今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。

著名的文学家托尔斯泰曾经说过：“世界上只有两种人：一种是观望者，一种是行动者。大多数人想改变这个世界，但没人想改变自己。”想要改变现状，就要改变自己;要改变自己。就得改变自己的观念。一切成就，都是从正确的观念开始的。一连串的失败，也都是从错误的观念开始的。要适应社会，适应环境，适应变化，就要学会改变自己。

一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。

其实，生活中也有许多和我们年纪相仿的同学与责任的事情。在电影《一个独生子女》的影片中，不到10岁的女孩张鸣鸣的父亲去世了，妈妈又因心脏病卧倒在床。她十分懂事，用自己平时积攒的零钱交了学费，同时也挑起做家务的担子。她做完家务还要写作业，在学校也争当一位好学生。妈妈看了鸣鸣的日记后自责委屈了女儿，但鸣鸣为了不让妈妈伤心，就烧掉了日记。一天雷雨之夜，妈妈被送进医院，此后鸣鸣每天不仅坚持上学，而且要跑去医院给妈妈送饭。她的作业都是在病床上完成的。为了给妈妈补充营养，鸣鸣杀了自己心爱的小鸡。她的学习不断进步，文章在小记者报上发表，臂上也带上了大队委的标志，可妈妈病情越来越重。妈妈在被送进急救间抢救过来之后，鸣鸣脸上绽开了幸福的笑容。在生活的磨难中，鸣鸣逐渐成长，勇敢地走向明天……

们的一生”。关心、爱护学生是教师的天职，爱为师德之本，无爱则无教育。植根于爱是处理好师生关系的关键所在，教师必须真心诚意地去关爱每一个学生，既当慈母又当严父，在学习上严格要求学生，在生活上更要关心热爱学生，做学生的良师益友，只有这样，才能成为一个受到孩子们热爱的合格教师。教师，全部的职业生涯都离不开孩子。师爱是师德的核心，师爱是师魂，师爱是教育的基础。教师对学生的爱，是一种只讲付出不计回报、无私而广泛且没有血缘的爱，是一种严慈相济的爱。学生一旦体会到这种爱，就会“亲其师”，从而“信其道”，最终实现教育的根本功能。

一、用爱心去温暖学生

“如果学生是一朵含苞待放的花蕾，教师的职责就是让他们在生活这片温暖的阳光里绚丽绽放”。作为一名教师，对学生的爱必须是普遍而广泛的，不应该以社会原因、家庭背景及平时表现而有所偏爱，应该一视同仁。对于调皮生，我从来就没有放弃他们，任其破罐子破甩，而是给予特别的关爱。只有这样，孩子们才会敞开心扉认同你，快乐地融合到集体当中去，充分地扮演主人公的角色，才能创造一个融洽的、温暖的、团结的集体。师爱的细腻和多样，没有哪一种职业可以相比，特别在一个幅员辽阔、发展不平衡的国家，多样化的师爱，润泽着祖国的每一寸土地。

每到一个班，我都要求学生写日记，日记内容不要求很多，只要写出自己的真情实感，用自己的语言表达自己的感情变化，发现自己，完善自己。从中我得到了许多……在日记中，学生可以说是无话不谈，同伴关系，与老师的关系，学习及家庭的问题，都是我们的话题，在这同时我也得到的学生的信任，这是很有利的我的教学，而学生那种渴望被老师注意，被老师关心的心情也是我为之惊讶!尽管有的男同学不是经常在我面前表现，但那颗心我是理解的。我的亲近也使那些不爱说话的学生渐渐地来到了我的身边，开始主动讲话了。我相信我也会让我的学生健康的成长的。我认为，学生的要求不是很高，只要教师肯于主动的了解学生的心理，适当的拿出一点时间去接近学生，在师生关系方面，一定会做到事半功倍。

当我因有事一天没有给学生上课时，学生在日记中写下了“离开老师的日子……”在课下，我也经常和学生们以朋友相称，与他们共站在同一条线上，共同来渡过难关，享受荣誉。倾听学生的心声，让他们感到教师是一个热情和蔼的人，一个平易近人的人，一个可以信赖的人。教师，有一千个学生，就有一千种爱。面对性格迥异的学生，即使爱如潮水，教师也要化作细雨精心浇灌。

二、用耐心去感化学生

师爱还必须要有耐心，这是由教育的长期性与反复性决定的。学生知识的积累、能力的培养、品德的形成，都不是一朝一夕，一蹴而就，而是要通过反复的训练与实践才能成功。后进生的进步犹如蜗牛行走缓慢之极，往往是今天变好了，明天又差了，反反复复，难以巩固。教师绝不能有“恨铁不成钢”的思想，需要坚持正面教育，用循循善诱的方法，经常性地作耐心细致的思想转换工作，最大限度地调动他们的积极性。后进生尤其渴望能够得到别人的赞赏和承认，当他们受到老师和同学的称赞时，会获得精神上的愉快，从而促进自信心的建立。教师要善于使用“放大镜”寻找后进生身上的每一个哪怕是十分微小的闪光点。

当他们有了点滴进步，就及时予以肯定表扬，让其产生“成功感”，培养自信心。我班有位叫王恒的学生，身体长得结实，但经常迟到甚至旷课，学习成绩较差，不爱完成作业。对于这样的学生，我给了他特别的关注，用心地寻找和捕捉他身上的闪光点。我发现他关心集体、劳动积极，于是就选他当劳动委员，以作班干部来树立他对自己的信心。他担任劳动委员后劲头可大了，工作认真负责，每天的清洁扫除，都主动留下来管理，并帮助别人打扫。在他的带动下，班上的清洁评分在学校总是位居前列。我常利用课余时间给他开小灶，耐心地辅导，鼓励他在学习上的每一个小小的进步。

三、用真心去打动学生

由于受传统教育那种师道尊严的影响，学生对老师总会或多或少存有畏惧心理，师生之间有着一道无形的鸿沟。作为一名教师，如何去填平这道沟呢?那就是用滚烫的心温暖学生的心灵，用真心去感动学生，用真诚去填平师生间的鸿沟。真心诚意是打动人的最有效的手段，教师对学生真诚的爱有着巨大的感召力。只有真心对待学生，才能引起学生内心的强烈共鸣，达到师生间的相互信任，学生才会把老师当作知心朋友，敞开心扉，倾诉他们的心里话。老师才能及时了解学生的精神世界，才能有的放矢地及时给予指导和帮助，使他们健康成长。

四、用垂范去引导学生

“德高为范，博学为师”。古人云“以身立教，其身亡而其教存”，反之“其身虽存则其教已废”。教师必须具备美好的师德师风，为人师表，以身作则，时时处处注意自己的言行，以良好的形象做好学生的表率，在潜移默化中用自己的榜样力量对学生进行教育，促进学生良好习惯的养成和道德品质的提高。平时，凡是要求学生做到的，教师本人也应该做到，要充分展现教师在各个方面的素质，用实际行动从情感上取得学生的认可，让学生心服口服。不仅要有爱的情感，爱的行动，还要有爱的能力和爱的艺术，把自己的情感融入到课堂实践中去，用教师特有的语言和行动去唤起学生的热情，产生共鸣，激发学生的热情。

我常参与到学生中去，用比赛的方法去调动学生的求知欲望，鼓励学生买一些有益的课外书籍。要求学生每天背一首古诗或一段宋词，并记录在笔记本上。开始，我把诗、词写在小黑板上，让学生背，第二天去检查，结果只有三分之一的学生去做了。为了让更多的孩子参与到积累背诵古诗、词的行列之中，我便来了一招，自己亲自参与到学生中去，与学生进行比赛看谁背得又多又快又好。

我每天第一节语文课，首先作好示范背给同学们听，这样同学们见老师都在虚心学习，也跟着背。就这样，我天天如此，全班同学也天天如此，跟着我积累了很多著名诗、词，既陶冶了情操，又提高了写作水平。虽然这样花费了我的大量业余时间，但我觉得非常值得，因为在我的影响下，我教的班学习空气特别浓，同学们都比着学，赛着学，形成了良好的学习风气。

它们很快飞到一座小山上。一只小鸟落到一棵树上说：“哎呀，这里真高！你们看，那成群的鸡鸭牛羊甚至大名鼎鼎的千里马都在羡慕地向我仰望。能够生活在这里，我们应该满足了。”

另两只小鸟失望地摇了摇头说：“好吧，你既然满意，就留在这里吧，我们还想再到高处看看。”

这两只小鸟飞呀飞，终于飞到了五彩斑斓的云彩里。其中一只陶醉了，情不自禁地引吭高歌起来：“我不想再飞了，这辈子能飞上云端，你不觉得十分了不起吗？”

另一只说：“我坚信一定还有更高的境界。”说完，它向着九天、向着太阳执著地飞去„„ 后来，落在树上的小鸟成了麻雀，留在云端的小鸟成了大雁，飞向太阳的小鸟成了雄鹰。各位同学，你们的目标是什么呢？是树梢，云端，还是太阳？我们当然都想成为翱翔于九天的雄鹰啊。

因为我们每个人都渴望成功，成功的桂冠对于一个人来讲，不仅是一种荣誉，还是一种身份的象征。但是，成功地首要前提是立志，也就是要找准自己的位置，锁定自己的目标。目标的高低决定成就的大小，人们常说，心有多高，舞台就有多大。

当然，知道了自己身在何处，心系何方，还要为之追求不止，奋斗不息，不因为一次小小的成功而满足，也不因为一次失败的打击而停滞不前。

同学们，为了将来能放歌于山巅，让我们弃燕雀之小志，慕鸿鹄以高翔，设立好人生的目标，奋力向前冲刺吧!

（二）坐在生活的前排

有个教授做过一项实验：12年前，他要求他的学生进入一个宽敞的大礼堂，并自由找座位坐下。反复几次后，教授发现有的学生总爱坐前排，有的则盲目随意，四处都坐，还有一些人似乎特别钟情后面的座位。教授分别记下了他们的名字。10年后，教授的追踪调查结果显示：爱坐前排的学生中，成功的比例高出其他两类学生很多。

最后，教授语重心长地说道：“不是说凡事一定要站在最前面，永远第一，而是说这种积极向上的心态十分重要。在漫长的一生中，你们一定要勇争第一，积极坐在前排呀！”

“坐在前排”，这是一种积极进取的生活态度，一种“敢为天下先”的勇者心态，一种事事必争一流的坚定信念。因为事事都想走在别人前面，就要尽己所能，去取得最好的成绩，去争取更大成功。

这让我想起被世界政坛誉为“铁娘子” 英国第一位女首相撒切尔夫人，她的父亲在她小时候就经常向她灌输这样的思想：无论做什么事情，都要力争一流，永远做在别人前头，而不能落后于人。永远不要说“我不能”或“太困难了”之类的话。在后来的学习、生活和工作中，她牢记父亲的教诲，做事总是抱着一往无前的精神和必胜的信念，尽自己最大的努力克服一切困难，做好每一件事，且事事必争一流。40多年后，她终于成为英国政坛一颗耀眼的明星。

很多时候，一个人的成功源于坚守住自己的信念。“永远坐在生活的前排”，让这一信念成为我们生活的指南针，指引我们人生的航程。信念产生力量，是我们战胜一切困难的法宝。有了它，即使前行的道路坎坷不平，成功的大门也将永远向你敞开着。

（三）别给自己留退路

有位书法家对一位用废报纸练字的人说：“如果你用最好的纸来写，你可能会写得更好。”那人很奇怪地问原因，书法家笑而不答，只写了一个“逼”字，那人顿悟，这是让他惜纸逼自己写好字，用废报纸练，就是留下退路，写不好再重来；用最好的纸练，就会因惜纸而逼自己专注地写好每个字。原来，成功是被“逼”出来的。

其实，我们人生的每一页都是无价的白纸，不能任意涂抹，废弃重来。只有如惜纸一般珍惜每一次机会，专心致志地做好眼前的事，认认真真写好每一笔，才能成就精彩的人生篇章。

可是人生之途，漫长而艰辛，我们总是难以驾驭自己的惰性与欲望，路遇险阻或诱惑时，习惯用各式各样的借口来自我安慰，为自己的胆怯与懈怠寻找退路，最后万事成蹉跎，成功便成了可望而不可即的蜃景。

现代社会，机遇多多，诱惑也不少，我们常会面临诸多选择，难免心浮气躁，所以一旦选定方向，就要果断地切断退路。

因为无路可退，才能抵制诱惑，排除干扰，更专注于眼前事，只有为成功的信念倾注全部精力，才能最大限度地发挥自己的潜能；因为无路可退，前行是唯一的选择，哪怕途中障碍重重，艰险万状，为了求得一线生机，也必须学会忍耐与承受，用排除万难的勇气与执着前行的意志，冲破沉沉暗夜，寻找希望的曙光；因为无路可退，才拥有了拼搏的意志与奋进的动力，学识才干才得以超常发挥，智慧之光就会在绝境中绽放，最终成就一道道亮丽的人生风景。项羽破釜沉舟，孔明空城退兵，勾践卧薪尝胆，这些流传千古的历史故事，就是在无路可退之时被“逼”出来的成功啊。

人生路上我们一路前行，请随手关上身后的门，因为没有退路，反而会更专注，更坚定，更智慧地去探索出路，云销雨霁之时，成功会如一道绚丽的彩虹在前方等着你。

（四）夺 冠 的 秘 诀

1984年，在东京国际马拉松邀请赛中，名不见经传的日本选手山田本一出人意料地夺得了世界冠军。1986年，在意大利国际马拉松邀请赛中，他再度夺冠。若干年后，山田本一在自传中，写下了他夺冠的秘诀。

“最初参加比赛的时候，我总是把目标定在终点线上的那面小旗帜上，可每次都只跑到二三里地时就跑不动了，最终以失败而告终。多次失败后，我意识到，我是被前面那遥远的路程给击败的。经过总结我采用了这样的方式：

在每次比赛之前，我都要把比赛经过的路线仔细观察一遍，将沿途比较醒目的标志记下来。比如：第一个标志是银行；第二个标志是一棵大树；第三个标志是一座红房子„„这样一直记到赛程的终点。

开始比赛后，我就以较快的速度奋力向第一个目标冲去，待到达第一个目标后，我再以同样的速度向第二个目标冲去„„就这样，四十几公里的赛程，就被我分解成若干个小目标轻松地跑完了。”

山田本一夺冠的秘诀，对你有何启示呢？

人生如果没有明确的目标，生活就会失去动力。但目标过大又会使人丧失信心，因此，我们要善于把人生的远大目标进行分解，在每个阶段制定一个合适的易于达到的目标。学生阶段更应如此，分解你的目标，先达到最近的，再去实现另一个„„并经常检查自己实现目标的情况，体验实现目标的快乐，充满信心“用智慧战胜对手”，只有这样，一个个小的成功积累起来,就是大的成功。

（五）每天做好一件事

一位画家被医生诊断出患有一种绝症，然而，他没有因此而倒下，他异常坦然地接受医生的治疗，并且每天都坚持有计划地锻炼和作画。三年间，他举办了十几次个人画展，获得过许多大奖。平时，他的脸上总是挂着开心的微笑，完全不像一个身患绝症的人。

有人惊羡地问他：“你为什么每天都这么开心呢？”

他微笑地反问：“我为什么不开心呢？”尔后，他讲述了儿时经历的一件事情： 画家在读中学的时候，因为成绩不理想，所以有些灰心丧气。有一次因为连续几天旷课，他被学校给予了严厉的处分，并告知他的父母。他的父亲得知此事后，并没有责骂他，而是在饭后，找来一个塑料小漏斗和一捧玉米种子，放在桌子上。他迷惑不解地看着父亲，父亲对他说：“今天晚上，我想给你做个实验„„”父亲让他把双手放在漏斗下面接着，然后捡起一粒种子投入到漏斗里面，种子便顺着漏斗那细小的缝隙滑到他的手中；父亲连投了十几次，他的手中就有了十几粒种子；此时，父亲再抓起满满一把玉米粒放在漏斗里面，那个狭窄的缝隙被玉米粒相互挤住了竟一粒也没掉下来。此时父亲意味深长地解释说：“这个漏斗就代表着你，假如你每天能做好一件事，每天你就会有一粒种子的收获和快乐。可是，当你想把所有的事情都挤到一起来做，反而连一粒种子也收获不到了。”

画家恍然明白了父亲的用意，羞愧地低下了头。后来他一直铭记着父亲的教训：“每天做好一件事，每天就会有一粒种子的收获和快乐！”

这个故事告诉我们：快乐的生活就是每天做好一件事，不为明天而忧虑。的确，只要我们每天都拥有一粒种子的收获，也就拥有了一份生活的乐趣。成功也是如此，它不可能一蹴而就，而是要靠一天一天的不断努力去收获，去累积。每天做好一件事，一生将会做好多事，每天走好一步，一生将会走的更高远。
