To be honest, I feel a little bit.OK, if you are terrible like me, just come with me to do some simple yoga action.First, take a deep breath and shoulders up.Then, exhale slowly and at the same time down hard shoulder.After several times, I think you will feel better.OK, now, I will begin my speech——Yoga fo Back Pain.As we all know, with the popularity of the modern technology an increasing number of jobs involve sitting at a computer for at least 8 hours a day.You may think this makes for an easy life, but sitting at a computer for prolonged periods of time can actually cause you to suffer from pains and strains.Particularly incorrect sitting and sleeping postures has resulted in a number of people especially the youth who are suffering from back pain, simple yoga postures can be an answer to these issues.Today, I will give you some simple yoga postures for back pain.Tadasana This posture is known to relax the muscles of your neck, arms and shoulders.You can begin with standing with your feet kept at a considerable distance from each other.Inhale while you lift your arms in the upward direction.Slowly the palms must be brought together over the head.Stay in this position for a few seconds and then come back to your original position.Matsyasana This posture can relax your neck.You can begin with lying down on your back and simply inhaling.Now tilt your head in the backward direction to form an arch.The crown of the head should touch the floor.You can make use of your forearms and elbow to help you form and stay put in the posture.Breathe normally and hold on to the position for a few minutes.Taking care of your back is extremely important.Support these yoga postures with nutritious and healthy food to stay away from back problems in the long run.If you are suffering from back pain or sitting at a computer for a long time, I advise you to spend 20 minutes for yoga.When you wake up in the morning or come back to home after work ,try a few stretches and see how refreshing it feels.OK, I have finished my speech.Thank you for your support.

Yoga could be described as the ancient science of good health and living, that has been practiced for centuries, not just in the country that it originated in, but all across the world.In the last few years, yoga has become increasingly popular in China.This is because yoga is used by people, for weight loss, stress reduction, strength increase, improved flexibility, better immunity, additional energy and so on.There are several celebrities who tout吹嘘 Yoga as the key factor for an improvement in the physical, emotional, mental and social states.It is a well known fact that if practiced regularly and in the right manner, yoga can have a very positive effect on your body.However, it is important to note, that in case this science is not practiced correctly because of the lack of guidance and the supervision by a qualified trainer, there could be several problems that arise out of that, , which are usually referred to, as yoga negative effects.These effects include a sprained ankle,muscle pulls,neck aches,pain in the knee, severe back pain,wrist pain and so on.Moreover, there is a particular form of yoga, known as hot yoga, where a sequence of 26 poses is performed in a particular order, in an environment that has been heated to 100 degrees F[ˈfærənhaɪt].华氏度 This form of yoga is great for weight loss and increase in flexibility.However, since the high temperature puts the body under undue stress, there have been a few cases of shock, nausea [ˈnɔ:ziə]恶心, fatigue [fəˈti:g]疲劳and injuries that were reported after practicing Hot yoga.Therefore,if you intend to practice yoga to gain some benefitst,please do it in a proper and moderately way, in which the negative effects of yoga can be decreased most.

瑜伽社答辩演讲稿
尊敬的老师们、亲爱的同学们:
大家下午好!我是瑜伽社社长叶楚静。今天很荣幸在这里参加先进社团的答辩。汪国真有一段诗这样写道“我不去想是否能够成功,既然选择了远方,便只顾风雨兼程”。505天前,我在沈科成立了瑜伽社,是的、就是505天,不要问我为什么记得如此清楚,只因为那将是我一生的热爱。一年多了,这一路走来,所有的艰辛都被这句话消散了。接下来,我想跟大家分享这个过程。
作为一个完整独立存在的社团,瑜伽社有清晰明确的社团性质、社团宗旨、社团口号以及社团目标,这为社团的长远发展奠定了基石。除此之外,瑜伽社有健全的内部结构,有六大部门分工合作,共同管理,还有完整的社团规章制度,这都为瑜伽社的成长提供了良好的条件。
而发展中的瑜伽社当初又是怎样创办起来的呢?让我们一起来看看吧。通过校园调研和前期筹备之后提出申请,经过团委同意,社团联合会录入信息正式成立。一个社团成立之后,面临的巨大压力就是社团招新。我们采用增加渠道、拓宽范围的方式成功的开展了第一次招新。当一切都有条不紊的进行完毕后,剩下的主要工作就是社团活动,我们秉着“尽善尽美,多姿多彩”的原则,每周开展一次以上社团活动。
时间不停的在走,社团也在如火如荼的生长。我们的活动越来越精美,我们的成员也在不断的增加。为了满足社团发展的需要,我们将社团活动一次又一次的优化。在提升社团活动品质的同时,社团干部培训也在高昂的气氛中进行。
以上便是瑜伽社一年以来的大致情况。接下来,我想谈谈瑜伽社的未来,在坚持社团性质不变的情况下,顺应时代的步伐,多元化发展社团,壮大社团。
最后,我想从三个方面做一个总结,第一是瑜伽社,从最初的23人到现在的96人,从开始的自由练习到现在的系统教学,从当初的散漫放纵到现在的部门管理,所有的一切都是我们克服困难一步一步走出来的。值得一提的是,现在社团有三人考取了瑜伽教练资格证,两人正在考取过程中。我希望瑜伽社以后的每一届教学都是专业的,让社员在娱乐中学到有用的东西。我想说的第二点就是沈科社团,从目前来看,社团的多样性、规范性、发展性等特点都离不开团委和社团联合会的努力。衷心的希望沈阳科技学院的社团在以后的日子里欣欣向荣,蒸蒸日上。第三点,我想说说大学生社团,记得在一次社长例会中,老师说到“争取让每个大学生至少参加一个社团”时,使我感触颇深。很多同学觉得社团就是一群人在一起玩,其实不然,社团是把有共同话题的人集中在一起,系统的正规的“玩”,而且要玩出自己的风采,提升自己的能力,丰富自己的校园生活,同时又能为校园文化增添色彩。

瑜伽心得体会
经过两个多月的瑜伽课学习,我觉得瑜伽是一门内外兼修的运动。瑜伽带给我的并不仅仅是外在的那么简单,它不是一种单纯的运动,它更注重内在,能触动人的心灵。瑜伽,能提升一个人的心灵,当人们踏上了生命的旅途,就会用自己的耳朵、眼睛来感知世界,提取着来自大千世界形形色色的信息。
瑜伽强调身体是一个大系统,系统中由若干部分组成,使各个部分保持良好的状态才能有健康的身体。通过体位、调息、冥想等方法,调整各个器官的生理机能,达到强身健体的目的。
瑜伽的体位法,使我感受到了身体的伸展和滋养,体验到自我别样的生命力。随着老师的指导慢慢发掘身体,瑜伽动作到位会让自己身心非常舒坦,此时也是在展现自身形体美的过程。随着练习瑜伽体式的深入,我们将渐渐地将心理状态与肉体和谐连接。我被老师对瑜伽的热爱和执著深深感染,努力坚持练习瑜伽,它让我体会到了许多以前生命中不可或缺的活力。从今以后我会一直坚持做瑜伽,感受它带给我的身心统一。让自己的身体和心灵得到最好的洁净。瑜伽的好处在于调理生理,达到平衡;消除紧张,平静内心;修心养性,厚德载物。
有人说“生命在于运动,生命离不开呼吸”,而呼吸法是瑜伽的灵魂,也是生命的灵魂。通过老师指导瑜伽呼吸法,让我关注起了自身的呼吸。控制呼吸,体会呼吸,通过慢慢地加强呼吸的练习,让自己更加放松。一呼一吸之间生命就这么交替进行,在均匀而悠长的呼吸中,沉淀在自己脑海中同时也获得心灵上的愉悦。
瑜伽是一种很实在的运动,每次瑜伽体验,都会带给我不同的感觉。通过瑜伽,我相信只要努力就会有收获,人生不强求,顺其自然便会水到渠成。瑜伽使我快乐,用心去体会瑜伽中所蕴含的丰富的人生哲理。我将把瑜伽融入生命,洗涤我的心灵,使内心晴空万里,阳光灿烂,一片光明。
现在学习瑜伽也有点时间了,平时在寝室睡前或工作累了,我便会自己做些瑜伽中舒展放松的动作,调整自己的身心,让自己获得那一份内心的宁静。最后,瑜伽并不是一味供谈论的生活装饰,它是需要我们去实践、去享受和去品味的艺术。如果它是一杯美酒,那么我们举杯吧,不要再错过。

瑜伽心得
静心与凝息,安若处子,似乎仅凭身体和灵魂的敏锐触觉感知周遭,在脊柱的延展里,一步步触及某种奇异而又神圣的领域。
新学期体育选择了瑜伽。从未接触过的、不同于其他的体育项目,毋需过多运动量,反倒是以一种安详而又静谧的节奏,和着平静诡秘的音乐,静下心来,展开每个毛孔,感受毫无繁杂的世界。
吸气。呼气。每一次都是缓慢的、均匀的,伴随着身体动作的变换,挑战着人体柔韧性的极限。在瑜伽的静处状态里,纯粹、简单得可以轻易触摸到每个毛孔、每个动作中外溢的沉稳。心无杂念,没了交杂繁忙日子里的枉费和失落。所剩下的,唯有单纯的情感,容纳着身体之内的能量和质素,不曾停息,仿佛一种明透且强悍的无法屈服的意愿。不费猜忌,归于简单,一眼看透自己视线中的黑白欢喜。
每个动作里感觉细细,温润尔雅,细碎平凡,仿若修行着的僧人,淡泊且又安适。内心没有欲望、也就没有悲喜。每一个灵魂,披着星光,如鱼游动,是一种接近神性的存在。不需要记忆。不需要前世。不需要今生。不需要来世。不需要欲望。所以不需要得到。不需要失去。不需要时间。所以不需要陪伴。
言,瑜伽倒更是修身养性的运动。通过这学期对瑜伽的学习,除了意想之中对于身体柔韧度的提高,更是对于日益繁杂的生活外精神的放松。
平淡而又优雅,不经世俗而又平易近人。体味着瑜伽里身心的升华,以一种温柔的轮廓洁净的姿态,灵魂仿佛已经是一种完成。
