旅馆了。也许你会问，这么轻的不怕被风刮跑吗？这你尽可以放心，它呀，有着独特的功能，只要一着地它就会像砖瓦房屋一样牢牢的钉在地上。
未来的房子还有感应器，如果发生洪水，它就会自动的向上升，你大可以安安然然的住在里面。未来的房子可以自己清洁房屋，只要你出了门，就什么也不用管了，保证你回来的时候看到干净整洁的房子。未来的房子也不用像以前那样麻烦的锁门，只要你出了门，它就会自动上锁，进门的时候也不用用钥匙开门了，只要你对一下手纹它就会自动的开门。

从四川地震到玉树地震，我从电视上看到了许多小朋友被埋在废墟中，还有很多人失去了生命。因此，我就想，长大后我一定要造出一种特殊的房子，它可以预防地震，还可以预防小偷，甚至还会“走动”……下面我就详细地给你介绍一下吧！
这种房子是由特殊材料制成的，虽然它很轻，但它比以往的房子还要坚固。它内装感应器和自动报警系统，设有红、黄、绿三个按钮。每当地震来临时，黄按钮会提前五分钟发出警报，人们就会迅速撤离到安全的地方，即使撤离不了，也砸不死人；红按钮当然也有用，它可以预防小偷“进攻”，夜晚，如有小偷进入，红按钮就会自动发出警报。只要警报一响，地和墙面都会变成粘的，小偷想跑也跑不掉；绿按钮可以定位移动，只要按一下绿按钮，它就会自动“进军”到目的地，这样就省得拆迁了。
如果将来我们每个人都能住上这样的房子，就再也不用怕地震了，也不用怕小偷了。当然，这只是我的遐想，我一定要好好学习，掌握先进的科学技术与知识，争取在我的手中把它变成现实。

目前，世界人口在与日俱增，土地面积却在锐减，为了保护环境，多增加绿色的田野，我发明了一种能伸能缩的房子。
它的功能可多啦！晚上，你累了，真想好好地睡一觉时，你就可以从口袋把它拿出来，它会自动变大，你不用走路就可以回到自己家，这是不是很方便呢？
每个伸缩屋里面有一个小型化能站，它能把没用的垃圾加工变成化肥，再用长长的的通管运输到种了庄稼的土地，这样，你就可以多吃到绿色的食品。
它不仅仅可以伸缩，还可以变成汽车。持家旅游时，用不着搬行李，就可以直接去旅行。你按一下钮，房子就变成了汽车，前面在开车，车厢内的其他人则可以轻松的看电视、玩电脑......等大家累了便可以随便找个地方休息。这样，你拥有一套高科技住宅的同时还拥有了一辆豪车。每辆汽车里面，不要司机，只要你输入了地址，它可以自动导航。你是不是觉得很危险，其实，它的安全性超过每一个高级司机。它是采用了高科技的电脑手法来完成这次的导航，所以，你大可不担心！
房子里面功能很多。当你疲劳的时候，墙壁会变成蓝色，让你立刻放松。同时蓝色机器人会上来帮你按摩，他收容了许多按摩大师的技法，宇宙无敌，功能一流。
当你孤独的时候，墙壁会变成粉色，让你立刻感到温馨，粉色的机器人会陪你聊天，消除你心中的郁闷，让你开心每一天。
墙壁变色是这房子的一部分功能，轻松欢快的音乐更是房子的特色，它包含了全宇宙的音乐，让你享受不尽。
