Good morning,my dear teachers,my dear professors.I am very glad to be here for your interview.my name is Cui xiaoling，i am 22 years old.i come from changzhi,a very beautiful ancient city in shanxi province..my undergratuade period will be accomplished in China women’s university in june ,2010;and now,i am trying my best for obtaining a job that is suit to me.Generally speaking ,i am a hard working student especially do the thing i am interested in.i will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is.my major is preschool education.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease.And i have acquired basic knowledge of preschool education and publishing both in theory and in practice.Besides, i have attend Several Pre-school seminar hold in Beijing, this is my advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big kindergartens and Preschool institutions.through these i have a deeply understanding of preschool education industry.compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our preschool education industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard.but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still.i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the

I can not describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident.sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online.through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment.by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club.i had a few glorious memory on stage.that is my pride.班主任，是班级工作的领导者，组织者和实施者。作为班主任，每天面对的，是几十双渴求知识的眼睛，每天接触的，是几十颗等待滋润的心灵。如何让这一双双的眼睛充满智慧之光？怎样使这一颗颗心灵健康成长？这不仅需要班主任具有强烈的事业心，责任感，更需要班主任具备一定的组织管理能力。我一直从事小学语文教师兼班主任的工作，这使我深刻的体会到班主任工作的艰辛与劳苦，但是我更加难以忘怀的，是孩子们写下“饮其流者怀其源，学其成时念吾师”时的那份情。今天，我结合自己的工作实际，谈一谈小学班主任工作的一些体会：
一、以身作则，带动学生
大教育家乌申斯基曾有过这样一段话：“教师个人的范例，对于学生的心灵是任何东西都不能代替的最有用的阳光。”小学，尤其是一年级的学生对学校、老师、同学都感到陌生，对一切都充满新鲜感，对学校、对老师也很好奇。新学期开始，他们第一个想知道的就是自己的班主任是谁，她（他）是一个怎样的老师，而且这时他们会留心观察班主任的每一个动作、每一个眼神、每一种表情，会细心倾听班主任的每一句话，他们对班主任有着一种特殊的信任和依赖情感。班主任的自身素质，道德修养，班主任的一言一行，一举一动，无形之中会成为全班几十个孩子的榜样。因此，在班级工作中我时刻注意自身形象，事事从我做起，以良好的形象率先垂范，潜移默化的影响着我的学生。平时，凡要求学生做到的，我首先做到。我曾经在一次班会上郑重的向全班学生承诺：“孩子们，请监督我！” 本学期开始，我担任一年级的教学工作，孩子比较小，从幼儿阶段到适应小学的生活，孩子们有好些事都不懂，都不会，需要老师手把手的教。校园里有了劳动任务，我总是一边教孩子们怎样劳动，一边和他们一起干，不时地鼓励这个表扬
那个！写字课上孩子们坐姿不正确，我就坐在前面让他们看老师是怎样坐端正写字的，字写得不好看，结构掌握不好，我就鼓励孩子像书法家那样练字，很多孩子开始还比较有兴趣，到后来，字就写不好了，我就在随堂教学写字时，不停的改正自己认为不满意的字，这样学生也渐渐像我一样，看到自己写的字总爱端详端详，再改一改，争取写得更好了！
二、投其所好，引导学生
一个班几十个学生，性格特点不同，兴趣爱好不同，家庭教育也不同，如何把他们培养成有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的一代新人呢？如何让这些孩子在人生的道路上有个良好的开端呢？我想，空头说教是没有用的，重要的是根据学生的年龄特征，通过生动活泼的教育形式，热心的引导。低年级的小朋友，他们不知道为什么学习，为谁学习，也不知道怎么学习，我就根据他们喜欢听故事的特点，经常讲些小数学家、小文学家、小画家、小音乐家的故事给他们听，用这些生动的故事把他们吸引到学习上来，小朋友一听就入了迷，这时我再引导他们想一想，说一说，听了故事，你心里是怎样想的？把你们的想法说给大家听听，看谁想得好，说得好。小故事的吸引力起到了作用，孩子们幼小的心灵受到了熏陶和启迪。
在孩子们有了美好的学习愿望以后，我就根据他们争强好胜的心理，开展学习竞赛，每次竞赛之前，我都发表热情洋溢的讲话，如，比赛之前我说：“同学们，这节课上学的字老师相信你们都会写了，可是谁能把字写得又漂亮又工整呢？现在我们来进行书法比赛，要求写得横平、竖直，笔画清楚，端正有力，看谁写得最漂亮，写得好的，我要把小红花奖给他，并且我们评他为咱班的小书法家。”这一下，同学们可来劲了，一个个手握铅笔，聚精会神，一笔一划地认真书写。评出来的小书法家们，得到了红花，心里可高兴呢！我想以后通过这种形式，评出班级里的小数学家、小演说家、小音乐家等，鼓励孩子朝多方面发展。
