行走在美容医学院里，听到一位位导师深情的讲述，很感谢他们对我们的深深厚望。作为一名大学生，我必须好好的规划人生，将来的路要我自己去走，所以必须慎重选择。医学美容，学校里面的王牌

专业，我很庆幸选择了它。之所以选择医学美容技术这个专业，是因为对美容很感兴趣。然而兴趣是学习最好的导师，我相信通过四年的大学生活我可以变得很优秀的。职业生涯规划，一件对于我来说很重要的事。人生漫漫长路，我将在这里为其添上华丽的一笔。规划事业、规划人生，仔细思考，我相信我能行！

亲爱的同学们，今晚我的演讲可能会改变你大学生活的态度和方式，甚至改变你的人生，你们想听吗?请大声告诉我，好吗?那么，接下来让我来问大家一个问题，来到我们学院，你们对这里条件设施感觉如何呢?我听到有些同学说还不错，有些同学说一般般，也有些同学说没有感觉。那么接下来让我们来看一组图片，这是国内某些一流高校的图片，看完这些图片，可能就有一些同学会在心里惊叹，咦!他们的校园真漂亮，他们的条件设施真不错!的确，他们的校园很美丽，他们的条件设施和人文环境更是一流的!同学们，为什么要让大家看这些图片呢?亲爱的同学们，我们要时刻铭记：曾经在一场战争中，我们失去了

享有国内最好教育资源的机会。但是同学们，这能意味着我们这辈子只能享有低一档的条件，这能意味着我们这辈子只能过低一档的生活吗?!对!不，不能!同样风华正茂，同样心怀梦想，我们有权利想有更好的条件，我们有权利过更高一档的生活，我们更有权利让自己的青春绚丽绽放!

亲爱的同学们，虽然我们的学院没 985,211那样一流高校的条件设施和人文环境，但既然我们来到了这里，我们的大学生活将在这里度过，这里将是我们攀登理想高峰的新起点，这里将是我们积累知识阅历的新家园。只要我们拿出“吹进黄沙始到金”的毅力，只要我们拿出“直挂云帆济沧海”的勇气，我们同样可以洋溢着灿烂的笑容去编织着青春的梦想，我们同样可以在这缤纷的世界里找到属于自己的精彩!

亲爱的同学们，大学生活我们能收获什么?我们应该收获什么?我们将收获的不仅仅是一纸文品，更多的是知识和能力的增长!我期盼，大学生活之后我们都能够成为“高富帅”，高在学识，富在精神，美在心灵;大学生活之后，我期盼我们都能够成为白富美，白在品质。富在内涵，美在心灵。我很激动，因为在这里我看到了老师们兢兢业业的付出;我很高兴，因为在这里我看到了很多同学激情饱满地在分团委，学生会和学生社

团中做事情，提升自己的能力，为实现自己的梦想做铺垫!我也看到了有很多同学在热情地做着兼职甚至创业。我很庆幸，因为我看到了寝室的兄弟们做作业有时会做到深夜!我很兴奋，因为在这里我看到了大部分人的大学生活是如此的丰富多彩!

“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，我坚信“一分耕耘一分收获”。我渴望，我期盼在大学能够学富五车，硕果累累，大家也都一样吧，都渴望在大学硕果累累吧，那么就让我们珍惜美好的大学时光，珍惜时光，珍惜机遇，珍惜师生之谊和同学之情;珍惜亲情，珍惜友情，珍惜学校荣誉和求学环境。大学将是我们人生中最后一次系统性的接受教育的时光;大学将是我们最后一次可以将大量的时间用于学习的人生历程，大学将是我们最后一次可以拥有较高的可塑性全面充实自我的人生阶段。如果说大学是一个学习和进步的平台，那么这个平台的地基就是大学里的基础课程，因

此在这里我们一定要学好数学英语计算机和互联网这些基础课程，因此在这里我们一定要充分利用好图书馆计算机和互联网这些资源，培养自己独立思考和探索的能力。

大学生活可以是甜的，也可以是苦的，但不能是没有味道的!在大学我们可以用年轻的汗水去浇灌青春的梦想之花;在大学，我们可以在年轻的心壁上雕琢一种激情，一种像向上的力量;在大学，我们可以在梦想的天空画上斑斓五彩，为青春鲜艳上色!我相信大学生活会因我们的珍惜努力而风味独具，我坚信大学时光会因我们的奋进探索而精彩纷呈!

在我的演讲接近尾声之际，有一句话想与大家共勉“第一个青春是上帝给的，第二个青春是靠自己打拼的”。

我们梦想实现的地方！当我们怀着憧憬的心情踏入大学校门时，意味着我们真正的成为了一名大学生。我们远离父母及亲人，带着他们对自己深深的期望，只身来到一个陌生的但能实现梦想的地方。然而，大学生不仅是一顶耀眼的冠冕，而且还肩负着更重大的责任。我们必须全力以赴我们的大学生活，我们必须携着理想、充满信心，精彩的度过我们的大学生活。在大学世界里，我们要学会坚强与独立，我们要学会友好的与人相处、礼貌待人，要学会慢慢长大。我相信通过自己的努力，一定能为我们的人生添上浓墨重彩的一笔！

我们各自怀着自己的梦想步入大学，都希望自己可以有一番作为。但梦想往往是虚幻且美好的，梦想能否成真的关键在于行动。大学，一个给我们发展空间的地方，为此，我们必须志存高远，我们必须努力奋斗。航标是指引我们前进的“引路人”，而风帆是助我们成功的“终结者”，要想实现梦想，就必须

坚守成功的信念，用踏实的脚步夯实我们前进的路基，用行动来铸就梦想的辉煌。

进入大学，首先开展的是新生入学教育活动，通过教育，能够帮助新生更加了解学校、专业和毕业后的前景，使我们尽快的适应大学生活、转变角色，尽早确定与大学相适应的思维和生活方式，为今后的成长与发展奠定坚实的基础。听到一位位教授和书记那语重心长的话语，我感到醍醐灌顶，心中由生感动。是的，领导及老师都对我们给予厚望，我们又怎能忍心让他们失望呢？不能，我们绝对不能辜负他们对我们的期望，我们必须用理想与信念去完成那属于我们的光荣使命。

良好的开端是成功的一半，只有一开始就全心全意、尽心尽力地去做，成功才会有保障，成功的大门才会愿意为你而启。

理想信念是人们对未来的向往和追求，崇高的理想信念是一种强大的精

神力量。作为大学生，我们应该树立崇高的理想信念，努力学习科学文化知识，用浓厚的文化底蕴来升华我们的精神境界。我们只有怀着理想信念，才能坚定不移的往前走，唯有这样才能朝着目标前进。理想信念给予我们无穷的力量，带着它上路我们才能看到目标就在前方向我们招手。是的，心中装有理想信念，再难过的关我们也可以度过，再难吃的苦我们也能熬。坚定的理想，才会迈向人生最远的方向；坚定的信念，才会开启人生的最顶端。我们现在所走的每一步都很关键，必须瞄准方向再前进，绝对不能在选择方向上出现了差池。

行走在美容医学院里，听到一位位导师深情的讲述，很感谢他们对我们的深深厚望。作为一名大学生，我必须好好的规划人生，将来的路要我自己去走，所以必须慎重选择。医学美容，学校里面的王牌专业，我很庆幸选择了它。之所以选择医学美容技术这个专业，是因为对美容很感兴趣。然而兴趣是学习最

好的导师，我相信通过四年的大学生活我可以变得很优秀的。职业生涯规划，一件对于我来说很重要的事。人生漫漫长路，我将在这里为其添上华丽的一笔。规划事业、规划人生，仔细思考，我相信我能行！

但是，我清楚的知道，任何一个成功者都不是轻而易举获得名就的，他们都是通过自身的不断努力，不断克服前行道路上的困难才取得成功的。学校的知名人士是学校的骄傲，我必然的也会以他们为榜样，努力向他们学习，努力向他们看齐！我深知成长的道路上布满荆棘，但就算风雨再狂再大，只要我们能够坚持住，阳光总在风雨后，相信定会有彩虹。只要我们勇敢的跨出每一步，前方便是理想的天堂，加油一定行！

大学入学教育，收获的是一种信念，一种一如既往的信念。既然已经选择了大学这条路，即使再苦再累，跪着也要走完！大学，需要我用自制力去完成我的梦想，需要我用行动去证明我是

优秀的。既然选择了大学，我就要与大学风雨兼程。所以，脚踏实地、勇敢向前将是我大学所奉行的信条。

I want to stop anguishing over my decisions and torturing myself about my mistakes. I think it would be so great to feel self-assured, hold my head up high and stand tall. I’ve never been self-confident. I wish there were a way I could be.”

There is a way. You don’t have to be born with self-confidence. Self-confidence can grow and flourish and ripen and blossom until you actually come to feel as though there is a different person inside of you. Here are some insights that might facilitate the quest.

Learn what a self-confident person is really like. They are not cocky, know-it-all people who don’t care what anybody else thinks. They have their doubts. And make mistakes. And are far from perfect. However, they are willing to acknowledge their inadequacies without dwelling on them. They do this by maintaining a sense of humor, putting problems in perspective, and focusing mainly on what they’ve done right, not wrong.

Though self-confident people do believe in themselves, they don’t try to suffocate others with their ideas or beliefs. They are confident in what they know not only because they read, learn and think but also because they respect their instinct, intuition and the unique body of knowledge that they’ve developed by living life. They realize that one doesn't have to be labeled an “expert” to believe in one's own truths.

Self-confident people don’t undermine their own worth by comparing themselves with others, only to conclude that they aren’t “good enough”. They appreciate their strengths and accomplishments and can acknowledge, without embarrassment, their weaknesses. They don’t live in the“victim” position. Even if something really bad has occurred, they turn it into a challenge, remembering to be grateful for the little things in life.
