大家好！

我是客房部服务员纪娜, 非常高兴今天可以在这里跟大家一起交流关于正能量的感悟，今天我演讲的题目是《如果不能成为大树，就做棵小草》。

记得小时候,如果能吃上一颗糖果,心里就会开心;如果能穿上一件新衣服，心里就是快乐的；如果能看上一部电影，即使是露天的，甚至还要步行十几里地，心里也是幸福的。那时候，生活虽然艰苦，但简单而又快乐。

随着年龄的增长，不知从什么时候起，我们的耳边充满抱怨，抱怨房价高涨，抱怨食品安全，抱怨工作不顺,甚至抱怨他人的一个眼神，我们的生活因为各种抱怨而变得复杂，我们的心情因患得患失而变得沉重„„，我不禁思考，究竟为什么，我们会如此抱怨？

前不久，公司组织我们一起学习了《卡耐基正能量》一书，书中有这么一句话，如果上帝给我一个柠檬，我就把它做成一杯柠檬汁，读后让我想起上学时老师给我们讲的一个故事：从前，有一个老太太，她有两个女儿，大女儿嫁给一个卖伞的，小女儿嫁给一个卖鞋的。天晴时，老太太愁眉不展，担心她大女儿的伞卖不出去；天阴时，老太太依然唉声叹气，担心她小女儿的鞋卖不出去，年复一年，老太太的眼

睛都快哭瞎了。后来，有个聪明人劝她说：天晴时，你小女儿的鞋肯定卖的不错，你应该为她高兴；天阴时，你大女儿的伞肯定卖的不错，你仍然应该为她高兴。无论晴天还是阴天，你都应该感到高兴才对啊！这个故事让我懂得一个道理：如果我们改变不了环境，我们就改变心境，一味的抱怨只会让我们更加沮丧！

俗话说:“人生不如意事常八九”。世事岂能尽如人意，不如意的时候，我们要换个角度去思考：如果我们不能成为大树，就做一颗小草，如果我们不能成为老板，就做好一名员工，如果只有一个柠檬，就将它做成一杯可口的柠檬汁。最重要的就是做好自己，做好自己当下的事，如果做不到最好，就力争做得更好。

生活因为热爱而丰富多彩，生命因为信心而充满希望。辛弃疾曾说：我看青山多妩媚，料青山见我应如是。正所谓相由心生，境由心造，唯有心中充满正能量，才能感受到人生的美好。让我们唤醒每个人内心向善向上的正能量，用我们的正能量去滋养生命、去感染他人，去建筑属于自己的幸福生活。

在生活中，总会有些时候，我们预想丰满，满心期待，换来的却是现实骨感，大失所望。我们也曾雄心勃勃地规划人生蓝图，最终却昙花一现，不由自主地被自己的行为所背叛。我们同样想过抵制诱惑，挑战自我，可一次又一次地自我妥协，让我们的心灵习惯了屈从于身体。当我们为此而遭受内心的谴责时，总会有一个声音，清晰耳间：再一次 正能量。

那么什么是正能量？

在我看来，它是功成名就却毫不自居的虚怀若谷；它是深陷低谷却毫不言弃的坚持不懈；它是使我们看清现实的残酷却仍旧热爱生活的豁达乐观；它亦是面对不公却并不怨天尤人的勇往直前。只有我们胸怀正能量，才可能在瞬息万变的人生路上顺水推舟，无往不利。

生活就像飞行棋，我们永远不知道人生的下一步将会遭遇何种境地，但最明智的选择是用胸中的正能量为每一步打下坚实不屈的脚印。

肯尼迪说过：人最大的危险是无所行动。而关于正能量，不在能知，乃在能行。接下来，我就如何胸怀正能量与大家分享三个方面。

首先，我们每个人都有潜在的正能量，只是很大一部分容易被周围的负能量所影响削弱，我们无法使身边的负能量失去踪影，但我们可以用理智的态度审判它。无论你遇到什么不公的事，难以接受的事，你都要心如止水，用一颗百毒不侵的内心去捍卫正能量。有一年，温总理来河北视察，没有走当地安排的路线，他在路边发现了一个老农民，旁边放着一副棺材，他下车去看，那个老农民说因为太穷了，没钱治病，才把自己的棺材板拿出来卖，于是温总理给了他五百块钱拿回家了。事后温总理与大家谈起这个故事时说：中国大地上的事情是无穷无尽的，不要在乎一时的得失，要执着。在我们身边的负能量，同样是无穷无尽的，今天你的朋友背弃了你，明天你竞选干部又被潜规则所伤，后天你又在网上淘到了劣质产品，如果面对身边的负能量，我们总是耿耿于怀地以愤青的心态去对待，那么我们将终日懊恼，逡巡不前。因此我们不要在乎一时一事的得失，要坚定让心中的那份正能量始终岿然不动，波澜不惊。

第三方面，积极的心里暗示是刺激正能量增加的切实方法。在人生的每一年，每一个月我们都有自己的目标、信念和动力的触发点，我们可以把它们做成录音放在手机上，每天清晨睁开双眼，我们便用心地倾听一遍。当我们面对机会，却选择逃避时，这声音会激励我们变得勇敢；当我们选择放弃目标自我妥协时，这声音便会提醒我们变得执着；当我们碌碌无为，茫然失措时，这声音便会指引我们找到方向。只要每天都给自己积极的心理暗示，日久天长，你会发现你已然蜕变。

胸怀正能量，我们就要修炼心壑，纵有激雷，也要心如平湖；胸怀正能量，我们就要明知这世界并不完美，但仍不言乏力、不言放弃；胸怀正能量，我们就要积极暗示，时刻聆听自己内心深处的声音。只要做到以上三个方面，我们的正能量才可能不被习惯所掩盖，被时间所迷离，被惰性所消磨。最后，希望大家能够胸怀正能量，活的精彩，活的漂亮！篇三：正能量 演讲稿

是的!我们需要正能量，给自己充满正能量，给社会传递正能量!如何找寻正能量呢?也许我们可以从他认出获得，但是整日靠他人“接济”

未来的正能量又何能缓解现代都市的压力,况从生物学的角度来说，能量在传递

过程中会不断损耗。自己动手，丰衣足食。事实上正能量也正是这样藏匿于我们的眼皮底下：也许就溶在一杯咖啡里面，也许就隐于一行优雅的诗句里，也许就

呆呆地在每个慵懒闲适的恰到好处的午后等着我们。不同于真正意义上的能量，正能量并非与什么东西是此消彼长的关系，所以只要我们想就可以创造出无止境的正能量，从别人出汲取，不如自己创造。

可有的人总爱抱怨说，我的上司太苛刻了，我的老师太严厉了，我的父母一 点都不关心我的想法，总之我的环境整个儿一个都是负的，我何去寻找正能量? 与积极乐观的人交往能感受到他们传递给你的正能量。正能量还包括了爱与

奉献，传递爱也是正能量传递的一种形式。把能量继续传递下去，我相信你一定

会生活在一个积极快乐的环境里。

如果不能适应它，那就尝试去改变它吧。培根说：“如果你有一份快乐，你

将它告诉别人，那么你将拥有双份的快乐。”所以，不要吝啬你的正能量，将他

释放出去，你将拥有更多的正能量，所以从今天起，给上司一个微笑，给你的老

师一份赞许，赠你父母一个拥抱，慢慢的，也许你就会发现，你和你的周围充满

最后，就是要加强自己的理论修养，多多关心与自己专业相关的最新理论成果，理论联系实际，为真正实现自己作为一名优秀建设新宁南的接班人而努力和奋斗。

青春是什么？新华词典上解释说，青春是指我们的青春时期。如今的我们年轻气盛，风华正茂，激情四射，用满腔的热血挥洒着青春正能量。

曾经我们我们不懂什么是青春，曾经在作文中也傻傻的歌颂青春，但是一回到生活，我们保持着我们的三分钟热度，然后依旧三点一线，食堂。宿舍。教学楼，吃饭。睡觉。上课，甚至有人调侃说我们就比猪强那么一点，如今，我们来到了大学，感受不一样的教育方式，有了更多自己的时间。空间，可以在这段真正属于自己的时间里去学习那些我们曾经喜欢过的，甚至于是热衷过的东西。年轻是我们的资本，更是我们的财富，我们该用它去创造更多的价值。

我们在青春里谈理想，谈拼搏。如果我们将理想高高的挂在天上，那它就像一颗摘不到的星星，可望而不可及。一个切合实际的理想是青春时期的一盏引路灯，朝着它我们在迷茫时可以找到方向，可以和大家说一个大家可能都听过的故事，小时候，当项羽的叔父问起他长大了之后要干什么？项羽的回答是统一天下，对很多人来说，这是一个想都不敢想的梦想，就像并不是每一个人都敢定一个未来像刘洋。杨利伟一样遨游太空的梦想。但是对他来说这就是一个目标，所以他从小苦苦习武，熟读兵法，一直在朝着这个目标而努力，虽然兵败垓下，英雄末路，他想不开，选择了乌江自刎，但是他从小立志的精神却值得我们永远学习，现在的我们青春年少，人生路漫漫，从此开始，带着我们的青春正能量出发还来得及。

如今我们倡导“空谈误国，实干兴邦”，我们最需要的就是实干精神，将理想付诸于行动，理想才能实现它真正的价值，我们知道万事开头难。所以，我们需要勇气，扬帆起航。也许此刻你的心中已经有了一个目标，你热血沸腾，激情四起，但是也许很有可能你会在一小时后。在你的激情消逝之后一直将实践理想步子一拖再拖，迟迟没有勇气去追逐你的理想。而勇气帮我们将理想插上起飞的翅膀。有人说人生需要一场说走就走的旅行，我们的过分犹豫只会原地踏步，朋友们，让我们鼓起勇气将理想进行到底。

著名的企业家马云曾接受记者采访时说过“今天很痛苦，明天很痛苦，后天很美好。很多人就是在明天晚上放弃，看不到后天的太阳”，没有人能随随便便成功，挫折则更是人生路上一道美妙的风景，“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，正所谓“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤”。坚持是我们的正能量之一，美好的青春正在继续，何不放飞我们的梦想，像我们所熟悉的爱迪生那样，在发明电灯时，做了一次又一次的试验。在每一次试验失败后，他总结经验，又投入到下一次的试验中，反反复复，直到成功为止。不只是爱迪生，很多的前人用他们的走出的人生道路告诉我们 ：青春年华可以说是在挫折和失败中渡过的。但也正因为有了这些失败的教训，我们才能拥有无悔而精彩的人生。

青春需要正能量，正能量将为我们插上翱翔的翅膀，飞向广阔蔚蓝的天空！最后我想用梁启超的话来结束今天的演讲：“少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强，少年进步则国进步，少年雄于地球，则国雄于地球。”让我们洒一路汗水，饮一路风尘，嚼一跟艰辛，让青春在红旗下继续燃烧；愿每一位青年都怀抱着自己的理想，在人生的航程上不断乘风破浪，奋勇前进！

大家好！

我叫孙杨君，来自聚奎镇中心小学，今天我演讲题目是《为教师的“正能量”正名》。

提到“正能量”一词，我想，很多人在本次活动开展之前都和我一样，只有一个可意会而不可言传的模糊概念。为此，我专门去请教了一下“万能”的百度。其结果，却令我大跌眼镜。正能量一词，原本出自于英国物理学家狄拉克之手，是电动力学的一个专用名词。

20xx年，世界级心理学家，理查德的专著，经李磊译名为《正能量》，原本用于物理学上的这一专用名词，瞬间便爆红网络，高居20xx年十大网络流行词汇之榜首。一时间掀起一股跟进、模仿、报道“正能量”的狂潮，一切可以贯之以积极的、健康的、催人奋进的、催人泪奔的、给予人力量的、给予人希望的各种主题的人或事，统统贴上“正能量”的标签，予以打包销售。

“正能量”一词已然跃升为一个充满了象征意义的符号，在这个快节奏的现代社会中，给那些正在顶着来自生活、工作、人际关系等各方面压力的现代人们，带来幸福的憧憬和希望，激励着他们走出眼前的困境，扬帆前行。今天，我想谈一谈教育队伍中的正能量，为教师的“正能量”正名。“践行社会主义核心价值观；传递教育系统正能量”，当看到这个命题后，着实让我有些头疼不已。因为，太多的关于教师的“负能量”包围着我们。打开“万能”的百度，输入“体罚”这一类的关键词，瞬间能跳出成千上万条相关的信息，令人目不睱接。猥亵学生、违规补课，花样百出，层出不穷。教师头上的美丽光环已然消失殆尽，原本“光辉”的职业，已近了“十恶不赦”的边缘。教师们更是怨声载道，“鸭梨山大”。原来在人前可骄傲地说：“我是教师”，现在，却不敢直视自己的职业，教师，都快成了“恶魔”的代名词。以至于，学生给老师撑了一把伞，都会成“万众瞩目”的大事件。可大家忽略了一个事实，教师，首先是一个人，是人就会犯错，是人，就会有人犯错。为什么只有教师的“错”会被人津津乐道，而教师的善行，充满“正能量”的人和事，却不常被人提及。在教师的队伍中，有过多少闪着光，发着热的“正能量”，你看得见吗？

5月12汶川大地震中，用自己羸弱的身躯，挡住坍塌下来的水泥板的瞿万容老师、用血肉之躯为孩子们筑起生命之门的张米亚老师、舍身护生的谭千秋老师，不更应该值得我们去牢牢记住吗？“最美女老师”张丽莉，在汽车飞驰而来时，不顾自身安危，推开吓傻了的孩子，自己却被无情的车轮碾轧至高位截肢，那张美丽的脸庞，不更应该深深烙在我们的心上么？如果说，这些事迹都太过悲壮，是时事造就的英雄壮举，那且看，扎根山村，培育乡村孩子34载寒暑的杨金元老师，坚守大山28载的“寸腰老师”宋志芳，与病魔顽强抗争，坚守乡村教育37载的`张殿银老师。他们默默地承受着怎样的孤独煎熬和心酸，坚守着这样一份执着，他们的付出，难道不值得干着“高大上”的职业，吃着美食，开着小车的你们为之动容吗？他们的伟大，只因为他们很平凡。放眼看看，仔细找找，在我们身边，缺少这样平凡而伟大的“正能量”吗？我的一个同事，名叫唐大华，与其共事时，他已55岁，一直坚守在乡村小学。为人爽朗和蔼，尤其关心我们年轻一代的成长。30多年的工作，为其攒下的是一身的病痛，不得已提前病退。原本可以享享清福的他，病退后不到两年的时间，一场大病，便匆匆去了天堂；我的另一个同事，名叫龚海锋，教师队伍中的尖子，业务骨干。有一天，一头栽到讲台上，中风偏瘫，走路都成了问题，去年，在他还没到退休的年龄之时，带着遗憾，永远地离开了他钟爱的世界；我的恩师龚元甫，一直坚守乡村教育数十载，结下累累硕果，退休后不到一年，突发脑溢血，倒在了正在劳作的土地里，永远辞别了人间。几十年的辛勤耕耘，积劳成疾，为社会，为人类作出的贡献，远远地超出了他们所获得的。他们不是英雄，只是千万教师中的沧海一粟，他们不会被人们崇拜，但你说，在他们身上，没有“正能量”在熠熠生辉吗？

教育，这是一个关系国家未来的伟大事业，而在为这一伟大事业鞠躬尽瘁的，绝大多数是平凡得不能再平凡的老师们，除去极少数的不务正业之徒，老师们都坚守在自己的平凡的岗位上，兢兢业业，默默地奉献着自己的青春，放着光，发着热。为了孩子们一个错误，一个不解而大伤元气，视孩子们的终生幸福，为自己最大的幸福，在他们身上，散发出的，不满满的都是“正能量”吗？流淌在教育系统内的“正能量”是源源不断的，我不敢说都能顶得上“太阳底下最光辉的职业”的光环，都比得过“人类灵魂工程师”的伟大，都赛得过“春蚕到死丝方尽”的悲壮，但一定能值得充满“正能量”的你们去发现，去思索，去传递。

这些年接触过很多不同的人，看过许多不同的事物，深知差距才是这个世界的本质。每个人的开始都一样，都是一无所有的来到了这个世界，但谁也说不清到最后自己会成为什么样的人?会经历什么样的事?

小时候天天盼望长大成人，天真的以为成年人会有很多自由，不会被父母老师管着，一切自己都做得了主，可长大了才发现，最没有自由的就是成年人，成年人有责任，有义务，好与坏都得自己承担。于是，我们又开始怀念小时候。

我们的世界有很多身不由己，很多时候我们都要逼着自己去适应社会的法则，逼着自己去改变。我想，很多人都可能跟我一样，因为忠言逆耳，有时候想对一个人说一句真诚的话，都要在心里来回想好几遍才说得出口。

我们年少轻狂时，认为所有的事情都是非对即错的，总是喜欢较真，直来直去图一时之快。进入社会以后，才发现，事物并没有绝对的错与对，任何一个在社会打拼多年的人都懂得，形势比人强，我们都懂得了顺势而为，因为在社会面前，在大局之下，我们每个人都太过渺小。

在这个社会上，人与人的家庭背景不同，所以起点都会有差距。正是因为有了差距才让这个社会变得丰富多彩，但是，也让很多人碌碌无为。人都是有思想的，但每个人的思想却有所不同，有的人明明自身条件不是很好，可自己又不去努力，老是抱怨，羡慕别人，对自己好到想闲就闲，想睡就睡，天天有着伟大的梦想，却从来没有为梦想去拼过。有的人可能家庭条件很好，但自己依然很努力。有些很努力的人虽然自身条件不好，一旦自己选择了想要做的事，无论如何他们都会去拼，最终，他们都成了这个社会的佼佼者。能力本身对于每个人来说就有差异化，就像我们上学时考试成绩有优差一样，每个人的资质都有所不同，做事情取得的效果也就不一样。

工作环境就像一个大染缸，能力的强弱影响不了领导、老板，改变不了待遇，区分不了差距。同一片天，同一个环境，由于责任心的差距，有的人工作比较多一些，有的人却几乎无事可做，工作的常态变成不做是正常，做了是应该，最后导致没有责任感的人终日无所事事，责任心强的人却总是有做不完的工作，长期这样会让人心里产生不平衡，终有一天撑不住了，到那时就会心生抱怨，甚至委屈到不行，然后可能就会挥一挥衣袖，不带走一片云彩。无论如何，我希望我们都能为那些受到不公平待遇和被大环境压迫的人发声，也许这个世界会更有人情味一些。

人有时候真的是个矛盾体，有句话说的是：帮别人做事是情分，不帮是本分。但是好多人却把顺序和意思表达的词不达意。每个人都有各自的小心思，只是不要太明显太夸张就好，我们都可以一笑而过。不管干工作还做其它事情，做了就别再抱怨，因为你带着抱怨的情绪仍然还是要把那些事情做完，还要继续做好那些枯燥乏味的工作，你只有欣然接受，才能拥有一个好心情。

总而言之，每个人其实就是从这里走到那里一条路的光景，也就是你从生到死的距离，至于这条路如何走下去，就得看我们自己了。这条路，也许很轻松，也许很苦，很孤独，可是只要你的选择是对的，你的梦想早晚都会实现，即使没你想象中的那么好，至少你不会遗憾，因为你奋不顾身的拼过。

当你捧起这本书的时候，我知道，你一定想对这个世界、你所在的行业或者仅仅是你工作的地方，作出些许的改变了。也许你是一位一线员工，希望提高你自身的团队建设能力，为将来的事业发展做好准备；也许你刚刚得到升迁，想着怎样做一些事情，来巩固自己的地位和声望；也许你是个领导者，想把你的团队的工作水平提升到一个全新的高度；也许你已经是一位经验丰富的经理人或团队“带头大哥”，希望你的团队更加高效且生机勃勃。不管你的角色是什么，如果你想改变，必须意识到拥有正能量团队的巨大价值。毋庸置疑，我们都乐于看见有那么一支充满正能量的团队，它能够超越一切障碍，毫不动摇、坚定不移，最终达到我们的目标。

遗憾的是，我们都知道，一个团队要变得充满正能量，光靠团队成员自己，成功的概率非常小。它必须有适宜的条件。

虽然“团队建设”这样的名词，迄今为止只在全球流行了数十年之久，但是，团队的概念，早在我们的祖先一起狩猎猛犸象时就出现了。尽管人们对“建设团队”的关注一直在增强，但大多数团队却无法达到应有的效率。其原因有很多，比如缺乏组织、缺少沟通、角色和职责划分不明确，但这些只是团队效率不高的一部分原因。与其他原因相比，最大的原因就是：缺乏正能量。

正能量，也许是一个团队达到最高水平的最重要因素。一个正能量团队，在工作中拥有毫不动摇的决心，每一位成员都认真负责，积极向上，并相信他们能够完成任何摆在他们面前的任务。在内心深处，每个人都认同团队的愿景、使命以及价值观，因“实现共同理想的决心”而建立起了深厚的团队情谊。他们热爱学习，接受工作并提出反馈，为使团队更加强大和高效而无私分享他们的经验和资源。

但是，我们怎样才能让我们的团队充满正能量？

团队是由人构成的，不是由物品构成的。要打造正能量团队，团队的“带头大哥”必须了解面对不同的环境时人们将作出何种反应。“带头大哥”必须知道什么样的条件可以深深地吸引人们，并让他们变得活跃。也就是说，什么让人们迫切地想要参与进来，什么让人们反感，导致人们离开或者不再参与任何事情。
