特别老师的“特别武器”

翻开《特别的女生萨哈拉》，我就被它的故事情节深深吸引住了，一口气读完，更是觉得受益匪浅。
特别的女生——萨哈拉。请不要误会，这不是那个非洲的沙漠“撒哈拉”，而是一个人名。一个特别的女生，在这个女孩心中的秘密也像撒哈拉沙漠那么大、那么宽。在学校，在老师同学的眼中，她是一个需要“特别帮助”的“个性”学生——她不写作业，不开口读书，不学习，只写一些给爸爸的只言片语的信。但实际上，萨哈拉非常热爱阅读，疯狂地喜欢写作，甚至还写了一本属于自己的书，只是她偷偷地放进了图书馆里，期望着有一天有人能看到自己的作品。当这个被校长和老师都认为“行为怪异”的女孩，遇上了“特别”的波迪老师时，她的一切便开始发生了变化„„
特别的老师——波迪。说她特别，仅仅是我的个人想法而已。为什么说她是一位特别的老师呢？起码我从波迪老师身上看到了三个“特别”之处。
特别武器之一：“烦恼收集器”
每天早晨，波迪老师都会站在教室门口，拿着一个黄色的大篮子，她要求每个学生要进教室的时候都要把自己的烦恼“扔进”这个大篮子里。虽然这些烦恼是无形的，也就是说，实际上篮子是空的，可是在波迪老师看来，这个篮子每次都沉重得不得了。看到这里的时候，我在想，这个老师为什么这样做呢，难道她不会觉得这是徒劳吗？有些孩子肯定会把这个行为当儿戏，走个过场而已。可是当我看到后面的时候，我知道我的想法错了，至少萨哈拉没有只是走走过场。当萨哈拉偷偷把露兹的星星抠下来，她心里懊悔之极的时候，她想到了波迪老师的“烦恼收集器”。是的，有些时候，孩子们有些小秘密，有些心里话，是不愿意和大人交流的，但是他们往往又找不到倾诉的对象，于是，有些孩子就变得少言寡语，变得沉默内向。这种情况出现的时候，我们做老师的又是怎样做的呢？波迪老师的“烦恼收集器”无疑给我们提供了一个很好的借鉴。
特别武器之二：“保密符号”
“这是你们的日记本，以后你们每天要写一篇日记，每篇都要标好日期，可以以‘亲爱的日记本’或是‘亲爱的日志本’开头，当然也可以有你们自己的不一样的开头。我会看你们写的日记，然后写评语在上面，除非你在本子上写了这样的标记：一个圆圈，里面有个字母P，还有一个斜线。这个符号意味着‘我写的东西和你无关，这只是我和我的日记本之间的谈话’，这样我就会为你写的内容保密，不告诉任何人！”看到了这里，我想到我平时在处理孩子们日记作业时的态度。总认为一年级的孩子还小，让他们写日记就是学习写的格式和方法，至于内容不用太刻意要求。现在看来我错了，再小的孩子也是有思想的，是不同于成人的，无论他们写些什么，我们都要尊重。
特别武器之三：“智慧评语”
在孩子们的日记中，我总会看到波迪老师精辟而又闪着智慧光芒的评语。比如，当萨哈拉因为妒忌，好几天没有写日记的时候，波迪老师在她的本子上用红
笔写道：“作家需要写作！”想象一下，在我们的教育生活中，如果发现哪位学生没有写日记，没有完成作业，老师们通常情况下的反映就是把孩子叫过来，劈头盖脸地一顿训问，接着就是“恶补”作业。波迪老师一句“作家需要写作”，让萨哈拉心里觉得：“如果不写作了，那就成不了作家了，理想就无法实现了。”站在她的角度帮助她思考这样做的后果，而不是命令式的说教与强迫。再比如，波迪老师给萨哈拉的评语中有一句“如果你听到别人说了一个你觉得很美、很漂亮的词，那就把它记下来，然后这个词就成你的了！”特别是最后一句“这个词就成你的了”，好具有震撼力！我们在和孩子的对话中是否会用这类话语呢？可能有过，但大多都是轻描淡写，缺乏像波迪老师这种感染力。还有一句“知道怎么分辨哪些是主要人物吗？不是你非常喜欢的那个，而是总在变化的那个。”好精辟的话，当我看到这里的时候，突然有种恍然大悟的感觉，我们在读小说，读故事，或者看电视剧的时候，往往把注意力都放在了自己喜欢的那个人物身上，殊不知，故事的主角往往是变化最多、最大的那一个。波迪老师的一句话，不仅教会了萨哈拉，也点醒了我。
当特别的萨哈拉，遇上了特别的波迪老师，特别的结局就出现了。她唤醒了萨哈拉。萨哈拉最喜欢富兰克林·奥哈拉的《我的自画像》：
当我还是个孩子，我只躲在草场的角落，自己做自己的玩伴。
我不喜欢娃娃，我不喜欢游戏，动物们在我看来也不友好，鸟儿甚至也飞走了。
