很高兴今天能站在这里发表演讲，今天我演讲的主题是《网络时代》。
一提起网络时代，想必大家都并不陌生。自20世纪90年代以来，十几年间“电脑”早已开花结果，微信、微博等各种社会性软件和社会性网络也逐步兴起，网络借助各种载体基本上发展到了“全民参与”阶段。而处于大数据时期的我们也快速地走进了网络时代。
面对这个高楼林立，知识爆炸的当今社会，却有很多人却默默分成了两两阵地，有人在时代中成为领袖佼佼者，也有人在时代中迷失自我深陷泥潭。网络时代用它编造的大网将所有人囊括其中，如何在网络时代中立足，如何适应当下时代，成了我们最该深思的探题。
积极的人会说，网络时代就像一把金钥匙，帮我们打开了新世界。新世界的维系不再靠车马奔劳，飞鸽传书；也不再思家不得归，登高余伤悲了。很多古代愁苦的问题，现在也都迎刃而解。交友？So easy，微信、QQ摇一摇，轻松帮你找到小伙伴，妈妈再也不用担心我会无聊。思家？视频一开，分分钟连视频对面的人脸上冒了个青春痘都能看清。工作太累，又想买东西？淘宝天猫京东等等齐上阵，各家压价一明二白。时事热点、看书、娱乐等等再也不需分场地，等时间，只要有网络，一切皆有可能。网络时代的神奇之处就在于它真正把世界连成了一个整体，而此时我们是其中的一小部分，我们也是使其运转的主体力量。就如在社交网络中，我们每个人都可以自主地记录自己的生活与遭遇，并且借助网络等新兴媒介在公共领域发出自己的声音，做一个寂寞而真实的桅顶瞭望者。若是得幸运之神的眷顾，还会凭得自己无意的一瞥，撞开历史的一页。积极的人看到，在网络时代中，我们该充分把握机遇，抓住网络时代诸多的有益之处，发展自我，成就自我。或是正是看到这一改天换地的变革，2006年美国《时代》周刊将网民评选为风云人物。过去，在网上冲浪被当作一种时尚，而现在则是一种必须的生活方式。网络不仅记录着正在发生的历史，而且正在创造着“前无古人，后无来者”的大型历史。而网络时代也注定是一个风险与机遇并存的大时代。
当然，除此之外，一些不良网络现象的发生，也引起了社会许多不同的声音。大数据的网虫猝死现象、多少莘莘学子沉迷网络无法自拔，又有多少不良社会舆论颠倒黑白，多少无辜群众受困于网络暴力，多少网络诈骗逐遍上演，又有多少信息泄露安全成为隐患？每天有无数悲剧在上演，无数父母为孩子愁白了头发，无数人一夜间被骗的一穷二白，更甚有者失了生命。何其悲哀！“安身立命”本是我们在时代扎根的基石，如今过度放飞自我，是对自己和他人最大的伤害。如果说网络时代是张渔夫的大网，而我们就是海里自由成长的小鱼，时代隐藏着生机和危机，若是为了眼前诱人的美食和短暂的利益，冒然上前，未加思索，那么，我们只能赞扬你，“勇气可嘉，真可谓愚人。”注意是愚人的愚。不可否认，我们都处于网络时代中，也在网络这张大网的包围圈下，如何做一个正确的网民，至关重要。大多数时候，我们选择沉默，随波逐流，自己内心的底线一再被打破，这时候我们就很容易陷入误区。你是否能清晰认识到这波浪带你去向的是渔网之下，还是把你推向更广阔的天空。网络时代波涛汹涌，你要做的是树立自己正确的三观，坚守内心净土，这是为自己，也是为他人。这个时代本就是一个通融互联的时代，多种元素交杂，机遇挑战并存，认清自我，找准定位尤其重要。
网络时代亦是一个冲击力很强的时代。阿尔托夫勒在《再创新文明》中写到：世界迎来了第三次浪潮。第一次浪潮是以锄头为标志的，第二次浪潮是以流水线为标志的，第三次浪潮则是以电脑为标志的。而电脑则是网络的客观物质化对象。我们身处时代旋涡，为了不被其约束，我们更应该对网络这把双刃剑及整个时代有更明确清晰的认识。凡事追求适度，网络时代这句话也始终奉行。作为21世纪青年，每个人心中更该装有的是一杆公正的秤子。区分开亲情，爱情，现实，网络，学习，游戏等等各自所占的重量。如何规划时间，如何劳逸
结合，是我们该着手思考的事情。我们穿行在网络时代中，我们更该做的是网络时代的主人，而不是被其束缚，沦为他的奴隶。我们要做的是真正的自己。正如习近平主席所期冀的，我们已是网络大国，但我们要成为的是网络强国。强心，强技，强序，是我们当下该努力去奉行的准则。
