尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的同事们大家好，我是曾弘垚，来自建筑一分院。今天面对梦想、责任、成长这一主题，每个人都会有自己的答案，与其说是演讲，不如说是跟大家分享一下我的想法。
不知道大家有没有关注最新的中国好声音第三季，期中有一位导师有一个永恒不变的问题，那就是要选手“谈谈你的梦想”。他们既不是音乐导师，也不是表演导师，他们自称为梦想导师，我想这是有原因的。上台演唱的每一位歌手，不知道大家觉得怎么样，我觉得都已经具备了不俗的实力，称为职业歌手也不为过。他们在音准、音域、稳定度等专业方面自然也不会有太多问题，然而他们的共同问题则是一个未完成的梦想，因此他们最需要的是一位能引领他们完成自己梦想的导师。
梦想对于一个人的作用不言而喻，梦想是一个人的灵魂、梦想是人生道路上的指路灯，每个人或许也都有自己对于梦想的概念，而我想说的是，梦想是一个完整的人所必须的必要条件，没有梦想就不是一个完整的人。因此我觉得参加中国好声音的歌手都很幸运，能够有自己的梦想，也只有这样才能遇到自己的梦想导师，进而完成梦想完整自己。因此我也不止一次地问自己，我的梦想又是什么呢？小的时候，我会思索一下然后说我的梦想是科学家，发明能够拯救全人类的东西。少年的时候，我会思索一下然后说我的梦想是成为闪耀的体育明星，突破人类极限的同时也能为国增光。大学时期，我会思索一下然后说我的梦想是成为一名规划或者建筑大师，创造属于我的风格。但是今天，我会毫不犹豫的说，我的梦想是成为一位在一线工作的建筑师，为祖国在城市化的进程中添砖加瓦，为祖国的未来铺平道路。
我现在的梦想，现在听起来或许平淡无奇，但相比之前的梦想，却绝对是独一无二的。因为它是一个过程，通往未来的路永无止境，我的梦想不再是某一个听起来辉煌的时刻。也正是因为这个过程，用我的方式来诠释，它将绝对会是唯一的。
这样的梦想，这样的变化，你可以认为是因为环境差异、家庭条件、个人能力等原因造成的，而我将它解释为责任。小的时候不懂得人类这个词的沉重，少年的时候不懂得家庭这个词的艰辛，大学的时候不懂得大师这个词的复杂，而现在我懂得了什么才是国家、社会和家庭最需要的东西，而这就是我的责任，我选择在此基础上完成我的梦想，顿时多年来困惑的梦想的问题变得清晰无比。
不承担责任的梦想是无力的，也是不完整的，或许更应该称之为梦。请大家设想一下，当你闭上眼睛的时候，你的心在向梦飞去；而当你睁开眼睛的时候，身体在向一个目标前进。只有当梦与现实的目标完美结合的时候，我觉得这才是真正的梦想。只有这样，无论何时你都有梦想相伴，不再孤独和空虚，这不就是梦想正真的作用吗？那就是使人变得完整。而拥有这样的梦想，就必须选择责任。
最后关于成长，在追逐梦想，承担责任的路上，成长无时不刻的发生，请正视成长并且记住它吧，它将会是这一路风风雨雨的见证。梦想藏于心、责任扛于肩、成长行于脚下，这就是我想说的，谢谢大家。

大家好！我演讲的题目是——《责任倾注教育，奉献追逐梦想》。成为一名老师，是我孩提时代的梦。于是，在人生的十字路口，我毅然选择了教师这个职业。师范学校的生活转眼而过，怀着满腔的热情，带着十足的干劲，我踏上了三尺讲台。一路走来，让我明白：教育是太阳底下最光辉的事业，而责任就是教育的光辉；教师是人类灵魂的工程师，而奉献就是教师的灵魂。
如果把教育事业比作一棵大树，那么对岗位的热爱就是它的树根。我工作在一个爱岗敬业的环境中，青年教师满腔热忱地扎根于讲台，中年教师无怨无悔地扑在工作上，老教师默默地埋头苦干。领导们严谨的作风、同事们敬业的精神，使我暗下决心：不追名誉，但求工作进步；不追利益，但求今生无悔。
我爱学生，尤其关爱学困生，常常利用课余时间，陪他们聊天，打开他们的心扉，激发他们学习的兴趣，再注入知识的清泉。我明白，在他们眼中，哪怕我只是朝他们微微一笑，摸摸他们的小脑袋，也会被看作是一种莫大的鼓励和认可。我也是一个孩子的母亲，可每天陪女儿的时间屈指可数，每当看到小家伙粘着我却又不能陪她时，我会非常心酸，但看到我的学生那灿烂的笑容，以及点滴的进步，我也会倍感欣慰。我知道我肩上承载着更多的责任，这是捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去的师爱精神。
如果把教育事业比作一棵大树，那么奉献就是它的枝干。2015年12月13日，我参加了教育局组织的无偿献血活动。当时的我十分瘦弱，体质较差，身边的同事也非常为我担心，我更不敢把自己献血的事，告诉远在上海的父母，可我依然选择这样做，因为我是一名教师，是一名正在向党组织靠拢的积极分子，理应带头垂范，为身边的老师和学生树立榜样。献一次血对我来说，是力所能及的事，多休息几天，身体就可恢复，而对于一个急需输血的病人来说，有了血源，就等于有了一次重生的机会。挽救一个生命，就是挽救一个幸福的家庭，我认为我的付出非常值得，我用切实的行动来告诉大家，奉献是快乐的，也是幸福的！
居里夫人有句名言：人类也需要梦想者，这种人醉心于一种事业的大公无私的发展，因而不能注意自身的物质利益。我觉得教师就要做醉心于教育事业的梦想者，这种无私的奉献精神，一定会奏出最美的乐章！我要用居里夫人的名言激励自己：把责任倾注在教育上，用奉献去追逐教育的梦想。我的演讲完毕，谢谢大家！

大家好！
不知不觉中，加入到教育这个和谐大家庭，已经有十七个年头了。十七年来，我一直从事着班主任工作。应该说，当初，是带着对教师这一职业的崇敬和向往，带着青春的梦想和蓬勃的激情，踏进了教育这片孕育未来希望的沃土。当我穿过它前面簇拥的花环，真正融身其中时，才真切地发现区区三尺，学问非凡。是它，让我学会了如何思考，如何实现自己的价值，如何缔造一份幸福。
我认为，作为班主任老师，孩子们在学校里的妈妈，我们更需要关心他们的精神需求。学校是一个文化场所，班级作为学校的一部分，更要有自己的文化，我所追求的班级文
化就是：学生快乐的成长，教师诗意的工作，家长幸福的参与，以及民主、和谐、书香弥漫的班级氛围。
那么，如何让孩子们浸润书香，静心阅读，在书海中徜徉呢？首当其冲的就是建立班级图书角，为孩子们构建一个阅读的平台，督促孩子认真读书，读有所获。我还记得王子昂同学在读过《不知道的世界》之后写道：生活中有多少我不知道的事情啊，在书中我都可以找到答案，书，真是我最好的老师！
我在班级里每周开设一节阅读课，进行班级共读。两年来，我和孩子们共读了《苹果树上的外婆》《女巫》《一百条裙子》等十余本优秀图书。虽然不能一下子让孩子明白很多道理，但会使他们有兴趣亲近文学，亲近阅读，在阅读中获得优雅的心情，滋养良好的情绪，很多的智慧和见解慢慢地浸润着孩子的心灵，无声无息地照亮着孩子们成长的路程。

那是我读三年级的时候，我是班上的劳动委员。有一天，那是我的生日，爸爸许诺放学后要带我去遵义吃我梦寐以求的肯德基。要知道，这对于我们大山里的孩子来说，真是一次十分难得的奢侈的享受。由于我一直沉浸在肯德基的诱惑之中，因此，放学后我就草草的安排了一下值日后就飞一般地跑回了家。那天的肯德基吃得可真香啦!可第二天发生了一件让我至今都感到后悔的事：由于那天我擅自脱离岗位的不负责任，我们班的值日被黄牌警告，我心里难受极了。老师语重心长地对我说：“你身为劳动委员，就应该以身作则，管理、监督 好值日同学打扫卫生是你的责任，不能私自脱离岗位。你看，你一走，队员也就马虎了事。希望你以后一定要记住：无论做什么事都要善始善终，有责任心！”听了老师的话，我懊悔极了，在心里暗暗发誓：我一定要做一个有责任心的学生！
这件事过去很久了，但它让我彻底懂得了什么是责任！什么叫担当！一个没有责任心，没有勇气担当的人，他就只能在梦想与现实之间徘徊不定，踌躇不前，其结果只能是梦醒了而自己却还在床上。一个有责任心，勇于担当的人，才能将梦想变成现实，并让现实不断的超越一个个梦想。

爸爸经常对我讲，伟大的物理学家钱学森为了祖国的科
学事业，毅然放弃在美国的优越生活，选择回到当时还十分落后的祖国，饱含深情地为祖国的科技事业贡献一生。这就是爱国主义价值观的体现，他值得我们每一位同学学习。
前段时间，电视上报道一位名叫邹碧华的上海法官，他勤奋工作，病倒在工作岗位上，最终献出了自己的生命。他是为了法治、为了社会公正而燃尽生命，让我非常受启发，他是最可爱的人。
还有无数平凡的人在自己平凡的岗位上默默奉献，默默践行着社会主义核心价值观。他们都是最可爱的人。
“今日之责任，不在他人，而全在我少年。少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强，少年独立则国独立，少年自由则国自由，少年进步则国进步。”100年前，梁启超先生已经对我们青少年的光荣使命和人生价值做出了定位。

12:06 P.M.EDT THE PRESIDENT: Hello, everybody!Thank you.Thank you.Thank you, everybody.All right, everybody go ahead and have a seat.How is everybody doing today?(Applause.)How about Tim Spicer?(Applause.)I am here with students at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia.And we've got students tuning in from all across America, from kindergarten through 12th grade.And I am just so glad that all could join us today.And I want to thank Wakefield for being such an outstanding host.Give yourselves a big round of applause.(Applause.)I know that for many of you, today is the first day of school.And for those of you in kindergarten, or starting middle or high school, it's your first day in a new school, so it's understandable if you're a little nervous.I imagine there are some seniors out there who are feeling pretty good right now--(applause)--with just one more year to go.And no matter what grade you're in, some of you are probably wishing it were still summer and you could've stayed in bed just a little bit longer this morning.I know that feeling.When I was young, my family lived overseas.I lived in Indonesia for a few years.And my mother, she didn't have the money to send me where all the American kids went to school, but she thought it was important for me to keep up with an American education.So she decided to teach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday.But because she had to go to work, the only time she could do it was at 4:30 in the morning.Now, as you might imagine, I wasn't too happy about getting up that early.And a lot of times, I'd fall asleep right there at the kitchen table.But whenever I'd complain, my mother would just give me one of those looks and she'd say, “This is no picnic for me either, buster.”(Laughter.)So I know that some of you are still adjusting to being back at school.But I'm here today because I have something important to discuss with you.I'm here because I want to talk with you about your education and what's expected of all of you in this new school year.Now, I've given a lot of speeches about education.And I've talked about responsibility a lot.I've talked about teachers' responsibility for inspiring students and pushing you to learn.I've talked about your parents' responsibility for making sure you stay on track, and you get your homework done, and don't spend every waking hour in front of the TV or with the Xbox.I've talked a lot about your government's responsibility for setting high standards, and supporting teachers and principals, and turning around schools that aren't working, where students aren't getting the opportunities that they deserve.But at the end of the day, we can have the most dedicated teachers, the most supportive parents, the best schools in the world--and none of it will make a difference, none of it will matter unless all of you fulfill your responsibilities, unless you show up to those schools, unless you pay attention to those teachers, unless you listen to your parents and grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work it takes to succeed.That's what I want to focus on today: the responsibility each of you has for your education.I want to start with the responsibility you have to yourself.Every single one of you has something that you're good at.Every single one of you has something to offer.And you have a responsibility to yourself to discover what that is.That's the opportunity an education can provide.Maybe you could be a great writer--maybe even good enough to write a book or articles in a newspaper--but you might not know it until you write that English paper--that English class paper that's assigned to you.Maybe you could be an innovator or an inventor--maybe even good enough to come up with the next iPhone or the new medicine or vaccine--but you might not know it until you do your project for your science class.Maybe you could be a mayor or a senator or a Supreme Court justice--but you might not know that until you join student government or the debate team.And no matter what you want to do with your life, I guarantee that you'll need an education to do it.You want to be a doctor, or a teacher, or a police officer? You want to be a nurse or an architect, a lawyer or a member of our military? You're going to need a good education for every single one of those careers.You cannot drop out of school and just drop into a good job.You've got to train for it and work for it and learn for it.And this isn't just important for your own life and your own future.What you make of your education will decide nothing less than the future of this country.The future of America depends on you.What you're learning in school today will determine whether we as a nation can meet our greatest challenges in the future.You'll need the knowledge and problem-solving skills you learn in science and math to cure diseases like cancer and AIDS, and to develop new energy technologies and protect our environment.You'll need the insights and critical-thinking skills you gain in history and social studies to fight poverty and homelessness, crime and discrimination, and make our nation more fair and more free.You'll need the creativity and ingenuity you develop in all your classes to build new companies times when I was lonely and I felt like I didn't fit in.So I wasn't always as focused as I should have been on school, and I did some things I'm not proud of, and I got in more trouble than I should have.And my life could have easily taken a turn for the worse.But I was--I was lucky.I got a lot of second chances, and I had the opportunity to go to college and law school and follow my dreams.My wife, our First Lady Michelle Obama, she has a similar story.Neither of her parents had gone to college, and they didn't have a lot of money.But they worked hard, and she worked hard, so that she could go to the best schools in this country.Some of you might not have those advantages.Maybe you don't have adults in your life who give you the support that you need.Maybe someone in your family 梦想与责任
前几天看到的一个大学生筹建希望小学的报道，深深感动了我。贾凡，一位不平凡的大学生。他和他的同学们，动员了20余所高校、中学，2000多名大学生、中学生，百余万爱心市民，募集了100万元，为贵州大山里的孩子，筹资建设了一所希望小学。在贾凡身上，生动的体现出了梦想与责任的交融。
蒲松龄的自勉联写到：有志者，事竟成，破釜沉舟，百二秦关终属楚；苦心人，天不负，卧薪尝胆，三千越甲可吞吴。所谓志，是志向，也是梦想。人生中的大多数人，都被生活的重负压在身上，如同一块巨石压身，喘不过气来。的确，我们的生活太沉重了，身心常有疲惫之感。但是又不能不为自己的前途静下心来，去寻找出路。人生之所以迷茫，归根结底主要是没有远大的志向和为之奋斗的明确目标。没有人生的目标，只会停留在原地；没有远大的志向，只会变得慵懒，变得听天由命，叹息茫然。
但是，梦想虽然美好，同时也是虚无缥缈的。若想让梦想放出光芒，需要付出艰辛的劳动，甚至是一生的努力。我相信责任可以守住梦想，责任是每个人奋斗的意义，是内心的良知，责任让我们时时不忘我们该做什么，我们需要做什么，因为只有责任才能激发人的潜能，唤醒人的良知。在这个飞速发展的时代，任何人任何时候都应该义不容辞的担负和履行自己的职责。只有勇于承担责任，才能得到别人的信任和尊重，获得生命的成就感和自豪感，才能完成我们的梦想。
