考研复试中面试多从自我介绍开始

近期，部分研究生招生单位陆续开始复试。相关招生单位负责人提醒考生，在复试中，考生要注意备齐资格审查材料，提前安排出行，沉着应对面试。

复试前备齐材料

招生单位在复试前要对考生进行资格审查，考生要按所报考招生单位要求备齐所需材料。每个招生单位要考生提供的材料略有不同，但一般要求提供的材料包括：统考考生（应届本科毕业生、往届本科毕业生）要准备初试准考证、毕业证书、学位证书原件（应届本科毕业生查验学生证）、身份证、在校历年学习成绩单（加盖教务或人事部门公章），并准备相关复印件。同等学力考生除上述材料外，需另外提交四级证书原件或四级成绩单、在核心刊物上公开发表与报考相关的论文、选修本科阶段课程成绩单、专家推荐信等材料。

中科院研究生院研招办主任高随祥说，复试侧重对考生综合能力的考核，除带齐招生单位要求的相关材料外，考生还可以适当准备一些能够证明自己综合素质的材料或实物。如优秀的毕业设计、以往发表过的文章、参加比赛的获奖证书或科研实践成果等。

提前安排出行

对于参加异地考研复试的考生来说，要尽快熟悉学校周围的交通状况，提前安排出行。研究生小邢说，如果住宿地点离学校较远，考生可以选择城铁或地铁，这两种方式一般不存在堵车的问题，时间长短容易把握。如果住宿地点离学校较近，考生可以考虑骑自行车或乘坐公交车前往。不管选择哪种出行方式，一定要提前出发。面试迟到，会给导师留下不好印象，也会影响自己的心态。

用平常心应对面试

考研过来人祝杨军说，面试时，考生要特别注意礼仪，导师对考生复试表现的印象会影响考生的最终得分，能否成功录取，关键在此一举。在面试中做到礼貌、谦和至关重要。

考生要以平常心向导师展示真实的自我。高随祥说，在面试中，有些考生过度重视面试，产生焦虑情绪和思想负担，影响精神状态，进考场后过于紧张，不能正常发挥自己的真实水平。有些考生过于自信，回答导师问题时夸夸其谈，无限制地展开。还有些考生对面试做了过多的事先设计，面试中过于做作，一旦出现事先没有料到的情况就方寸大乱，不知所措。这些都是考生要尽量避免的。

研究生刘新群说，当考生在被导师问到自己确实没有学过或不知道的问题时，考生要坦诚相告，或作适度分析，尽量避免胡乱猜测。导师一般可以接受考生对于某些知识不了解，但比较反感考生不懂装懂，胡乱作答。

此外在面试过程中，导师除了关心考生回答问题结论的准确性外，更关注考生回答问题过程中所表现出的能力和素质，如基础知识是否扎实、逻辑是否清楚、思维是否活跃、反应是否敏捷、表述是否简洁明确、分析问题和考虑问题是否深刻、做事是否踏实等。

“自报家门”吸引考官

考生通过了考研初试，就说明达到了考试大纲所规定的基本要求，考生要树立信心，并在面试中运用一些技巧。延长自我介绍突出亮点

面试必不可少的一环是自我介绍，也是考生唯一可以做完全准备的部分。如果考生能在此部分适当增加“亮点”内容，充分介绍学习、生活和爱好，可加深考官的印象，赢得考官的好感。考生可尽量说自己熟悉的领域，避开陌生的领域，充分掌握面试的主动权。

第一问多从自我介绍中引出

考官的第一个问题其实往往从你的自我介绍中引申而来。如：你介绍自己喜欢读书，那么考官的问题极有可能问平时喜欢看什么书，你觉得这和你的专业有何关联等。了解这点后，考生可事先在自我介绍里留下这样的伏笔，引发考官的兴趣。在考官询问时，有针对性地进行回答，但考生切勿生拉硬套，和考官说一些不相关的内容，让考官产生反感。

考官有时喜欢突然袭击，让考生措手不及，使考生准备的内容没有机会表达。因此，考生要有意识地锻炼临场语言组织能力，把握面试节奏，争取在复试中胜出。
