Do You Know My Work?
One night a hotel caught fire, and the people who were staying in it ran out in their night clothes.
Two men stood outside and looked at the fire.
“Before I came out,” said one,“I ran into some of the rooms and found a lot of money. People don't think of money when they're afraid. When anyone leaves paper money in a fire, the fire burns it. So I took all the bills that I could find.No one will be poorer because I took them.” “You don't know my work,” said the other. “What is your work?” “I'm a policeman.
”Oh!“ cried the first man. He thought quickly and said,”And do you know my work?“"No,”said the policeman.
“I'm a writer. I'm always telling stories about things that never happened.” I have a dream Everyone has their own dreams, I am the same. But my dream is not a lawyer, not a doctor, not actors, not even an industry.Perhaps my dream big people will find it ridiculous, but this has been my pursuit! My dream is to want to have a folk life!I want it to become a beautiful painting, it is not only sharp colors, but also the colors are bleak, I do not rule out the painting is part of the black, but I will treasure these bleak colors! Not yet, how about, a colorful painting, if not bleak, add color, how can it more prominent American? Life is like painting, painting the bright red color represents life beautiful happy moments.Painting a bleak color represents life difficult, unpleasant time. You may find a flat with a beautiful road is not very good yet, but I do not think it will.If a person lives flat then what is the point? Life is only a short few decades, I want it to go Finally, Each memory is a solid. The House of 1000 Mirrors Long ago in a small, faraway village, there was a place known as the House of 1000 Mirrors.A small, happy little dog learned of this place and decided to visit. When he arrived, he hounced happily up the stairs to the doorway of the house. He looked through the doorway with his ears lifted high and his tail wagging as fast as it could. To his great surprise, he found himself staring at 1000 other happy little dogs with their tails wagging just as fast as his.He smiled a great smile, and was answered with 1000 great smiles just as warm and firendly. As he left the House, he thought to himself, “This is a wonderful place.I will come back and visit it often.” In this same village, another little dog, who was not quite as happy as the first one, decided to visit the house. He slowly climbed the stairs and hung his head low as he looked into the door. When he saw the 1000 unfriendly looking dogs staring back at him, he growled at them and was horrified to see 1000 little dogs growling back at him.As he left, he thought to himself, “That is a horrible place, and I will never go back there again.” All the faces in the world are mirrors. What kind of reflections do you see in the faces of the people you meet? HOW ARE TV PICTURES MADE? A TV picture starts with a TV camera. Some TV cameras are big and some are small. The cameras in TV studios are big.Camera operators roll the big cameras around on wheels. There are usually several big cameras in a TV studio.Cameras used outside a TV studio are smaller.TV camera crews take the smaller cameras to news and sports events. Some cameras send out live pictures to your TV set. Some cameras make videotapes that get played later on a television program. All TV cameras need electricity to work.A camera operator points the camera at a scene. The camera picks up light from the scene. It changes this light into an electric signal called the video signal.A microphone changes the sound of people talking or music playing into an electric signal called the audio signal.

Human beings are inherently biased about what they believe to be good due to individual tastes & backgrounds, but once one understands that a decidedly biased approach to what is true — is inherently dishonest, one can also understand how idealism and ideology have poorly served the quest for an honest, moral society. Both honesty and morality require that we base our opinions about what is good — upon unbiased ideas of what is TRUE — rather than vice versa(determining what is true based on what we feel is good)— the way all ideologies would have us believe.Because intentions are closely related to fairness and certainly affect the degree of honesty/dishonesty, there is a wide spread confusion about honesty--and a general belief that being dishonest means that one ALWAYS correctly understands if their behavior is either honest or dishonest.Self-perception of our morality is non-static and volatile. It's often at the moment we refuse to consider other perspectives that there is a clear indication we are not pursuing the truth, rather than simply and exclusively at the moment we can muster up evidence that we are right.Socrates had much to say about truth, honesty and morality, and explained that if people really understood that their behavior was wrong — then they simply wouldn't do it — by definition.Unfortunately, honesty in the western tradition has been marginalized to specific instances — perhaps because a thorough understanding of honesty collides with ideologies of all types.Ideologies and idealism often exaggerate and suppress evidence in order to support their perspectives — at the expense of the truth. This process erodes the practice and understanding of honesty. To an ideologist the truth quite often becomes insignificant, what matters most are their ideals and what ever supports their desires to enjoy and spread those ideals.Human beings are inherently biased about what they believe to be good due to individual tastes & backgrounds, but once one understands that a decidedly biased approach to what is true — is inherently dishonest, one can also understand how idealism and ideology have poorly served the quest for an honest, moral society. Both honesty and morality require that we base our opinions about what is good — upon unbiased ideas of what is TRUE — rather than vice versa(determining what is true based on what we feel is good)— the way all ideologies would have us believe.
