这学期，孩子们的进步非常大，每一个孩子在原来的基础上都有很大的进步，不管夏天多热，冬天多冷，都能克服困难，坚持按时到校，每节课都能刻苦练习，而且很积极，兴趣很浓厚。我觉得孩子们在这里学到的不仅仅是舞蹈，更重要的是养成了良好的习惯，锻炼了能力，改变了性格，找到了自信，拥有了坚强的毅力和吃苦耐劳的精神。

在学舞蹈的过程中，通过对：注意力、观察力、记忆力、想象力、表现力的训练，还有助于提高文化课的学习。他们在学生群体中比一般的孩子有一种优越感和自豪感，还可以增强孩子对生活和学习的自信心，从孩子高中升学的填报志愿来看，有特长的学生所选的学校和专业要优惠很多。而且，对孩子以后面向社会。面向就业来说，有特长、会跳舞的孩子更能适应社会需要，找工作更占优势。所以，我们一定要鼓励孩子坚持学习，不能半途而废。学一年和学两年、三年的孩子跳舞的感觉是不一样的。（这就是：台上一分钟，台下十年功的道理），我在网上看到一篇文章，说，一个孩子如果能坚持学习舞蹈6年以上，他的逆商要超过一般人，以后对他人生走向成功是很有帮助的，逆商，就是面对困难、挫折和失败的应对能力。面对逆境，如果选择了放弃，也就是选择了失败，学过舞蹈的孩子很多，但是真正能坚持的人却不多。因为，学习舞蹈的过程是很苦、很累的。有时候，一个动作要反复练习，才能够做标准。如果孩子没有毅力，没有吃苦精神，是坚持不下去的。
为了孩子能够 学到真正的本领，也为了他们以后能够更好地适应社会，我们一定要鼓励孩子坚持学习，成为一个德才兼备、全面发展的优秀人才！

大家好！
今天是个大喜的日子，我们集团机关的“旗帜”舞蹈队正式成立了。
在集团领导的大力支持下，经过机关各部室、各单位工会委员会前期的组织筹备，以及队员们的共同努力下，舞蹈队今天成立了。在此，我谨代表机关党委对“旗帜”舞蹈队的成立表示热烈的祝贺，向全体舞蹈队成员表示亲切的问候!机关组建这支队伍的目的，就是要把拥有健康向上生活、喜爱舞蹈艺术的中老年职工凝聚在一起，提供相互探讨和交流学习的平台，汇聚大家的智慧和力量，丰富职工文化生活，提高职工文化艺术素质，提升企业文化内涵。
“旗帜”舞蹈队的成立，具有非常重要的意义，这支队伍不仅是我们集团机关第一支中老年舞蹈队，更是充分展示集团中老年职工精神风貌的一支队伍。把队伍命名为“旗帜”舞蹈队，表明集团领导对这支队伍寄予了极大厚望，就是要着力把舞蹈队培养成一面旗帜，起到表率、引导、指明方向的作用，在此，我对舞蹈队提出几点希望：
一要胸怀大局。“旗帜”舞蹈队的队员们，都是经过层层选拔，层层考核才挑选出来的，队员们普遍思想觉悟高、素质修养好、艺术造诣深，在以后的工作中，舞蹈队就是一
个大家庭，在这个大家庭里，每个人都应树立正确的政治意识、责任意识，要常怀大局意识，心往一处想，劲往一处使，充分发扬吃苦耐劳、敬业奉献的精神。

一、让同学们看一段没有音乐的舞蹈视频；让学生谈谈看了 这一段没有音乐的舞蹈以后的感受；然后再结合音乐再次播放这段舞蹈视频。引出课题：“音乐与舞蹈”
二、从刚才所放的视频可以看出，离开音乐，舞蹈是难以充分表达感情的，音乐对舞蹈的作用是非常重要的，那么，音乐对舞蹈，主要有三个作用：(1)烘托作用（2）渲染作用（3）点缀作用。音乐本来就具有渗入人心的特点，欣赏者常常把音乐中表现的感情，当作自己内心的感情来体验。这种感受和理解进一步激发起内心的感情，通过形体动作表现出来。音乐可以加强舞蹈的感情色彩，可以帮助理解舞蹈的内容，并且使舞蹈显得更加生动而富有魅力。培根说过这样一句话：“舞蹈是有节拍的步调，就像诗歌是有韵律的文体一样”
三、提问：同学们知道，音乐可以分为哪几种？古典音乐、民族音乐、流行音乐之分，而在舞蹈中，舞蹈又可以分为什么？古典舞、民族舞、现代舞、芭蕾舞。
四、几种类型的舞蹈在音乐中的体现:（1）艺术性的民间舞：泛指产生并流行与民间，受民俗文化制约、即兴表演但相对稳定、以自娱为主要功能的舞蹈形式。
特点：朴实无华、形式多样、内容丰富、形象生动。
例：《洗衣歌》（舞蹈特点：藏族特有的踢踏舞节奏的舞蹈）
（2）芭蕾舞：芭蕾，欧洲古典舞蹈，芭蕾舞孕育于意大利 文艺复兴时期，十七世纪后半叶开始在法国发展流行并逐渐职业化，在不断革新中风靡世界。芭蕾舞最重要的一个特征即女演员表演时，以脚尖点地，故又称脚尖舞。
欣赏：中国芭蕾舞剧《大红灯笼高高挂》：上世纪三十年代，在一个幽深的大院，一个年轻女子被强行塞上花轿，她是老爷新娶的三太太。全剧共分四幕，第一幕：迎亲的喜气中，太太和二太太怀着复杂的心情接纳这位新人，以及三太太没能摆脱命运，加入大院的情景。第二幕，三太太与旧恋人相会，被二太太发现；第三幕：二太太想得回宠爱，于是把三太太与旧恋人相会的秘密告诉了老爷，但是却被老爷打了一巴掌，失落的二太太将满院的红灯给撕碎；第四幕：这对恋人与二太太被带到刑场，临死之前，他们尽释前嫌，以宽容和爱彼此相拥在一起。这个舞蹈体现了封建制度的冷酷无情，扼杀了生命和爱情。欣赏解析：开始的音乐是怎么样的（喜庆——结婚）；音乐一转，喜庆过后又，两位太太依然在相互排挤对方，看到他们的表演动作结合音乐在暗示着他们幸福时光已经过去了，现在他们迎来了第三个太太；音乐以沉闷的鼓声转换，老爷要出现了（这段音乐，你们感觉是怎样的？这个音乐低沉、严肃，能够让我们感受到了封建社会的冷酷。欣赏：外国芭蕾舞剧《天鹅湖之四小天鹅胡》：音乐特征： 节奏富有弹性，轻松活泼、表现四小天鹅纯洁可爱的品质。（3）现代舞，现代舞是20世纪初在西方兴起的一种与古典芭蕾相对立的舞蹈派别。19世纪末，欧洲古典芭蕾单纯追求形式与技巧的倾向越来越严重，不仅影响舞蹈艺术的发展，也阻碍自身发展，很多内容题材仍然是神话传说，什么王子与公主，与现实距离远，成为舞蹈反映社会现实生活的障碍。现代舞其主要美学观点是反对古典芭蕾的因循守旧、脱离现实生活和单纯追求技巧的形式主义倾向，主张摆脱古典芭蕾舞过于僵化的动作程式的束缚，以合乎自然运动法则的舞蹈动作，自由地抒发人的真实情感，强调舞蹈艺术要反映社会现代生活。
欣赏《大河之舞》，最初是以爱尔兰舞蹈为蓝本，但后来融合了爱尔兰舞、踢踏舞、俄罗斯民间舞、西班牙的佛拉门科等多种舞蹈形式，根据舞蹈的特点人们又把它归为现代舞的一种。（爱尔兰舞蹈的特点：就是舞者的两手总放在身体的两侧，上身几乎没有什么肢体语言，几乎所有舞蹈动作都是在两膝以下进行，舞者的鞋子要穿非常坚硬的牛皮鞋，跳舞的木地板也是特制的。总结：舞蹈的全部律动都来自音乐的特定节奏，舞蹈动作的抑扬顿挫、力度的强弱、速度的快慢等，无一不是在音乐中体现的。如果没有音乐的衬托、渲染、点缀，舞蹈是难以表

金星，1967年8月13日出生在辽宁沈阳，中国舞蹈家、脱口秀主持人。她，1978年加入沈阳军区前进歌舞团。1984年毕业于解放军艺术学院舞蹈系。1988年，金星获美国亚细亚文化基金会和美国舞蹈节奖学金，赴纽约学习现代舞。17岁荣获全国首届“桃李杯”舞蹈大赛少年组第一名，在全国第二届舞蹈比赛中获“最佳优秀演员奖”。20岁中国舞蹈演员受国家公派赴美国纽约学习现代舞[2]。1991年，在美深造现代舞期间，被聘为美国舞蹈节编舞，同年，她的作品“半梦”荣获美国舞蹈节“最佳编舞奖”。1995年，接受变性手术，在这期间她遭受了几乎毁掉她前程的事件，在她进行最后的手术时出现了一个非常大的医疗事故。她说“我是坐在生孩子的架子上做的手术。手术过程中，他们没有锁好我的左腿架子，架子跑脱了，滑到我小腿的肌肉上，卡住了血液向下流通的渠道，血液不循环了，肌肉高度痉挛。我的腿是被蒙住的，但护士16个小时都没有检查我的腿的温度是否正常，小腿破了。16个小时后，我还在手术室做观察。我醒来一看，左小腿肿得比大腿还要粗，五个脚指甲盖，变成了五个小点，深陷在肿胀的肉里面。一天，我看着我的左脚，内心里叹息不已。我问自己：为什么？这是为什么？难道结局真是这样的吗？我的脚好不了了 吗？当时医生说我不能跳舞了，就是以后走路都困难。我就不相信，我生下来就是跳舞的怎么可能跳不了舞。我用意念盯着我左脚的中指，看了它好一会儿，看见它微微动了一下。我兴奋了！心想，还有希望，我要让小腿的神经慢慢苏醒过来，这是一个漫长的过程，但只要有信心，把这个过程坚持下来，恢复小腿的功能还是有希望的。于是我除了天天复健还要不停的练习，三个月后我又重新登上了舞台，虽然业内人士都看得出我的腿还没有完全恢复，但那个时候的表演对观众来说已经很精彩，我一直在努力中，最后连医生都觉得这是一个奇迹。
1996年，与北京市文化局联合创办北京现代舞团，首任艺术总监。推出大型现代现代舞专场《红与黑》、《向日葵》和《贵妃醉“久”》。1999年成立金星舞蹈团,。
2002年，应邀出席韩国首尔世界杯开幕式大型文艺演出[6]。2003年，在上海、深圳等地公演自导自演的著名现代舞《海上探戈》。今年，她开创了自己的品牌脱口秀：《金星秀》。她在其中开启毒舌模式。她曾称：“冰冰属于狐狸精风格的。”不过她立即否认自己说的“狐狸精”是贬义词。评李敏镐红的快沦亡也快。在网上激起了好几场轩然大波。许多网友在网上谩骂她为死人妖，但她回应说：叫我哥们也好，叫我姐们也好，叫我爷们也行，随你们便。您怎么舒服怎么叫，只要你心里痛快。我还是我，永远是金星。曾经是男人，现在是女人，我过我的生活。”他说过：人不犯我，我不犯人;人若犯我，忍让三分;人再犯我，斩草除根。金星凭借一张三寸不烂之舌，“毒”遍娱乐圈无对手，被网友誉为“金口惊华夏”。作为舞蹈家，金星是成功的，她的舞蹈在欧洲获得空前轰动，她的“金星现代舞团”每到一处，都引起“金星效应”，场场演出爆满。并被誉为：中国式现代舞的创始人。除了在舞台上光芒四射，这位特立独行的中国式现代舞创始人的个人生活也广受关注。她半开玩笑半认真地说，“我是全中国最大的行为艺术，我这一生都是在做一个行为艺术。这个行为艺术不是维持一天，而是一直到我死为止。我用我的生命、我的作品来做人，看社会怎么认同我，接受我。”她的变性、她的婚恋，并非刻意营造，而是个体真实的需求，她为自己的生活讨得一份自由，同时也豁达地把评说的自由交给众人。45年前，一枚染色体去错了地方，在自然的法则里，这是容易出现的错误，但要在社会的法则中纠正这个错误，却百倍艰难。诗人于坚对金星说：“金星，你是全中国心理最健康的一个人

最初的梦想就握在自己手上，最想要去的地方就别在半路返航。如果梦想不曾坠落悬崖，千钧一发，又怎么会懂得，执着的人，有双梦的翅膀。不顾一切疯狂追寻过，失落过，也妥协过，但都不能湮灭梦想兑现时的片刻欢喜。在梦想与现实交锋的那一瞬间，我看到了它们的差距。而这只是一个梦想的差距，需要太多的勇气，太多的才气，太多的热情，才能点燃青春的高潮。是成为笑傲天穹的精灵，还是成为陆地上平庸的小丑，这一切都由你自己决定。当奥运健儿站在最高领奖台上，当国歌奏响、五星红旗缓缓升起的那个瞬间，我们看到是自豪、骄傲。可这自豪的背后又有多少不为人知的艰辛与汗水，要实现梦想就必须为之奋斗。战国时期的政治家苏秦。年轻时，学问不深，曾到好多地方做事，都不受重视。家人也瞧不起他。这对他的刺激很大。所以，他下决心发奋读书。常常读书到深夜，很疲倦，他便想出了一个方法，一打瞌睡，就用锥子往自己的大腿上刺一下。这样，猛然间感到疼痛，使自己清醒起来，再坚持读书。才有了“苏秦刺骨”的佳话。
几千年前年轻的苏秦都懂得克制，更何况现在的我们呢？青春的日子请好好把握，不要等到梦里都麻木的一天，才懂得懊悔，更不要等到青春散尽的一天，才懂得珍惜。
让我们去回想我们最初的梦想，燃起我们的激情，洒一路汗水，饮一路风尘，咀嚼一路艰辛。让青春在红旗下继续燃烧，我们是搏击长空的鹰，是辽阔无垠的海，我们是有梦想，有作为的少年，我们乘风破浪，披荆砍棘，只为最初的梦，只为最炫目的光！

作为新一代的我们，理想是丰满的。我们对未来充满激情，但是我们却不得不承认，现实的骨感！因为青春不仅仅需要激情，同时也需要一颗求实进取的心！
每一个人都有自己的梦想，然而梦想总是离现实相隔万里。有些人梦想成为教书育人的人民教师，有些人梦想成为救死扶伤的白衣天使，有的人梦想成为保家卫国的人民子弟兵，有的人梦想成为人类社会发展的工程师„„不管是教师也好，医生、战士还是工程师，只要对国家、对社会奉献了自己的价值，他们都有同一个美丽的名字，叫做“人类绿色灵魂工程师”

青春的使命 尊敬的老师，同学们，大家好！
今天我演讲的题目是《青春的使命》 青春是什么？难道是携子之手，浪漫而温馨地漫步于桃红柳绿之中吗？难道是把头发染成五颜六色，在大街上旁若无人地大跳千奇百怪的街舞吗？难道是无休止地泡吧，疯狂地蹦迪吗？有些人一直在成长的十字路口徘徊。但是，我要问：难道青春仅仅就只剩下这些了吗？青春可以是远大的志向和崇高的理想；青春还可以是面对峰回路转，霹雳斩棘，举步探索的毅力。
青春不仅仅是一声声的赞美，它更是拥有使命并为之奋斗不息的源泉。因为生命的光环，一个个被践踏的躯体赋予了新的灵魂；因为青春的绚丽，一个个飞舞的思绪会聚成一首悲壮的挽歌。
时光老人又一次将时间定格在了五月。面对新一批进步中的青少年，我们不禁想起了那些曾为中华民族的民主，科学，独立而抛头颅洒热血的青年勇士们，是他们，在民族遭受屈辱的时刻挺身而出，以力挽狂澜之势救黎民于苦难。在斗争中，青年们敢于直面惨淡的人生，敢于正视淋漓的鲜血，他们以燃烧的激情和鲜血凝聚成精神的火炬，点燃了未来。这种青春是多么绚丽夺目呀，这种使命是多么震撼人心！
青春是美好的，没有使命感的青春便是贫血的青春。青年是祖国的未来，是民族的希望。在任何一个时代，青年都是社会上最富有朝气最富有创造性，最富有生命力的群体。我们要怎样才能实践自己肩负的历史使命，怎么样才能使自己的青春光彩照人呢？

今天我演讲的题目是《扬起自信的风帆 》
在漫漫的人生旅途上，我们哭过、笑过、成功过、失败过。当种种情形摆在我们眼前时，我们又该如何抉择呢？是的，人生并没有人们所期待的一帆风顺，面对成功，人们总是欣喜万分，因为它是我们努力的认可；面对失败，人们总是黯然神伤。但我们真的没必要因为失败而心灰意冷，不是有句付出总会有回报的话吗？所以挫折是难免会有的，但自信却是我们不可遗弃的。
人生的航程本来就是有波浪，有涟漪；人生的道路上一样也会有坎坷，有崎岖。我们应该坚信付出就会有回报的真谛，同时既不要因成功而沾沾自喜，也不要因失败而闷闷 不乐，要以一种积极向上的生活态度来面对成功与失败，从而以成功或失败作为契机，并以此当成新的开始。
在我的记忆里，曾有一个人令我钦佩不已。他从小热爱音乐，在他的世界里到处充满着悦耳动人的旋律。但天不从人愿，偏偏让他成了聋人，使他向往美好世界的道路上又增添了一堵厚重而严实的墙。难以想象的是他并不是因为前途困难而退缩，而是以积极的态度接受命运的挑战，坚持不懈的创作，终于，他的努力得到了人们由衷的赞赏，他也因此成为了闻名世界的著名音乐家。也许你们早已猜到，没错，他就是为世界创出无数动人乐曲的伟大音乐家贝多芬！从他的人生中，我明白了人生并不是那么不堪一击，阻碍我们的是在于我们是否有坚强的意志和信念。我相信，只要我们真诚地付出就没有任何事能难倒我们！

青春·理想
各位老师，同学们，大家好，今天我演讲的题目叫《青春·理想》。
我们，撇下无知迎来了属于我们的青春。青春，让我们肆无忌惮，畅然释怀，体味风那样的自由，感受云那般的自在，因为青春赋予我们的是生命的巅峰，我们无须成熟，我们不再无知，我们唯有执着。
人生是对理想的追求，理想是人生的指示灯，失去了这灯的作用，就会失去生活的勇气。因此，只有坚持远大的人生理想，才不会在生活的海洋中迷失方向。托尔斯泰将人生的理想分成一辈子的理想，一个阶段的理想，一年的理想，一个月的理想，甚至一天、一小时、一分钟的理想。当你听到这里，同学们，你是否想到了自己的理想？
人生的花季是生命的春天，它美丽，却短暂。作为一名大学生就应该在这一时期，努力学习，奋发向上，找到一片属于自己的天空。青年是祖国的希望，民族的未来。每个人主宰着自己的明天。
有一位哲人说过：“梦里走了许多路，醒来还是在床上。”它形象地告诉我们一个道理：人不能躺在梦幻式的理想中生活。是的，人不仅要有理想，还要大胆幻想，但更要努力去做，在理想中躺着等待新的开始，如果不仅遥遥无期，甚至连已经拥有的也会失去。同学们，你们是否也正在梦幻的理想中彷徨呢？

尊敬的各位家长：大家下午好！
非常感谢大家能在百忙中，冒着严寒来参加我们今天的活动，同时也感谢大家这一年来对我们工作的大力支持与配合，在我们的共同努力下，本学期的教学工作即将结束。
这学期，孩子们的进步非常大，每一个孩子在原来的基础上都有很大的进步，不管夏天多热，冬天多冷，都能克服困难，坚持按时到校，每节课都能刻苦练习，而且很积极，兴趣很浓厚。我觉得孩子们在这里学到的不仅仅是舞蹈，更重要的是养成了良好的习惯，锻炼了能力，改变了性格，找到了自信，拥有了坚强的毅力和吃苦耐劳的精神。
特别是：（张艺熏、高每月、樊家欣、刘苏毓、史家会，着几个同学，虽然学的时间不长，但是进步很大，）（刘璐宁、田蕊、汤贝贝、田一卓、丁宝玲、尹佳静、巨巧缘、坚持学习了一年多时间）（陈菲儿、姚雨点、张芯瑜在这里坚持学习了三年多时间。也曾参加过很多的比赛和表演。拿过很多的奖励和荣誉。能坚持三年，我觉得这真的是一种可贵的精神和毅力。
很多家长，只注重孩子知识的增长、考试分数的高低，而忽略了孩子性格和心理方面的发展，现在社会竞争很激烈，很多人心理适应能力不强，自信心不够，有学历、没能力。比如：（我们学校前段时间来应聘的一个研究生，、、、）但是缺乏自信，遇到困难就退 缩。所以，我们一定要让孩子全面发展，我们不难发现，凡是学舞蹈的孩子，不但身材好，气质好、而且心理都很健康，很阳光、很自信、很积极、也很活泼。
在学舞蹈的过程中，通过对：注意力、观察力、记忆力、想象力、表现力的训练，还有助于提高文化课的学习。他们在学生群体中比一般的孩子有一种优越感和自豪感，还可以增强孩子对生活和学习的自信心，从孩子高中升学的填报志愿来看，有特长的学生所选的学校和专业要优惠很多。而且，对孩子以后面向社会。面向就业来说，有特长、会跳舞的孩子更能适应社会需要，找工作更占优势。所以，我们一定要鼓励孩子坚持学习，不能半途而废。学一年和学两年、三年的孩子跳舞的感觉是不一样的。（这就是：台上一分钟，台下十年功的道理），我在网上看到一篇文章，说，一个孩子如果能坚持学习舞蹈6年以上，他的逆商要超过一般人，以后对他人生走向成功是很有帮助的，逆商，就是面对困难、挫折和失败的应对能力。面对逆境，如果选择了放弃，也就是选择了失败，学过舞蹈的孩子很多，但是真正能坚持的人却不多。因为，学习舞蹈的过程是很苦、很累的。有时候，一个动作要反复练习，才能够做标准。如果孩子没有毅力，没有吃苦精神，是坚持不下去的。
为了孩子能够 学到真正的本领，也为了他们以后能够更好地适应社会，我们一定要鼓励孩子坚持学习，成为一个德才兼备、全面发展的优秀人才！

今天，我要演讲的题目是《健康》!人的生命只有一次，在这仅有的一次生命当中，什么才是最重要的呢?我认为是健康，生命是相对的有限时空构成，而具有健康的身心，就会使生命的相对有限时空得以延续与拉长。
那么，什么是健康?健康包含了两个方面：身体，心理，只有身体没有疾病，心理没有缺陷了才真正算得上是个健康的人。不健康的身心会带来哪些坏处？1，难受2影响工作和生活。3.打击人的自信。我们平时养成的坏习惯或者不经意间的行为，会损害我们的健康。比如说过马路的时候闯红灯，比如生病的时候不去看病而是硬挺过去，等等，所以要养成良好的习惯，把健康留给自己，不要交给侥幸。保护你的身体，为了自己也为了爱你的人和你爱的人，它是你最好的伙伴，别让寒风来时打败他，别让疾病来时击倒它，健康是我们最强的依靠。

想到这个题目的时候，我就在想梦想是什么？小的时候常常喜欢看武侠片，看乔峰聚贤庄独斗群雄，张无忌光明顶挑战五大门派解救明教于水火之中，楚留香每次化险为夷侦破重重悬案，常常把自己带入猪脚的世界，有的时候做梦都梦见飞来飞去，行侠江湖。想成为武林高手，这不是梦想。这只是童真的幻想。有的时候会对自己说今天要跑步跑一公里，做俯卧撑20个，这也并非梦想。梦想并非遥不可及，却也并非触手可及。它是指引我们前行的一盏明灯，梦想是人动力的源泉，是需要经过努力才可以实现。人为什么要有梦想，周星驰说没有梦想的人和咸鱼有什么分别。人的一生应该如同蜡烛，从头到尾都是燃烧着的，点亮光明。有梦想的人全身都是有光芒的，点亮自己的同时也照亮别人。托尔斯泰把人的梦想分为好几种，有一辈子的，有一个阶段的，有一年的，也有一天的甚至几分钟的，我们要明确自己的梦想，在前往梦想的道路上，也许会碰上荆棘坎坷，也许有泥泞难行，这个时候不要彷徨，不要失措，重拾心情，向着梦想的方向继续前
行。梦想是我们心中一轮永恒的太阳。
篇四：信息大爆炸 信息大爆炸。现代社会是个信息大爆炸的年代，伴随着信息爆炸的是信息的泥沙俱下，海量的信息中鱼龙混杂，从而使得真正有价值的信息被大量垃圾信息所淹没，受众往往面对庞杂的信息茫然无措，这就造成了一种相对的信息匮乏。对于大多数人来讲，每天上班的第一件事就是打开电脑，浏览最新的新闻，新闻当然包罗万象，明星八卦，体坛快讯，国际政要等等等等，很多新闻我们当然是一扫而过，更多的只是作为茶前饭后的一个谈资。对于我们来讲真正起积极作用的信息其实很少。不光新闻其他形式信息的获取，也是如此，而且有许多信息不仅无益反而有害,那么如何过滤无效的，有害的信息，在有限的时间中获取更多对自己有价值的信息，其实是非常重要的。所以，首先我们要重视这个问题，很多时候，当你真正意识到问题存在时，不用别人教导，我们自己大多数情况下就能想到办法。其次所想的办法要有原则，比如必须是能长期坚持下去的，且能够切实起到作用的。在这信心爆炸的年代，请先停下脚步来思考下如何更好的获取信息，任何时候，成长都是一个刻不容缓的主题。
篇五：读书
书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉，你 热爱 读书吗？古有凿壁借光，有投悬梁锥刺股，现代真正热爱读书的人不管工作有多忙，日程被安排的有多满，都会抽出时间来读书。读书的好处能想出来千万条，每个人都知道，可是为什么就是读不起来，简单的分析下，第一没时间，第二书太难，看不懂。第三，坚持不下去。然而真的没有时间吗，无论如何都是能挤出时间的，所以这一条理由并非关键，下一条读书太慢，看不懂读不下去怎么办，我觉得存在这个情况主要是因为积累太少，又急功近利，想很快读完这本书，导致读书刚开始就读不下去了，那么针对这条我 自己的意见是不要着急，从基本的简单的入手，但是不能有放弃的念头。这只是我自己的分析，希望大家把自己的问题找出来，然后克服它。如果你想成长，如果你想成功，读书是我们最快的也是最有效的捷径。今天这篇演讲的目的是什么？我的目的很简单，帮助自己也警醒大家，别忘了读书。培养读书的爱好。人们做事情往往是三分热度，考虑到这个因素，光有志愿不去执行等于白说，每个月的一号我会把我读书体验分享给大家，希望大家监督我帮助我，也欢迎大家跟我一起结伴同行共同努力。读书不能有一日落下，希望今天的演讲能真真正正的帮到大家。谢谢

如何才能成功。成功是什么？成功就是实现目标。目标是非常重要的，假设你看不见一个把，你如何射中它。每个人都想成功，每个人对目标的定义不同，要赚很多钱，要成为顶尖的设计师，要做一个好领导，或是成为一个好厨师，这些都可以设定为你的目标，甚至有些人说，他只要每天能够早上起床，他只要在地上而不是在床上，那么他就成功了。成功的定义随便你怎么下，当你下定义的时候，你就有了一个目标准备要完成，当你可以预见你的目标，每天不断改善你自己，让自己每天进步1%甚至2%的话，成功是迟早的事情。成功是一个过程，并不是一个结果。每当我们追求成功的时候，必须晓得如何去享受过程。成功没有捷径，如果真的有秘诀的话，那就是要学习别人的经验，也就是说，用已经证明有效的方法来帮助自己，很多人之所以没有成功，是因为他们都在用自己的经验，多了解成功的人做哪些事情，采取哪些行动，会大大帮助我们成功。成功是偶然的，多了解他的本质，它也会是必然的。
篇八：拒绝借口 对于每一个渴望成功的人来说，借口是致命的毒药，借口是迈向成功的绊脚石，借口是制约我们进步和发展的最大敌人！借口主要有两种，1.我办不到。在工作和生活中人们常常会以以下理由推脱，时间上来不及了，我不能，我已无能为力等等，如果我们的内心多一些这样的字眼:我可以，我要试试其他的可能性，我打算怎样怎样，往往就是不一样的结果，举个例子来说，下班我去赶109路公交车，刚下楼发现车停在红专路口，正常情况下我以为上不去车了就会继续慢悠悠的走向公交站牌，必然会错过这班车，实际情况是我多跑几步赶到站牌处，回头一看，公交车
还在路口红绿灯那边一步未动，哈哈。拒绝说办不到，会使我们变得更加自信，更加优秀。另外一个，是懒惰和拖延，懒惰会使人心里灰暗，拖延是对我们宝贵生命的一种无端浪费，这两者在我们的工作中和生活中不断发生，如果我们把一天的时间记录下来，会发现，不知不觉间因为懒惰和拖延消耗了大量的时间。拒绝找借口，借口把绝大多数人挡在了成功的大门之外，借口不但害人，而且误己。
篇九：做一个优秀的人 什么是优秀的人，老话常说，三百六十行，行行出状元，这个状元就是每个行业最优秀的人。我们不一定非要做那个最优秀的人，但是一定要向它靠拢。生活的目的是什么，不仅仅是为了活着，更是要活的精彩，活得有趣，活得快乐。这个 社会是个优胜劣汰的社会如果你不去努力完善自己，让自己更加优秀，你就只能在社会的底层徘徊，你想要的生活，你想要的快乐就可能只是一个泡影，一个人的能力有大小之分，天分有高低之分，悟性有好坏之分，但它决定不了一个人的命运。最重要的是勤能补拙，一份耕耘一份收获。反之，再好的资质，不去磨炼也难成大器，即是小有成就也不会长久，所以我们要早点觉醒，就从现在开始改变自己，别等到已无力改变的时候才后悔莫及。时间 只有一次，生命只有一次。所以行动起来！对自己说，我是个优秀的人！

psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problemof living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , andquickened pace of life .
statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financialproblems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults nowsuffering . as students in the university , we are also under our special stress. while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against adeadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressedmay be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach .
later ,when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . ithink we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and howwe can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

if kindness is added to a strange you will have a friend; but if hostility is added, you will have an enemy. if love is added to a pile of red bricks you will have a home, but if hatred is add to those bricks , you will have an concentration camp.
so my dear friends, never complain that life is boring and the world is disappointing. if don’t like the taste of your life, change the ingredients. three year ago, i weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrassment and frustration in my life. like always failing my p.e examinations, like always being laughed at by girls, like being terrified to speak in public. it was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself. she said “ my dear, if you can’t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style. so i began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking. by hoosing to change my outlook on life, i developed the confidence to make a difference and finally i found a totally new world. so my dear friend, if faith, hope, love, endurance are added to your life, you will find the confidence to conquer your limitation and embrace new challenges. and hopefully with my speech included, you will have a fantastic speech contest.
my definition of success
today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.
