Goodafternoon,ladies and gentlemen，My name is **，coming from school of Modern Education and Technology.I am very glad to give my speech to you standing here,the topic of my speech is “Just Do It”.“Just do it!”I think everybody is familiar to this sentense about Nike,a very famous company of shoes.In my opinion,it means that just do it if you want.Today I'm here,just want to do what I think should do,just have a try.Just do it if you want.In fact,we have many things to do in a day,in a year and in all our lives,it depends on your choices that

what you want to do first,what then and what last.So today I come here because I want to meet so many

English lovers and gain my own experience.Just do it if you like.I was attracted by English on my first sight in middle school.My English teacher had an excellent voice,it's comfortable when I heard her singing songs.As the time flew away,I knew more English songs such as

“Yesterday Once More”“My Heart Will Go On”“My Love” and so on.Nowadays,I still would like to listen to English music of pop and rock,especially Backstreet Boys' and Westernlife's songs.Just do it by yourself and by heart.“Why didn't you search the Internet for a composition as your speech paper?”One of my classmates asked me when I was preparing my speech paper by writing myself.I just told him,“I can't remember it,because my memory is terrible.”Anyone won't forget what he write and did by himself and heart.Just do it no matter whether you can be successful.When I asked others that why they didn't join in the competition,was it the reason that they didn't like

English or they had no time.To my surprise,they almost gave me the same answer,“even though I couldn't

get a rangking in it,I needn't to do that,what's more,I didn't want to lose my face because of failed.”I really

can't believe that in their dictionary there is only one word 'success'.Although it's impossible to enter the

final fighting,and maybe I will be out of the competition after this speech,I still come here,just do it,no matter how far I can walk.So as long as you want and like,just do it by heart,no matter whether you can succeed or be failed.That's all,Thank you!

英语口语演讲比赛活动方案

一、指导思想：

为丰富校园文化生活，营造校园文化气氛，提高广大学生的英语水平与英语口头表达能力，加强学生的英语会话能力和形体表达能力，展示我校学生特有的精神面貌。根据学校教育教学安排特举办本次学生英语口语演讲比赛。

二、比赛主题：

比赛以“My dream”为主题，要求选手联系自己的学习生活，展开对生活的憧憬，通过演讲的表现形式，在全校学生中掀起“学英语、用英语”的热潮。

三、比赛时间及地点：

时间：2011年11月日（星期）。

地点：六楼会议室

六、比赛形式和要求：

1、比赛形式：每位参赛选手先进行1分钟以内的自我介绍；然后围绕大赛确定的“My dream”这个主题进行3分钟脱稿演讲。

2、评分标准：满分10分，从语言能力及应用、演讲内容、演讲技巧、时间掌握、整体形象五个方面评分。（具体见英语口语演讲比赛评分标准）

3、比赛顺序：参赛者通过抽签的形式确定比赛顺序

4、比赛规则：

（1）以评委评分的形式，去掉一个最高分，去掉一个最低分，其余评委的平均分为该参赛选手的比赛成绩（评分表另附）

（2）评分过程按照评分表已订标准严格执行

5、比赛流程：

(1)主持人致开幕词并介绍到场嘉宾及评委

(2)演讲开始，选手按顺序进行演讲

(3)演讲结束主持人向观众及选手公布分数

6、奖项安排：

一等奖名、二等奖名、三等奖名

七、其他事项

1、各班要结合实际、精心组织、广泛发动，认真选拔优秀选手参加比赛。

2、请班于11月日前将选手名单及中英文对照演讲稿报英语教研组。

英语口语演讲评分标准

一、满分10分（结合与扣分均以0.01为单位）

二、评分标准分五个方面：

1、语言能力及应用，满分4.0分，语音语调标准、口齿清楚、语句流畅、用词正确、无明显语法错误、显出较强语言功底。（要求脱稿）

2、演讲内容，满分2.0分，演讲有较强的思想性、逻辑性、说服力和感染力，能结合实际、有独立见解，内容生动，吸引人，不枯燥，能抓住观众注意力。体现出当代大学生积极进取的思想精神风貌。

3、演讲技巧，满分2.0分，善于运用面部表情、手势和姿势；有幽默感；音调抑扬顿挫、富于变化；适当运用修辞（比喻、排比等）；有熟练的演讲技巧，能吸引听众，有较强的艺术感染力。

4、时间掌握，满分1.0分，比赛规定时间为2~3分钟。

5、整体形象，满分1.0分，举止得体、情绪饱满、仪态仪表端正，自信富有感情。

若以上各项欠佳，视具体情况酌情扣分。

三、参考分数段：

1、内容生动，逻辑性强，有独立见解，用词得当，运用手段修辞，有幽默感；语音语调标准，口齿清晰，流畅；举止得当，仪态仪表端庄，自信富有感情，时间把握好。（9.0-10）

2、内容生动，逻辑性较强，有自己的观点但感染力不强；语音语调比较标准，口齿清晰，表达流畅；举止得当，仪态端庄，自信富有感情，时间把握好。（8.0-8.9）

3、内容充实基本能表达自己的观点；语音语调比较标准，口齿清晰，基本流畅；举止得当，仪态仪表端庄，时间基本控制好（7.0-7.9）

4、基本能够表达自己的观点，但不是很清晰；语音语调不标准，发音不清晰；但能够独立完成演讲。（6.0-6.9）

理学院英语口语演讲比赛活动策划

为展现和提高学生口语表达能力，激发广大学生学习英语的积极性，提高学生的社会竞争力。现组织举办2010年理学院英语口语演讲比赛。以丰富校园文化生活，展现当代大学生风采。

一、主办单位

理学院团委学生会

二、参赛对象

理学院2010级大一新生

三、活动时间

11月21日（星期日）下午3:00~5:00

四、活动地点

C3教学楼101

五、活动安排

1、本次安排采取命题演讲的形式进行，限时3分钟。演讲题目：what

contributions can we make to the Asian Games?(我为亚运做贡献)

2、报名截止时间：11月18日晚7:003、大赛设置一等奖2名，二等奖4名，三等奖6名。

六、活动要求

1、理学院各部门要高度重视本次活动，采取切实可行的措施，加强

对该活动的组织领导，充分调动广大同学参与的积极性，使同学在活动中得到锻炼，确保整个活动的质量和效果。

2、做好本大赛的宣传工作，要充分利用各种宣传阵地，及时搞好宣

传，加大宣传力度，扩大活动影响，促进活动顺利开展。

3、各部门善始善终，活动前宣传到位，广泛发动；活动中严密组织，有条不紊；活动后认真总结，汇报活动情况。

七、活动流程

1、相关工作人员进行实地考察，申请活动教室C3教学楼101。

2、发出邀请函，邀请相关嘉宾。

3、根据报名情况，制作幻灯片，增强活动的趣味性。

4、21日中午，准备人员到达会场，进行板报、音响、会场布置、饮

水等工作。

5、21日下午2:40纪检部组织观众入场，评委入座。

6、下午3:00主持人宣布比赛开始，介绍到场嘉宾。

7、参赛选手共分为5组，每组5人，每组结束后，由评委点评。并

由相关工作人员统计分数。

8、下午4:00左右进行两个与观众互动节目，调动其积极性。

9、下午5:00活动结束，组织观众有序离场，感谢嘉宾的到来。学生

会工作人员负责做好会场的打扫工作。

场地布置：20元不可预计费：10元

共计：100元

九、备注

1、让同学们从第二排起往后坐。

2、大会时间安排要合适，主持人要随机应变，保证各个环节紧促、顺畅进行。

3、会议中人员的协调性，服从随机变动，保证每项工作都有人负责。

4、工作人员要注意自己的一言一行，举止得当。

此次英语口语演讲比赛按照10分制来评比，标准如下：
