爱护环境从小事做起

一天，我们一家人开着车去富华游乐园玩，我坐在副驾驶座上，心情非常舒畅，一边听着MP3，一边尽情欣赏路边美丽的风景。突然，我看见从前方白色轿车扔出来一个白色的垃圾袋，被风吹得哗啦啦响的垃圾袋跟这干净的马路真不协调，这时候，爸爸已经减慢了车速，等车停稳了，我连忙下了车，把垃圾袋捡起来，放到后备箱我们备好的垃圾桶里。像这样的事情，我们做过许多许多，因为爱护环境，是我们每个人的责任。

一个半小时的车程，我们就到了富华游乐园，这是我向往已久的地方，听我朋友说，这里有既好玩又刺激。游乐园门口摆上了许多花，到处洋溢着节日的气氛。游乐园里的人真多，我想这么多人，卫生情况肯定很差，眼前的一切与我的想象正好相反，游乐园里干净有序，有许多大学生志愿者，节假日在这里提供无偿服务。

我们玩了过山车、摇摆锤、飓风飞船等。肚子就对我发号施令了，我们来到买小吃的地方，可能是坐过山车时姿势不对，我的脖子好痛，就在我趴在小餐桌上休息的时候，“啪”的一声，一个正方形的一次性餐盒掉在了我脚附近，残汁都溅到了我的鞋上，等我抬起头时，那个打扮时髦的女人已经走远了，我捡起餐盒放进了垃圾箱，卖饭的老伯伯笑着说：“你真棒，小伙子。”我笑了笑说：“如果你提供的不是一次性餐盒，就更好了。”老伯伯说：“你说得对极了，今天有好几个客人对我说了，一次性餐盒不仅污染环境，对身体还有害。”这时妈妈给我买饭过来了，手里还拿着两双一次性筷子，我说：“妈妈你今天违反规定了，要罚款20元呢。”妈妈说：“我知道，可是在这有没别的餐具，怎么办？”我说：“本人会变魔术，你信不信？”我很快从我的小背包里拿出来一把小勺子，妈妈笑着说：“你真是个机灵鬼啊！”

有人会说答案当然是99了，但是我却说不一定，为什么呢？大家先听我讲一个故

事，然后，您就会恍然大悟。有这样两个高三的学生，他们俩是好朋友而且平时学习成绩一样的优秀，于是在填报志愿的时候，他们相约同时报考

西北大学；然而在关键的高考中，一个同学在考试中发挥稳定正常，试题做得又好又快，顺心如意的考取了西北大学；而另一位同学却因为“快字当头”、一时大意，把一个小数点点错了，高考成绩落后于那一个做得又好又快的同学，只能遗憾地去了另一所学校。从理论上来讲：试题错了一小点，扣掉一分，可以得到99分，其计算公式是：100-1=99分；但在实践中却常常存在这种情景：因为做错了一点小事而使你所做的事情完全失败，那么你只能得到零分，计算公式是：100-1=0分。

这就是所谓的“差之毫厘，失之千里。” 作为一名普通的工作者，如何在自己的工作岗位上更好的发挥作用呢？那就是：从自我做起，从小事做起，切实增强工作的执行力!和全市人民一道又好又快地建设大__新__！从自我做起，从小事做起，就是要求我们端正态度，用心工作，认真对待自己工作岗位上的每一件事情，哪怕它是再

小的事情。比如，当我们去房产大楼办理住户房产证时，填写的表格上有10个或者20个项目，如果填错了其中的一项，或者住户签名有一个字不对，那么整个办证程序就必须从头再来。别看这房产证薄薄的、那么小，办理好它也只是管理局房产科里最平常的一项工作，可是它肩负的责任何其重大!牵扯着多少住户的心!我们要认真地把每一张住户信息都仔细地收集起来，每一个数字编码都要详细地审查，这可容不得半点马虎!由此可见：做好再做快才是真正做好工作的目标和要求!从自我做起，从小事做起，就是要求我们从身边的工作做起，立足于本职，把事做的又好又快，这就要求我们要辩证地处理“好”与“快”的关系，决不能不分主次、顾此失彼！“我为机关服务，机关为全市人民服务”是我们后勤服务一贯的宗旨。

机关后勤工作说白了，就是管理办公区、宿舍区里的一些繁杂琐碎的事情，象房屋、水电的修修补补，有时这些事情小到可以是门上的一片玻璃、管线上的一根小镙丝。这些事情虽小，但是如果没有重视它们完成的质量：玻璃也许会伤人、小镙丝也能引起大事故!把这些小事做好了，可以避免许多不应该发生的事!房屋不修补裂缝会越来大，平整青绿的草坪依赖于汗水的勤洒，俗话说：“集腋成裘，积小成大！”正是这一件件关系到整个机关正常秩序和形象的小事，积累起了机关后勤的大厦！劳动于基层工程处的同志们，你们不辞劳苦、默默奉献于平凡的工作岗位上!办公室和人事科把忙碌的工作安排的协调有序、组织得当；水电暖科二十四小时值班，保证了机关里水的畅通电的光亮；保卫科为了机关的安全披星戴月；车管科、政府采购、会计核算，都井井有条管理着机关的财物和车辆；住宅开发、物业管理，都为机关建设、为服务；人民会堂是政府的重要会场；幼儿园教育着__未来的花朵，机关医院奉献给机关

大家早上好！我是来自初一十二班的陈卓。今天我要演讲的主题是“从小事做起”。

大家刚听到这个题目，肯定会想我以后是要做大事的，要成就大事业的，与小事何干呢？可是大家要知道“千里之行，始于足下”，“不积跬步，无以至千里”，“一屋不扫，何以扫天下”。如果一个人，连身边的小事都不屑做，做不好，何以成为一个做大事的优秀人才呢？

现代社会讲究的是综合素质和高素质人才的培养，高素质人才的培养从何抓起呢？就是从我们所谓的小事，我们的行为习惯，学习习惯，生活的点点滴滴抓起。我们的学校就很注重我们综合素质的培养和提高。一进入学校就抓我们行为习惯的养成，宿舍里那叠放地整整齐齐的被子，干净的地面，摆放的井然有序的物品，就是我们良好生活习惯的体现；食堂里那秩序井然的队伍，吃完自觉收拾餐盘的行为，就是我们在公共场合良好的文明礼仪的体现；放学时的楼道里，前往食堂的路上，来回操场的道上，你看到的那一个个整齐的队伍，就是我们纪律严明的体现······教室里那一张张手捧奖状的照片就是我们参加学校的书法比赛、征文比赛、演讲比赛等各种比赛的成果，一张张小小的奖状汇聚成了我们初一十二班的荣誉墙，也是我们学校素质教育结出的灿烂之花。而这所有的一切都是从小事做起的，是从小事中取得的成功。

老师们不光这样教育我们，他们还用他们的实际行动告诉我们什么是在做小事中体现高素质。我是一名坐校车的同学，每天清晨车子到校，第一眼就会看到站在铁门口迎接我们的到来的周校长，车上的同学向他挥手问好，他也面带微笑地向我们挥手，他的微笑在寒冷的早晨给我们带来了温暖，让我们感受到了校长对学生的平等和关爱。年过花甲的周校长还用他日常生活中的一举一动无声的教育我们该如何注重自己在生活小事中的文明素养。正如有一次，在食堂门口，我看见一位同学，不小心把面包塑料袋扔在地上，但他并没有察觉，就走了。周校长当时发现了，他没有追究是谁扔的，而是自己弯下腰，捡起垃圾，把它扔进了垃圾箱里。或许这样的片段，在周校长的一生中不计其数,但它却深深地记在我的心里，自此，我只要看到路上有垃圾，我就会马上弯下腰捡起，扔进垃圾箱。

同学们，我们良好的行为习惯和文明素养从哪来?学校的教育，老师的言传身教告诉我们都是从小事做起。在我们的校园里，在我们的身边，就有很多很多的小事，我们要时时刻刻检查自己有没有把这些小事做好。比如：踏着朝阳走进学校，检查自己是否穿着校服，佩带学生证？在学校里，当你看见垃圾时，是否弯腰捡起了呢？在校车上，你是否做到了不打闹嬉戏？课间十分钟时，你是否轻声慢步过走廊，不大嚷大叫呢？在去食堂的路上，你是否不掉队，上下楼梯靠右行了呢？你是否做到爱护公用设施、珍爱生命、团结同学、尊重老师、孝顺父母了呢？踏着夕阳，你是否想过自己今天收获了多少，有什么没有做好，明天应该怎样努力，超越今天的自我呢?

想要成为一个优秀的人，必定要从生活中的小事做起，正所谓“细节决定成败”。如果成功是大海，那生活中的小事就好比是那一滴滴水珠，虽然与大海相比，水珠是那样的渺小、微不足道。但是汇成大海的，正是那一滴滴的水珠啊！从小事做起，看得到小事，注重小事的人，不仅能认真对待学习，而且会在平时的小事锻炼自我，从而使自己变得优秀。这些小事都需要我们具有一种锲而不舍的精神，一种支持到底的信念，一种脚踏实地的务实态度，一种自发的责任心„„
