要去美国留学如何写个人简历

南京留学专家表示，在准备留学申请材料时，作为对外联系的主要文件之一的简历(Resume)的质量高低将直接影响申请者的成功率，为了能让对方清晰地了解申请者，简历在写作方面应力求真实、全面、简洁、明了。

留学申请者的个人简历应包括以下这几个方面的内容：

1.姓名。力求与各种学历证明的姓名相同，如有更改姓名的情况，务必在公证时予以声明，并附上公证书。

2.性别。

3.出生年月日及地点。力求与各类学历证明的出生年月日一致，出生地点写明国别和省份。

4.国籍。

5.婚否。

6.现在工作单位及详细通信地址。

7.个人教育背景。包括大学、硕士阶段的在读时间，所在大学的名称、专业和所获学位，参加工作后的受教育经历，主要指脱产接受专门的进修、培训或学习。

8.个人从事专业的经历。填写专业经历应力求抓住重点，突出研究方向。担任教学工作的可列出主讲、助讲的课程名称，担任研究工作的可列出参加各个研究项目的课题名称。

9.个人的着作、论文或研究成果要分门别类列出，并一定要与个人专业经历相一致。所列着作要注明名 称，出版年月，出版单位。所列论文要注明论文题目，刊载杂志或期刊名称、期号、语种。对于在学术会议上发表的文章还要注明学术会议的名称、召开时间和地点 等。如果其中有被外国学者评论过的，最好附上刊载评论文章的杂志名称及时间。

10.外语水平。注明参加TOEFL、GRE等考试的时间、地点及成绩。若申请者掌握多门外语，则要一一注明语种并说明熟练程度。

11.参加何种学术团体，得到何种荣誉。学术团体一般应是省、市或行业一级以下的专业学术团体，在学术团体中所担任职务可加以注明。荣誉主要是指在专业、技术研究方面获得的奖励和荣誉，并要注明获奖名称，颁奖时间和颁奖单位。

12.拟申请的大学和导师的姓名。可根据申请者查询的资料予以注明，并要注意按照每个单位、每位导师一份简历的原则，即在同一份自传中不必注明全部想要联系的单位和导师。

13.拟进行的研究方向和希望从事研究的题目。国外院校的专业面一般较宽，要根据国外情况，力求专业面与其一致。研究课题可根据自己的研究兴趣和需要，同时也要尽量考虑对方的条件。

在简历的书写过程中申请者还应注意必须尽力保证字迹的工整、清楚，最好用打字机打印。总之，一份成功简历的秘诀在于：既不要言过其实，又必须充分反映自己的实际水平。相关链接：留学简历中如何处理自己的弱项？

在留学简历中，申请者可以向录取委员会的评委们提供自己更全面的信息，帮助评委们了解自己过去的重要经历和所取得的骄人业绩。要想向评委们提供有分量的信 息，申请者首先不能急躁，而是要静下心来，花上一段时间，将自己的人生经历像电影一样在脑海里过一遍，认真思考一下问题并把相关的信息写在纸上，然后再进 行删减和整理。另外，我们在写简历的时候有一个原则，那就是在简历中尽量不体现申请者的弱项，如果申请者的有些

经历不得不写进简历，也要采取一种积极的态 度把它写出来。总之，在写简历时，切记不要突出显示申请者的不足。

在这里，我结合具体的事例加以分析，希望同学们能从中受益。

问题一：工作经验丰富，事业成功，但是由于某种原因没有拿到本科学位，希望申请MBA，在简历中应如何处理这段教育背景？

国外的教育制度和我国不同，他们更看重的是学位，有了本科学位才能申请硕士学位。如果申请者只拿到了本科的毕业证书而没有学位证书，写简历时尤其要重视前 面提到的原则，即不突出显示申请者的不足。这样的申请者在简历中应该重点写他的工作经历及所取得的优异成绩。把这部分设成简历的第一部分，放在简历的最上 面，使评委们首先阅读的是他的强项。教育这部分放在简历的后面，简单写一下毕业的学校就可以了，没有必要再解释为什么没有拿到学位，解释可以放在PS或 Essay中去写。

问题二：专科毕业，但是通过夜大专升本已经拿到本科学位，在简历中是否需要注明？申请国外大学硕士学位虽然要求申请者必须拥有本科学位，但是对申请者是通过何种方式拿到的学位没有做具体要求。因此，申请者在简历中只要写明是本科学位就可以，没有必要对此进行解释。

问题三：核心课程GPA很高，但是由于不喜欢学政治等课程导致整体GPA不高，应该如何处理？

国外教授录取研究生，主要是考核申请者的学习能力、科研能力，他们对中国的政治等辅修课并不感兴趣。因此，你只要在简历中注明核心课程的GPA(CoreCoursesGPA)成绩就可以了。

问题四：工作经历不连续，有断档，应如何处理？

很多人在自己的人生经历中，会有一些断档(GAP)。如果这些断档是正面的，积极的，则可以把这段经历写进简历。例如：公司派你进修。

问题五：刚毕业的本科生应如何写简历？

刚刚毕业或即将毕业的本科生，他们面对的竞争对手中有一部分是工作经历丰富的申请者，因此他们应该重点强调自己在校期间的GPA成绩和所受到的专业培训。如果申请者就读的学校是名牌大学，同样可以突出学校。这样的申请者应该把教育背景放在简历的前面来写。再有，这类申请者可以把在校期间的助研、助教经历以 及在业余时间从事的一些工作写在简历里作为工作经历。

Hu Ge, a Promising Star

Everyone has experienced a twist of fate at some time.Actor Hu Ge is no different.In fact, his story is more amazing than most.He stars in the The Chinese Love Story, a TV series based on a popular computer game of the same title, which hits our screens in July.The 22-year-old breathes life into main character Li Xiaoyao, and shows he is one of the most promising stars of this year.But few people, including Hu himself, ever expected him to be an actor.Hu was once a shy boy, and rarely spoke.To help him become more sociable, his parents sent him to an art troupe.At that time, Hu never thought he would have a career on stage or in front of the cameras.Instead of gaining confidence in acting, Hu became very interested in directing.As the national college entrance examination approached, Hu chose to study directing at the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing.Hu got a high mark and was give the registration notice.During the holidays at home he accompanied his friends to an audition at the Shanghai Theatre Academy.To encourage his friend, Hu performed and, surprisingly, he passed the exams.Hu had to decide whether to be a director or an actor.He followed his dream and prepared to go to Beijing.But when the teacher told him many great directors had been actors, Hu hesitated.He finally stayed in his hometown to study performing arts.He was given a chance to take the lead role the TV drama Dandelion.When playing Li Xiaoyao, He said he made great progress with his kung fu instructor.I promised my self that I must try my best to get told off less everyday.Hu said, “Surprising, I found pleasure and satisfaction.”

Different people have different idol, I’m no different.Hu Ge, an actor known for a TV series adapted by a computer game, is my favourite star.Hu was once a shy boy, and rarely spoke.To help him became more sociable, his parents sent him to an art troupe.At that time, it never occurred to him that he would have a career on stage or in front of the media.Unfortunately, a traffic accident occurred when he was on the peak of his career.Hearing the news that he could be disfigured, “Maybe I have to turn to behind-the-scenes if I am disfigured.”（如果我毁容了，那我可以转向幕后了）he said with a smile.In his mind, the accident is a chance to learn more about himself as well as the world from the beginning.（幸好我在获得重生的时候还能够看清世界，看清自己）

As the fans of Hu Ge, we called ourselves “Pepper”.To most of us pepper, the charm he owned is far more than the attractiveness of those roles he played.From my point of view, my idol is pretty gifted.Taking photos is one of his hobbies.Wherever he goes, He always takes his camera along with him and enjoys the exciting feeling of waiting for a wonderful picture.His micro blog has witnessed his talent in writing.Through all the words illustrated by appropriate pictures in his micro blog, he conveys his inner feelings and thoughts, leaving readers deeply impressed by the man’s self-deprecating 自贬的 humour.In the micro blog We pepper always urge him to get married as soon as possible, which made him so proud and consider himself an unique star in China’ s entertainment circle.He thinks his pepper is a group different from other fans.Not to mention the Philanthropy.He donates a hope primary school in a remote area in Yunnan province on behalf of one of his friend.He is a person full of gratititude.Taking care of his fans’ feeling, making his efforts to meet his pepper’s demands as much as he can.He once said “you’re the strength that makes me more powerful.” Those are very little parts of the man that you can find on the surface.对于胡歌和胡椒来说，更多的是胡歌在创造了更好的胡椒，优质的偶像，在潜移默化中影响了喜欢他的粉们。有多少胡椒从胡歌身上学会了坚强，学会乐观，学会淡然看待是是非非。有多少胡椒从胡歌身上学会了踏实努力随和，有多少胡椒学着胡歌的文艺范，抽风范，内涵范。这不是盲目的崇拜与模仿，只是发自内心的学习与进步，胡歌之于胡椒是一个榜样，一个努力的方向，一个交心的朋友。

“Strength does not lie in what you have.It lies in what you can give” I really enjoy the spirit that the sentence holds.To both of us pepper and Hu Ge, it is Hu who has a great influence on us to be a better person and fan.A star can provide his fans with positive spirit and have a lasting impact on those people who love him gently.Many of us, like him, learn to be optimistic and calm down when faced with misunderstanding and question.We endeavor to be more hard-working, practical and easygoing because he is a man like that.That’s not blind admiration and imitation but learn from him and makes progress myself.He is a model to learn, a direction to strive for and a true friend to talk to.You may still have prejudice on him, yeah, I see, he is a man not money which everyone adores.Now, he is occupied with a drama and this year he may not be on the screen but we pepper will stand by him forever.I have finished my talk, thank you.
