考研面试技巧

一、面试礼仪。

1.礼貌当先：细节往往透露出你的不足之处，因此礼貌在整个面试过程中尤为重要。进门的时候一定要敲门，然后很有礼貌的表示对老师的尊重，鞠躬比较好，或者对着各位老师说声“老师好!”问好的时候一定要用眼神扫一下各位老师，不能就望着一位老师说。因为每一位老师都不希望被忽视，这一点要注意。如果平时不注意这方面的同学们在面试的时候应该刻意的注意一下。另外，在进面试室之前一定要先把手机关闭，千万不要出现在面试现场手机响个不停的尴尬局面。如果真的在面试过程中出现没有意料到的尴尬局面，在面试结束后一定要向老师表达歉意。

2.仪表庄重：在穿着方面，男生应该尽量穿西服或者比较正式的服装，女生千万不要穿紧身衣或者短裙，打扮得体，展现最真实的一面。这里关键是提醒大家要注意穿着，不能太过于随便，要让老师有被尊重的感觉，更有利于整体的气氛把握。

3.行为动作：在复试之前，一定要明白自己在紧张的时候，有哪些动作，然后把它戒除掉。因为每个人，在紧张时候都会有自己的行为动作，小动作，比如紧张的时候，会搓手或者揪耳朵之类的这种动作，然后很多人是很不雅的，所以你一定要了解自己的这种下意识动作是什么?然后再面试之前要训练自己，让自己努力克服掉。

4.谈吐清晰：在英语面试的时候，如果是自己口述而不是老师问问题的话，应该尽量把自己的英语介绍材料浓缩，语速千万不要太快。如果你语速太快而且句式复杂的话，会给老师一种表现太过的感觉，这里的意思不是说老师不愿意听到学生很好的表达能力。关键是在老师面前说话要说的清楚明白，让老师有很好的印象。还有要表现的尽量谦逊一些，再怎样谦逊，老师是不太会介意的。

5.态度诚恳：专业面试的时候一定要诚实，不会的时候就诚实的说自己不是很了解，把自己所了解的尽量说出来。不要企图认为可以蒙骗过去，因为以前就有这样的同学。老师问她看过一些什么相关的专业书籍。她其实并没有看，只是偶尔记得几个书名就说了。以此表现一下自己的专业素养，殊不知当老师接着让她说说看这些书籍后的感受或收获时，自己就只能傻眼了。结果自然给老师留下了不好的印象。因此一定要态度诚恳，实事求是。

二、面试原则和技巧。

1.精心准备：参加复试前最好能到图书馆期刊阅览室查阅一下近年来本专业比较权威的期刊，了解一下本专业的发展方向、目前研究的热点问题及主要观点，这样做对参加复试十分有益。

2.自信从容：机智和才干只能在放松、从容的前提下才能正常发挥出来。放松自己，不但是更好地回答面试官问题的需要，而且面试中的气质或印象分，在你没有开口说话之前，就开始形成，并影响面试官给你的最终分数。

3.果断流畅：很多问题是没有标准答案的，这时说理清晰，表达流畅，观点明确，分析透彻就能得高分，面试得高分的关键很多时候不在于回答问题的内容，而在于你如何回答，你的思路是不是逻辑清晰，能够自圆其说。

4.真实坦诚：在面试的时候老师会问你一些关于个人的问题，比如家是那的，作一些关于自己大学中学习的基本介绍，问你是不是读过与自己专业相关的书籍、专著啊？对于这些问题你最好如实回答，不要弄虚作假。

三、面试常见问题。

（一）五大问题：

1.专业知识：考研面试中对专业知识的考察更灵活，例如老师可能会问一些行业内的一些热点新闻，要求你根据自己所学的知识，来谈谈对这些热点事件的理解。对策：由于研究生教育避免的是纸上谈兵这样，因此考生一定要避免就事论事，仅仅局限于事件本身，也不能空谈理论，而是要注意将理论与实践结合起来，用理论来指导实践，或将实践总结提升为理论。

2.研究方向：很多专业在研究生阶段对于研究方向分的非常明确，考查的内容也大相径庭，对于研究方向上的准备，考生最好的参考就是导师的研究方向。导师的研究方向反映了这阶段他关注的焦点，面试的时候他的兴趣点，也很可能与他的研究方向有关。对策：对此，考生平时要多看相关专业领域的一些权威期刊，对所报考导师的学术观点、论文、专著应有较深的了解。

特别提醒：如果你的观点和导师的一致或者可以在他的基础上有所创新，那他一定会对你留下不错的印象。

3.毕业论文：如果是考大学本科专业的研究生，那么很多老师都会问及考生本科的毕业论文。因为它是大学4年专业学习的一个总结，在一定程度上显示了考生的研究能力。对于跨专业考生，本科毕业论文方向的选择会反映考生在论文上的敏感和专业上的偏好，也是导师关注的重点。对策：在面试前一定要好好把握毕业论文的内容，一旦老师问起，不至于说不清楚。还有，考生可以讲本科论文和研究生专业有结合点的地方好好准备一下，到时候有话说。

4.发表论文及著作：有的导师在面试过程中会问考生是否有论文发表，尤其对于同等学力考生来说，可能是必须的，因此对于论文和著作这方面，也是有必要准备的。对策：有论文和著作的，最好提前复印一下当面给老师留下，没有的话，可以围绕自己对科研的设想具体讲述一下。

5.阅读的著作：请你介绍一本自己阅读过的专业书籍，这几乎是文科专业面试时的必考题。这是导师了解考生的一个窗口。对策：这个问题考生完全可以在平时的复习中解决。阅读相关专业著作不仅可以让你在枯燥的复习中得到读书的乐趣，而且学者们的智慧又能给自己以启迪。

总体来说，很多考生在面试时会由于紧张而语无伦次，因此回答问题之前，提醒大家，一定要理清思路，把要回答的问题迅速整理出一二三点来，然后根据顺序进行简要回答。回答过程也不能图长，简单为好。

预先善其事，必先利其器。对于进入复试的考生而言，这个“器”就是指个人能力、专业特长等。所谓临阵磨枪，不快也光，你不妨抓紧最后冲刺的机会，对自己所学的专业进行必要的突击，及时补充自己的不足。
