非常感谢大家!今晚站在这里，我感到非常光荣和谦卑。我从来没想过这一生中会有机会来到联合国。谢谢施静书女士，非常感谢亚洲协会。

我特别想感谢ellie关于老师的评论。在十二岁的时候，我自己开始学英语，为了什么，我也不知道，我只是觉得爱上了这门语言。那时，每天早晨5点我会骑车40分钟，到杭州的酒店找外国游客，他们教我英语，我带他们游览城市作为交换。

从此以后，我开始有了个习惯，那就是用我自己的脑子来思考问题，多花几分钟。当所有人都说对的时候，等几分钟，当所有人都说不的时候，也等几分钟，仔细的想一下事情本身。因为当你从一个不同的视角看世界的时候，你也可能用不同的方式做事。

今晚，我深深的被所有这些创变者所鼓舞。在听他们的故事时，我意识到世界上有那么多事情我可以做，有那么多事情我能做的更好，有那么多事情我们能一起来做。今天我不是代表我自己，而是代表所有那些和我一起工作的小人物，小企业。

1995年我离开大学的时候，我告诉校长，我要做个创业者，做互联网。他问我：什么是互联网?我回答：我也不知道，他听我说了两个小时后告诉我，jack，我知道你想有一番作为，我不懂你做的事情。不过如果十年后你想回来，那就回来。我说：好，十年以后，如果我想回来，我会回来的。作为一个老师，你永远会相信未来。你相信知识会改变人的生活，你相信并希望你的学生比你更优秀。学生是最好的产品。今天我不再是一个老师，但我相信在公司，ceo代表首席教育官。因为话很多，同事们不喜欢我。不过，我负责来说，他们负责做。

在我创业的那个年代，在中国做个小企业家非常困难，我花了5个月时间才借到500美元，而公司还是失败了。那时我没有机会，我也不知道怎样运营企业。我去注册第一家公司时，想取名叫互联网，注册办公室告诉我，不行，字典里没有这个词，你必须换个名字注册公司。他建议我使用计算机咨询公司，可是我连计算机是什么都不知道。所以我的第一个公司叫做杭州希望计算机咨询公司，那时很苦，我当时对科技和计算机一无所知。

另一个我深深相信的事情，是小就是美。如果没有帮助小人物，那么我就用互联网帮助小人物。跨国公司被华尔街照顾的很好，只有小企业没有任何人帮助他们。如果我们为他们创造价值，那我们就会成功。我们的哲学是如果你帮助别人成功，你就会成功。我一直是相信未来的人，相信年轻人，相信创新。

就像秘书长说的，今天的世界麻烦很多。今天世界上充满了抱怨。我在20多岁的时候也抱怨。微软、ibm、思科，他们是大企业而我们是无助的小公司，他们太大了。那时，我们也抱怨过。但是现在我不再抱怨了，因为我们也变成大家伙之一了。我想告诉年轻人的是，如果大部分人都在抱怨，那就是机会所在。有些人选择抱怨，而有些人选择改变自己，帮助改变别人。机会就在那些被抱怨的地方。我永远相信这点，我们也是这样一步步走到今天。

最后也是最重要的一个事情，那就是在座的所有人都会被送一件t恤。这是一件特别的阿里巴巴ipo 的限量版t恤。所有这些t恤都是小人物制造，我们的小企业们。这是要给小人物，小就是美的，小就有力量。印在t恤上的是很少人知道的阿里巴巴成功密码，就像芝麻开门一样，阿里巴巴有一个密码，那就是梦想要有的，万一有天实现了呢?

Thank you very much!Stand here tonight, I am very honored and humbled.I never thought that I would have a chance in my life to come to the United nations.At the age of twelve, I started to learn English, for what, I don't know, I just feel that I fell in love with this language.Then, at 5 every morning I will ride for 40 minutes, to the hotel in Hangzhou for foreign tourists, they teach me English, I took them to visit the city in exchange.From then on, I began to have a habit, that is to use my own brain to think, just one more minutes.When everybody says yes, wait one minute,and when all people say no , wait for one minute, to think carefully about the thing itself.Because when you look at the world from a different point of view, you can also do something in a different way.Tonight, I was deeply inspired by all these invasive change.Listening to their stories, I realized there are so many things in the world I can do, there are so many things I can do better, there are so many things we can do it together.Today I is not representative of my own, but on behalf of all the small guys all the small enterprises working with me.In 1995 I left the University of time, I told the principal, I want to be an entrepreneur, do the internet.He asked me: what is the Internet? 人是这样，动物也如此。世界上最长寿的动物叫乌龟，他们一辈子几乎不怎么动，就趴在那里，结果能活一千年。他们懒的走，但和勤劳好动的兔子赛跑，谁赢了？牛最勤劳，结果人们给它吃草，却还要挤它的奶。熊猫傻 回到我们的工作中，看看你公司里每天最早来最晚走，一天像发条一样忙个不停的人，他是不是工资最低的？那个每天游手好闲，没事就发呆的家伙，是不是工资最高，据说还有不少公司的股票呢！

我以上所举的例子，只是想说明一个问题，这个世界实际上是靠懒人来支撑的。世界如此的精彩都是拜懒人所赐。现在你应该知道你不成功的主要原因了吧！

懒不是傻懒，如果你想少干，就要想出懒的方法。要懒出风格，懒出境界。像我从小就懒，连长肉都懒的长，这就是境界。

personal revenge against the Taliban or any other terrorist group.I am here to speak for the right of education for every child.I want education for the sons and daughters of the Taliban and all the we saw the guns.The wise saying, “The pen is mightier than the sword.” It is true.The extremists are afraid of books and pens.The power of education frightens them.They are afraid of women.The power of the voice of women frightens them.This is why they killed 14 innocent students in the recent attack in Quetta.And that is why they kill female teachers.That is why they are blasting schools every day because they were and they are afraid of change and equality that we will bring to our society.And I remember that there was a boy in our school who was asked by a journalist: “Why are the Taliban against education?”He answered very simply by pointing to his book, he said: “A Talib doesn’t know what is written inside this benefit.Pakistan is a peace-loving, democratic country.Pashtuns want education for their daughters and sons.Islam is a religion of peace, humanity and brotherhood.It is the duty and responsibility to get education for each child, that is what it says.Peace is a necessity for education.In many parts of the world, especially Pakistan and Afghanistan, terrorism, war and conflicts stop children from going to schools.We are really tired of these wars.Women and children are suffering in many ways in many parts of the labour and are forced to get married at an early age.Poverty, ignorance, injustice, racism and the deprivation of basic rights are the main problems, faced by both men and suffering the most.There was a time when women activists asked men to stand up for their rights.But this time we will do it by ourselves.I am not telling men to step away from speaking for women’s rights, but I am focusing on women to be independent and fight for themselves.So dear sisters and brothers, now it’s time to speak up.So today, we call upon the world leaders to change their strategic policies in favour of peace and prosperity.We call upon the world leaders that all of these deals must protect women and children’s rights.A deal that goes against the rights of women is brutality and harm.We call upon the developed nations to support the expansion of education opportunities for girls in the developing world.We call upon all communities to be tolerant, to reject prejudice based on caste, creed, sect, colour, religion or agenda to ensure freedom and equality for women so they can flourish.We cannot all succeed when half of us are held back.We call upon our sisters around the world to be brave, to embrace the strength within themselves and realise their full
