1、申请学校。

这个阶段，可以普遍撒网，把做好的材料发到感兴趣的学校和合作导师邮箱，然后等待被申请的学校给你发邀请信。这时需要的材料包括：

(1)申请表。一般在申请学校的对外交流网页上有，可以下载。

(2)买个预约签证的储值卡预约面签时间。交签证费时顺便买卡，有2中固定面值，12分钟54元，8分钟32元和而且只有中信银行卖。然后按卡提示预约面签时间，这时也要有护照，对方要问你一些有关信息，比如护照号。此时是中文服务。可以上网搜下有人贴出的预约签证流程。

(3)交SEVIS费用。这是美国针对入境的非移民人员要求提交的。现在是180美元。网上交费后可以在线打印收据，签证时要交给他们。

(4)准备签证材料。到美国大使馆网站下载表格，填写156、157、158表格。156表格需要填好后马上在线打印。
