It is my first time to take part in such a program, so Ineed to ask you for some information about it . First, I wonder what I shoulddo with the children in the remote area. As I know, we will spend a week livingwith those children and help them with their studies. Besides, should I thinkabout some games that I can play with them? And I also wonder whether I cantake the children to go hiking or camping if it is sunny. Thus, the secondthing that I want to know is about the weather there. Is it always sunny orrainy? And what about the temperature?

More than twenty years ago, my hometown was just a small , old and poor town.Most of people were farmers.There were few factories.The people didn’t have enough food to eat and wore old clothes.They had a hard life.Great changes have taken place in the past twenty years.The people have found a lot of ways of making money.Now there are many tall buildings.They are very beautiful.Roads are wide and clean.People can take buses or drive their own cars to go to work.Many people have cell phones and personal computers.People’s living conditions have improved a lot.Thanks to the government’s efforts.my hometown is becoming more and more beautiful.二、Save the earth

How to protect the environment has become one of the biggest problems in the world.It’s our duty to protect our environment.No matter where we live , we should do something to keep our neighborhood clean and tidy.We can collect waste paper or other waste things for recycling.We should plant more trees and we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers, lakes and fields.We shouldn’t leave rubbish everywhere and spit in public places.We mustn’t pick the flowers or step on the grass in public.If everyone tries his best to protect the environment , the world will become much more beautiful and our life will be better and better.三、Improve our environment

Good environment can make people feel happy.To improve the environment means to qualify our life.What should we do to improve our environment ? We should plant more trees.And we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers , lakes and fields.Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into a dustbin.Don’t spit in public places.Don’t draw on public walls.It’s our duty to keep our earth clean and tidy.四、Pollution around us

In recent years our life is becoming better and better.But our environment is becoming worse and worse.It’s very bad for our life.Now many people have air-conditioners and cars, they produce(give off)waste gas.More and more trees are being cut down.There are so much sand on the earth(leaving only sand).We often see factories pour waste into rivers or lakes.Water in the river is quite dirty.We haven’t enough clean water to drink in cities.Now we are in danger.It’s very necessary and important to protect the environment well.I think if everyone tries his best to protect the environment, the world will become much more beautiful , and our life will be better and better.五、Make our world more beautiful!

We are studying in this school.It is our duty to keep it clean and tidy.It is not good to spit in

I like to live in the countryside.I live in a small village.There is a river near it.Lots of trees are around my house.I can see a lot of farms and birds.There is less noise.The air here is cleaner and fresher.There are fewer cars.I read aloud early in the morning.When it is getting dark, the moon is bright in the sky.It’s very quiet.What a nice place I live in!

Protecting the Forests

Now in some places of our country, a number of people have been cutting down the trees in the forests because they need wood and more farmland.The areas of forests are getting smaller and smaller.Some scientists say that there will be no vast forests in 20 or 30 years.It is really a terrible thing.Where the forests disappear, dust storms will occur occasionally.The weather will get hot and dry.The whole earth will become a big desert.A lot of plants and animals will disappear.Crops will not grow anywhere.Life will be difficult for everyone.The human beings will be punished for their forest-destroying activities.Therefore , we should realize the importance of taking care of our forests.We should do our best to protect our living environment and keep our mountains green ,the water clean, and the sky blue.锻炼或健康饮食

We know that some of our students do not like eating lunch at school because the food isn’t delicious.So they often go out of school to buy something which they like to eat.But I’m afraid that it’s bad for their health to eat lunch outside the school，because some of the food they buy isn’t healthy enough.In my opinion，if our schools want more students to be back and enjoy lunch inside，they should make the food more delicious，and also they should offer our students a larger choice of food as well.自己英语学习的体会
