毕业生调档程序及注意事项

1、毕业生凭毕业证的原件或复印件、与用人单位签订的就业协议或接收单位出具的接收函（接收单位应具有人事权或管档资质的人才交流机构）、没有签定就业协议的须凭毕业证的原件或复印件、人才交流中心的调档函（没有签定就业协议的不能办理报到证，只能办理调档手续）、考取研究生的凭研究生的录取通知书及研究生录取学校的调档函办理档案转移手续。（应届毕业考取研究生急需调档的可以凭研究生的录取通知书及研究生录取学校的调档函到学生处办理，学生处将会公布集中办理研究生调档时间，请在学生处公布的规定时间内办理）。

2、毕业生档案调往外地的，档案的接收单位必须是人才交流中心（湖南省回原籍的可调往生源地的教育局毕业生就业办公室）、外省回原籍的按其本省的有关文件规定档案调往生源省就业指导中心或生源所在地、市州的人才交流中心或教育局毕业生调配办公室（具体情况见副表）。

各位朋友，下午好：

很感谢各位能来参加这个讲座，我今天想围绕着“人生一定要幸福”的主题，给朋友们讲讲怎样的生活态度才能获得幸福。

幸福是什么？幸福跟你的条件是没有关系的。幸福是你内心的一个开关，当你打开这个开关的时候，阳光普照，鲜花遍野，你就感到幸福了。怎样才能打开这个开关呢？这是需要学习的，你要不断地修炼你的内心，不断地超越自我，去追求别人还没有到的地方，让自己获得幸福。

要有平常的心

我曾经写过两句话。这两句话叫“平常不平凡，单纯不简单”。平常心是很难达到的一种境界，我们在年轻的时候很难理解平常心的重要，我在年轻时也是要努力追求物质的成功，到30岁的时候我陷入了一个困境。因为30岁的时候我写作也有一点成绩了，我已经得到了台湾文坛上所有的奖项。大家都觉得我是一个很成功的人。只有我知道自己并没有得到幸福。有一天我读到一本书，说一个人到30岁的时候要把全部的时间用来觉悟，如果不是这样，就是一步一步走向死亡的道路，我看了很紧张。因为那一年我正好超过30岁。

觉悟的“觉”是学习，“悟”是我的心，“觉悟”就是用学习来看到我的心。为了觉悟我就辞掉所有的工作，到山区去闭关，自己每天努力地休息，追求生命最高的境界。因为闭关也是要吃东西，每个月我都要到山下买东西吃。两年多后，我觉得自己的境界提高了，不一样了。有一天我到山下采购，在一个水果摊旁边突然有人跑过来对我说，请问这个水果多少钱？我很气。我这么有气质，你居然说我是卖水果的，真的，是看不出来吗？我于是就跑到卖花的旁边站着。立刻有人来问我：老板，这个玫瑰花怎么卖？真的看不出来吗？我又跑到卖肉的地方，有人跑来问我说。老板猪肉多少钱一斤？当时给我很好的启发。你的儿跟所有的人是一样的，但是你的内在是不一样的，这个内在不一样要经过很长时间的锻炼才能生出来。这个叫做“平常不平凡”。幸福的感受是决定在你心的态度，而不是你存在什么地方。

“在红尘中有独处的心，在独处时要有红尘的怀抱”。这样子你才可以时时有一颗平常的心来看待世界，才可以时时保持着单纯的状态。

有人常常说现代社会这么混乱，活得不开心，我就教年轻人一个简单的方法，你每天有八个小时工作或学习。你找出八分钟，坐下来说，我这8分钟要非常的单纯非常的自然非常的平凡去发现我内在的世界，当你有单纯的视野的时候，你看事情的角度就会不一样。平常心就是你的心里要装一根避雷针，把那些苦难不好的事都看作是平常，人生本来就有悲有喜，有苦有乐。这个叫做“平常的心”。

要有欢喜的心理

用什么方法很快地进入“欢喜的心”？我曾经写过两个方法，一个方法是“快乐活在当下”：第二个方法是“尽心即是完美”。“当下”是佛经里面的最小的时间单位，一分钟有60秒，一秒有60个刹那，一个刹那是60当下。一分钟就有3600个当下，要活在那么小的时间单位里面你才能得到真正的快乐。在台湾有一个诗人叫周蒙叠。他吃饭很慢，朋友都怕跟他吃饭，有一次请他吃饭，吃了三个半小时还没吃完，我就说，周公，你吃饭为什么这么慢呢？他说如果不这么慢，我怎么知道这一粒米的滋味跟下一粒米的滋味有什么不同？我昏倒在地。这样的境界我们达不到没关系，只要分辨出这一碗饭跟那一碗饭有什么不问，今天跟昨天有什么不同，你就做到“活在当下”了’。据说一位法师的弟子问师父，你都怎么修行？师父说很简单，就是吃饭的时候吃饭、睡觉的时候睡觉。弟子很怀疑，平常人每天都在吃饭睡觉啊？师傅说不同，别人吃饭的时候百般思索，睡觉的时候千般计较所以不同。我吃饭的时候就吃饭，休息的时候就休息。

如果你吃这一餐饭的时候永远不会觉得最好吃。所以你就一直追求昨天那个最好吃的，睡觉的时候你都想明天做更多的工作赚更多的钱你会睡不安宁。吃饭、睡觉是一种很重要的休息方法，所以他在讲：喝茶也是很重要的休闲方法，好好地喝一杯茶就是最好的休息。大家从今天回去以后，每天喝一杯茶之前，先升起一个念头，好好地喝这杯茶，因为这一辈子再也不可能喝到第二杯一模一样的茶了。唯有这样你才可以专注在每一个幸福里，吃饭的时候专门吃饭，睡觉的时候专门睡觉，喝茶的时候专心喝茶。

什么叫“尽心就是完美”？我曾经写过一篇文章，叫“完美主义的周转”，就是发现人生_不完美，这个时候才能快乐。我曾经写过一个追求完美的故事，这个故事的题目叫《追求完美的老人》，他在年轻的时候就发誓，要找到一个最完美的女人娶她为妻。他就开始去旅行，六十年后，大家猜猜看这个老人结婚了吗？对，没有！

在一个隐蔽的城市，有些年轻人问他说老先生你在找什么？他说我要找一个最完美的女人结婚。他们说还没有找到吗？他说我找了六十年了。难道这六十年来你都没有找到最完美的女人吗？他说我30岁时曾经找到一个世界上最完美的女人。年轻人问你为什么没有结婚呢？他说因为那个女人说她也在寻找这个世界上最完美的男人！

你要追求最完美，那种境界是不存在的，只要你尽力就好了。尽力之后就可以无恨，无憾，无悔。“欢喜的心”最重要。人生不如意事是“十之八九”，我最喜欢送给朋友的话是“常想一二”。十件事里面只有一两件美好的事。你就去想那一两件美好的事，想久了你就常想三四吧。常想五六吧，你的欢喜的时间越长，痛苦的时间就越短，因为生命是相对的。

要有“柔和心”

第三个是“柔和心”。“柔和心”很重要，“柔和心”第一个特质是“透过慈悲而来”。第二个是“通过爱己而来”。

我小时候很喜欢读世界伟人传记，我发现一个真理，发现伟大的人都有一个共同的嗜好，喜欢散步。为什么这些伟大的人都喜欢散步？因为散步可以养成一种从容的态度，你就可以珍惜自己，去思考。因为你有一个从容的态度，这个很重要。因为从容你会发现自己的价值，因为尊重你会发现多元的价值。什么叫自己的价值？你如果去逛商场，你会发现商场的一楼是卖化妆品，去看看那些香水吧，定价从，30元到3000元都有，怎怎么能会差那么大？其实香水95％是水，很奇怪，只有5％是秘密的配方。后来我得到一个启示，在这个混乱的世界上，你给自己的价傅有多高，你的价值就有多高。

第二个要发现人生的多元价值。凡是存在这个世界上的一切都是非常有价值的。只是不同罢了。有一个小孩子读《牛顿传》，非常感动，这个小孩子说苹果树下可能风水不错。我也去坐坐看看有没有什么伟大的发现。

他就昏昏乱想，好奇怪啊，地上的‘西瓜那么大，却长在地上。于是他苦思。一个苹果打到头，这时候他恍然大悟，还好，掉下来的不是西瓜。这是一个很伟大的道理，苹果长在树上也是很好的，一切不同的事物都是很好的。辣椒、苦瓜、柠檬，也是很好的。这个时候你会包容各种多元的价值，你就会有温柔的态度产生，如果你对别人从容，对别人尊重，第一个是创造美好的人际关系。

有一个科学家做了一个研究，研究在这个社会上顶尖的人，看看他们小时候是不是都是第一名，研究报告出来，大出意料，原来这个世界上顶尖的人都是第七名到第十七名，如果你小孩子成绩很好，千万要叫他退后一点，以后才会成功。像我，我从小注定是要成功。因为我那时候全班只有17个人。

这是一个很来得及的发现，第七名到第十七名是最好。活在中间的范围跟前面可以做朋友，跟后面也可以做朋友，是最放松的，也是最有创造力的，因为他不会把所有的时间花在作业，他会想一些别的东西来做，这是一个很重要的启示。

如果你有“柔软心”的话，你会更懂得爱，更知道如何去表达爱。我们年轻人都知道爱，可能都讲不出口。很多人都不知道爱是什么。

生命的痛苦，考验的都是我们的启示，我们的台阶，是我们走向智慧的营养，只要我们有这样的信心最美的一定会留下来。
