转基因食品之争演讲稿

近年来，随着人们生活水平的提高，绿色、健康消费成为很

多市民购物时的首选。新概念食品的层出不穷，让消费者有些目不暇

接，其中的转基因食品更是人们热议的重点，“它”真的安全吗？“它”

真的能够放心食用吗？

转基因食物已经在不知不觉间进入我们的生活。而对“转基

因”这个概念，我们却知之甚少，于是，各种争论和抵制一直在出现，从没有停止。让我们来看几幅图片。

那么，转基因食物，究竟是天使还是魔鬼呢？首先，让我们

来了解何为转基因食品。

转基因食品是利用现代分子生物技术，将某些生物的基因

转移到其他物种中去，改造生物的遗传物质，使其在形状、营养

品质、消费品质等方面向人们所需要的目标转变。

以转基因生物为直接食品或为原料加工生产的食品就是“转基因

食品”。（人们怕吃转基因食品，为什么，作说明）

一件事物，既然它出现了，那么它一定是有用的，有存在的必要性。转基因食品它有什么优点呢？

可增加作物单位面积产量；

可以降低生产成本；

通过转基因技术可增强作物抗虫害、抗病毒等的能力；提高农产品的耐贮性，延长保鲜期，满足人民生活水平日益提高的需求；

可使农作物开发的时间大为缩短；

可以摆脱季节、气候的影响，四季低成本供应；

打破物种界限，不断培植新物种，生产出有利于人类健康的食品。

我国历代领导人也对这种先进的技术十分重视，历年的中央一号文件也对此大力支持，它功能强，而且受官方支持，为什么会受到

争议呢？因为我们还不能完全控制它！自从沃森和克里克发现了

DNA的双螺旋结构，人类就从与各生物平等的角色上升到了造物主的层次！我们变得可以创造物种，然而我们却不能完全控制我们所创

造的东西，我们需要对大自然有所敬畏。譬如美国的超级杂草，新疆的棉花爆发虫害。一些本不可能出现的基因片段却在人类的操纵下插

入某些生物造成危害。（在此做大量说明）

与转基因食品一样饱受争议的生物技术，克隆技术（简单介绍，大规模生产优质肉牛，器官移植），它的出现一样饱受争议，但是更

多的却是伦理问题，美国政府就这个问题专门拨款3亿美元成立伦理

研究协会，专门研究伦理问题。

这或许对我们研究的问题有所启发，我们需要对大自然保持敬

畏，需要一批负责任的科学家，而不是急功近利的政客。当然，随着

现代生物技术的发展及应用，尤其是转基因产品越来越多地涌入到人

们的日常生活，人们的生物技术恐惧感在日益增加。其中，社会文化

因素增强了这种恐惧心理。我们有必要从文化视角审视正在蔓延的生

物技术恐惧心理，分析此种心理的来源与扩散，抚慰人们的脆弱心灵，做好生物风险的防范工作，促使生物技术与社会的协同发展。
