本学期,我担任七年级的英语教学工作,由于教学经验尚浅,因此,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向同事学习,经过又一个学期的努力,学到了很多宝贵的教学经验,以下是我在本学期的教学情况总结:

一、教学方面:

1、备课:课前认真地备好每一节课,写好教案。既备教材,又备学生,针对学生分析、概括、表达能力差的特点,设计好教学方法。

2、上课:课堂上尽可能调动学生的学习积极性,让学生多动手、多动口、,多动脑,让课堂气氛活跃起来,充分调动学生的主观能动性,力图让学生学有所得。

3、作业和辅导:作业的布置适量,有针对性,重点放在句形转换、完成句子,作业都能做到全批全改,并做好评讲工作,对学生的辅导方面,做到有耐心,有方法,因材施教,平时一些无心向学的学生,经过一个学期的耐心教育,学习兴趣明显提高,成绩也有较大的进步。

4、考试:本学期根据学校的要求进行了四次考试,每次的考试,都能做到查漏补缺,从中改正教学方法,也让学生调整学习方法,争取更大的进步。激发学生学习英语的积极性,培养学生学习英语的兴趣

好的开端是成功的一半,巧妙入门阶段的课堂教学显得尤为重要,老师应使用直观、形象的教学方法并结合简笔画、挂图、表演等进行教学,使学生感到新颖,有趣味,调节课堂气氛,充分发挥学生的主体作用。鼓励学生大胆地说英语。

二、培养学生良好的学习习惯。

1、首先要树立起学生的自信心。初学英语时,要有一个切合自己实际的目标,通过循序渐进的学习,在心中建立成就感。

2、正确拼读单词。目的就是要培养学生从单词的拼法判断其读音,从单词的读音雇其拼法的能力,做到“见形知其音,见音知其形”。

3、大声朗读语句和课文。在入门阶段要求学生能基本正确地运用语调、单词重音朗读句子,运用正确的语音、语调、停顿、句子重音朗读短文。这就要求学生大胆地说,大胆地读,注意克服畏难、害羞、不敢开口的心理。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师要尽量用英语讲课,这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术。多听录音磁带,要使听和说有机地结合起来,增强学生听的意识和说的能力。

三、增强教学技能,提高教学质量。

在教学实施过程中,我设计一些富有挑战性的内容讲解法,充分发挥学生的自主学习能力,使讲解清晰化,条理化,准确化,情感化,生动化,做到线索清晰,层次分明,言简意赅,深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主体作用,基本做到了让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快;注意精讲精练,在课堂上我讲得尽量少,让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。

四、虚心请教老教师。

作为年青教师,我深知自己在教学上要有疑必问。因此,我积极向各位老师请教。老教师在教学方面也给了我很大的帮助。我决定在以后的教学过程中,我要多听其他老师的课,做到边听边讲,学习别人的优点,克服自己的不足,争取每天更上一层楼,早日成为一名成熟的教师。

五、做好培优补差工作

因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断的学习过程中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。一部分是有能力提高,但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水平; 另一部分是肯学,但能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望提高;还有一部分是纪律松散,学习不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会静下心来学习。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果才会更好。

本学期我担任七年级级(1)、(2)班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅。因此,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向老教师学习,积极参加学校组织的各种教学活动,严格要求自己,结合学校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,认真备课、听课,虚心请教,及时反思教学,使教学有计划、有组织、有步骤地开展。我已完成本学期的教学工作,现对本学期以来的教育教学工作做以下总结,一、努力提高自身素质,严格遵守工作纪律。

在工作中,本人能够严格要求自己,做到不迟到、不早退。认真学习教师职业道德规范,不断提高自己的道德修养和政治理论水平,认真学习新课改理论,努力提高业务能力,通过学习,使我对新课改理念有了更全面的、深入的理解,为本人改进教学方法打好了基础。

二、认真制定教学计划,使教学有序地进行。在参加学校组织的课改和教学理念的培训之后,依照学校工作计划、课标、教材、学生实际和教育教学规律,制定了学期教学计划,规划好阶段计划,课时计划。在此基础上,设计好每一堂课

六、认真反思教学。教学这一活动,没有反思的伴随就不会有进步。坚持授课后,认真回想,进行反思。记录其教法、做法及操作不大理想的地方,及时做改进。并根据班级情况,使学生在组中相互帮助,相互学习,培养团结互助的学习精神。

开学第一课的英语学习铺垫之后的第一个月英语学习尤为重要。一是学生要适应初中的英语课程设置,早读的背诵、默写,驻班课的练习分析等。英语学习的地位从小学的次要上升到重要位置的适应影响学生能否做好中小学英语衔接的重要一步。二是第一个月是英语26个字母的应用和音标的学习,是否熟练对第一学期之后的学习有一定的影响。在第一个月教学中,首先重点是培养学生初中英语学习的学习习惯,如上课的听课效率,听课的笔记和每天按时完成背诵、书写内容。小学的英语学习重在读背,初中一开始就要从书写抓起,26个字母的笔划,格式都不能疏忽。一遍遍的抄写,有些学生会耐不住性子,这时借鉴上海名师施志红老师的做法,进行分批解封。起初都是铅笔写作业,较好地学生就可以改用黑色水笔写作业,抄写量也减少。在课堂上,反复的跟读也会让学生感觉枯燥,以每周一首英文歌曲,让学生学习跟唱会增加英语学习的趣味性。

经过了一个月的英语学习,学生逐渐适应初中英语教学。在从正式篇的第一单元开始,英语学习步入正轨。由于英语应用性的普及和英语新课程的不同要求,对英语口语的重视越来越明显。在每个单元的听说课,每篇听力文本都从初听,细听和跟读听三遍,并让学生标上升降调,一个学期下来,有些学生能够自己标出升降调。再配合周末网上的翼课网的跟读训练,学生在口语上比之前的学生略有提高。每个单元的基础句子也尽量在第一二课时的时候,进行强化训练,为最后一个课时的作文训练夯实基础和降低难度。在阅读课上,也尽量把每个单元的主题句进行提炼后,再反复操练,为作文的书写进行提前模拟。作文课从格式,模板,句子的衔接强化,让学生在中西语言表达的不同中注意差异,减少易错句的发生几率。并且多给一些好句或课文的句子进行模仿书写。

从这一学期的英语学习中,可以看到大部分学生已经完成了中小学英语学习的衔接,这是值得欣慰的。但是还有些问题需要在下学期注意。

1.音标学习要在下学期循环复习,并在新单词的学习中进行强化训练。2.七上在英语学习中的难点要在七下进行突破和克服。

3.对英语学困生要多加关注和鼓励,在七下的学习中边学习边复习。4.课堂上多一些真实教学情境的设置,让学生充分体会到在生活中用英语。

5.尽量给予更多的时间进行英语自学。

对于教师自身来说,多给予学生一些时间去成长,语言的学习无法一蹴而就。营造一种和谐的师生关系更能促进学生的学习积极性。有一个比喻很贴切,英语学习就像翻阅一本世界名著,开头看起来难懂又苦涩,但越学越精彩。初一的英语学习只是开始,相信学生在我们的引领下将会体会英语学习的快乐。
