大学英语及计算机两门全免考条件：

1.已具有国民教育系列本科以上学历（含本科）2.已参加统考,且成绩通过

计算机免考条件：

非计算机类专业,获得全国计算机等级考试一级B或以上级别证书

大学英语免考条件：

1.非英语专业,获得大学英语等级考试CET四级或以上级别证书（仅限2006年1月1日前获得的四六级证书）2.非英语专业,获得全国公共英语等级考试PETS三级或以上级别证书 3.非英语专业,省级教育行政部门组织的成人教育学位英语考试合格证书 4.非英语专业,入学注册时年龄满40周岁

5.非英语专业,户籍(以身份证的为准)在少数民族聚居地区的少数民族学生

第三篇：《大学英语》及《计算机基础》课程的考核办法

《大学英语》及《计算机基础》课程的考核办法 为适应我校《大学英语》及本科非计算机专业《计算机基础》课程的教学改革，经学校研究决定，对本科生《大学英语》和《计算机基础》课程的考核办法作如下规定：

一、《大学英语》课程考核办法

1、《大学英语》按照教育部高教司《大学英语课程教学要求》和《盐城工学院大学英语课程教学改革方案》（试行）精神，实施分级分流教学；基础阶段一至四级为必修课。

2、基础阶段未通过全国大学英语四级考试（CET-4）的各学期分别学习《大学英语》课程的1、2、3、4，并参加考试，合格后取得相应学分。

3、基础阶段通过全国大学英语四级考试（CET-4）的，后续各学期须选修大学英语六级、研究生入学考试英语、英语听说1和2中的任一门课程参加学习（英语听说1修完才能选修英语听说2，每学期选修的课程不能重复），考试成绩作为《大学英语》相应级别课程的成绩，合格后取得相应学分。如正常考试不通过，需补考或重修原所学内容获得相应《大学英语》课程学分。

4、不管CET-4是否通过，学生（含民办、艺术、单招各专业）的《大学英语》课程相应级别成绩均以在校各学期所学课程考试为准，CET-4成绩不作为替代《大学英语》课程成绩的依据。

二、《计算机基础》课程考核办法

《计算机基础》课程（含基础和语言）结束后学校不再单独组织课程考试，以学生参加全国（江苏省）计算机等级考试的成绩评定。

学生在全国（江苏省）计算机相应等级考试中获得优秀的，该门课程以95分计并计入学分绩点；获得良好的，该门课程以80分计并计入学分绩点；获得合格的，该门成绩以70分计并计入学分绩点。

未通过等级考试的学生可在大三秋学期开学时参加一次学校组织的《计算机基础》课程补考；大三和大四各学期可报名参加《计算机基础》课程的重修，通过后成绩以实际考核成绩记载。如补考或重修后通过全国（江苏省）计算机等级考试的，成绩和学分绩点取高分记载。

三、附则

1、本办法自2012级学生开始执行。

2、未尽事宜按学籍管理规定有关条款执行。

3、本办法解释权属教务处。

备受关注的自主招生考试将如何进行，一直悬而未定。媒体获悉，《自主招生指导意见征求意见稿》已出台。北京市多家高校招办负责人透露，明年自主招生将挪至高考后进行，且每所高校可能只允许考两门学科。

报名或在明年3月进行

国务院今年9月发布《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》。明确自主招生申请学生要参加全国统一高考，达到相应要求，接受报考高校的考核。试点高校要合理确定考核内容，不得采用联考方式或组织专门培训。规范并公开自主招生办法、考核程序和录取结果。严格控制自主招生规模。

多所高校招办透露，明年自主招生挪至高考后且在填报志愿前的十几天时间内进行。因此，考试时间的推移，也将使得自主招生报名时间延后。据了解，征求意见稿中，拟将报名时间设定在明年3月，考生提交申请资料。

考试科目拟限定两门

除考试时间变化外，明年将要进行的自主招生最大的变化是考试科目。此次，征求意见稿中指出，明年自主招生每校最多只允许考两门。

厦门大学教育研究院院长、国家教育考试指导委员会委员刘海峰表示，对考试科目的限定主要是减轻考生负担，避免自主招生沦为“小高考”。此外，有不少高中反映自主招生影响了正常的高中教学秩序，每到自主招生季，一些考生就会放下手头的复习进度，突击复习高中三年所有知识，额外还要做些拔高题，高考复习节奏被打乱，复习不能有序进行。因此，这次征求意见稿对考试科目做了调整。

高校自主招生是否面临撞车?

不少高校招办主任担忧，明年自主招生挪至考后进行，那么就意味着很多学校的自主招生会撞车。刘海峰表示，由于考后和出分前仅有不到20天时间，因此，学校撞车是必然的，考生只能选择自己最想报考的院校。如果最终对高考科目进行了设定，那么学校在考试科目选择上会慎重，尽量能够通过仅有的两门科目考试反映学生的学科潜能。

高考自主招生变化

明年 报名时间：明年3月考生提交申请资料，资格审核：明年4月各高校审核考生资格

往年 报名考试时间通常为前一年的11月至第二年3月

明年 考试科目 每校最多只允许考两门。北约、华约、卓越等联盟将退出历史舞台
