Good morning everybody!My name is DuBin.It's my honor to speak here, today I'd like to talk something about energy conservation and emission reduction!and I am very glad to share my idea on this topic with you.There are three parts in my presentation,and it will last about 10 minutes.Please be free to ask if you have any question.So,first of all,I’d like to show you the current situation of energy using.Energy conservation and emission reduction means to save energy and reduce harmful gas emission.With the development of science and technology, our life has become more and more colorful.However, It is also associated with huge energy consumption.Here is a picture, ……,it shows that with the continuous development of human society, our consumption of energy is more and more huge.As we know, nowadays, our main source of energy is non-renewable resource.Its storage capacity is very limited, and most of them have been used , and still being consumed very quickly.Here is a bar chart , from which we can be aware of the importance and urgency of energy saving
In addition, there are some picture about the greenhouse effect.Because a large amount of greenhouse gas emission, global temperatures are rising.it give cause to the rise of sea level ,and natural disasters is frequent…..Now,let’s turn to the second part,why is energy saving so important?In order to let the world be still beautiful, we need to do something.For one thing, energy conservation and emission reduction will slow down the energy consumption, and save the resources;for another, we are also protecting the environment at the same time,it can reduce greenhouse gas and other harmful gas emission.According to the survey, in our country, coal accounted for 80% of total electricity, but coal will produce large amounts of greenhouse gases.So,the most important part is coming,In our daily life,How can we save energy? There are many ways, such as: turn off the lights when you needn’t, drive less and walk more , save paper, plant more trees.Guys, in order to let the grass become greener, the sky become bluer, the environment become cleaner.From now on, we must learn to do everything we can to save energy.come on!OK,this all.thanks for your listening！

尊敬的各位领导，各位评委：
大家好，我是来自11级国贸本科的，我演讲的题目是，“节能降耗从我做起
举手之劳收获永恒”。
“西塞山前白鹭飞，桃花流水鳜鱼肥。”昔日的山水美景，把我们带入对于美好的大自然风光的回忆中。那么的生机昂然、美丽和谐，每当接触到了自然中的一草一木，总有一丝丝的温暖与亲切漫过心田。而今，短短几十年这一幕却看不到了。据统计，70%的植物、37%的淡水鱼类、22%的已知哺乳动物、12%的已知鸟类正在遭受灭绝的威胁；人类活动所造成的物种灭绝速度，是自然条件下的1000倍！我国每年土地荒漠化达2460平方公里，相当于我们达县的幅员面积；每年因荒漠化造成的直接经济损失高达540亿元，相当于我们达县2010年全县生产总值的4倍；我国80%以上的河流已经受到了不同程度的污染……
数据触目惊心，警钟已经敲响！曾经“天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊”的秀美山川已经没有了踪影；蔚蓝的天空、清新的空气、清澈的河流、茂密的森林……在我们的视野中已经渐渐远行；取而代之的是不断加剧的荒漠化、沙尘暴、酸雨、水资源污染、温室效应、臭氧层破坏……
是什么让我们不敢再亲近自然，抑或是自然不再爱护人类？
人类应该思索，更要对自然，对地球，对未来负责！
6月5日是世界环境日，日益恶化的环境问题已经成为人们关注的焦点，记得12年的环境日主题是“绿色经济，你参与了吗？”而节能减排就是对绿色经济最好的诠释。
节能降耗已经成为全人类的使命，不仅是一种全新的社会经济发展方式，也是一种全新的生活方式。让我们从我做起，从现在做起，带动周围的每一个人把节能降耗的思想融入到生活、生产的每个细节当中，建立自觉节约能源、保护环境的生活习惯：随手关灯，关水笼 1 头，用消毒的公筷代替一次性木筷，用布袋代替塑料袋，用手帕代替纸巾，近距离能走路就不开车……节能降耗对我们来说，不需要高深的理论和高超的技艺，需要的只是举手之劳！
如果我们每个烟民每天少抽1支烟，每年可减排二氧化碳13万吨；如果我们把单面复印改为双面，每年能节省纸张5.1万吨；如果把淋浴水温调低一度，每年可减排二氧化碳370多万吨……可以毫不夸张地说，我们每个人的手里都紧握着珍贵的“资源”，掌握着对我们自身命运的生杀大权，成之毁之、爱之损之在于我们每个人的行动。
我们之所以成为我们，是因为我们有责任有历史，我们的血脉里传承者5000年绚烂的华夏文明，我们的根扎在这960万平方公里的土地上，扎在这美丽的地球上。无穷的远方无数的人们都和我们有关，古人云：为天地灵性。为生命请缨，为蒙生计绝学为万世开太平。想着古人的伟大胆略，我们发出这样的呐喊：节能降耗，从我做起！我站在这里，你不能说我一无所有，你不能说我两手空空，我们将一同前行，我们有温暖的心灵，我们双手紧握着彼此，我们将走入人群，我们将以实际行动走入节能降耗的庞大队伍中去。还我地球本来面目！节能降耗，从我做起；举手之劳，收获永恒！

An opening Speech Ladies and gentlemen，Good morning!It is my great honor to be here to make a speech on how to cut emissions to protect the global climate.I am very appreciated that all of you could attend our meeting on time and seek for an approach to cut emissions together.Though we make a great achievement in business this year, we should pay more attention to our environment.Every year billion tons of carbon dioxide is added into the air, which in part results in global warming and climate change.Now we are living in the world that is filled with pollution.If we don’t take any measures, the Earth would be in danger.Some islands would be inundated and the South Pole glacier may disappear.That is the significance of this conference.In order to protect the global climate, we can do something in our daily life.For example, we can go to work by bus or by electric car.Also, using natural gas instead of coal to cook food is an effective approach.From the company's point of view, we should use new sustainable energy to replace traditional energy.Maybe it means we would increase the costs, but I am sure we can benefit a lot in the long term.It may take a lot of time to solve the problem, but what counts is our joint effort.If everyone takes one step further, the air will be clean and the sky will be blue again.

节能减排，从我做起
尊敬的各位领导，各位评委，朋友们：
大家好，很荣幸能有机会参加今天的“节能减排”演讲比赛，我演讲的题目是《节能减排，从我做起》。
小时候我们都学过这样一首诗—“天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊”，自此把我们带入对于美好的大自然风光的遐想中。那么的生机昂然、那么美丽和谐，每当接触到了自然中的一草一木，总有一丝丝的温暖与亲切漫过心田。而今，这一幕却看不到了，取而代之的是荒漠化、沙尘暴、酸雨、水资源污染、温室效应、臭氧层破坏。是什么让我们不敢再亲近自然，抑或是自然不再爱护人类？人类应该思索，更要对自然，对地球，对未来负责！
几千年来，人类为了自己的生存发展，一直在积极地探索着、奋斗着。中国的四大发明，西方的工业革命„„在一次又一次的社会变革中，科学技术迅猛发展，人类的历史被不断改写，但与此同时被改变的还有我们赖以生存的大自然。随着对自然资源毫无节制的开采利用和对环境肆意破坏。原来地球固有的风貌：蔚蓝的天空、清新的空气，绿色的田野、葱郁的山峦、茂密的森林、清澈的河流、明净的湖泊、湛蓝的海洋，在我们的视野中渐渐远行，越来越模糊，取而代之的是：成山的垃圾、匮乏的资源、股股冲天的黑烟、灰蒙蒙的世界、不断退化的森林草地、肮脏的河流湖泊„„地球再也承受不了人类肆无忌惮的开发，她已经为了我们60亿人口的负荷而过早的衰老了，病入膏肓。
作为一名环境保护的一线工作者，我有着比其他人更多的感受。当我在外采水时面对一条条被污染、毫无生气的河流，看到很多排污口仍在源源不断的将污水排入河中，遇到很多村庄因缺水而只能隔天定时供水；在化验室里做越来越多次的污染事故，被自己在地下水中检出氰化物或六价铬而吓到，我想我终于理解为什么说节能减排的“形势严峻”，为什么说环保工作“任重道远”。
山西是全国最大的能源和老工业基地，在全国113个污染严重的城市考核中，有7个城市名列其中。一些地区，主要污染物排放量超过了环境承载能力，水、大气、土壤等污染日益严重，固体废物、汽车尾气、持久性有机物等污染持续增加。79.4%的地表水受到不同程度的污染，全省7条主要河流，基本上都是“有水皆污”，我们的母亲河在流血，在哭泣。据统计，我们省单位GDP二氧化硫和化学需氧量两项污染物的排放量分别是全国平均水平的2.56倍和1.29倍，单位国土面积承担的二氧化硫和化学需氧量是全国平均水平的3.55倍和1.78倍。
触目惊心的数字啊！这让我们环保人知道自己肩上的担子有多重，任务有多紧，但对蓝天碧水的希冀和坚守让我们不怕困难，迎难而上。作为环境监测工作者，及时、准确报出每一个监测数据，为上级部门作出决策提供依据，就是我们的工作，认真做好本职工作，就是我们为节能减排所能做的最基本的事情。我会在日常工作中不断摸索，积累经验，向前辈们请教，多方查找书籍资料，在熟练掌握现做项目的基础上，学习新技术，学习大型仪器的使用与维护，不断提高
自己的业务技术水平，丰富业务知识，提高工作效率。我们每个人在化验技术上的一点小进步，将是整个监测站在监测质量水平和效率上向前迈进的一大步，也必会为晋中的节能减排贡献一份力量。
节能减排不仅是一种全新的社会经济发展方式，也是一种全新的生活方式。我们不仅要做好日常的监测工作，还要向全社会宣传这种理念，提升全民的环境伦理道德水准。记得去年昔阳一次污染事故，企业主为了辩解自己厂里排放的废水没有污染，竟然用手捧起污水就要喝。这对我的触动太大了，可笑的是他的行为，可悲的是他那残缺的环保意识，肆无忌惮地用落后的生产方式挥霍着资源，污染着环境，而全国这样的人还很多。
让我们从我做起，从现在做起，带动周围的每一个人把节能减排的思想融入到生活、生产的每个细节当中，建立自觉节约能源，保护环境的生活习惯。随手关灯，关水笼头，用消毒的公筷代替一次性木筷，用布袋代替塑料袋，用手帕代替纸巾„„节能减排对我们来说不需要高深的理论和高超的技艺，需要的只是举手之劳。
如果我们每个烟民每天少抽1支烟，每年可减排二氧化碳13万吨；如果我们记得在家用电器不用时拔下插头，每年可节约用电20多亿度；如果我们把单面复印改为双面，每年能节省纸张5.1万吨；如果我们把空调的温度调高一度，把淋浴水温调低一度，每年可减排二氧化碳370多万吨„„可以毫不夸张地说，我们每个人的手里都紧握着珍贵的“资源”，掌握着对这些民族发展“命脉”生杀予夺的权力，成之毁之、爱之损之在于我们每个人的行动。
天空原本是蔚蓝美丽的，河流原本是清澈见底的，森林原本是茂密的，空气原本是清新的，阳光原本是暖和而温柔的。我相信这原本应有的一切在我们的共同努力下一定会重新回到我们的身边。为了这一天，让我们携起手来，从自己做起，还晋中大地清粼粼水，蓝盈盈的天。
