首先声明我方观点：在校大学生创业弊大于利。何谓在校大学生？根据国际惯例，就是在大学上课继续学业的学生，否则一个离开学校十几年而保留学籍的人是否仍是在校大学生呢？

什么是创业？创业具有怎样的特性呢？创业，创办事业，既具有一定目标、规模和系统而对社会发展有影响的经常活动。他的特性包括：1创新性 2目的性 3系统性 4风险性 5延续性、经常性——需要较长时间和经常活动 6规模性——包括事业规模和投入的时间精力的规模。由此可见，创业必须投入的时间精力非常大，绝非对方辩友所说的一小部分，鱼与熊掌可以兼得；同时对创业者的性格、人格、心智、人文素养、专业知识和能力提出了很高的要求。

在校大学生这一群体又具有怎样特性呢？

首先，在校大学生的根本任务是促进自己作为一个“人”的成长和完善，包括人格的完善、心智的成熟以及人文素养的积累，而不仅是为了毕业后有出路；

其次，大学为实现这种成长提供了最好的土壤，大学生有必要在这最合适的时间，做与之相适应的事，否则就是资源的浪费了；

再次，多数大学生的性格、心智、人文素养、创业的知识和能力都没有达到创业相应的标准；

第四，人的精力都是有限的，尤其对于正在为自身素质提高而努力的大学生而言，学习本身就需要极大时间和精力，如果再加上创业，那绝大多数大学生会落得赔了夫人又折兵。

综合在校大学生和创业这两者的特性，我们可以得出这样的结论：在校大学生创业利弊皆有，但是弊大于利。

诚然，创业机遇难得，合适的机会降临时确实不该放弃；创业活动可以提高创业能力；也有利于提升社会创新力，是为利。

但是这些利都是创业之利，如果放在大学阶段可就不同了。

其一，大学生不能很好地完成个人的成长这一根本任务，因为学习和创业都要倾注极大的时间和精力，而这很难做到兼顾。

其二，大学生在没有全面成长，心智、品格不成熟，人文素养不深厚，只是不完备，能力有欠缺的情况下贸然创业，那不仅注定了失败，还会给未来人生带来阴影。

其三，这样一批素质不高的创业者会导致创业的低水准，影响未来商业发展的规模和水平。

所以我方认为评判在校大学生创业利弊的标准是：是否有利于在校大学生的全面成长，是否有利于创业成功，是否有利于未来商业的高水平发展。

每个大学生都曾有创业的憧憬和冲动，但请冷静想想，什么是创业？它不是打辩论或是兼职打工这样简单，而是创立事业的过程。对于“大学在校”这一特定的人生阶段，对于“大学生”这一特定的社会角色定位来说，不论是从个人价值实现还是社会良性发展的角度看，在校大学生创业均弊大于利。

首先，看大学生的人生价值实现。一方面，大学生个人特殊阶段的任务要求与创业本身是矛盾的。在校大学生知识结构不完备，社会化进程不充分，社会实践的时间精力等无形资本匮乏，而这些缺憾正是大学阶段所要提升与完善的，又是与创业所需难以匹配的。诚然，大学生需要人生历练，需要社会会经验。我们主张通过拓宽当前的教育手段，增加在学期间的社会实践和兼职打工来有益地补充。但这与盲目鼓励创业并不等同。创业与在校的必然冲突，是不可调和的。另一方面，在校大学生创业的机会成本巨大。人生的每个选择都意味着得失，但今天的大学生应该理性的权衡。大学生所处的人生发展阶段是学习能力最强，可塑性最佳的时期。而大学教育就是让大学生在知识获得的基础上，完善认知体系、价值体系，提升人格品质。指望创业来获得社会经验，并非大过，却不明智。以功利思想荒废学业，以浮躁氛围浸染学术，将物质的追求置于品格培养之上——从根本上讲，这与大学的超功利性取向是相背离的。打着“磨砺人生”的旗号鼓吹创业，以放弃学业为代价也只能换来失败，积累经验的初衷也只能导致抱憾终生。

其次，从社会良性发展的需求和现实来看。一方面，人才培育模式本身就考虑了人的发展阶段性特点，才组织对这一年龄段的人进行高等教育。个别令人尊重的成功案例不能掩盖在校大学生创业的低成功率预期。当前大学生创业的市场机制不健全，信用体系亟待完善，这些都加大了大学生有形无形资本的无效投入。这在客观上闲置了教育资源的同时，又浪费了社会资本，可谓双失的下策。另一方面，在校创业这种单一的甚至是偏激的人才锻炼模式势必造成知识结构的单一匮乏，无法为社会发展提供多元的知识结构体系，使社会进步失去持续的智力支持。

利弊比较，是要以普遍性为基础进行衡量，在校大学生创业必然对个人、社会产生不良影响，因此必然是弊大于利的。

对方辨友和我们举了很多的例子，业无非是想说明大学生创业利大于弊，但是，在这些例子中，有几个是在校的大学生呢，大学生来到学校就是来学习知识，提高文化素养的，如果我们鼓励一个知识体系并不完善，文化素养还有待提高的学生直接走出社会接受一切的风吹雨打，于人于己来说，都是弊大于利的，其实我方观点并不是反对大学生创业，而是不赞同大学生在校创业，如果一个学生把握人生中仅有四年的大学生生活，好好的学习专业技术，提高自己的精神内涵，这样他以后获得的财富远远多于想急于求成，一步登天的在校创业。

学生的主业是学习

姚晓波（中山职业技术学院学工组长高级讲师）：在校大学生还属于长知识、长身体的年龄，无论是生理还是心理都没有完全成熟，还不能承担创业的各种压力。磨刀不误砍柴工，在校大学生还是把书读好要紧。创业可以说是急功近利的一种表现，不应该提倡。

大学生在校期间搞创业必然会占用学习时间，学生家长送孩子上学的目的是学习知识，而不是赚钱。如果大学生投资创业失败，反而会加重父母的负担。我们只提倡学生利用寒暑假进行社会实践，先了解社会，为将来就业打基矗大学还不是最好的创业阶段程为允（大四学生家长）：在校大学生还生长在家庭的摇篮中，社会经验不足，常常盲目乐观，还未具备创业的心理条件；学生所学的知识仅限于课堂，社会关系缺乏，在这种情况下创业，可想而知遇到的困难比别人多；很多大学生看到的都是著名人物的成功例子，自然把创业理想化；对于创业中的挫折和失败，他们还没有足够的思想准备。从这几方面可以看出，年轻的大学生在很多情况下缺乏理智，还不是最好的投资阶段，大学生毕业后应该在较具规模的企业工作实践几年，积累下第一桶金，同时学习一些大公司管理、财务等各方面的知识，为自己的创业打下基础，这样创业成功的几率才高

王金红（中山职业技术学院经济管理副教授）：在校大学生所谓的“创业”严格来说只能算是“社会实践”。学生们虽然掌握了一定的书本知识，但终究缺乏必要的实践能力和经营管理经验。此外，由于大学生对市尝营销、目标市场和竞争对手情况等缺乏足够的认识，在创业过程中除了能“纸上谈兵”之外，很难一下子胜任投资者的角色。

在校大学生创业还有关于心态、技术、资金等难题。在校大学生创业失败的多，是因为很多大学生创业没有具备“风险意识”，没有责任感，没有想到要对公司、员工、投资者负责；同时忽视技术创新能力，作为在校大学生，没有雄厚的物资基础，资金有限，唯有利用专利、专业技术或者高新技术成果等无形资产进行投资，多数创业者都是由技术人员向管理和经营人员转化的。所以说大学生在校期间就要把重点放在专业上，才能在以后创业拥有专业技术的优势。对于尚处早期的创业公司来说，要暂时放弃一些眼前的利益，引入一些真正有实力、能提供增值服务、与创业者理念统一的投资者，而这些要求都不是在校大学生力所能及的。

从以下四个方面阐述我方观点：

第二：在校大学生急于求成，缺乏市场意识及商业经验。在外部环境上，目前整个社会处于转型期，创业所需的各种服务还不完善，社会关系的复杂让在校大学生创业举步维坚。从在校大学生本身来看，也是“眼高手低”“好高骛远”，经验、管理能力不足，不能从职业角度整合资源，资金渠道不畅通，而且缺乏财务税法和市场经济的相关知识及经验，这些在校大学生的“软肋”，导致创业高风险。

第三：在校大学生创业容易受社会不良习气的影响。由于在校大学生心理承受能力以及社会阅历的不足，极易在创业的过程中沾染社会不良习气，而这对大学生以后的个人发展、个人素养产生不利影响。作为祖国的未来，没有良好的素养，又如何做祖国的栋梁。第四：大学教育的性质不适宜在校大学生创业。在校创业这种单一的甚至是偏激的人才锻炼模式势必造成知识结构的单一匮乏，无法为社会发展提供多元的知识结构体系，使社会进步失去持续的智力支持。

有人说：年轻，一切可以再来！可是，我要说，因为年轻冲动而盲目的创业，有可能既浪费了打好坚实基础的光阴，而在创业路上又一事无成，岂不是“赔了夫人又折兵”？为什么我们不退一步，潜心努力，待到我们知识技能的土壤肥沃后，再播撒种子？

一个好的行为过程应当能推出一个好的结果。这应当是大概率事件。同时我也承认同样一个好的行为过程却得到了一个不好的结果这样的小概率事件。但是统计学告诉我们，我们要论证讨论问题的时候，论据必须是大概率事件。如果所有的结果都是不好的，那么还能说这个过程好吗？过程论是另种意义的结果论，只是退而求其次的心态，而其求的就是学习经验这个结果。这里要看到对个人和社会两方面的利弊对比。一个行为最可能带来的后果却是应该被优先考量的！《非经典管理》。失败率要对谁来说，一个复习得好的人他的失败率低，一个复习得不好的人他的失败率高。事实上我绝对赞成考研究生失败率非常大的人就不要去考了，人生路很多。不一定要成了范进才高兴。恋爱也是一样，你追一个女孩子，明知用尽心力都还是要失败，又何必继续做无用功？我们更提倡珍惜喜欢自己的人，我到觉得这样的做法比明知失败率高还要去做好得多。人贵在自知之明。

⑺创业是不是学习的一部分？在校大学生创业的最大阻碍是什么？是主要任务吗？是学业还是学习？文凭不是不能代表真材实料吗？ 但是只是学习的一部分，大学的学业包括除专业之外的各种学习。而创业的学习更功利地侧重于周旋于商业的学习。导致知识体系的单一。在校大学生创业只能局限在一定的专业、一定的能力和素质的圈子内。大学生创业失败原因：第一，缺乏长远的目光和理智的分析。第二，对自身认识不足。第三，对创业的成功期望过高 ⑺认清现实，把握主要任务，有自知之明。大学为实现我们的成长提供了良好的土壤，大学生有必要在这最合适的时间，做与之相适应的事，否则就是资源的浪费了。经济学上，不讲究最好的理论，只讲究适合当时社会经济发展的理论。在恰当的时机做恰当的事情，识时务者为俊杰。

在校创业更把握学习作为学生的主要任务，切勿舍本逐末。读书就是读书，就要好好的读书。创业的路长着呢，没必要现在就急慌慌地上阵。要创业等踏上社会以后也不迟啊！因为在大学中失去的学习机会以后是不能弥补的。其实大学如果要真的好好学的话也会学到很多东西。过早地上阵，很可能会把两方面的事情都耽误了。这是一项风险投资，结果是难以预测的。学业或创业都不能专心，于是都搞不好，所以不利于大学生长远发展。相对于其他群体或者在其他时间段创业，显然弊大于利。而至于个别可以得兼的，学会了双手互搏的人，凤毛麟角，并不值得向群体推广。你不能说对于所有人来说跳级都是利大于弊啊。我们说的是对在校大学生这个群体中的大部分来说不可兼得。如果休学创业效果会更好，对他们来说也不一定就是利大于弊。

学中文的更适合待在学校里做学问而不是去创业。学业是基础，创业是深入，大学生首先要拥有坚实的本领才能言创业。没有一定的技术背景，要想创业，一开始就处于竞争的不利地位。现在创业条件不成熟得不偿失，所以弊大于利，即使现在有机会也不抓，以后会有更大的机会。

中国经济景气监测中心日前对北京、上海、广州三城市900余位城市居民进行了问卷调查，结果显示，过半居民认为，学生创业利在提高能力，弊在盲目乐观，眼高手低。调查显示，超过70%的学生还缺少胆识、勇气、稳重、魄力、领导能力和挑战性等创业精神。学生自身的不足也逐渐地暴露了出来。由于大学生们对市场、营销等缺乏足够的认识，对于学生创业者来说，由于执行能力较差、过于乐观、缺少工作经历、商务谈判经验和管理经验等，在刚刚引入风险投资机制、市场经济还不成熟的大环境内，创业成功的机率则更低。中国的风险投资体系也不完善，可享用的资源太少。心理素质较差，真正操作起来往往眼高手低、急功近利；有的创业者一时受到挫折难以承受，沮丧消沉，甚至一蹶不振。

正确认识自己，认识社会，找准创业的最佳时机和最佳位置，对于投身创业的大学生十分重要。仅仅靠一个设想是不能创业的。我们能想到的，别人早已想到，我们还有学习的压力。对社会，大学生创业会浪费资金、时间、机会，影响教学打破平衡，所以弊大于利。

看清自己很重要了，如果你说话都会脸红，那么建议先把你的学业弄好再说吧。看准形势很重要，刺秦王也无法改变统一的必然命运，那只是一种悲壮无谓牺牲。内外条件是否能协调，如时代需求和个人能力等。就算完全符合，也不能就下定言利大于弊，看标准。个别大学生可以自主创业，但是在校大学生往往缺乏创业的条件（能力、技术、资金等），缺乏对创业的基本认识，发挥价值不一定要自主创业。

尽管对于大学生自身来说，得到所谓的经验和阅历，但拿宝贵的光阴去换取未知的经验，为学习失败的经历而支付高昂的学费，恐怕代价太高了吧！况且其对未来能否起到作用还是个未知数。

有人说年轻，一切可以再来。可是，我认为，因为年轻而冲动盲目的创业，有可能既浪费了打好坚实专业基础的光阴，又使自己背上沉重的债务或者包袱，弄得进退两难，一身狼狈。创业必须投入的时间精力非常大，绝非对方辩友所说的一小部分，鱼与熊掌不可兼得。

1.对方辩友强调，大学生创业会浪费精力耽误学习，那么请问：一个不能学会权衡而找到学习和创业二者完美结合点的人，又怎能处理现代社会各种复杂关系呢？对于聪明而勤奋的对方辩友摸索出一条促进学习的创业之路，应该不是难事吧？

2.对方辩友还强调，大学生创业失败会浪费社会资源，那么请问：大学生毕业后在社会上的创业就一定会一帆风顺吗？如果把那时的惨败与以前在校期间的小小挫折相比，对方辩友认为孰大孰小呢？

3.究竟是什么原因关键地影响着在校大学生的创业的成败？是精力吗？不是，是大学生自身能力修养问题。就算退学也解决不了大学生自身能力不足的问题。所以就算是退学了去创业，和在校大学生创业并没有本质的区别。

下面我进一步总结我方观点：

1.我方所强调的创业利弊是重在过程，而不是结果。我方承认，对于还在象牙塔中的大学生而言，开创自己的一番事业的确面临着很多的困难，比如：资金和精力的缺乏，还有担负创业失败的风险等等。但是，我们今天所要谈论的是一个利与弊的比较性命题，最终结果的成败以及创业业绩的大小与创业的利弊没有很多必然的联系，创业成功自然是喜事，可就算是失败也可以算是利大于弊，也是一种人生磨练啊。潇洒走一回，理论用于实践，认清自己的优劣势，为下一段充电学习定好方向何乐不为？（国家每年的创业大赛还有我们学校的挑战杯大赛难道仅仅是要看到同学们都实现了什么样的宏伟业绩吗？不是的。得奖的毕竟少数，）关键是参与其中，倡导学生理论联系实践，学有所用，在创业中发现自己学习的盲点和死角，进一步提升自己的能力，把学术的知识转化为实际的生产。我们现在的大学缺的不就是把科研转化为实际生产力的能力吗？

2.大学生比一般人更有创业优势。大学生已经有了足够的能力和头脑来做好自我创业，而且现在国家也出台政策鼓励大学生创业，把所学得的书本知识转化为生产力。清华、北航有创业研究中心。竺可桢学院专门把各个系各方面品学兼优、活动能力很强的学生，组织到一个班，专门培养他们专业知识之外的创业能力。（由此可见，国家、社会和学校，对于大学生创业都是给予了很高的宽容与优惠政策。）而且，即使创业失败，大学生也不必象社会中人那般狼狈，仍然可以风雨过后在课堂上继续读书学习以待将来放手再搏。因为毕竟他们年轻，不用过多地考虑功利的结果，也能够承担或者忍受失败。现在社会，大学生毕业就业难已经成为了一个社会问题，既然我们有这个能力来做自己的老板，那为什么非要削尖脑袋去挤人才市场，而不在在校期间就为自己将来的事业奏响华美的序曲呢？

3.大学生创业可以培养合作精神以及综合能力。2002年，联合国教科文组织提出学习的“第三本护照”是创业能力。在校大学生创业并不是放弃了学习的机会，大学生即将进入社会，创业，可以使大学生在社会这所人生大学中学到在课堂上学不到的东西，而更多的知识是在社会中学得的。常言道：商场如战场。而大学生本身在这种创业中得到的竞争意识、先机意识、挑战意识、合作意识、风险意识，还有那种不屈不挠、坚持到底的毅力和精神，难道不会使其收益终生吗？

4.大学生创业可以建立高知识团队，促进技术市场的良性竞争。来自新华网的报道，大学生创业的公司，80%以上的技术成果都是比较先进的。而正因为大学生这种特殊的文化群体，他们更有优势去实践自己的所学，开发和利用自己的技术专长，如果没有一定的技术特点，不能够达到一定水平的话，不可能有人给他们投资，他们也不可能生存。现在的社会创业着重的是科技的互动，理论与实践的结合，这种大学生群体的高技术含量创业，可以带动整个社会的企业改良，形成整个市场重技术重知识的优良氛围。火一样的有着绚烂青春的大学生，给中国市场带来的不正是一场革命吗？

社会的进步归根到底就是人的进步，而人的进步就是人的发展。今天，我们站在21世纪的起点上，感受到的是一种中国社会向前飞速发展的历史感和责任感。身为现代社会的大学生，我们有勇气、有知识、有头脑、有能力，（随着中国迈入WTO的大门，随着外来文化一步步的改变我们的生活，随着社会机遇和挑战正进一步的加大，）我们完全可以开创自己的事业，成就自己的梦想。我们需要的不但是睿智的大脑和丰厚的课本知识，更需要的是宝贵的社会实践创业经验，我们需要行之、为之。最后，让我们记住阿基米德的名言吧：“给我扛杆和支点，我将撑起地球！”

综上所述，我方重申：在校大学生创业利大于弊！谢谢！

首先请允许我指出对方辨友的几点美中不足：

（1）对方曲解辩题，还一笑而过。本次辩论的主体是正在创业的在校大学生，你对一个不吃雪梨的人说雪梨好不好吃纯属对牛弹琴，创业如是，我们要讨论的就是

社会应对在校大学生创业这个新生事物的态度！

（2）对方割离了创业与学业，其实啊他们是统一的，是知与行，是理论与实践的统一，创业是学习的一部分，大学生创业指南说“创业是创新教育的实践课堂”古

语格物致知也与此暗暗相符！所以根本不存在兼不兼得的问题！同时孟子曾说：鱼我欲也，熊掌亦我所欲也，两者不可兼得，舍鱼而取熊掌也.可见不可兼得是指水火不

融，两者只可选其一，而学业，学习绝非水火不融！

（3）对方辩友类比不当，说打工好，毕业后创业好就能否定在校大学生创业好

啊？我们今天讨论的是利大于弊，而不是最优化选择，比如说喝牛奶对人体是利大于

弊，至于是否最有利，最优化不是今天的讨论的范围！

（4）对方说大学生知识储备不足，经验不够，那我就不明白了，那什么时候是

足呢？农民叔叔没有读过大学去创业是不是就该千刀万剐，比尔。盖兹错了，应该考

上博士才去创业呢？其实啊正在创业的大学生已比一般人多些准备了，遇到机遇创业

也不意味着知识学习的终止，提倡终身教育的今天社会也是最好的大学！

我是来自一个偏远的农村，父母都是朴实无华的农民。全家共五口人，父母以务农为生，家庭收入主要来源于农田收入，加之家乡遭受自然灾害，家庭生活条件很差，尤其在我考上大学以后，今年妹妹也在大学接受高等教育，为支付高昂的学费家里的积蓄已所剩无几，生活情况很糟糕。但是农村的生活赋予我吃苦耐劳，不畏一切艰难险阻的品质。在节假日我进行了大量的社会实践活动，包括课余时间做家教，假期期间去打工等，以此来减轻家庭负担。我从没有因为家庭困难而自卑过，我时刻告警自己：既然我不能选择我的出身，我可以把握自己的命运，掌舵自己的未来。坚强的意志和不服输的精神让我在大学受益匪浅。

Thank you very much for choosing to come in such a cold night.Today my topic is about choice and process.A research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.With so many choices one day, people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. In my opinion, the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference.

Life is a box of chocolate,you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ,the caution, courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example, I changed my major when I became a postgraduate. After the choice,days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself,I persisted. I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.Moreover, I learned to act instead of complaining. In retrospect,the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.

Ladies and Gentlemen, keeping optimistic, you will be able to realize, in spite of some hardship, there’s always hope waiting for you, which will lead you to the ultimate success. Historically as well as currently, there are too many optimists of this kind to enumerate. You see, Thomas Edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. Alfred Nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious Nobel Prize would not have come into being. And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.

A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does successs, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! his advice to budding screenwriters is to make stuff up but keep it real. gilroy believes knowing about human behaviour is the deal-breaker. according to him, “the quality of your writing will be directly related to your understanding of human behaviour”.

he says: “you need to become a journalist for the movie that is in your head. you need to report on it; every scene has to be real.”

gilroy also thinks you've got to start with a very small idea that you can build on. for example, the bourne films are based on novels by the writer robert ludlum, but gilroy says he didn't actually read them. instead he created a world around the character of jason bourne, a spy who has lost his memory and tries to discover his own identity.

gilroy says: “the smallest thing with bourne was, 'if i don't know who i am and i don't know where i'm from, perhaps i can identify who i am by what i know how to do'. we built a whole new world around that small idea.”

in short, he explains: “you just start small, you build out and you move one step after the next and that's how you write a hollywood movie”.

one thing a screenwriter can't do without though, is a thick skin. you've got to learn how to handle rejection. even when you're successful. gilory was nominated for an Oscar for his script for michael clayton, starring george clooney. but the 20xx award in that category went to brook busey-maurio, for her debut script for the film juno.
