华新城 一上车，立刻就炸开了锅，“叽叽喳喳”，几十只百灵鸟你一言我一语急切地想把自己的事情告诉对方。车子一开动，我提议我们男女生进行朗诵诗、唱歌比赛，大家十分投入，一个个放开了嗓门，小脸都胀得通红。我们这才发现今天是个大晴天，前些天总下雨，昨天还阴沉沉的，好像老天爷知道我们昨天刚考完试，今天要春游，特地给我们一个晴天作美。一路上，大家有说有笑，品尝着风味小吃，谈笑风生，车厢里洋溢着欢乐的气氛。不知不觉中我们便来到了 学的脸上都收敛了笑容，大家都很严肃、认真，对烈士充满了怀念和敬仰！此后让我们真切地感受到革命先烈当时的条件之艰苦，作战之英勇，意志之顽强，崇敬之情油然而生。我们在历史的长河中，触摸了一颗又一颗闪亮的流金，灵魂也接受了一次又一次崇高理想的洗礼，内心随着一个又一个历史事件的重现而澎湃起伏。正巧，此时 安徽电视台的一 1 个栏目组，在拍有关爱国主义教育基地方面的电视画面，我们师生一道被栏目编导邀请参加画面拍摄。同学们一听说要上电视，个个欣喜万分。但短短几个画面，我们却在编导的要求下，演练了一遍又一遍，等待摄影师调试机器又耽误了一段时间，而此时已是烈日当头，同学们都被晒得大汗淋漓，但为了配合拍摄，大家一直都在耐心、安静地听编导的安排和调遣，拍了一遍又一遍，直到编导满意为止。镜头终于拍完了，虽然很苦、很累，但我们的心里却非常充实和愉快，大家都觉得我们把合肥实验学校07（4）自己班集体最美的一面在电视上展现出来了。同时，我们今天也很幸运，碰巧有机会体验了一把当演员的感觉。我们也深深地体会到了：虽然拍电影、上电视很风光，但却要付出很多的汗水和努力，风光的背后是苦与累在有力地支撑着呢！看来做任何事，要想成功，都得要用辛勤的汗水和劳动去获取。成功的花儿开得鲜艳，但从来都离不开辛劳的汗水的浇灌。

二、阳光锻炼，爬大蜀山

“现在开始登山，请大家一定要注意安全！”我一声令下，大家两人一组似一条弯曲飘舞的银绸向山顶飘动，我走在前面，回眸望去，大家穿的红白拼色班服真是好看。一路上，我不停地叮嘱孩子们：“留

心着脚下的路，走路不看景，看景不走路。”一开始，山路是泥巴路，又很陡峭，必须非常小心谨慎地走。爬过这段陡峭的山路后，我们进入了比较平坦的盘山公路。盘山路非常长，走着走着，一边观察着身边的树木、小草，有好多我们叫不出他们的名字；一边不时回头看着我们离山脚越来越远、越来越高。走到半山腰，有些同学感觉有点吃力了，我指点让他们看看身边的同学们，看看山下的美景，一定要坚持登上山顶，眼前的一切一定会更美。就像学习一样，一定要坚持，“无限风光就在险峰”！平时缺少锻炼、身体素质不强的同学就渐渐体力不支了，他们远远地落在后面了。紧跟队伍的同学发现山上的树真是形态各异，有的像扭成的麻花辫，有的像被妈妈罚站，竖立不动，还有的像蛇一样弯弯曲曲??尽管又累又渴，我始终努力走在队伍的前面，不停在给孩子们加油鼓劲：“一定不能停下来，坚持就是胜利！”我终于看到通往山顶的最后一段台阶了，我在前面喊：“后面的同学，加油！我们等你们啦！” 我对跟上我们的同学说：“学习也就像我们今天爬山一样，你要是走在最前面，就能早到达终点。”这时，那些在后面的人竟然抄近道先上去了，在喊我们呢！“上山也许可以抄近道，但学习上却没有近道可抄！只有一步一个台阶，踏踏实实地往上爬，才能最后到达终点。”这真可谓是“书山有路勤为近”。我又不失时机地叮嘱了孩子们一番。

登上了大蜀山顶峰，迎着凉爽的春风，放眼四望，合肥美景尽收眼底，真是“一览众山小”啊！孩子们站在山顶的平台上，心中有说不出的喜悦。“放眼望去，天是那么的蓝；整个大蜀山就像是披了一层厚厚的绿色披风，远处的董铺水库像一个大银盆闪闪发光，那笔直

的黄山路就像是一把长长的尺子没有尽头??”，“啊！我真正明白了“站得高，看得远！”班长情不自禁地说。学习委员紧接着说：“只有这时，才能让我们真正体会‘登高望远’、‘心旷神怡’这些文字的内涵，在学习、生活中和登山一样，总会遇到困难，一份耕耘，一份收获。”美丽的景色让我们流年忘返。

在山上休息了一会，我们就下山了，下山的路台阶十分多，同学们也不敢大意，一步一个台阶，真是“上山容易下山难”，为了安全起见，我让他们两人一小组，手拉着手下山，钟毅林前段时间腿受过伤，一路班长扶着他下山的，他们注意力高度集中，看着脚下的路，丝毫不敢怠慢，终于大家安全地下了山。一家

长委员感慨道：“看着我们的大部队，我们心里十分高兴，这就是我们07（4）的集体！多好，有我们亲爱的老师和活泼可爱的同学们！”

三、雪霁山庄，团聚会餐

下山以后，我们到位于山脚的雪霁山庄聚餐，从外面看去就知道它是“农家饭庄”特色，里面的装饰很质朴，很有特色，服务规范，这显然是花了心思设计的，大厅中还有一个戏台，估计是为晚上就餐的客人放松构想的。

吃饭前我对孩子们说：“我们应该做文明客人，不要太贪吃，遇到好吃的自己要少吃一些，推荐给同学们都来尝一尝。好东西要大家一起分享。”然后，我们大家一起进了雪霁山庄。吃饭的时候，我们按大组分成四桌，老师和家长一桌，也许是上午爬山能量消耗太多，也许是人多热闹，大家个个狼吞虎咽，像是在比赛，最后 最多，因为他们有绝对主力——姚袁致远和蒋鼎臻，都超过了大人的一桌——挺猛。“雪霁山庄的菜非常好吃，全是我们喜欢的土菜：有西红柿鸡蛋汤、海带排骨汤、蒸鸡蛋、红烧肉、蒸蚕豆??很多好吃的菜。”解明曦兴奋地说。

孩子们美美地饱餐了一顿。还参观了饭店院子里陈设的一些旧时农家用品，如风车、纺棉车、石磙、石磨、爬犁、水车等，真是开了眼界，他们都觉得很新奇，但不知这些东西该怎么使用，要是有人来操作，岂不就是锦上添花了嘛！

大家坐在一起，师生间，生生间，家长老师间，家长孩子间，进行了交流、沟通，品尝了美味佳肴，凝聚了班集体力量。

四、游动物园，踏青观赏

午餐后，我们去了风景秀丽的、山势蜿蜒起伏，曲径通幽；草木茂盛，绿树参天；空气清新，水质洁净的合肥野生动物园。

一下车我们就看见用巨型花岗石堆砌而成的野生动物园大门，造型自然古朴，起伏跌宕，仿佛是一座巨大的石洞，鬼斧神工的雕琢，奇巧新颖的构思，简洁粗犷的线条，自然古朴的外观，处处散透着山林野趣的气息。由著名画家韩美林先生题写的“合肥野生动物园”的园名，飘逸稚雅，自成一家。进入园内，首先呈现在眼前的是一座具有泰国建筑风格的孔雀园。百余只蓝、白孔雀，或卧于山坡草丛，或自由在小路漫步，悠闲觅食，或互相追逐，嬉戏打闹，或一边叫着，一边打开漂亮的尾羽，展示它的美丽和高傲。个个五彩斑斓，漂亮极了！“哇，好漂亮的孔雀呀！”身边同学的惊讶地叫出了声。孔雀真的很美，它们有的在散步，有的撑开美丽的翅膀，各个鲜艳无比，像

是在欢迎我们的到来。抓住机会我教孩子们学会了识别“雄”性和“雌”性孔雀。接下来我带孩子们看了小鹿，它没有梅花鹿好看，全身上下是暗黄的毛，本想靠近它们，近距离看看，谁知见我们要靠近，它们“嗖”的一下全跑到远处去了。往前走，我们看到了双峰骆驼，我们正好预习了课文《我应该感到自豪才对》，文章说了骆驼的脚掌又大又厚，眼皮上长着两层睫毛，背上还有两个“肉疙瘩”，我就指导孩子们一一对照，“沙漠之舟”果然如此，作者观察得真仔细。后来我们集体和骆驼合影留念。随后，我们看到了会跟着音乐跳舞的、站着睡觉的大象。我们继续往前行，看到顽皮的、机灵的小松鼠猴、美丽的美国红枫树、懒洋洋的大猩猩、这个很懒惰的动物，我们看了后不想理它，准备走，可是，就在这时，不知谁向它扔了一空矿泉水瓶子，懒惰的大猩猩，慢吞吞地爬起来了，用前脚抓个瓶子就向我们扔

来，看来动物和人类差不多，有时快乐开心、有时耍脾气。走着走着我们看到了高大的长颈鹿、贪吃的驼鸟家族、还有像“纹身”一样的斑马等等。

孩子们最喜欢的地方还是百鸟园。百鸟园是一个用大网罩住的空间，里面生活着各种各样珍稀的鸟儿，有天上飞的，有由地上跑的，有水里游的，还有窝里呆的。高贵的白天鹅和黑天鹅和鸳鸯们同在水边嬉戏，画眉和百灵在枝头婉转地赛着歌喉，各种鹦鹉也像人类一样住在它们自己的“小区”里，虎皮的、凤头的、白色的、鹅黄的、花斑的各色鹦鹉全都聚齐在这里，一个孩子拽住我郑重其事地说：“我突然有一个奇怪的想法：要是把这些鹦鹉全教会说话，让它们在这里

南腔北调地学说各种方言，该是多么有趣呵！那样不就会吸引更多的人来参观吗？动物园也来一个“差异化竞争”，人无我有，不就可以吸引到更多的眼球了吗？门票收入不就有保障了嘛！可是这个计划要想实施，估计要费一番功夫，这些鹦鹉得需要多少人来训练呀”。

随后我们又观赏了国内最长的高架观景桥——诺亚方舟桥，全长492米，造型新颖，宏伟壮观，散发着现代建筑的气息，漫步其上，徜徉其间，不仅可以一睹猛兽的雄姿，更可以领略到大自然的天雕玉琢之美。游览了园内林木森森，溪流潺潺，身临其境，给人一种充满山林韵味、原野情趣之感。在动物园里，我们利用休息时间还玩起了词语接龙比赛游戏呢。

五、交流体会，分享感受

“今天我觉得特别开心，就是有点累，说明我平时缺乏锻炼。在郊外，可以呼吸到清新的空气、陶冶我们的情操、增强我们的体质、培养我们的观察能力??真是“一石n鸟”，太有意义了，这样的社会实践活动越多越好。今天由于时间太紧，游戏类节目只做了一点，有些遗憾。

我印象最深有两点：

一、家长委员会的叔叔阿姨为了照顾我们，全程陪同，不辞劳苦，向他们表示由衷的感谢。

二、陶老师昨晚批改语文期中试卷到12点多。今天一天自始至终，精力充沛，我真的好佩服她！”陆瑞佳动情地说。

“如此丰富多彩的一天就要结束了，我的心中忽然怅然若失，我真想拽住 时针，让它不要跑，让它把这一天走得慢些、慢些、再慢些??

这次春季社会实践活动真是丰富多彩，既让我参观了烈士陵园，重温了入队誓词，还让我过了一把拍电视瘾，同时也让我在登山中锻炼了身体、还游玩了有趣的动物园。通过耳闻目睹和亲身参与，我增长了见识，同时也学会了点儿思考。我希望这样有意义的活动能在每学期都开展一两次，我非常喜欢这样的活动。”解明曦兴奋地说。

——我眼中“厚重通灵”的语文教学至高境界

古印第安有句谚语：“别走得太快，等一等灵魂。”这是提醒人们在人生旅途中，得常常停下来俯察自身灵魂、跟“自我”对话。

在我眼中，教育，就是一场生命的旅行！

第一次教一年级语文是毕业后的第二个年头，那年十九岁，印象最深的是教学“汉语拼音”部分，觉得自己在课

堂上有时就像一头暴躁的狮子，当教学目标不能如愿达成、当对那个始终不能准确拼读的孩子无计可施时，它就从心里冲出来对着孩子们一阵吼叫，每天下班回到家总累得精疲力尽、声音沙哑！从那时起，一年级成了我最怕教的年级、汉语拼音则成了我最惧怕的教学内容！而今，其中一个成了我同事的学生，在听了我的一节课后，不无羡慕地说：“张老师，您现在的学生好幸福哦，因为您对他们好宽容、好温柔，当年的你——我们都有些害怕呢！”

我这才醒悟——原来，孩子们的心胸，比我更博大更宽容，因为当年那些孩子温顺的神情至今还保留在我记忆的底片上呢！所有曾经坐在我教室里的孩子们，我感谢你们，是你们让我感受到了生命的厚重、生命的成长！

在我眼中，“厚重通灵”的语文教学，又何尝不是一场生命的旅行呢？ 第一次听说“厚重通灵”应该是在六年前，那是一位专家在评课时用到的词汇，那

时，“厚重通灵的语文教学”在我眼中如轻飘的云雾般亦真亦幻；而今，在姜堰“名师工作室”的专家们的执着实践中，那“厚重通灵的语文教学”恰似历经了几多风雨打磨，终得圆润、晶莹、璀璨的珍珠般高贵、淡定而理性??

从名师们执教的一节节观摩课中，我悟出了“厚重通灵”的语文教学更为注重的是语文教学的“本真”，追求在自然状态下语文教学的“有效”高效，追求的是“把课上到孩子们的心里去”，这是一种理想，是一种境界，更应该成为我们每个小语工作者追寻的至高境界！
