2010年12月30日北京儿童医院第六届英语演讲比赛圆满成功,护理部刘丽丽及特需门诊的王欢经过激烈的角逐,进入到了决赛环节。
本次比赛围绕《医院就是我的家》的主题,各位选手进行了精彩的演讲展示。比赛当天,赛场气氛热烈,每位选手的拉拉队也是异彩纷呈、各尽其能。比赛期间,还安排了趣味性很强的小游戏,让每位观赛的人也积极参与其中。
经过评委的仔细斟酌,评选出一等奖一名,二等奖两名,三等奖三名。护理部刘丽丽获得三等奖。

自我介绍时应该记住“3P原则”:Positive(自信),Personal(个性),Pertinent(中肯)。谈吐自信,就是要积极地进行自我肯定,让面试人充分了解你的优点与潜能。突出个性,就是要把自己与众不同的特点发挥出来,强调自己的专业与能力。语气中肯,就是要实事求是,不要言过其实,夸夸其谈,也不要涉及和自己无关的事情。
自我介绍应简洁明了,给面试人留下思路清晰、反应快捷、逻辑性强的印象。自我介绍时间不宜太长,话不宜太多,最好控制在五分钟之内。不要一谈起自己就口若悬河,滔滔不绝,以免言多语失。另外,在自我介绍时应避免过多地使用“I”(我),不要每个句子一开头就冒出一个“I”字,给人留下自我标榜、以自我为中心的印象。
灵活的应聘者往往会把“我”开头的话,变成“你”字打头。例如,面试人说:Would you please say something about yourself?(请你谈谈自己的情况好吗?)应聘者则说:Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?(你想让我谈谈我个人的生活呢,还是与这份工作有关的问题?)这样,你的谈话就把面试人摆了进去。这种谈话的方式所产生的效果是不言而喻的。面试毕竟是面试人与应聘者互相沟通的一种场合,应聘者时常把面试人摆进自己的谈话当中去,自然而然就起到了互相沟通的作用。
围绕3方面表现:
回答问题时口齿要清晰、语调适中。内容要有条理、避免重复。介绍工作经历采用倒序,从最近一份工作谈起,着重强调有利于新工作的职务经历。最好能说明曾担任何种职务、实际成绩、业绩等,以及自己的工作对原来公司的影响。凡和此次应征不相关的内容,尽量避免提及。话题紧扣以下3方面来展现自己的优势。
1.能力。当你知道招聘单位目前急于用人时,首先把自己的专长讲足说够,然后顺理成章地得出结论:I think your unit needs a man like me.(我想,贵单位需要象我这样的人才。)用这样的句式,让面试人认为你是站在他们的立场上说话,在替他们的发展考虑问题,于是更容易接受你。陈述自己的任职资格时,可以这么开头:I„m qualified for the job because……(我能胜任这项工作,是因为……)接着陈述理由。当面试人在审视你究竟能不能胜任此职时,参照的标准已不再是他心目中的标准,而是你列举的理由。
2.业绩。外国公司面试喜欢用事实说话,为了证明你的能力,你可以把过去的经历联系起来,说明你曾经为以前的公司解决过跟现在雇主所面临的类似问题:I explored Shanghai market and sold 50,000 sets in one year.(我开发了上海市场,一年销售出去5万套。)
3.诚意。某个问题发表完见解之后,可以附带加上一句:I„d like to hear your opinion.(我很想听听你的意见。)这句话表明了你对面试人的尊敬,很容易使他(她)产生亲切感。当面试人在试探你的应聘诚意时,应该及时表态:So far as that is concerned,you must have understood my determination.(谈到这里,您一定已经明白我的决心。)问些与工作内容相关的问题,能表现你对这份工作的兴趣。如:What other responsibilities do you think this job will include?

在交谈中,人们普遍重视开头,万事开头难嘛,而对结束谈话,人们往往不以为然。说话完了,说声“再见”不就结束了吗?
一次好的交谈,欲达到“与君一席话,胜读十年书”的效果,也要有一个很好的结尾。余音绕梁,三日不绝。那么,怎样结束谈话,才能给人留下难忘、美
1切忌在双方热烈讨论某一问题时,突然将对话结束,这是一种失礼的表现。如果一时出现僵持的局面,应设法把话题改变,一旦气氛缓和就应赶紧收场。
2不要勉强把话拖长。当发现谈话的内容已渐枯竭时,就应马上道别。否则,会给对方留下言语无味的印象。
3要小心留意对方的暗示。如果对方对谈话失去兴趣时,可能会利用“身体语言”做出希望结束谈话的暗示。比如,有意地看看手表,或频繁地改变坐姿,或游目四顾、心神不安。遇到这些情况,最好知趣地结束谈话。
4要把时间掌握得恰到好处。在准备结束谈话之前,先预定一段短时间,以便从容地停止。突然结束,匆匆忙忙地离开,会给以粗鲁无礼的印象。
5笑容是结束谈话的最佳句号,因为最后的印象,往往也是最深的印象,可以长期留在双方的脑海之中。
6在有些交谈结束时,说一些名人格言、富有哲理的话,或是美好祝愿的话,往往会产生很好的效果。我去年去竞争过一个幼儿英语教师的职位,初试顺利,复试时试讲出了错误.我把我的错误总结一下,供你参考
1.那天每个人的面试地点不同,我没有找到教室,晚了几分钟,但是进屋的时候看到考官在等我,我就知道自己做错了事,心虚啊,即使考官不表露出不满,自己的也会无形增加压力.2.我的试讲内容里面游戏太少了,我竞聘的是7岁前儿童英语教育,对着一群不会英语的孩子,自己又不能讲汉语,所以要增加肢体语言的运用.一定要大胆,不要怕羞,你越拘谨,孩子们就也越不懂你的意思,他们就不能配合你,那么讲课就失败了,想使气氛活跃,备课时加入大量的游戏,激发他们的兴趣,他们很高兴,考官就很满意.如果不会游戏可以去书店找教法书籍,里面有许多方法.3.要做大量又形象的教具,吸引住孩子的眼球,当然还有考官的.教孩子们的时候一定把自己也当作孩子们的一员,不要把自己当做老师.4.最后,最最最最最重要的,你要怀着一颗爱孩子的心,也要让考官知道你爱孩子,不管你能不能成功,要在任何一件小事上面表现出你对孩子的关心与爱护,我面试的那天,有两个4岁的孩子在我的身边玩耍,一会功夫他们就打起架来,然后就是又哭又闹,我手足无措,毕竟我只是个学生,没有什么经验,所以我找了老师处理,现在想想真蠢.,幼儿英语并不需要多高英语水平,更多的需要你的亲和力,你如果能做好孩子王,相信你就一定能胜任这一职务。如果你有幼教的基础,中标的可能性就会大大增加。如果没有,可以提前看一些少儿心理学的文章。做好充足的准备,把要讲的内容的相关背景等知识了解到位,并把课的内容和这些背景结合起来,主要是注意如何让背景知识在吸引人的同时把人引导到课本的内容上来。
出发前的准备很重要,一定要着装合体,不要穿着台前卫,毕竟教师这个职位还是要讲究矜持的。
在见到面试官时要表现的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太嚣张,给人留下稳重的印象。试讲时要首先把自己的试讲材料分发给各位考官。
讲课时的音量特别重要,而且要有板书,然后就是注意设计的跟学生互动的环节。麻雀虽小但五脏俱全,所以板书就是你的教课大纲,是有始有终的,最后别忘了布置作业。
试讲完成以后还会有提问基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的课程的,教学侧重点应该在哪里,如果学生出现了这样或那样的问题你该如何等等
问好:可以先问问小孩咱们平时怎么打招呼,找几个孩子说,然后问你们知不知道外国人拿英语打招呼,有的孩子可能知道hello什么的,你可以再往后讲讲hi, good morning/afternoon/evening...游戏和单词,这个可以连在一起,你可教他们简单的词,比如left, right,然后让他们站起来,向左转,向右转,转错了就做下。
也可以教眼耳口鼻这些面部器官,这个游戏很好做,你可以在黑板上画一个空白的脸,让大家补上器官画出周杰伦(或者任何名人),叫孩子们上去,一个一个画,你就拿刚才教的单词指示他们就成。
然后可以玩touch...游戏,你发指令,然后让他们指自己的面部器官,可以快一点,然后赢得给小礼物。比如touch your mouth,让孩子们指自己的嘴巴这样的,如果小孩儿指到别的地方还可以开开玩笑,气氛会不错。
