坚持
大家好，我叫陆家诚。今天我演讲的题目是坚持。
胜利贵在坚持。想要取得胜利就要坚持不懈地努力，坚定地朝着自己的目标进发，饱尝了许多次的失败之后才能成功。成功是胜利的标志，也可以这样说，坚持才能成功。
古往今来，许许多多的名人不都是依靠坚持才取得胜利的吗？
《史记》的作者司马迁，从小就立志要写一本史书，从十几岁开始就游历名山大川，收集写作素材最终完成了这本旷世巨著。他靠的是什么？还不是坚持。要是他无法忍受收集素材的艰苦而没有坚持下去，那么我们现在就再也看不到这本巨著，无法吸收他的思想精华，所以他的成功，他的胜利，最主要的还是靠坚持。
从前在美国标准石油公司里，有一位小职员叫阿基勃特。他在远行住旅馆的时候，总是在自己签名的下方，写上“每桶4美元的标准石油”的字样，在书信及收据上也不例外。只要签名，就一定写上那几个字。日复一日，年复一年。他因此被同事叫做“每桶4美元”，而他的真名倒没有人叫。公司董事长洛克菲勒知道这件事后说：“竟有职员如此努力且关心公司的声誉，我要见一见他。”于是邀请阿基勃特共进晚餐。后来，洛克菲勒卸任，阿基勃特成了第二任董事长。这是一件谁都可以做到的事，可是只有阿基勃特一个人去做了，而且坚定不移，乐此不疲。嘲笑他的人中，肯定有不少才华、能力都在他之上，可是到最后，只有他成了董事长。由此可见，获得成功的主要因素不是才华和能力，而是坚持。
荀子说：“骐骥一跃，不能十步，驽马十驾，功在不舍。锲而舍之，朽木不折，锲而不舍，金石可镂。”这也充分地说明了坚持的重要性。就好比龟兔赛跑的故事，大家都知道兔子跑起来比乌龟快得多，照理说，也应该是兔子赢得这场比赛，然而结果恰恰相反，这是什么缘故呢？正是因为兔子不坚持到底，它自恃自己速度快，跑了一会儿就在路边睡大觉，似乎是稳操胜券，然而乌龟则不同，他没有因为自己爬得慢而气馁，反而更加锲而不舍地坚持爬到底。坚持就是胜利，它最终赢得了比赛。
“水滴石穿，绳锯木断”，这个道理我们每个人都懂得，然而为什么微不足道的水滴能把石头滴穿？柔软的绳子能把硬梆梆的木头锯断？根本原因还是坚持。一滴水的力量是微不足道的，不能撼动石头一分一毫，然而许多滴的水坚持不断地冲击石头，就能形成巨大的力量，最终把石头滴穿。同样道理，绳子也能把木锯断。功到自然成，成功之前难免有失败，然而只要能克服困难，坚持不懈地努力，那么，成功就在眼前。
在高中学习，面对来自各个学校的精英，我们感受到了远远大于初中的压力，但我们不能放弃，而是要坚持下去。因为坚持就是胜利，只有坚持，才能获得成功。
