My “3A”
A few weeks ago, when I was asked to deliver a speech with the topic of “My…”, I was like “What?”.To be honest, I have totally no idea, until one day, I happened to got an umbrella and get myself in the car when it was rainy and stormy outside.Awesome!So how to live an awesome life? Well, my topic today is My 3A’s, which are: Attitude, Awareness, and Authenticity.About 6 months ago, I was going through a tough time.My grandpa, who had been suffering from cancer for over 10 years, was tortured into a weak man in a wheelchair.He still kept positive, though.“Take it easy”, as he always said.I still remember that Sunday night I called him and we had a nice, sweet talk about the TV shows, but next morning, he disappeared, forever.When bad news hits us, we always have 2 choices: beaten down or fight back!That was actually the first time I lost the one I loved.It was really hard to take it easy as grandpa said, but I had to conquer it, to move forward and move on!
First-time experiences are not always that bitter, but also sweet.Remember the first time you drove all the way with green lights, or you pulled a hundred bucks out of your old jacket pocket? I bet you were excited just like a kid, and having a sense of awareness is just about embracing your inner child.Being aware, pretending that you saw everything for the first time.Here comes a real first-time news for most of you I think: Do you know that Yao Ming’s deeply authentic self has a passion for needlepoint.He said that it calmed him down, relaxed him, and even helped him meet girls.He just stays real, or I call that authenticity.You will never be as young as you are right now.Why not face everything with a great attitude, live with a sense of awareness, and be authentic to yourself? Then I believe you'll live a life that’s truly awesome.Thank you!

Or the nowadays T-shirt？No!We have our clothes.3.It’s called Hanfu.It's the traditional costume that has been worn by Han people.4.However, it’s sad to know that a lot of people don’t know Hanfu nowadays.When a person who is dressed in Hanfu walked down the street , some people may think it is a kimono or a Hanbok.What’s more, there were even some people who asked the person to take off the clothes and burned it with fire.How ridiculous!
5.Now let me introduce our Han people’s traditional clothes to all of you.Hanfu, means “Clothing of the Han people ”in Chinese.It refers to the pre-17th century traditional clothing of the Han Chinese.It has the history of more than 3000 years.And it influenced Japanese kimono and Kroean hanbok.6.Hanfu is wrapped around the body with the left side over the right, which just looks like the letter ‘y’ when seen from the front.But there are also other kinds of collars.Hanfu（汉服）has many patterns.Ruqun（襦裙）is worn by women.7.When its collar likes the letter “y”,we can called it Jiaolingruqun(交领襦裙).8.If its collar likes the number“11”,we can called it duijinruqun（对襟襦裙).9.When it is classified by its height of the skirt，we can called it qiyaoruqun（齐腰襦裙）——Which waistband is on the waist.10.Or qixiongruqun（齐胸襦裙）——Which waistband is above the chest.11.There is another kind of Hannfu.When its edge is bent ,we can call it Quju(曲裾)12.As we can see, Hanfu has many features , like curve, graceful ,elegant, generous and unfettered.13.According to the Han people’s tradition，there are many important days.One the day you are 15（for girls）or 20（for boys）.We will hold a ceremony to celebrate to be an adult.And remember the responsibility.14.Nowadays, many people love our traditional culture , so they wear Hafu, found clubs, hold activities and so on.This summer, Chengdu’s Cherry Blossom Festival, a little girl who dressed in Hanfu left a deep impression on visitors.Here are some pictures of her.She is really cute, isn’t she ?

Should Men and Women Be Equal?
Should men and women be equal? This is a question much talked about by many persons.Some deem that men are superior to women in many ways.Firstly, many a job can be done by men but hardly be done by women, because women are physically not strong enough.Secondly, most of the famed scientists or statements are found to be males.The last but not least, the whole human society seems to have been dominated by men only from beginning to end.Isn’t it obvious enough to show that men are a lot stronger than women? Therefore, the former should enjoy more rights than the latter.Other people, however, have different opinions on this question.They firmly believe that men and women are born equal.And women are certainly as talented as men if they are given equal chances of education.Isn’t it a fact known to us all that women have been working side by side with men in China and elsewhere in the world? Like their men folks, they have been distinguishing themselves not only in research institutions, but in government bodies and other organizations as well.As far as I am concerned, I am firmly standing on the side
of those women’s rights defenders.Since men and women are playing an equally important role in all human activities, why should not they be on an equal footing?
In addition, since antiquity, there have been two sex groups, namely, men and women.Our Human society could
definitely not have existed or advanced without either of them.It is wondered that men and women ought to be equal and enjoy equal rights accordingly.

Hogwarts is a magic school.It is the greatest school of witchcraft and wizardry in the world.Everybody who has read “Harry Potter” all thinks Hogwarts is unforgettable.There are four school houses in Hogwarts.They are Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuffand Slytherin.The headmaster of Hogwarts was Albus Dumbledore, a great wizard in the world.This is Lord Voldemort.Lord Voldemort is “伏地魔” in Chinese.He was also a great wizard.But he was a dark wizard.Lord Voldemort killed plenty of witches and wizards including Harry Potter's parents.But he couldn't kill Harry after he killed Mr Potters because of Mr Potters' love.He really wanted to kill Harry and Dumbledore.Lord Voldemort was very terrifying.So others just dared to call him You-Know-Who or He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.Lord Voldemort's followers, the Death Eaters, called him the Dark Lord.But a brave boy, Harry Potter, killed Lord Voldemort with his parents' love, his own bravery and his two true friends, Hermione and Ron's help.As you see, Hermione is a beautiful girl.She comes from a Muggle family.But she is so smart and hard-working that she got the top of every exam.She always helped Harry and Ron solve great problems when they got into trouble.Without the help of Hermione, Harry can't be successful.This is Ron.He is one of Harry's best friends.His sister named Ginny is Harry's girlfriend.His parents and brothers are all kind and friendly.But a student of Slytherin, Malfoy, hated Mr Weasleys and Harry Potter.He didn't hate Hermione.But because Hermione is close to Harry and Ron.And enemy' friend is also enemy.Malfoy hated Hermione.Malfoy was proud of his father, Lucius Neldrak.His father was a Death Eater.At first, Malfoy was a bad boy.But at last, he becomes a good boy.This is Snape.Snape is an unforgettable Wizard.At first, you maybe hated him.Because he hated Harry and always aimed at Harry.In the end, you will discover Snape isn't a bad wizrd.Snape loves Harry's mother, Lily.But Lily married Harry's father, Mr Potter.So Snape hated Mr Potter and his son, Harry.Snape can't excuse Mr Potter because Mr Potter saved him.So Snape could't kill Harry.Snape followed Lord Voldemort.But he wasn't a Death Eater.Because Lord Voldemort killed Lily.Therefore, Snape was a Spy.In the end,Snape was killed by Lord Voldemort.Because he tried stopping Lord Voldemort from killing Harry and getting Dumbledore's wand.He was also a great wizard.And the last one is about a wizard sport called Quidditch.It's the most famous wizard sport.Quidditch is like soccer and basketball in our world.But it's also different from them.As you see, Quidditch is played up in the air on broomsticks.There are four balls.Two are the Bludgers.One is the Quaffle.One is the Golden Snitch.If the Quaffle is thrown to the hoops, the team will score a goal.The Bludgers tries to knock players off their broomsticks.And the Golden Snitch is the most important ball;the seeker of a team that got it will win the game.Harry was the seeker of the Gryffindor team.Malfoy was the seeker of the Slytherin team.This is the Golden Snitch.It runs very fast.So that find it is very hard.But Harry catches it every time.What a surprised boy!The Quidditch is really interesting.Nowadays, lots of people hold on the Quidditch games.Thanks for listening.That's all.
