不知同学们有没有发现一个问题:从小的时候,父母就非常注重我们的学习成绩。如果你某次数学测试只得了十五分,回到家竟然还能若无其事的吃饭,爸妈看到你这样,会说,你看看你,成绩这么差,我小的时候数学考了98分都会回家痛哭。我不否认我们在座的各位同学的高中成绩不如本科生,但是我有一个观点:中国绝大部分的大学的录取标准是什么?-----是你的高考成绩,而非其他。换言之,相对于本科生而言,我们不是一个解题高手,仅此而已。

现在我来分析一下我们的高考制度吧。中国的大学设置录取分数线,600分你有资格上北大,清华,580你可以选择上山大,上浙大,200分你就歇菜。但不管分数如何,总有大学愿意录取你。你来读专科,仅仅是解题手段不高明。

每个人都有自己擅长的领域,有自己独到的简介,但也不免有偏颇或不成熟之处。考大学的优秀学子千千万万,那么学校通过什么手段录取学生才能知道他的思想如何,知识体系是否丰富呢?大学无法完全判断你所有的精妙思想,于是它只能通过一种较为科学的方式将你抽象的思想具象化,比如说考你数学方程式、集合、函数的解题过程,或者是要求你写一篇命题作文,以这种方式将你无序的思维专业化理论化的整理出来,那就是考试了。但考试充其量也只是在某些方面检测你的能力,它本身是片面的,单调的,无法覆盖全部的。

同学们,诚然我们在某时某刻都不是解题高手,但我们未必不是创新性人才。问苍茫大地,谁主沉浮?我们不能因为自己是专科生就哀叹不如本科生能力强,希望大家能最大限度的利用好大学资源,充实自我,打下各方面扎实的基础。

现在,我想再给大家分析一下“学历”。钱钟书先生在《围城》中是这样解释学历的,他说“这一张文凭,仿佛有亚当、夏娃下身那片树叶的功用,可以遮羞包丑,小小的一方纸可以把人的空疏、寡陋、愚笨都掩盖起来。这就是学历。”窃以为这是有道理的。我的理解是,学历就像玩“跑跑卡丁车”时的l2驾照一样,等我好不容易考过了l2驾照,有机会去和高手赛跑了,但是我却发现,在很多情况下我竟然跑不过l3里级别低于我的人。由此可见,有驾照是一回事,能不能驾驭自如是另一回事。同样的,学历可使你踏上一个较高的跳板,至于能跳到多远则完全取决于你的真才实学。

不同的企业需要用不同的敲门砖叩响他们的大门,本科是目前通用的比较坚固的一块敲门砖罢了,敲开门后能否大展身手靠的是自己的一点一滴努力孕育出的本事,学历也不再具备说服力。

但是同学们,我们还是要看到明显的不同:本科生在一定程度上比我们勤奋,并且本科院校的学习氛围比我们要浓厚得多。那些解题高手终究会苏醒,他们的思想会慢慢变得活跃,他们的碰碰车也会越来越多,而且比我们撞得更猛。那我们应该如何应对呢?

大家肯定听说过一个成语,“蓬生麻中,不扶则直,泥沙在涅,与之俱黑”。身边的环境可以对我们产生影响。身边的同学专于书本,你若不学就必然落后了。而等到他们毕业,自然会通晓很多的东西,而我们能得到什么呢?知识的渴望与对自己落后的惊慌催促勤奋的人去学习,这一点是超越大学性质本身的。如果说大学的初始阶段,我们和本科生的差别仅是专业技能方面,但在一年一年周而复始的懒惰之后,差距会有多大呢?

大家好,我是孙修漠,今天我怀着愉快而又忐忑的心情给大家算是讲这么一会儿。为什么说我忐忑呢?因为我天生就是一个性格腼腆的人,站在台前总是感觉那么的不自在。但是我听沃老师说是给成功大学的优秀同学们讲课,我感觉我就算丢脸我也要来,这是我的荣幸。

今天我想从两方面给大家谈谈,第一个是关于等待,第二个是关于依靠你自己,好,咱现在进入正题。

在日常生活中,我们常常需要等待,红灯停,绿灯才能行、食堂打饭要等,买火车票要等,一个“等”字已经贯穿于我们的生活,等待谁都会,我玩着手机等开饭可以,看着书等图书馆开门也可以,关键是,在等待的过程中,我们在做什么,我们在通过怎样的方式来度过等待的时间。当然,这些都是生活中的小事,或许不足挂齿,但是,如果我把等待上升为一个人生和事业的程度上,大家可能要重视了,我们的付出,也许不能起到立竿见影的效果,因此,我们需要等待,不急不躁、不气不馁,并且最好在等待的空隙里琢磨点事情,我有一个习惯,就是讲什么东西时喜欢从某个故事着手,今天也不想例外。故事还得从我上高中的时候说起。长久以来,在我的内心深处有一堵墙,它让我对精彩望而却步,对梦想不敢奢求,它大概就是所谓的不自信,也就表现为能力的不被体现与对自己的轻视。不自信的原因大概就是因为“成绩不好”。大家都看重成绩,老师、家长喜欢成绩好的同学。于是很多像我这样成绩不理想却充满着发展潜力的人只能在角落里哀叹“时运不齐”。但是我常常希望自己有这么一个机会来改变一下自己,多少让自己变得成熟一些,脸皮厚一些,不过我总是羞于跨出这么一步,很多机会就这样白白流逝,到后来甚至形成了恶性循环。越是不敢改变越是不自信,不怕大家笑话,我高三的时候女生看我一眼我就脸红。不过我的命运出现了转机,那也是一个小故事。有一次我出远门,车来得晚,好不容易上了车我想起给送我的叔叔发了条短信“叔、我终于上车了,这车晚点了”。过了不到一分钟短信回来了,是这样说的“上了车就好,路上小心点。记住一句话,生活中也会有很多情况让你停滞,若是无法前进,就一边努力一边等待吧”。这句话说得我是五体投地。更重要的的是,这句话给了我很大的启发。我想确实是这样的,有些时候我们确实寸步难行,生活会不经意间给与我们苦难或是挫折,与其埋怨,不如努力。于是我发挥了我现学现用的特长,现在的不自信让我不敢迈出第一步,索性我就先不在这了纠结了,我先丰富一下我的大脑,等到我稍微自信的那一天,也许就能锋芒毕露了。高三那一年我看了很多书,上至诸子百家、下至找死的兔子,我都看。当踏入宁职院的大门时我想我的春天来了,我要去改变一下,勇敢地踏出第一步,不然我都对不起我一年来用数学课的时间偷偷看的《德川家康》。我竞选了班长、参加演讲比赛、学生会,这些经历都深深刺激到了我。影响到了我,我的现状就好像从清朝末年的闭关锁国一下子到了新中国的改革开放。进步是有的、遗憾、不足也是有的,但是我取得了成功,至少我改变了、不那么扭扭捏捏、顾影自怜了。最好的证据就是面对在座的这么多优秀的同学我还能说出来话。而在高中的时候,我讲多长时间久抖多长时间。这就是我的故事、同学们,请记住那句话“生活并非一帆风顺、无法前行的时候,就请你一边努力一边等待吧。

“现代科举制”有一定的积极意义,在一定程度上选拔了鹤立鸡群的学习佼佼者,却将大部分有创新精神的人排斥在外,顺我者欢迎光临,逆我者沙扬娜拉。大学录取了众多的“高手”,而“淘汰者”与此同时开始了在其他方面的发展。你说孰优孰劣如何定论?只要人的思想多,就会有了很多思想与思想碰撞的机会。有了想法的时候,也就有了爱迪生的电灯,鲁迅的“痛打落水狗”。而有没有这些思想和上大学本身没有关系,这些是你和这个世界发生反应后自然生成的一些东西。就读于哪所大学,仅仅是我们人生选择的一部分。我们仍然可以拥有好的想法,去大胆的发表见解。

但有好想法的前提是要多学些东西。就好比你的大脑是一个碰碰车场,你的知识和想法越多,场地就越宽广,碰碰车就越多。碰碰车越多的运动场车辆相撞的几率就越大,在激烈的争逐中便能撞出思绪,撞出想法,倘若你不积累不学习,你就做不成车场老板。

同学们,诚然我们在某时某刻都不是解题高手,但我们未必不是创新性人才。问苍茫大地,谁主沉浮?我们不能因为自己是专科生就哀叹不如本科生能力强,希望大家能最大限度的利用好大学资源,充实自我,打下各方面扎实的基础。

现在,我想再给大家分析一下“学历”。钱钟书先生在《围城》中是这样解释学历的,他说“这一张文凭,仿佛有亚当、夏娃下身那片树叶的功用,可以遮羞包丑,小小的一方纸可以把人的空疏、寡陋、愚笨都掩盖起来。这就是学历。”窃以为这是有道理的。我的理解是,学历就像玩“跑跑卡丁车”时的L2驾照一样,等我好不容易考过了L2驾照,有机会去和高手赛跑了,但是我却发现,在很多情况下我竟然跑不过L3里级别低于我的人。由此可见,有驾照是一回事,能不能驾驭自如是另一回事。同样的,学历可使你踏上一个较高的跳板,至于能跳到多远则完全取决于你的真才实学。

不同的企业需要用不同的敲门砖叩响他们的大门,本科是目前通用的比较坚固的一块敲门砖罢了,敲开门后能否大展身手靠的是自己的一点一滴努力孕育出的本事,学历也不再具备说服力。

但是同学们,我们还是要看到明显的不同:本科生在一定程度上比我们勤奋,并且本科院校的学习氛围比我们要浓厚得多。那些解题高手终究会苏醒,他们的思想会慢慢变得活跃,他们的碰碰车也会越来越多,而且比我们撞得更猛。那我们应该如何应对呢?

在学校,早晨的教室依旧缺乏琅琅的读书声,夜晚的图书馆依旧孤单冷清,闲暇时间到处是滴滴的QQ呼叫声。同学们,我可以斩钉截铁的说我们拥有雄心壮志,可以自信地说我们都是数一数二的才子佳人,但切记我们不能过分骄傲,过分浮躁。我们需要不断自省,问问自己是不是缺少了那么一点点的勤奋劲儿?现在,请静静地聆听,你们的耳边是否响起了对手们翻动书页的刷刷声?如果说高中时期的学习成绩我们已无法改变,那走出大学之后,我们难道不应该留一个美好的回忆,满载着硕果走向社会吗?

同学们,永远靠自己,不要停止建造碰碰车场。当身边的人在玩电脑,你能去看书就是一种进步;当别人还在纠结如何制定计划,你能去实行了就是一种超越。我曾经去过诸如宁波大学、浙江师范大学等本科院校,看到了那里学生们的学习状态,我即刻总结出了我们和本科院校的差距----那就是他们的学习氛围和学生孜孜不倦的学习精神。这一点尤其重要。

大家肯定听说过一个成语,“蓬生麻中,不扶则直,泥沙在涅,与之俱黑”。身边的环境可以对我们产生影响。身边的同学专于书本,你若不学就必然落后了。而等到他们毕业,自然会通晓很多的东西,而我们能得到什么呢?知识的渴望与对自己落后的惊慌催促勤奋的人去学习,这一点是超越大学性质本身的。如果说大学的初始阶段,我们和本科生的差别仅是专业技能方面,但在一年一年周而复始的懒惰之后,差距会有多大呢?

产生差距的因素,不是老师,不是专科或本科的区别,而是一种深厚的学习氛围和求索进取的心把我们之间的距离拉大了。你输给了自己,输给了学习氛围,输给了对形势的判断,输在了自暴自弃上。因此我想说,做你自己的上帝。自信,勤奋,自立,思想的活跃,会带给你一个美好的人生。

社会存在“专科生不如本科生”的偏见,但我们绝不比任何人差。我们靠自己同样能活得轰轰烈烈,精彩绝伦。而靠你自己的第一步就是要相信自己,满怀信心地去做好每件小事;第二步就是切实可行的计划,依照计划不断学习,不断实践,不断思考,另外,要多问些为什么,这样会让你有一个独立的姿态。如果连你自己都放弃了问为什么,放弃了为自己争取答案的权利和机会,还有谁能帮的上你的忙?

从何时开始,我们只会向权威屈服?从何时开始,我们不好意思跟别人不一样?从何时开始,你放弃了捍卫自己论点和立场的机会?从何时开始“以和为贵”变成懦弱的最好理由?要改变自己,要让自己变得独立,就开始从问“为什么”开始。

当作为同样身负建设国家重任的专科生的我们做到这些的时候,当我们这一批热血澎湃的年轻人做到这些的时候,谁的人生不辉煌灿烂?还有谁会说本科生和专科生有差距?谁还会对90后的我们充满质疑?

前方之路,道阻且长。路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索。多给自己一些信心,勤奋一点,努力一点。我们的人生一样精彩!

综观当今广播电视界,大凡功成名就的主持人无不以其独特的风格走进千家万户,叩开受众的心扉,或儒雅或活泼,或幽默。那么什么是节目主持人的风格呢???节目主持人的风格,是指主持人在多个或多种节目中表现出来的一种带有稳定性的个性特征。不管愿意与否,只要主持人主持节目,那么,通过他的言语行为和非言语行为,受众总会感受到某种个性化的语言,个性化的举止,即某种特定的风格。主持人的风格直接影响到节目的风格,关系到节目的传播效果。

一个主持人的风格是由多种因素促成的,包括他所特有的思想情感,个人气质,生活经验,审美理想,以及时代与环境氛围等,其中,以主持人的个性影响最为明显。气质概指精神面貌,反映个性特征,带有性格的色彩,是人的典型的,稳定的心理特征,它表现为人的心理活动的动力方面的特征。主要反映在情绪体验中的强或弱,思维的快或慢,动作的灵敏或迟钝,行为表现的明显或隐匿,以及语言的速度和节奏等。气质不是有形之物,但给人的整个心理活动的表现涂上了鲜明的个人色彩,从而给节目主持人独特的风格以很大的影响。正由于主持人个人气质不同所以,他们在节目中便表现出或活泼,或文静,或快言快语思维敏捷,或沉稳持重慢慢道来等各具特色的风格。

节目主持人以独特的视角观察世界,认识世界,选择与众不同的题材,产生别具一格的见解,表达自己与世人迥异 的对生活的态度,也是主持人风格的比较明显的体现。独创的非大众化的视角,观点自然会在众多同类中脱颖而出,独领风骚。

主持人个人的审美趣味,审美理想等对该主持人风格的形成也有很大影响。有的人崇尚自然,其主持风格便朴实无华,“天然去雕饰”,有的人好温馨,其主持风格便充满浪漫情调,有的人以雄壮,瑰丽为美,其风格便透出阳刚之气,有如高山,大海。有的人以秀丽,纤柔为美,其风格则给人“杏花春雨江南”的感觉。

语言表达是主持人赖以运用的重要手段,也是主持人风格的一个组成要素。语言是思维的物质外壳,主持人的语言表达反映出该主持的思维方式,知识,品德修养,内在气质,思想感情等。每个主持人都有自己的个性语言,并在主持节目时,不可避免地显现出不同的个性差异,从而造就了主持人的不同风格。主持人的个性语言越鲜明突出,就越能表现出特殊的魅力和感染力。倪萍的语言是热情的,赵忠祥的语言是平和的,沈力的语言则是亲切的。

节目主持人的风格是多种多样的。作为一个节目主持人要建立自己的独特风格,首先必须充分认识,了解自己,对自己的气质,风度,知识,认识,性格,爱好,音色,音量,语调语气都要有一个正确的评估。一个人气质和风度虽然与五官,身材,服饰有关,反映在一个人的音容笑貌及举手投足之中,但从本质上来看,却是一个人的内在修养,学识的外在表现,与人的生活的环境,经历,教育类型和程度,社会地位等密不可分。此外,要想建立自己的主持风格,不仅要做到知己,还要知彼,也就是说要吃准节目的类型,扬长避短,使自己的主持方式尽可能与节目协调一致。而对一些刚踏上节目主持岗位的朋友来说,则可以在充分了解自己的前提下,寻找一些与自己类型相似的节目主持人为楷模,在自己不断“充电”不断实践的基础上,从“鹦鹉学舌”模仿开始,然后不断探索,不断创新,最终创立自己的节目主持风格。

山东大学与台湾成功大学学生交换项目

根据我校与台湾成功大学达成协议,我校将于2006-07学年第二学期选派十名本科生赴台湾成功大学学习一学期。有关事项通知如下:

一、项目介绍

1、项目概况:

根据两校达成协议,台湾成功大学每学年可接收我校十名在校本科生赴该校学习一个学期,学习结束后返回我校继续学业。我校所派交换生将在台湾成功大学参加所修课程的考试,由该校提供考试成绩报告单,我校将依据成绩单并按本校规定给予学分。

2、项目申请截止日期:10月16日

3、入学日期: 2007年2月23日

4、学习专业:可根据对方的专业设置选学与自己专业相近的课程

5、授课语言:中文

二、报名 1.报名条件:

(1)在校的本科二、三年级学生(2)热爱祖国,关注社会,政治立场坚定(3)身体健康,能圆满完成学习任务(4)品行端正,无不良习惯(5)学习成绩优秀
