期末考试前一天，她来求我说“请你给我讲解一下行吗?这次我很想考得好一点。”我开始给她讲解，不一会儿便草草收场，假装没有察觉她迷茫的眼神，一溜烟儿地跑开了。不出所料，这次她又考砸了。两个月后，新学期依始，传来她死于血癌的消息。我没有完成那项小小的任务，无人知晓。但我却不能原谅自己。她的眼睛令我难以忘怀，仿佛在责问我，“你为什么不愿多帮助我呢?这对于你来说，并不费事。你为什么不能理解我对你的信赖，而让我带着痛苦和遗憾离开这个世界?”

我当时才八九岁。但从某种意义上讲，这件事成了我生活的新起点。因为我开始体会到“责任”二字的意义，并尽心尽力地学着完成自己的义务。我也逐渐领会了这个神圣字眼的深刻内含:人与人之间的彼此需要和信任、合作和依赖正是人类社会存在的基础。

之后，我在生活中又经受过多次失败，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里却不曾再现。想到自己做每一件事都能尽职尽责，一种满足之感便油然而生。

此事及类似的多起事件改变了我，完善了我。当我长大成人，我开始领悟周围发生的一切变化。我发现，从某种意义上说，社会跟我一样，正处在一个自我完善的时期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一个样。新思维、新信息、新技术层出不穷。即便万里相隔，人们在转瞬之间即可相互交谈。社会竞争越演越烈。

人们越来越强调个性和创造性。越来越多的人因工作努力而受到奖赏。这就是当今的时代，一代新人由成长迈入成熟的时代。这是我们这一代人接替父辈治国安邦的时代。然而，我们也面临很多间题。

据悉，坏人在光天化日之下作恶，周围的群众居然袖手旁观，无动于衷。我还听说，目前我国尚有100万儿童连小学也上不起，而巨额资金却拿去举办奢侈的宴会和购置豪华的轿车。

我们常常买的是劣质药品，或名曰药品实为一文不值的废物，非但不能除病去痛，反而会使

病情加重。在某些人看来，世上金钱最宝贵，只要能赚钱，不惜牺牲道德和责任。

因而，这个时代赋予我们的是更强烈的竞争和效率意识，使我们更善于批判性地思考和创造性地行动。

此外，这个时代要求我们这一代人必须认清自己肩负的历史重任，下定决心，采取行动，解决上述问题。长期以来，历史一直在我们这一代人身上培养着这些品质。现在，历史呼唤我们挺身而出，以实际行动向全民族及全人类证实我们的拳拳爱国之心和大无畏的英雄主义。

此刻，我站在讲台上回顾15年来的学生生活。今后的岁月，我很可能平平淡淡地度过。但这丝毫不会让我心灰意冷。因为我知道，凭借强烈的责任感和精益求精的不懈奋斗，我将追求一种有意义的生活，一种不枉此生的生活。

今天分享这个故事，是“给未来的你”，希望你能看到未来你能成为什么样的人。有人可能会说，我未来称为什么养的人，开复怎么会知道呢？其实我不是确切地知道每个人未来会怎么样，但是你们要相信我，在过去的十多年里和大学生的交流，在创新工场，google、微软这三个地方我们所雇佣的每个员工，我们招聘的每个毕业生，来申请项目希望得到投资的每位年轻的创业者，在微薄上留言的每位求助者，他们都是二十来岁，在他们的身上我看到了未来的你。所以今天我想跟大家分享一下，如果今天是9月2日，2015年，我跟在座的各位会谈什么事情，你们心中的困惑又是什么，你们要发展成为的人在2011年的今天还有什么不满意的地方。这就是我想跟大家探讨的：2015年的你可能会成为什么样的人。

我的演讲一共分4个部分。1.首先我认为，有可能2015年你会成为一个迷茫困惑的人。

在创新工场去年做校招的时候，我们去了15所高校，找到了顶尖的计算机系毕业的学生，发出了200份offer，然后我一一打电话，看他们是否愿意加入创新工场，来学习创业。在说服他们之前，我不想误导任何的学生，所以我的第一个问题总是会问：你有没有想过，在你人生的未来，创业是否是你想做的一件事情。当时我的想法是，既然是顶尖学校的顶尖学生，这个问题总应该想透宗应该知道答案吧？如果你不想创业，我可能就不希望你太努力地来创新工场，因为也许你会在一个大企业或者政府里得到更好的发展。但是，我们还是得到了许多回答。常见的回答有：

——啊？你真的是开复吗？是真的开复吗？

——是的，我想跟你谈谈创新工场对你的邀请。在谈offer前，我想先知道，你是否想过创业的事情？

——这时80%的回答是，不知道，没想过。

其实这就是一种迷茫。80%来创新工场申请工作并成功得到offer的人都没有想过创业是否是你自己的道路，这一点就是一种迷茫。这个数据还是顶尖学生的迷茫，我在网上看到更多的同学的发问，比如专业不对口，不知道想做什么，不知道自己爱做什么?? 今天我想跟大家将的是，你们这大学四年，有一件事要做好，就是认清你自己，要弄清楚你自己想要成为一个什么样的人。而且特别要知道你的兴趣在哪里，你的天赋在哪里。在你考虑这个事情之前，首先要知道你要清空的过去的一些错误的理解就是：这个事情跟别人认为你是谁，或别人想要你成为谁，丝毫没有关系。你周围的人，无论是同学、老师、家长，他们都不知道你想成为什么样的人，甚至他们想要你成为的人很可能根本不是你自己真正想要成为的人。所以大学四年，其他都可以再学，但一定要找到自己的兴趣和自己的天赋。为什么天赋如此重要？你想，如果我们非要把比尔·盖茨硬变成一个音乐家，硬要他去作曲，他能去成就微软吗？如果你把贝多芬这样一个人硬要他去编程，他有可能成为比尔·盖茨吗？肯定不是的，天生我材必有用。每个人都有自己的天赋，你至少亏欠你自己的是让自己找到自己的天赋。这样你才能够把你自己的潜力发挥到极致。另外我深深相信，找到自己的兴趣也一样重要。甚至更重要。因为一个人如果自己做的事情是自己喜欢的事情，那么他吃饭、睡觉、洗澡都在想着这个事情，最后他不成功都会很奇怪。那该怎么去找兴趣和天赋呢？我给你们的建议也很简单：多尝试。多尝试那些自己可能有兴趣的东西，无论是选修课程还是实习工作，无论是参加社团或者去网上求知。重点是你要给自己分配时间，努力去找到自己的天赋和兴趣可能存在的地方。还有，不要很刻意地去说，我未来要去做某一件事情因此我要很功利地去学某一个知识系统，因为这样做的话你可能就错失了你心中真正最爱做的事情。乔布斯曾经说，我们人生面临各种选择，应该追随我们的心。乔布斯还说，人生中的一些经历都像是一个个点，在人生未来某个阶段，我们都有机会把这些点串联起来，当你还没有画出你的曲线的时候，不要苛求每个点都在正确的位置，否则你可能就没有真正追随你的心。

我来演讲前，看了下我大学里选的课，发现有三种：一是选之前觉得可能有兴趣的，选了以后发现非常枯燥，上课都在睡觉，实际没有兴趣的，包括经济学，美国政治，欧洲文学，欧美文学，艺术经典，音乐经典，这几个都是我发现原来自己没有兴趣的。但是，我一点都不后悔花了时间选这些课，因为选之前以为自己有兴趣，选之后明白自己没兴趣，就让人生的选择划掉了一个，能多划掉些选择，这样的elimination也是一件好的事情。第二种是，上了几堂课，做了几次作业，就发现你爱上了它，这个感觉特别好，而且不可能第一次就撞上，我也是选了那么多发现自己不喜欢的课，才发现撞上了自己喜欢的课，也就是计算机。还有第三种可能发生的是，学完以后发现很有意思，但是不知道以后有什么用。这没有关系，就像乔布斯所说的，这些都是一个个的点，也许你的人生未来有一天会把这些点串起来。比如当时我发现，我对哲学很有兴趣，学了没用，又不可能做哲学家，但我今天写的书和文章，如果有丝毫的哲理在里面，还是要感谢当时学的哲学。当时还学了中国文学，听起来也很荒谬，这个学计算机的人学文学干什么，就是有兴趣嘛，那毕业了有用吗？没用，但是我这几年出了5本书，至少还有两本非常畅销。如果没有学中国文学，很可能也不会有成为业余作家的李开复。另外也有一些其他课程对我也很有帮助，比如英语写作、国际关系，这些在google的四年确实蛮用得上的。这些选课的决定，当时做的时候并不是刻意的。当时就觉得上一上。第一种发现不喜欢的，就扔掉，第二种是爱上的，就马上去追随它，第三种是喜欢但是没用的，那就先留着，以后终于会把它串起来。

我知道在座的许多同学说，你是站着说话不要疼，你在美国换专业选课之类都很轻松，我们在中国可不是这样的，很多是被限制的。确实中国有很多限制。但我跟你分享一个创新工场工友的故事。有一个很能干的工友名字叫尚若辉（音），他毕业于一个排名非常靠后的大学，几乎最后，没人听过那所大学的名字，因为父母亲说你学会计吧这个好找工作。但他学了才发现，没有兴趣，挂课，但他在网上浏览时发现，居然有一个方向叫用户体验设计，他特别感兴趣，怎么父母没告诉，怎么高考时没这么一个选择。但他没想这么多，就在网上交了各种相关的朋友，在网上上了各种课程，在论坛里发问，跟国内外的朋友交流，然后就发现自己原来有这方面的热情，也有这方面的天赋。然后居然发现自己在这个领域打工，半年之内赚了4万块，他的设计让人赞不绝口。但就在他发现非常开心的时候，悲剧发生了，以前只挂一两科，这个学期他挂了4科，因为他爱上了自己的兴趣。他跟父母做了沟通，他毕业以后不做会计，但他也尽力提升成绩，至少达到毕业的标准。父母看到这孩子在他感兴趣的领域还是不错的，就没有要求他了。他也就一边读书把成绩提起来，一边在新浪找到了一个兼职的工作，之后又在创新工场找到了一个兼职的工作。然后一毕业就在创新工场投资的知乎团队哩，成为了整个团队的用户体验负责人。所以当你找到自己的最爱的时候，你会发现你会想魔术一样发挥出自己的潜力。

再次分享一下乔布斯的一段名言：2005年斯坦福说：不要被信条所束缚，最重要的是拥有跟随直觉的勇气。你的内心和直觉多少已经知道你真正想要成为什么样一个人。任何其他的事物都是次要的。

如果你对未来迷茫，希望你能把我时间，找到自己的天赋和兴趣，这样才不会迷茫。2.成为应试机器的人。

知道自己的迷茫还是有希望找到兴趣的，但成为应试机器的人就更严重了。在创新工场每年收到几万份简历。常常，打开一份简历我都不得不摇头。比如，某人，男，英语四六级平均成绩80分，刻苦努力，三好学生，等等，几乎每一个简历千篇一律地都是用这些成绩数字来描述一个人，而且是用在应试体系里的数字来描述一个人。这样的人是没有一点吸引力的。难道你在大学四年教育之后，只能给我这些数字吗？你是否成为了应试教育培训出来的一台机器？你的特点在什么地方？除了你的分数之外，你是不是可以告诉我你学懂了什么？你在学到的地方有没有好的创意，你是否知道你学的东西有没有用处？你在课堂学的东西能发挥出来吗？

所以，第二点我想建议的就是，不要成为应试教育的机器。在座的每一位，都是应试教育的受害者，你们经过了12年的应试教育，今天应该划上一个句点。我希望你们能逆转过去教育对你们所做的一切迫害，开始真正的学习和思考。有关思考方面，一共有三种大学四年里你必须学会的学习的能力，这三种能力可以帮助你从应试的壳里飞出来：

第一种能力是自学的能力，这个特别重要，这点做不到，一切其他的大学教育都是白学了。读中学的时候，老师会一次一次重复当时上课的内容，但是进了大学以后，老师只能充当引路人，学生必须积极主动地去探索学习和实践。在这四年中你一定要从一个被告知知识的人，到一个能学会自己学习知识的人。要能做到这一点，你必须要有理解的能力，不能只有背诵的能力。这包括了举一反三的能力，知其然也知其所以然，要能够无师自通，给你一本课本，你能把它看懂，做到这些，你就拥有自学的能力了。那你可能要说，我从何开始才能具备自学的能力呢？唯一一件必须学会的事情，就是学会问为什么。因为在应试教育里面，只要学了“什么”就可以及格了，就可以背诵了，就可以考试了，但是在大学里面，你不能只学“什么”，一定要学“为什么”，当你理解了一件事情为什么是如此的，你才能再次把它推出来，你才能举一反三，无师自通。随时都要问为什么，上课问，去论坛问，上网问，问同学??一定要打破砂锅问到底。这个时候你才真正懂了，学到了。第二种能力是从理论到实践的能力。你学的每样知识，不要知识知道这个公式是什么，理论是什么，而且要知道在真实的工作中有什么用。因为你进入社会才会知道，以前学的会计、统计、哲学、文学之类，可能都不是你老板认为你最需要的知识。有人说：其实在大学里学到的真的有用的知识，只是你一生中要用的5%而已。所以更重要的是你要知道这些知识怎么能够应用起来。老师教了你怎么写英文，你要知道怎么把这个英文应用到比如说写一个公关稿上。再比如，老师教了你怎么编程，你要理解这个编程怎么转换成商业价值，成为一个移动互联网产品。这些都需要你在学习时多问一个问题，就是“有什么用”。我记得我女儿小的时候非常反对学数学，认为像指数之类的东西都是没有用的。直到有一天，我告诉她会用指数，你就可以计算你的银行有多少钱。我问他，你如果有100块钱，每年10%的利息，10年以后你会有多少钱。答案居然不是200块钱的时候，她就突然有兴趣了。她说，哇，怎么会有这么多钱？她想知道为什么。这时我就告诉她，指数是有用的，要学会融会贯通，知道怎么实践。

第三种能力叫做critical thinking，就是批判式思维。每一件事情都有多方看法，不是只有一个非黑即白的答案。不同的人有不同的意见，每一个意见都值得了解，都值得珍惜。不要被教条锁住，要学会用不同的观点来看问题。这里我也想讲一个创新工场的工友王俊煜的故事，他是北大元培班的高材生，然后进入了google，google是一个很了不起的公司，但是这个公司是非常强烈的工程师文化，每做一个产品都想着这个技术能够多酷，能够多困难，能够多难让竞争对手抄袭，但是比较少去想，用户要这个东西有什么用。王俊煜也是一个特别喜欢做用户体验的人，特别在乎用户的感觉，而且深深地了解，一个产品不论技术有多难被抄袭，如果用户不喜欢还是不会去用的，他在google的时候就多次和人发生争执，在google的时候因为是工程师文化，他的声音有时候就会被淹没，但是他执着地提出他的想法，至少在两款产品上提供了巨大的贡献，并从这个过程中学到了很多东西，然后加入了创新工场，成为了豌豆夹这个产品的共同创始人，做出了非常好的产品，今天豌豆荚可能是创新工场投资的所有产品里，用户评价最高的一个。这证实了，我们不能只用一个方法来看问题，一定要尊重不同的观点。怎么样培养这个critical thinking呢？我建议你们以后碰到一个知识点的时候，不但要学会问“为什么”，还要学会问“为什么不？”为什么一定是这样，为什么不可能是那样？这样可以让你更深的了解，有不同的方法来看问题。我女儿以前参加过辩论社，她问爸爸，我辩论一个问题的时候，应该怎么选择。我给她的建议是，你永远要选

择那个你不认可的观点。她听起来觉得很奇怪，我明明不认可这个观点，为什么我要去辩论它呢？多次之后，她慢慢了解了，当你去辩论你所不认可的观点时，会有很多好处：首先你会知道，有不止一个方法来看问题，其次，对方的辩论方向你已经了如指掌，辩论的时候好用，第三，辩论的对方也会知道，你居然这么有知识，两边都想得这么清楚，让你未来更能够平衡，更容易成为一个有批判式思维的思想家。所以，如果你希望未来的四年不要成为一个应试机器，那就希望你多问问“为什么”，还有“为什么不”，还有“这又什么用”，这能够帮助你学到自学的能力，实践的能力，还有批判式思维的能力。3.2015年在座的某位同学说，李老师，我感觉很孤独，我感觉很被动。有一位同学对我说，我的人际能力不够强，人际圈子小，又没有什么特长引起别人的注意，在社团也不知道怎么跟别人建立关系。这其实很自然，因为在应试教育的氛围长大，在过去的十几年，你们可能很少有时间，在学习之外，培养人际关系。

所以我会给你们建议：首先，在校的时候要多培养你们的情商。所谓情商，就是和别人交流的能力、将心比心的能力、得到别人信任的能力。以后进入业界你会发现，信任是特别重要的事情。信任这个东西需要很多时间来培养，但是犯一次错就可能毁于一旦。

如何跟你的朋友培养友情，我建议你们在读大学的时候一定要交几个要好的朋友。因为大学的友情往往是那种不变质的，可以受益一辈子的。希望你能将心比心，能像好朋友对待你一样对待好朋友，成为你的好朋友的好朋友。分享能让痛苦减半，分享能让快乐加倍。希望你们能在大学四年交到这么一批好朋友。

第二，我也希望你能很好地培养自己的表达能力，就是口才。不要认为自己很聪明就很好、能够思考就足够了。希腊哲人说过，一个能够思考的人如果不能表达，等于一个不能狗思考的人。

另外我在网上看到美国一个创业家tim westergren，是很著名的互联网公司 pandora的创世人，他说：如果我作为一个创业家，我能从上帝那里要求一样礼物，我会挑选口才。

如果一个创业者想要成功，他必须影响他周围的人，比如投资者、顾客、用户。一个有口才的创业者，可以更好地发掘公司的员工，可以让员工理解自己的愿景，可以激发你的员工的斗志和潜力。当然只有口才是不够的，但是我很惊讶我见到的每一个创业者都有这方面的才华。而口才不是在学校里任何课程可以学到的。所以口才、表达非常重要。

第三个最重要的建议是多争取学习实践的机会。在你大学这四年，如果你想突破，成为一个不那么内向的人，成为一个外向，受人喜欢，有魅力的人，你要多学习团队合作，因为你会发现，进入社会里面，团队的合作代表了一切，在课堂里面，是不那么鼓励团队合作的，考试的时候，如果团队合作，那不久作弊了么？如果想毕业之后有好的团队合作，在读书时一定要学习、培养。篇五：大一新生班会发言稿

五、对学习方面的要求与建议

大学不是中学，不要带着传统高中的方法去学习，上课只是形式，关键还是自学。大一的学习特别重要。第一学期往往能够决定你大学生涯整个的走向。第一年不要放松，确立自己的领先位置，这样对以后的学习比较有好处。

计算机、高数、英语一定学好。对以后的继续学习很重要千万别不当回事。学英语一定要注重实用，打好扎实的基础，比如，不要孤立地为记单词而记单词，要把单词放到例句中去记，在记拼法和读音的同时学会其用法，即做到音、形、意、用五会；又比如，要通过阅读和理解短文掌握句子结构和语法规则，而不是死背语法条条或大量做多项选择题。即使没有英语课了，还是要继续自学，学英语不能间断。可以咨询一下老师的意见，选合适的教材自学，尤其不要忽视听说，首选附有录音光盘的教材。多看电影，提高一下艺术修养，与人交流也有的谈。

生活中不要靠别人，慢慢地你就会明白有时别人是靠不住的，到那时就晚了，还是相信自己，靠自己吧。送你们一句话：“世上没有救世主，只有自己救自己。”

首先，要学会理财。第一次独立安排自己的生活，新生们用钱往往比较乱，总是稀里糊涂地钱就没了。因此，要学会精打细算，量力而行，养成良好的生活习惯，把有限的钱花在最需要的地方。

其次，大学新生要学会和周围性格不同、意见分歧的人和睦相处。不要在个人利益面前斤斤计较，甚至打击别人。对人要宽大仁和，坦诚相待，创造一个安定团结、心情舒畅的生活环境，这也是为将来尽快适应社会打下一个良好的基础。
