2月16日下午,我校请来了三明市教科所的心理研究专家黄老师为全校教师进行培训。培训主题是“教师压力管理”。
黄老师首先指出:21世纪是一个“压力时代”。并告诉了大家一个意想不到的现状,那就是三明市有近70%的老师幸福感缺失,这意味着老师的压力过大,这些压力来自方方面面面,有人格因素压力、工作压力、社会压力、家庭压力等。接着黄老师给大家分享了她十年来的研究成果,结合真实案例、具体数据为大家讲述了教师压力产生的原因,教师心理健康状况的调查结果,如何正确看待压力,解决压力的有效方法等。
黄老师讲到,教师的心理健康与否直接影响到了学生的心理健康,因此教师的心理健康状况不容忽视。而教师产生压力的三个不可改变的因素有社会和家长对教师要求越来越高,升学压力以及岗位的竞争。说到这里的时候,在场的老师们无不点头称是。当黄老师将一组数据分析给大家听,告诉我们杭州市中小学教师中有13.4%的人存在个人心理卫生问题,其中男教师比女教师问题严重,40岁以下的教师比40岁以上的问题严重,普通教师比干部严重,班主任比任课老师问题严重,语数等主科比其他副科老师问题严重,现如今,教师的职业压力已经渗透到了生活的方方面面,黄老师举了一个例子,问大家是否晚上做梦都会梦到自己的学生?大家都会心的笑着,产生了共鸣。是啊,没有明显的上下班时间,尽管是在假期里同样要备课,心里装着班级,装着学生,想 着如何才能提高孩子的听课效率,想着要用什么法子才能让那几个慢孩子跟上大家的步伐……随后,黄老师又为大家分析了中小学教师中压力的集中群体,分析了教师的压力源,通过图表展示了教师认为最大的心理问题有哪些,教师工作中遭到的挫折有哪些,工作中最开心的事情是什么?还以一个有趣的心理测试,告诉大家现在自己最缺少的事什么,最需要的是什么。
最后,黄老师讲到了压力的意义,以及解决压力的办法。其实“压力这个词本身并无好坏之分,它如同一把刀,可以为我们所用,也可以把我们割伤,关键是看我们握住的是刀刃还是刀柄。”压力管理就是要把压力控制在适当范围之内,而教师则要把自己的问题和学生的问题区别开来,不管怎样,一定要学会阳光的面对每一个学生。姚老师以尼柏的话结束了今天的讲座:“赐我们仁慈平静的心去接受那些无可改变的事,鼓舞我们的勇气去改变那些可改变的事,并给我们智慧知道如何去分辨。”
这一次教师培训讲座过程中,掌声、笑声不断,不仅仅是因为黄老师幽默风趣的语言,真实的数据和案例,还因为她那些精彩的大实话,讲到了大家的心里,引起了大家的共鸣。尽管教师这一职业是有压力的,但是知道有人理解我们,体谅我们,告诉我们该如何正确面对压力,为管理教师压力而努力着,那我们也还算是幸福的。更何况,据调查,比教师压力更大的还有学生呢!积极调整好自我情绪,拥有健康良好的心态,去面对我们那些可爱的学生们吧,让他们也幸福一点。

正如我们所知的适当的压力可以使人进步获得前进的力量。但是现在的大学生面临的却是过度的用力。这些过度的压力会给我们带来很多的问题。例如,失眠,心理精神疾病,更严重的还会导致自杀。
这些过度的压力需要排解。为了缓解这些压力,首先我们应该学会调整放宽心态,学会积极乐观的面对生活。其次,我们还要学会放松,在学习工作之余进行适当的
娱乐活动体育运动。最后,但不是不重要的是,我们要学会倾诉必要时用哭泣缓解压力,这未尝不是一种好的方法。
