一、试卷的基本情况分析

本次考试卷主要考查的是人教版九年级上教学内容，注重考查英语基础知识和基本技能，又强调学生在实际中运用英语的能力，所涉及的知识点的面比较广，题目设计比较灵活。试卷只有有笔试部分，没有停留，共八大题型（单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解、完成句子、短文填空、任务型阅读、补全对话、作文），总分120分，考试时间为120分钟。

本次试卷难度不大，学生各题型大体情况综述如下。

1，单选题注重考查课本所学单词及语法知识，难度不大。

2，完形填空。二篇完形填空难度适宜，和平时所练题型难度相当。3，阅读，整体难度不大，注重细节考察，主要是考察信息提取能力。4，完成句子，所考内容都是讲过的，但是学生错误不断。

5，补全对话，特别是第二个补全对话得分率极低，基础不牢。

6，最后是作文，本次作文是描写自己为考试准备，目的在于考察学生对第一单元所学内容的运用，题干中给出了提示句子，相对降低难度，而且此类型是写过讲过练过的，大部分同学都能动笔写，都能得到相应分数，优秀生本次作文写得较好。

5、学生晚上睡眠不足，白天爱打瞌睡，学习效率低下。

三、今后英语教学改进措施

１、英语教学应该抓好课本基本知识学习和巩固，加强答题技能训练。２、加强阅读训练、努力培养学生阅读得分率。

3、加强学生词汇的记忆，教学新单词时让学生划分音节，按照音节来识记单词，听写重点句子。

4、面向全体学生，做好防差补差的工作。教师在教学过程中要始终重视抓两头、促中间，努力提高优秀率和及格率。

5、优化作业布置，按题型布置作业，以中考题为主，从现在开始强化各种题型的答题技巧，培养学生的答题得分意识。

6，进一步加强师徒结对、小组合作学习，加强对师傅的学习指导和小组的管理，培优补差。
