元旦“许愿”活动

活动背景:时间悄然，转眼间又是一年的年尾了。不管这一年是好是坏、是开心还是悲伤，人们对未来的憧憬是不会变的。我权益保障部借元旦这一契机将举办元旦“许愿”活动。希望可以给同学们带点欢乐，同时也祝愿大家在未来的日子里如鱼得水。

策划部门:测试与光电工程学院权保部 协办部门:待定

活动内容:(1)“寄家书”(2)“许愿” “寄家书”活动

活动目的:正值元旦之际，我权保部特拟组织此活动，希望以传统的写信形式来纪念大学第一个有意义的元旦节，用传统书信在2013新的一年到来之际给家人报平安，给朋友送祝福，让同学们学会感恩，懂得感恩，传递祝福。同时，借此机会让大家重新熟悉书信，在当下信息化时代不忘回归传统，体会书信不同于E-Mail，手机短信的醇香。

活动时间:2013年元旦前两到三周 活动具体安排: 1.前期宣传动员:相关干事提前写好宣传单，利用大一晚自习时间我权保部副部及干事分成2-3组到自习室进行活动宣传动员,向同学发放宣传单，动员同学积极参加，让他们提前准备，写好稿件(即家书);联系院宣传部提供2-3张海报，置于17 栋和9栋宿舍大厅进行宣传(元旦前三周完成)。另一方面通过腾讯微博的传播尽量让学院的每一个人知道。

2.活动中期安排:根据通知的时间到各班自习教室发放信封(向已写信的同学发放)，并于20-30分钟后确认地址邮编无误，再由各班负责人收齐交到权保部汇总(元旦前两周完成)。3.活动后期处理、宣传:我权保部干事集中分类邮件，细化到省内外，再统一粘贴邮票，确认信息无误后分3-4批，约2天寄出，到时可以请宣传部来拍摄活动过程，写报道，通过院报，院网站等展示出来(元旦前一周完成)。

注:1.前期宣传可借此机会重新普及书信格式;2.事先收集各地邮资情况，便于贴邮票;3.提前通知宣传部，以防他们任务繁忙来不及;4.因为本次活动完全自愿，为保证实行效果，前期宣 传一定要够吸引人，有诱惑力。

活动时间:元旦晚会入场前 活动具体流程: 1.通过早期宣传让大家(新生)知晓此次活动，可以采用宣传单和微博二维宣传方式进行;2.联系院宣传部绘画

一、两张关于此次活动的宣传海报，并于元旦之前安放于17栋和9栋走廊之间;3.元旦晚会入场前，由本部门干事从办公室搬两桌两椅至大活展厅两侧，并指派干事值班(具体活动事宜见备注)，通知宣传部将此次活动有关的海报都搬至大活;4.元旦晚会开始前，由两名干事指引入场观众参与许愿活动(具体活动事宜见备注)，直至晚会开始二十分钟后方可撤摊;5.活动中指派一两名干事拍照记录我部门本次活动的筹备及实施过程，以便做后期宣传(发微博、写报道至宣传部邮箱刊登)。

备注:1)干事值班时指引入场观众分流两边桌子，一张桌子用于写许愿卡——观众想要实现的愿望(可以实现的)，将卡片至于“许愿箱”里，待晚会开始后送至后台用于抽奖(抽奖事宜联系文艺部);另一张桌子的干事准备好便签纸和笔，用来让入场观众填写心愿，并指导观众贴于许愿海报上。

彩排前确定晚会进行流程，本次彩排时相关演员必须到位，进行第一次完整彩排，以此发现晚会中的不足和提出更完善的方案，灯光、音效定稿，初步进行舞台设计。

3、第3次彩排：12月22日（周三）晚7点

进行最后一次彩排，本次彩排完全按照晚会当天进行，将时间点、应急方案全部定稿，最后一次调整演员的舞台走位和相关道具的摆放，彩排过程中尽力发现不足之处，进行最后的完善。

采用一男一女，或者两男两女搭配主持的形式。宣布晚会开始。（应酒店要求，我们可代邀专业节目主持人。）

3. 开场歌曲《新年好》

节目要求舒缓安静。让所有来宾彻底放松，同时又很庄重，让人能感受到元旦的气氛。

4. 嘉宾讲话，共切蛋糕

·由主办方领导元旦晚宴致辞。

·晚会特邀嘉宾致辞。（现场气氛不必很严肃，配以欢快的背景音乐）

然后，主办方领导集体切割超级大蛋糕，嘉宾观众共享。寓意20xx年，大家都能与xx温泉一起共同分享市场这块大蛋糕（演奏会演奏背景暖场音乐）

这部分活动是来宾用餐时间，在来宾用餐的时候主持人依次向观众介绍各种不同类型的音乐，然后由演员演唱包括：爵士音乐、福音音乐、布鲁斯、中国民歌等。一定要安排舒缓的，适合人们在进食的时候听的音乐类型。演员可以和伴奏乐队合作，必要时也可以使用伴奏。在音乐演唱完后由乐队演出背景音乐。此时音乐音量尽量降低，便于来宾之间交流。在进餐时间结束后，灯光渐暗，彩灯打开，会场要求是活力、动感的舞池的氛围。元旦老(由后半部分的主持人扮演）人扮演，问大家有没有吃好，然后从口袋里拿出一些糖果，及水果（不易碎的）在台上分发给台下观众。

玩法：嬉戏的规章类似于抢椅子，地上放许多圈圈，圈圈总数比家庭人数少一个，家长与宝宝手拉手，听着音乐在圈外走动，音乐停，家长和宝宝立刻找一个圈圈站好，没有找到圈圈的家庭则被淘汰，以此类推，最终留在场上的家庭获胜。(留意：找圈圈时家长和幼儿必需都站在圈内)

5、赶双球

预备：一大一小皮球为一对，共若干对，网球拍若干副。

要求：节目报名时间任何人员不得大声喧哗，不得因看法不统一而影响班级纪律。除宿管部人员以及吴志丹等文艺部人员外，无事人员不得随便走动。

一、活动主题：“欢乐相伴，小手掌同行”

二、活动时间：2-3小时

三、目标人群：3-12周岁儿童

四、活动预期：

通过同城儿童友情派对活动，为儿童间建立一个相互沟通的平台，让小伴侣们友好相处，一起度过美妙的休闲时间，同时在活动中穿插各种消遣嬉戏与小伴侣们互动竞答。来源:免费

六、执行方案：

(一)、前期预备：

1、活动物料：

A、嬉戏奖品：精致笔套、彩笔和绘画本

B、活动.时用法新型文具盒、彩笔和礼花

2、经费预算：(总计：2985元)笔套：10元/个数量：50个预算：50个×10元/个=500元

彩笔：60元/盒数量：20盒预算：20盒×60元/盒=1200元绘画本：0.6元/本数量：100本预算：100本×0.6元/本=60元礼花：80元/个数量：10个预算：10个×80元/个=800元

(二)、活动流程：

1、现场布置：

A、用气球拼成各种外形的装饰物，如拱门、立柱等，制造快乐的现场氛围;

B、现场音乐播放器的预备：DVD或电脑音响播放米奇歌曲及其它儿歌;

C、购买各种卡通头饰，分发给参与的小伴侣们佩戴;

2、活动掌握：

(1)、“抢凳子”嬉戏：

在派对中心位置摆放一些小凳子，凳子的数量比小伴侣的人数少一个，让小伴侣们手拉着手围着中心随着播放的《kitty猫动画片》歌曲边唱歌边转圈。当播放音乐停止时，小伴侣们都回去占据一把凳子，没有占到凳子的那位小伴侣要表演一个节目才能退出嬉戏，如唱歌、跳舞或讲故事等。每次嬉戏开头时都拿走一个凳子，依次淘汰一位小伴侣，最终抢到凳子的小伴侣是成功者，赠送一份小奖品。

(2)、有奖问答：

用电脑或DVD播放《米奇动画片》或其它动画片给小伴侣们看，激发小伴侣们的观看热忱，依据动画片的故事情节与小伴侣们进行有奖问答。

(3)、“彩球接力”嬉戏：

将现场的儿童按10人/组分成小队，每队分发1个彩球进行传球接力竞赛。当嬉戏开头时，每队的第一位小伴侣将球传给对面的其次位小伴侣，传球不能越到其它小伴侣的跑道，两个小伴侣接球时不能用手帮忙。在规定时间内最快完成接力赛的小队成员获胜，每人赠送一份小奖品。

(三)、礼送客人

联系各个参与儿童的家长，把儿童平安送走。

七、留意事项：

1、在前期预备时，尽可能购买清洁、环保和健康的物料;

2、保证派对活动中儿童们的平安，活动始末由每位小伴侣的家长现场监控。
