案例类型

问题解决型：是以小组为单位共同解决一个虚拟的难题。如：北京现在有多少个汽车轮胎？这类题的特点是极具挑战性，需要组员密切配合和高度的精力集中。

小组面试注意事项1.战略上突出个人, 战术上尊重考友.。注意发型、衣着整洁，面试官的距离一般比较远，这样有利于面试官之间的沟通。3.个人介绍中, 许多人会谈及自己考MBA的原因:”管理方面比较欠缺”, 这是很忌讳的。4.自信而不傲慢, 即使是最高学府的面试官, 也同样具有人性的共同弱点。5.恰到好处地抬高别人, 也会提高自己的地位。

6.不要抢着发言或打断别人的话，如果某人的话过长，即使你不打断，面试官也会打断。

7.就事不就人, 不要直接攻击其他考生，但可以迂回说明，既体现团队精神，又显露才华。

8.要对别人和自己的发言要点进行记录，因为面试官可能随时插入话题，或打乱原计划。

9.事先约定的总结人可能没有机会做总结，因此要随时做总结的准备。

10.发言时间不能太长，尤其是自我介绍，否则可能引起反感。

11.发言不能太少，会被认为没有见解。

12.不要怕别人把观点说完，事实上，在开始时陈述主要观点，在后期发掘一些亮点，效果更好。

13.考完后不要在考场附近喧哗或吸烟，以免事后扣分。

14.在小组其他成员偏离中心议题时，及时纠偏会十分有利。

15.在小组的成员发生争执时，进行协调是必要的，否则会使得小组的成绩系统偏低。

16.思维不能完全被案例束缚，但提出的新颖观点不能离题过远。

17.观点不能消极，体现积极进取和务实精神。

18.以一个有价值的参谋人员出现，往往比以领导身份出现，更容易获得考官的好感。

19.考官可能在中间突然打断，询问某一个人的私人情况，要有思想准备。主要是考察应变能力和材料与实际的吻合情况。在这个间隙，其他人正好可以分析材料。

20.看材料的时候最好将要点做笔记，主要为三部分：存在问题，分析原因及功能性解决方案。

21.小组进场前先沟通一下，有助于协调观点。一般学校倾向于避免考生事先的沟通。

有的时候案例中折射的问题，分析下来不外乎围绕这几点：
